第二安装板,所述第二安装板可滑动的连接于所述第一安装板,所述第二安装板在所述第一安装板上的滑动方向为第二方向,所述第二方向与第一方向相交,所述第二安装板用于固定相机。
可选地,所述第一锁紧件包括紧固件,所述第一安装板设有调节孔,所述调节孔用于所述紧固件穿设,以将所述第一安装板固定于所述云台。
可选地,所述调节孔为长条形通孔,所述调节孔的长度方向与所述第一方向平行。
可选地,所述第一安装板上还设有第一滑槽,所述第二安装板可滑动的连接于所述第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽设置于所述调节孔的一端。
可选地,所述第一安装板上设有限位部;
所述第二安装板设有限位件,在所述第二安装板滑动至目标位置的情况下,所述限位件与所述限位部连接,以将所述第二安装板限位在所述目标位置。
可选地,所述限位部为凹槽,所述限位件弹性连接于所述第二安装板,在所述第二安装板滑动至所述目标位置的情况下,所述限位件从所述第二安装板内弹出,嵌设于所述凹槽内。
可选地,所述第一安装板上设置有第二锁紧件,所述第二锁紧件用于将所述第二安装板锁定于所述第一安装板。
可选地,所述第二锁紧件包括:锁紧块、凸轮、弹性件以及手柄;
所述手柄与所述凸轮固定连接,用于带动所述凸轮转动至第一位置;
所述弹性件分别与所述凸轮和所述第一安装板连接,在所述弹性件的作用下,所述凸轮可转动回复至第二位置;
所述锁紧块滑动连接于所述第一安装板,并与所述凸轮接触,在所述凸轮转动至所述第二位置的情况下,可带动所述锁紧块滑动至与所述第二安装板抵持的位置,以将所述第二安装板锁定于所述第一安装板,在所述凸轮转动至所述第一位置的情况下,可带动所述锁紧块滑动至与所述第二安装板分分离的位置,以使所述第二安装板能够从所述第一安装板上取下。
可选地,所述第二安装板上还设置有第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽用于可滑动的连接于所述云台。
可选地,所述第一安装板包括相对设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述第一滑槽设置于所述第一侧,所述第二滑槽设置于所述第二侧。
可选地,所述第一安装板、所述第二安装板皆设置有安装接口,所述安 装接口包括曼富图接口和阿卡接口中的至少一种。
第二方面,本公开实施例还公开了一种云台,包括:云台主体、云台轴臂、支撑机构、以及上述任一项所述的快拆板;其中,
所述支撑机构安装于所述云台轴臂,并通过所述云台轴臂转动连接于所述云台主体;
所述快拆板连接于所述支撑机构。
第三方面,本公开实施例还公开了一种摄像设备,包括:相机以及上述的云台;其中,所述相机可拆卸的安装于所述云台的快拆板。
本公开包括以下优点:
本公开实施例中,在需要将相机固定于云台上进行拍摄时,可以将相机固定在快拆板的第二安装板上,再将快拆板安装至云台上,并通过快拆板的第一安装板在云台上的滑动实现相机在云台上的调平。在需要将进行相机转场或者需要更换相机电池时,仅需要将第二安装板连同相机一起取下即可,第一安装板仍可固定在云台上。这样,在将相机重新装回云台时,仅需将第二安装板安装至第一安装板上即可,避免了重新调平的操作,提高了拍摄效率和用户的拍摄体验性。而且,由于第二安装板在第一安装板上滑动的第二方向与第一安装板在云台上滑动的第一方向相交,第二安装板在第一安装板上的滑动很难使得第一安装板在云台上滑动,第一安装板可以稳定的保持在调平的位置,提高了相机在云台上的调平稳定性。

为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开作进一步详细的说明。显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
本公开实施例提供了一种云台的快拆板,所述快拆板可以用于实现相机在云台上的快速拆装。所述云台可以包括但不局限于:室内全方位云台、室外全方位云台、预置云台、数字云台、防爆云台、手持云台中的任意一种,本公开实施例仅以手持云台为例进行说明,其他类型的云台参照执行即可。
参照图1,示出了本公开的一种云台的结构示意图,具体可以包括:云台主体200、云台轴臂300、支撑机构400以及快拆板100;其中,支撑机构400安装于云台轴臂300,并通过云台轴臂300转动连接于云台主体200;快拆板100连接于支撑机构400,以将相机500快速的安装于支撑机构400。
在实际应用中,云台主体200内集成有控制模块,所述控制模块可以用于控制云台轴臂300带动支撑机构400相对于云台主体200转动,以调节支撑机构400上的相机500的拍摄角度,并获得稳定的影响画质。
具体地,在所述云台为手持式云台的情况下,云台主体200可以为云台手柄。相机500可以包括但不局限于枪机、半球型摄像机、一体化摄像机、红外日夜两用摄像机、高速球摄像机、网络摄像机中的任意一种。
参照图2,示出了本公开的一种快拆板的某一角度的结构示意图,如图2所示,所述快拆板具体可以包括:
第一安装板10,所述第一安装板10可滑动的连接于云台,第一安装板10在所述云台上的滑动方向为第一方向;
第一锁紧件(图中未示出),与所述云台机械耦合,用于将第一安装板10锁紧在云台上;以及
第二安装板11,第二安装板11可滑动的连接于第一安装板10,第二安装板11在第一安装板10上的滑动方向为第二方向,所述第二方向与第一方向相交,第二安装板11用于固定相机500。
本公开实施例中,在需要将相机500固定于云台上进行拍摄时,可以将相机500固定在快拆板的第二安装板11上,再将快拆板安装至云台上,并通过快拆板的第一安装板10在云台上的滑动实现相机500在云台上的调平。在需要将进行相机转场或者需要更换相机电池时,仅需要将第二安装板11连同相机500一起取下即可,第一安装板10仍可固定在云台上。这样,在将相机500重新装回云台时,仅需将第二安装板11安装至第一安装板10上即可,避免了重新调平的操作,提高了拍摄效率和用户的拍摄体验性。而且,由于第二安装板11在第一安装板10上滑动的第二方向与第一安装板10在云台上滑动的第一方向相交,第二安装板11在第一安装板10上的滑动很难使得第一安装板10在云台上滑动,第一安装板10可以稳定的保持在调平的位置,提高了相机500在云台上的调平稳定性。
本公开实施例中,第一安装板10上可以设置有第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽可以与云台上的支撑结机构400的部分嵌合,并可滑动的连接于所述云台,以使得第一安装板10可以可滑动的连接于平台,第一安装板10在所述云台上的滑动方向为第一方向。在实际应用中,在将相机500安装于快拆板上之后,通过第一安装板10在云台上沿所述第一方向的滑动,可以实现相机500在云台上的调平。
可选地,第一安装板10的侧面可以设置有刻度101,刻度101的刻度值变化方向可以与所述第一方向平行,以使得刻度101可以示意第一安装板10沿所述第一方向的滑动位置。
具体地,由于所述快拆板还包括第一锁紧件,在第一安装板10在云台上滑动至调平位置的情况下,可以通过所述第一锁紧件与所述云台的机械 耦合,将第一安装板10锁紧在所述调平位置,以使得相机500可以保持在所述调平位置。
可选地,所述第一锁紧件可以包括紧固件,第一安装板10设有调节孔102,调节孔102可以用于所述紧固件穿设,以将第一安装板10固定于所述云台。
具体地,所述紧固件可以包括但不局限于螺栓、螺钉、螺杆或者螺柱中的任意一种,本公开实施例对于所述紧固件的具体类型可以不做限定。调节孔102可以为开设在第一安装板10上的通孔,所述紧固件可以穿过调节孔102并连接在所述云台上,以将第一安装板10固定在所述云台上。
可选地,调节孔102可以为长条形通孔,调节孔102的长度方向与所述第一方向平行,这样,在第一安装板10在所述云台上沿所述第一方向滑动的情况下,所述紧固件可以相应在调节孔102内沿所述第一方向滑动,以将第一安装板10固定在所述云台上。
本公开实施例中,由于第二安装板11可滑动的连接于第一安装板10,通过第二安装板11在第一安装板10上的滑动,可以将第二安装板11安装至第一安装板10上,或者,将第二安装板11从第一安装板10上拆卸下来。在需要将进行相机转场或者需要更换相机电池时,仅需要将第二安装板11连同相机500一起取下即可,第一安装板10仍可固定在云台上。这样,在将相机500重新装回云台时,仅需将第二安装板11安装至第一安装板10上即可,避免了重新调平的操作,提高了拍摄效率和用户的拍摄体验性。
而且,由于第二安装板11在第一安装板10上的滑动方向为第二方向,所述第二方向与第一方向相交,因此,在需要将进行相机转场或者需要更换相机电池时,第二安装板11在第一安装板10上沿所述第二方向的滑动,很难使得第一安装板10在云台上沿所述第一方向滑动,第一安装板10可以稳定的保持在调平位置,提高了相机500在云台上的调平稳定性。
具体地,所述第一方向和所述第二方向相交具体可以为:所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直,或者,所述第一方向和所述第二方向的之间的夹角为60度、70度或者85度等角度。图2中,仅示出了第一方向为第一安装板10的长度方向,所述第二方向为第一安装板10的宽度方向,即所述第一 方向与所述第二方向垂直的情况,其他的夹角情况参照执行即可。
参照图3,示出了本公开的一种第一安装板的某一角度的结构示意图,如图3所示,第一安装板10上还设有第一滑槽103,第二安装板11可滑动的连接于第一滑槽103,第一滑槽103设置于调节孔102的一端,以使第一滑槽103与调节孔102可以错位设置,以避免调节孔102中的紧固件与第一滑槽103中的第二安装板11发生干涉,提高第二安装板11在第一滑槽103中的滑动顺畅性。
示例的,如图3所示,调节孔102可以设置在第一安装板10左边,第一滑槽103可以设置在第一安装板10右边,以避免调节孔102中的紧固件与第一滑槽103中的第二安装板11发生干涉。
可选地,第一安装板10可以包括相对设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述第一滑槽102设置于所述第一侧,所述第二滑槽设置于所述第二侧,以提高第一安装板10的结构紧凑性。
具体地,所述第一侧可以为第一安装板10的上侧,所述第二侧可以为第一安装板10的下侧,通过将第一滑槽102和所述第二滑槽分别设置于第一安装板10的上下两侧,可以使得第一滑槽102、所述第二滑槽在第一安装板10上的布局较为紧凑,减小第一安装板10的体积。
可选地,第一安装板10上设有限位部104;第二安装板11设有限位件111,在第二安装板11滑动至目标位置的情况下,限位件111与限位部104连接,以将第二安装板11限位在所述目标位置。
具体地,所述目标位置可以为第二安装板11固定在第一安装板10上的最终位置,在第二安装板11滑动至所述目标位置的情况下,可以实现第二安装板11与第一安装板10的最终装配。
在本公开的一种可选实施例中,限位部104可以为设置在第一滑槽103内的凹槽,限位件111可以弹性连接于第二安装板11,在第二安装板11沿第一滑槽103滑动至所述目标位置的情况下,限位件111可以从第二安装板11内弹出,嵌设于所述凹槽内,限制第二安装板11在第一安装板10上继续滑动,将所述第二安装板11限位在所述目标位置。在需要将第二安装板11从第一安装板10上拆下时,可以用力抽拉第二安装板11,使得限位件111 在抽拉力的作用下缩回至第二安装板11内,以使第二安装板11可以通过滑动离开所述目标位置,得以从第一安装板10上拆下。
需要说明的是,限位部104还可以是孔、挡板等,限位件111相应还可以是轴、挡槽等,本公开实施例对于限位部104以及限位件111的具体形式可以不做限定。
可选地,第一安装板10上还可以设置有第二锁紧件105,第二锁紧件105可以用于将第二安装板11锁定于第一安装板10,以使得第二安装板11可以保持在所述目标位置,提高第二安装板11与第一安装板10之间的连接可靠性。
可选地,第二锁紧件105可以包括:锁紧块、凸轮、弹性件以及手柄;所述手柄与所述凸轮固定连接,用于带动所述凸轮转动至第一位置;所述弹性件分别与所述凸轮和所述第一安装板连接,在所述弹性件的作用下,所述凸轮可转动回复至第二位置;所述锁紧块滑动连接于第一安装板10,并与所述凸轮接触。
示例地,在将第二安装板11装配至第一安装板10的过程中,在第二安装板11滑动至所述目标位置的情况下,所述弹性件的弹力可以带动所述凸轮转动至所述第二位置,以带动所述锁紧块滑动至与第二安装板11抵持的位置,以将第二安装板11锁定于第一安装板11,避免第二安装板11在第一安装板10上滑动,提高第二安装板11与第一安装板10之间的连接可靠性。
示例地,在将第二安装板11从第一安装板10上拆下时,可以拨动所述手柄,以使所述凸轮转动至所述第一位置,带动所述锁紧块滑动至与第二安装板11分分离的位置,以使第二安装板11能够从第一安装板10上取下。
参照图4,示出了图3所示的第一安装板另一角度的结构示意图,参照图5,示出了本公开的一种第二安装板某一角度的结构示意图,如图4、图5所示,第一安装板10、第二安装板11皆设置有安装接口12,安装接口12可以包括曼富图接口和阿卡接口中的至少一种,安装接口12可以用于实现所述快拆板在三脚架或者别的具有曼富图接口或者阿卡接口的地方安装。
需要说明的是,图4中仅示出了第一安装板10的一侧设置有安装接口12,且安装接口12为富曼图接口的情况,图5中仅示出了第二安装板11的 一侧设置有安装接口12,且安装接口为阿卡接口的情况,而在实际应用中,可以在第一安装板10、第二安装板11的一侧或者多侧设置安装接口12,而且,安装接口12可以为曼富图接口或者阿卡接口中的至少一种,本公开实施例对此不做限定。
综上,本公开实施例所述的云台的快拆板至少可以包括以下优点:

本公开实施例还提供了一种云台,其特征在于,包括:云台主体200、云台轴臂300、支撑机构400以及上述任一实施例所述的快拆板100;其中,支撑机构400安装于云台轴臂300,并通过云台轴臂300转动连接于云台主体200;快拆板100连接于支撑机构400,以将相机500快速的安装于支撑机构400。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,快拆板100的结构与上述任一实施例中的快拆板的结构相同,在此不做赘述。

本公开实施例还提供了一种摄像设备,其所述摄像设置具体可以包括:相机以及上述云台;其中,所述相机可拆卸的安装于所述云台的快拆板。
本公开实施例中,所述云台可以与前述各实施例中的云台相同,所述快拆板可以与前述各实施例中的快拆板相同,其有益效果也与前述快拆板类似,在此不做赘述。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种云台的快拆板,其特征在于,包括:
    第一安装板,所述第一安装板可滑动的连接于云台,所述第一安装板在所述云台上的滑动方向为第一方向;
    第一锁紧件,与所述云台机械耦合,用于将所述第一安装板锁紧在云台上;以及
    第二安装板,所述第二安装板可滑动的连接于所述第一安装板,所述第二安装板在所述第一安装板上的滑动方向为第二方向,所述第二方向与第一方向相交,所述第二安装板用于固定相机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧件包括紧固件,所述第一安装板设有调节孔,所述调节孔用于所述紧固件穿设,以将所述第一安装板固定于所述云台。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述调节孔为长条形通孔,所述调节孔的长度方向与所述第一方向平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述第一安装板上还设有第一滑槽,所述第二安装板可滑动的连接于所述第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽设置于所述调节孔的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述第一安装板上设有限位部;
    所述第二安装板设有限位件,在所述第二安装板滑动至目标位置的情况下,所述限位件与所述限位部连接,以将所述第二安装板限位在所述目标位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述限位部为凹槽,所述限位件弹性连接于所述第二安装板,在所述第二安装板滑动至所述目标位置的情况下,所述限位件从所述第二安装板内弹出,嵌设于所述凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述第一安装板上设置有第二锁紧件,所述第二锁紧件用于将所述第二安装板锁定于所述第一安装板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述第二锁紧件包括:锁紧块、凸轮、弹性件以及手柄;
    所述手柄与所述凸轮固定连接,用于带动所述凸轮转动至第一位 置;
    所述弹性件分别与所述凸轮和所述第一安装板连接,在所述弹性件的作用下,所述凸轮可转动回复至第二位置;
    所述锁紧块滑动连接于所述第一安装板,并与所述凸轮接触,在所述凸轮转动至所述第二位置的情况下,可带动所述锁紧块滑动至与所述第二安装板抵持的位置,以将所述第二安装板锁定于所述第一安装板,在所述凸轮转动至所述第一位置的情况下,可带动所述锁紧块滑动至与所述第二安装板分分离的位置,以使所述第二安装板能够从所述第一安装板上取下。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述第二安装板上还设置有第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽用于可滑动的连接于所述云台。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述第一安装板包括相对设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述第一滑槽设置于所述第一侧,所述第二滑槽设置于所述第二侧。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的快拆板,其特征在于,所述第一安装板、所述第二安装板皆设置有安装接口,所述安装接口包括曼富图接口和阿卡接口中的至少一种。
  12. 一种云台,其特征在于,包括:云台主体、云台轴臂、支撑机构、以及权利要求1至12任一项所述的快拆板;其中,
    所述支撑机构安装于所述云台轴臂,并通过所述云台轴臂转动连接于所述云台主体;
    所述快拆板连接于所述支撑机构。
  13. 一种摄像设备,其特征在于,包括:相机以及权利要求12所述的云台;其中,所述相机可拆卸的安装于所述云台的快拆板。
