请参阅图1-图4,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种按摩椅架体结构,包括底座架1,所述底座架1的上方安装有两组座椅调节滑轨2,每组所述座椅调节滑轨2均与一组支撑架3滑动连接,两组所述支撑架3上均安装有第一轴承4,每个所述第一轴承4的内环均卡接有椅背调节轴5,所述椅背调节轴5固定在可调节式椅背架6的左右两侧,所述椅背调节轴5的另一端与椅背调节电机7的输出轴固定连接,所述可调节式椅背架6上设有两个头枕升降腔8,两个所述头枕升降腔8的内部均插接有头枕升降柱9,所述头枕升降柱9的顶部安装有头枕安装框架10,所述头枕升降腔8的后壁贯通开有引导槽11,所述头枕升降柱9的后壁一体成型有引导凸块12,所述引导凸块12的后端贯穿所述引导槽11与引导横梁13固定连接,所述引导横梁13的顶部和底部之间贯通有螺纹孔并与升降螺杆14螺旋传动连接,所述升降螺杆14的底部与头枕升降电机15的输出轴固定连接,所述头枕升降电机15固定安装在可调节式椅背架6上,所述可调节式椅背架6的顶部左右两侧均贯通并安装有第二轴承16,所述第二轴承16的内环卡接有安装有头部遮盖架17。
本实施方案中:包括底座架1,底座架1的上方安装有两组座椅调节滑轨2,通过座椅调节滑轨2的设置,可将支撑架3连同可调节式椅背架6进行前后位置调节,每组座椅调节滑轨2均与一组支撑架3滑动连接,两组支撑架3上均安装有第一轴承4,每个第一轴承4的内环均卡接有椅背调节轴5,通过第一轴承4和椅背调节轴5的配合可使可调节式椅背架6进行调节,椅背调节轴5固定在可调节式椅背架6的左右两侧,椅背调节轴5的另一端与椅背调节电机7的输出轴固定连接,可调节式椅背架6上设有两 个头枕升降腔8,两个头枕升降腔8的内部均插接有头枕升降柱9,头枕升降柱9的顶部安装有头枕安装框架10,头枕升降腔8的后壁贯通开有引导槽11,头枕升降柱9的后壁一体成型有引导凸块12,引导凸块12的后端贯穿引导槽11与引导横梁13固定连接,引导横梁13的顶部和底部之间贯通有螺纹孔并与升降螺杆14螺旋传动连接,升降螺杆14的底部与头枕升降电机15的输出轴固定连接,通过头枕升降电机15的运转,可带动升降螺杆14进行转动,升降螺杆14的转动带动引导横梁13进行升降动作,从而通过引导凸块12带动头枕升降柱9在头枕升降腔8中通过滑套进行上下移动,从而调节头枕安装框架10的高度,实现自动调节头枕高度的功能,头枕升降电机15固定安装在可调节式椅背架6上,可调节式椅背架6的顶部左右两侧均贯通并安装有第二轴承16,第二轴承16的内环卡接有安装有头部遮盖架17,头部遮盖架17用于遮盖使用者的上半身,营造舒适的封闭氛围。
具体的,可调节式椅背架6包括靠背架18和坐垫架19,靠背架18用于安装按摩椅的靠背,坐垫架19用于安装按摩椅的坐垫,靠背架18通过椅背调节轴5和第一轴承4配合与两组支撑架3连接,靠背架18的底部内侧壁固定设有第三轴承20,第三轴承20的内环卡接有坐垫架调节轴21,坐垫架调节轴21固定设于坐垫架19后端的左右两侧,坐垫架19的左右侧壁均通过转轴固定连接有滑块22,每个滑块22均与一组坐垫架调节滑轨23滑动连接,两组坐垫架调节滑轨23分别固定安装在两组支撑架3的内侧,靠背架18角度调节的同时,靠背架18的底部通过自身运动带动坐垫架19在第三轴承20和坐垫架调节轴21的配合下转动,并通过滑块22与坐垫架调节滑轨2的配合进行位置的调整,可以适应靠背架18角度调节带来的坐姿变化。
具体的,头部遮盖架17包括安装轴24,安装轴24卡接在第二轴承16的内环中,安装轴24可在第二轴承16的内环中转动,使头部遮盖架17的 角度可以调节,安装轴24的左右两端外壁均安装有一组转杆连接座25,转杆连接座25上销接有若干组支撑杆装置26,最前和最后两组支撑杆装置26之间通过折叠伸缩杆27进行连接,支撑杆装置26上安装有遮盖帘31通过展开折叠伸缩杆27,可带动支撑杆装置连同遮盖帘31展开,遮盖帘31对使用者的上半身进行遮盖,从而营造舒适的封闭氛围。
具体的,支撑杆装置26的形状为“匚”型。
具体的,安装轴24与遮盖架电机28的输出轴通过锥型齿轮传动连接,遮盖架电机28固定安装在可调节式椅背架6上,遮盖架电机28用于带动头部遮盖架进行角度的调整。
具体的,支撑架3之间安装有连接横梁29,连接横梁29上销接有若干液压减震杆30,液压减震杆30的另一端与坐垫架19的底部销接,通过液压减震杆30,可对坐垫架19承受的冲击力进行缓冲,提升结构的稳定性。
具体的,头枕升降腔8的顶部固定设有限位块,限位块对头枕升降柱9上的引导凸块12进行限位。
具体的,头枕升降腔8的内腔中安装有滑套,滑套与头枕升降柱9滑动连接,增强头枕升降柱升降的顺畅性。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:通过椅背调节电机7可带动椅背调节轴5在第一轴承4中转动,从而调节靠背架18的角度,靠背架18角度调节的同时,靠背架18的底部通过自身运动带动坐垫架19在第三轴承20和坐垫架调节轴21的配合下转动,并通过滑块22与坐垫架调节滑轨2的配合进行位置的调整,使坐垫架19可以适应靠背架18角度调节带来的坐姿变化并在靠背架18进行角度调整的同时同步调整自身,通过头枕升降电机15的运转,可带动升降螺杆14进行转动,升降螺杆14的转动带动引导横梁13进行升降动作,从而通过引导凸块12带动头枕升降柱9在头枕升降腔8中通过滑套进行上下移动,从而调节头枕安装框架10的高度,实现自动调节头枕高度的功能,展开折叠伸缩杆27,可带动支撑杆装置26连同遮 盖帘31展开,通过控制遮盖架电机28,可通过遮盖架电机28的运转带动安装轴24在第二轴承16的内环中转动,从而带动转杆连接座25的转动,转杆连接座25的转动带动支撑杆装置26转动,即可带动遮盖帘31调整到适宜位置,可对使用者的上半身进行遮盖,营造舒适的封闭氛围,通过座椅调节滑轨2,可将支撑架3连同可调节式椅背架6进行前后位置调节。

  1. 一种按摩椅架体结构,其特征在于:包括底座架(1),所述底座架(1)的上方安装有两组座椅调节滑轨(2),每组所述座椅调节滑轨(2)均与一组支撑架(3)滑动连接,两组所述支撑架(3)上均安装有第一轴承(4),每个所述第一轴承(4)的内环均卡接有椅背调节轴(5),所述椅背调节轴(5)固定在可调节式椅背架(6)的左右两侧,所述椅背调节轴(5)的另一端与椅背调节电机(7)的输出轴固定连接,所述可调节式椅背架(6)上设有两个头枕升降腔(8),两个所述头枕升降腔(8)的内部均插接有头枕升降柱(9),所述头枕升降柱(9)的顶部安装有头枕安装框架(10),所述头枕升降腔(8)的后壁贯通开有引导槽(11),所述头枕升降柱(9)的后壁一体成型有引导凸块(12),所述引导凸块(12)的后端贯穿所述引导槽(11)与引导横梁(13)固定连接,所述引导横梁(13)的顶部和底部之间贯通有螺纹孔并与升降螺杆(14)螺旋传动连接,所述升降螺杆(14)的底部与头枕升降电机(15)的输出轴固定连接,所述头枕升降电机(15)固定安装在可调节式椅背架(6)上,所述可调节式椅背架(6)的顶部左右两侧均贯通并安装有第二轴承(16),所述第二轴承(16)的内环卡接有安装有头部遮盖架(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩椅架体结构,其特征在于:所述可调节式椅背架(6)包括靠背架(18)和坐垫架(19),所述靠背架(18)通过所述椅背调节轴(5)和所述第一轴承(4)配合与两组所述支撑架(3)连接,所述靠背架(18)的底部内侧壁固定设有第三轴承(20),所述第三轴承(20)的内环卡接有坐垫架调节轴(21),所述坐垫架调节轴(21)固定设于所述坐垫架(19)后端的左右两侧,所述坐垫架(19)的左右侧壁均通过转轴固定连接有滑块(22),每个所述滑块(22)均与一组坐垫架调节滑轨(23)滑动连接,两组所述坐垫架调节滑轨(23)分别固定安装在 两组所述支撑架(3)的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩椅架体结构,其特征在于:所述头部遮盖架(17)包括安装轴(24),所述安装轴(24)卡接在第二轴承(16)的内环中,所述安装轴(24)的左右两端外壁均安装有一组转杆连接座(25),所述转杆连接座(25)上销接有若干组支撑杆装置(26),最前和最后两组所述支撑杆装置(26)之间通过折叠伸缩杆(27)进行连接,所述支撑杆装置(26)上安装有遮盖帘(31)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种按摩椅架体结构,其特征在于:所述支撑杆装置(26)的形状为“匚”型。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种按摩椅架体结构,其特征在于:所述安装轴(24)与遮盖架电机(28)的输出轴通过锥型齿轮传动连接,所述遮盖架电机(28)固定安装在可调节式椅背架(6)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩椅架体结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架(3)之间安装有连接横梁(29),所述连接横梁(29)上销接有若干液压减震杆(30),所述液压减震杆(30)的另一端与坐垫架(19)的底部销接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩椅架体结构,其特征在于:所述头枕升降腔(8)的顶部固定设有限位块。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩椅架体结构,其特征在于:所述头枕升降腔(8)的内腔中安装有滑套。
