为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种自动清洁化无尘车间净化装置,包括房顶和地面,所述房顶顶部的右端固定安装有风机,所述风机的进风端通过管道连通有输风管,所述输风管的底部连通有进风管,所述进风管内腔下端的两侧均固定安装有支杆,所述支杆的内侧固定安装有引风扇,所述风机的出风端通过管道连通有软管,所述软管远离风机的一端连通有空气过滤器,所述空气过滤器的底部通过管道连通有除尘箱,所述除尘箱内腔的下端滑动连接有滑板,所述滑板内侧的顶部固定安装有活性炭过滤网,所述滑板内侧的中端固定安装有金属过滤网,所述滑板内侧的底部固定安装有超精细滤网膜,所述除尘箱内腔的底部固定安装有臭氧发生器,所述地面顶部的右端固定安装有水箱,所述水箱顶部的左端固定安装有泵机,所述泵机的进水端通过管道与水箱内腔的下端连通,所述泵机的出水端连通有输水管,所述输水管的内侧连通有雾化喷头。
优选的,所述除尘箱内腔两侧的下端均开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的内腔与滑板的外侧滑动连接。
优选的,所述除尘箱表面的下端通过合页铰接有箱门,所述水箱表面的左端固定安装有可视玻璃窗口。
优选的,所述除尘箱的底部与地面的顶部固定安装,所述除尘箱左侧的下端连通有排水管。
优选的,所述水箱顶部的右端开设有加水口,所述进风管外侧的底部套接有第一密封圈。
优选的,所述雾化喷头设置有两组,且两组雾化喷头为对称等距设计。
优选的,所述空气过滤器和除尘箱之间的连通处套接有第二密封圈,所述除尘箱和泵机之间的连通处套接有第三密封圈。

2、本实用新型通过滑槽的设置,能够有效的方便将滑板拉出,从而进行更换清理,通过箱门和可视玻璃窗口的设置,能够有效的用于方便打开除尘箱,同时用于观测出水箱内部的液位,通过除尘箱与地面之间固定安装和排水管的设置,能够有效的用于对除尘箱进行放置以及安装,同时用于对除尘箱内部的水进行排放。
3、本实用新型通过加水口和第一密封圈的设置,能够有效的用于对水箱进行加水,并且用于对房顶和进风管之间进行密封,通过雾化喷头的组数和为对称等距设计的设置,能够有效的用于对风中的粉尘进行喷淋处理,并且增加其喷淋的效果,通过第二密封圈和第三密封圈的设置,能够有效的用于对空气过滤器和除尘箱之间进行密封,同时对除尘箱和泵机之间进行密封。

工作原理:当需要进行净化时,利用外置控制器启动风机2和引风扇6,利用引风扇6进行引风,利用风机2将引来的风抽至除尘箱9内,随后利用外置控制器启动空气过滤器8,当经过软管7时由空气过滤器8对其进行初次过滤处理,随后利用外置控制器启动泵机18,利用泵机18将水箱17内部的水抽至输水管19内,随后由雾化喷头20喷出,以对其进行降尘处理,这时其会依次经过活性炭过滤网13、金属过滤网14和超精细滤网膜15,以对其进行再次过滤处理,随后利用外置控制器启动臭氧发生器16,利用臭氧发生器16对其进行臭氧反应,从而达到杀菌作用。
本申请文件的控制方式是通过控制器来自动控制,控制器的控制电路通过本领域的技术人员简单编程即可实现,属于本领域的公知常识,并且本申请文件主要用来保护机械装置,所以本申请文件不再详细解释控制方式和电路连接。

1.一种自动清洁化无尘车间净化装置,包括房顶(1)和地面(10),其特征在于:所述房顶(1)顶部的右端固定安装有风机(2),所述风机(2)的进风端通过管道连通有输风管(3),所述输风管(3)的底部连通有进风管(4),所述进风管(4)内腔下端的两侧均固定安装有支杆(5),所述支杆(5)的内侧固定安装有引风扇(6),所述风机(2)的出风端通过管道连通有软管(7),所述软管(7)远离风机(2)的一端连通有空气过滤器(8),所述空气过滤器(8)的底部通过管道连通有除尘箱(9),所述除尘箱(9)内腔的下端滑动连接有滑板(12),所述滑板(12)内侧的顶部固定安装有活性炭过滤网(13),所述滑板(12)内侧的中端固定安装有金属过滤网(14),所述滑板(12)内侧的底部固定安装有超精细滤网膜(15),所述除尘箱(9)内腔的底部固定安装有臭氧发生器(16),所述地面(10)顶部的右端固定安装有水箱(17),所述水箱(17)顶部的左端固定安装有泵机(18),所述泵机(18)的进水端通过管道与水箱(17)内腔的下端连通,所述泵机(18)的出水端连通有输水管(19),所述输水管(19)的内侧连通有雾化喷头(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动清洁化无尘车间净化装置,其特征在于:所述除尘箱(9)内腔两侧的下端均开设有滑槽(11),所述滑槽(11)的内腔与滑板(12)的外侧滑动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动清洁化无尘车间净化装置,其特征在于:所述除尘箱(9)表面的下端通过合页铰接有箱门(22),所述水箱(17)表面的左端固定安装有可视玻璃窗口(21)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动清洁化无尘车间净化装置,其特征在于:所述除尘箱(9)的底部与地面(10)的顶部固定安装,所述除尘箱(9)左侧的下端连通有排水管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动清洁化无尘车间净化装置,其特征在于:所述水箱(17)顶部的右端开设有加水口,所述进风管(4)外侧的底部套接有第一密封圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动清洁化无尘车间净化装置,其特征在于:所述雾化喷头(20)设置有两组,且两组雾化喷头(20)为对称等距设计。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动清洁化无尘车间净化装置,其特征在于:所述空气过滤器(8)和除尘箱(9)之间的连通处套接有第二密封圈,所述除尘箱(9)和泵机(18)之间的连通处套接有第三密封圈。
