Description

一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器 技术领域
本发明涉及过滤器,具体是指一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器。
背景技术
随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,越来越多的水被人们生活、企业生产利用和排放,随之而来的是工业循环水处理设备使用量的增加和污水处理率低等问题的彰显。
传统的工业循环水的过滤方式进行只有一层,过滤的效果不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷,提供一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器:包括支架,所述支架上从下至上依次设有储水池、二级过滤装置、一级过滤装置以及顶棚;
所述二级过滤装置位于储水池的正上方,所述支架上设有圆环形公轨道,所述二级过滤装置由圆环形过滤筛网体、第一驱动装置组成,所述圆环形过滤筛网体的下部边缘处设有和圆环形公轨道配合的圆环形母轨道,所述圆环形过滤筛网体的外壁上围绕圆环形过滤筛网体设有环形齿条,所述第一驱动装置包括第一电机,所述第一电机通过皮带和齿轮传动,所述齿轮和环形齿条啮合;
所述一级过滤装置包括倾斜设置的过滤带,所述过滤带的两端分别为主动轮和从动轮,所述主动轮的高度高于从动轮的高度,所述支架上设有第二电机,所述第二电机和主动轮之间皮带传动连接,所述过滤带的最外侧对称设有加强皮带;
所述支架上设有第一清洗刷以及第二清洗刷,所述第一清洗刷位于主动轮的下方,所述第一清洗刷起到洗刷过滤带的作用;所述第二清洗刷位于从动轮的上方,所述第二清洗刷起到洗刷过滤带的作用;
所述顶棚固定设置在支架的上端。
作为改进,所述圆环形过滤筛网体的中部向下凹。
作为改进,所述储水池和支架之间通过焊接固定。
作为改进,还包括喷水板,所述喷水板固定设置在顶棚的下方,所述喷水板上设有水管。

本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于,对工业循环水进行进行两次过滤,过滤效果好;结构简单,具有很高的商业价值和推广的价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器做进一步的详细说明。
结合附图1-4,一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器,包括支架1,所述支架1上从下至上依次设有储水池2、二级过滤装置、一级过滤装置以及顶棚3;
所述二级过滤装置位于储水池2的正上方,所述支架1上设有圆环形公轨道4,所述二级过滤装置由圆环形过滤筛网体5、第一驱动装置组成,所述圆环形过滤筛网体5的下部边缘处设有和圆环形公轨道4配合的圆环形母轨道6,所述圆环形过滤筛网体5的外壁上围绕圆环形过滤筛网体5设有环形齿条7,所述第一驱动装置包括第一电机8,所述第一电机8通过皮带和齿轮9传动,所述齿轮9和环形齿条7啮合;
所述一级过滤装置包括倾斜设置的过滤带10,所述过滤带10的两端分别为主动轮11和从动轮12,所述主动轮11的高度高于从动轮12的高度,所述支架1上设有第二电机13,所述第二电机13和主动轮11之间皮带传动连接,所述过滤带10的最外侧对称设有加强皮带16;
所述支架1上设有第一清洗刷14以及第二清洗刷15,所述第一清洗刷14位于主动轮11的下方,所述第一清洗刷14起到洗刷过滤带10的作用;所述第二清洗刷15位于从动轮12的上方,所述第二清洗刷15起到洗刷过滤带10的作用;
所述顶棚3固定设置在支架1的上端。
所述圆环形过滤筛网体5的中部向下凹。
所述储水池2和支架1之间通过焊接固定。
还包括喷水板17,所述喷水板17固定设置在顶棚3的下方,所述喷水板17上设有水管18。
所述圆环形公轨道4和支架1之间通过焊接固定。
所述顶棚3和支架1之间通过焊接固定。
所述顶棚3的材质是不锈钢。
所述顶棚3的中部向上凸起。
所述支架1的材质是不锈钢。
所述储水池2的材质是不锈钢。
本发明在具体实施时,第二电机13转动,带动主动轮11转动,主动轮11转动带动过滤带10转动,过滤带10转动带动从动轮12转动。
水管18和外部的工业循环水连接且相通,工业循环水通过水管18进入到喷水板17中,喷水板17将水喷到过滤带10上,由于过滤带10一直转动,被过滤带10过滤的水落入到圆环形过滤筛网体5中,些大颗粒的脏东西随着过滤带10的移动而移动;到了第一清洗刷14处的时候被第一清洗刷14给刷掉。第二清洗刷15同样具有刷掉脏东西的作用。
当水进入到圆环形过滤筛网体5以后,一些杂质会被圆环形过滤筛网体5过滤。第一电机8转动带动齿轮9转动,齿轮9转动带动环形齿条7转动,从而使圆环形过滤筛网体5转动。位于圆环形过滤筛网体5上一些杂质会被甩到边缘处,便于清理。
具有很高的实用价值和推广价值。

  1. 一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器,其特征在于:包括支架(1),所述支架(1)上从下至上依次设有储水池(2)、二级过滤装置、一级过滤装置以及顶棚(3);
    所述二级过滤装置位于储水池(2)的正上方,所述支架(1)上设有圆环形公轨道(4),所述二级过滤装置由圆环形过滤筛网体(5)、第一驱动装置组成,所述圆环形过滤筛网体(5)的下部边缘处设有和圆环形公轨道(4)配合的圆环形母轨道(6),所述圆环形过滤筛网体(5)的外壁上围绕圆环形过滤筛网体(5)设有环形齿条(7),所述第一驱动装置包括第一电机(8),所述第一电机(8)通过皮带和齿轮(9)传动,所述齿轮(9)和环形齿条(7)啮合;
    所述一级过滤装置包括倾斜设置的过滤带(10),所述过滤带(10)的两端分别为主动轮(11)和从动轮(12),所述主动轮(11)的高度高于从动轮(12)的高度,所述支架(1)上设有第二电机(13),所述第二电机(13)和主动轮(11)之间皮带传动连接,所述过滤带(10)的最外侧对称设有加强皮带(16);
    所述支架(1)上设有第一清洗刷(14)以及第二清洗刷(15),所述第一清洗刷(14)位于主动轮(11)的下方,所述第一清洗刷(14)起到洗刷过滤带(10)的作用;所述第二清洗刷(15)位于从动轮(12)的上方,所述第二清洗刷(15)起到洗刷过滤带(10)的作用;
    所述顶棚(3)固定设置在支架(1)的上端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器,其特征在于:所述圆环形过滤筛网体(5)的中部向下凹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器,其特征在于:所述储水池(2)和支架(1)之间通过焊接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器,其特征在于:还包括喷水板(17),所述喷水板(17)固定设置在顶棚(3)的下方,所述喷水板(17)上设有水管(18)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于工业循环水处理的高效过滤器,其特征在于:所述圆环形公轨道(4)和支架(1)之间通过焊接固定。
