本发明涉及服装领域,特别涉及一种服装制版用绘图设备。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,自动化程度越来越高,现有的服装设计师通常通过计算机绘制设置图,相比于在纸上绘图设计,通过计算机绘图能够快速修改;在最终定稿后,需要进行打板,而现有的方式是通过人工打板,这样效率低。也有的通过机械手实现自动绘图,而机械手成本高,一般企业无法负担其高昂的设备成本;另外,绘图笔在绘制一定距离后就无法继续绘制,因此,需要对绘图笔进行更换,而现有的方式均采用人工更换的方式,这样每次均需要对绘图笔进行校准,否则机械臂无法很好的进行绘图,这样会大大增加换笔的时间。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,公开了一种服装制版用绘图设备,包括绘图桌和自动换笔机构,所述绘图桌包括绘图桌和自动换笔机构,所述绘图桌包括工作台、二轴同步带滑台、升降机构、放料机构、压紧机构、拉平机构和驱动机构,所述工作台上设置容许布料通过的开口,所述放料机构设置在所述工作台一端,用于架设卷状布料,所述压紧机构设置在所述工作台的下表面,以压紧布料的一端,所述拉平机构滑动设置在所述工作台上,利用所述驱动机构驱动所述拉平机构往复移动;所述二轴同步带滑台设置在所述工作台上,所述升降机构设置在所述二轴同步带滑台上,利用所述二轴同步带滑台驱动所述升降机构在水平面内移动,所述自动换笔机构设置在所述升降 机构上,利用所述升降机构驱动所述自动换笔机构竖直移动;
所述自动换笔机构包括固定套、致动器、驱动杆、顶紧机构和盖板,所述固定套与机械手连接,所述固定套轴向设置贯穿的用于安装绘图笔并且与所述绘图笔配合的安装腔,所述固定套的侧壁上设置开口,并且向一侧延伸设置储笔箱,所述储笔箱内设置水平排列的储笔腔,所述盖板盖于所述储笔箱的上方,所述顶紧机构设置在所述储笔腔的一端,将所述绘图笔推向所述安装腔,所述固定套的下端设置夹紧所述绘图笔的笔套,所述致动器设置在所述固定套的上端,所述驱动杆设置所述安装腔内,并且与所述致动器连接,利用所述致动器驱动所述绘图笔沿所述安装腔向下移动。
进一步地,所述拉平机构包括门架、第一导杆、移动板、电缸、压轮、导轮、第一压板、第一弹簧和拉平壳体,所述第一导杆分设在所述工作台的两侧,所述门架设置在所述第一导杆上,所述门架两侧内壁竖向设置第一导槽,所述移动板的两端滑动设置在所述第一导槽内,所述电缸设置在所述门架上,利用所述电缸驱动所述移动板上下移动;所述拉平壳体的上表面间隔设置若干个第二导杆,所述移动板上设置与所述第二导杆对应的导孔,所述第二导杆滑动设置在所述导孔内,所述第一弹簧套设在所述第二导杆上,并且处于所述移动板和所述拉平壳体之间;所述拉平壳体的下表面凹设负压腔,并且在其侧壁上设置与负压生成器连接的接口,所述压轮滚动设置在所述拉平壳体的左右两侧壁的下端,所述导轮滚动设置在所述负压腔内且位于两所述压轮之间,所述第一压板设置在所述移动板靠近所述开口的一侧。
进一步地,所述驱动机构包括伺服电机、第一丝杆和移动块,所述第一丝杆转动设置在所述工作台底部,并且与所述第一导杆平行,所述移动块连接设置在所述第一丝杆上,并且与所述门架连接,利用所述伺服电机驱动所述移动块移动以带动所述拉平机构移动。
进一步地,所述压紧机构包括压紧气缸、第二压板和滚轮,所述工作台的下表面围绕所述开口向下凸起设置凹字形围栏,所述围栏的两侧壁的内侧设置第二导槽,所述第二压板的两端滑动设置在所述第二导槽内,所 述压紧气缸固定在所述工作台的下表面,以驱动所述第二压板水平往复移动;所述第二压板的下端和所述开口的右上角设置所述滚轮。
进一步地,所述放料机构包括对称设置在所述工作台的两桌脚上的抬升机构,所述抬升机构包括摆臂、支撑气缸和支撑轴,所述摆臂的一端和所述支撑气缸的一端分别设置在桌脚的上端和下端,并且所述摆臂的另一端和所述支撑气缸的另一端铰接,所述摆臂上设置放置所述支撑轴的凹口,所述支撑轴用于安装卷状布料,且其两端安装于所述凹口内。
进一步地,所述顶紧机构包括压板和第二弹簧,所述压板滑动设置在所述储笔箱内,所述压板的一侧上下间隔设置两个凸点,并且在所述储笔箱的一侧的内壁的对应位置设置所述凸点,所述第二弹簧的两端分别固定在两侧的所述凸点上。
进一步地,还包括锁紧机构和牵引线,所述储笔箱的一端板上设置通孔,所述锁紧机构设置在所述通孔处,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧支架、锁紧轮和第一扭转弹簧,锁紧支架底部设置锯齿结构,所述锁紧轮偏心转动设置在所述锁紧支架上,所述第一扭转弹簧设置在所述锁紧轮上与所述锁紧支架连接,利用所述第一扭转弹簧使所述锁紧轮向上转动,所述牵引线的一端与所述压板固定,另一端穿过所述通孔进入所述锁紧轮和所述锯齿结构之间,锁定时,所述锁紧轮转动将所述牵引线压紧在所述锯齿结构上。
进一步地,还包括收卷机构,所述收卷机构固定在所述储笔箱上,所述收卷机构包括收卷壳体、收卷轴和第二扭转弹簧,所述收卷轴转动设置在所述收卷壳体内,所述收卷壳体上设置导线口,所述第二扭转弹簧设置在所述收卷壳体内,分别与所述收卷壳体与所述收卷轴连接,为所述收卷轴提供回复力,所述牵引线穿过所述导线口与所述收卷轴连接。
进一步地,所述笔套包括压套和胶圈,所述胶圈包括固定部、弹性部和卡紧部,所述固定部通过压套固定在所述固定套的下端,所述弹性部连接所述固定部和所述卡紧部,所述卡紧部与所述绘图笔过盈配合;所述弹性部包括至少一个C形圈。
进一步地,所述卡套与所述固定套螺纹配合,所述固定套的下表面沿其边缘凸出设置若干个定位点,所述固定部上对应位置设置定位孔。
本发明取得的有益效果:
本发明的绘图桌巧妙的利用负压吸引的方法,并且配合压轮和滚轮,实现对皮革的铺平,同时配合二轴同步带滑台与升降机构实现自动绘图,大大提高了绘图效率。放料机构采用对称设置的两个抬升机构组成,因此,卷状皮革能够无障碍的移动至抬升机构之间,实现了卷状皮革的方便安装。自动换笔机构通过储笔箱和固定套配合,实现了绘图笔的储藏和自动更换,大大节约了换笔时间,提高了绘图效率。在端部设置笔套,笔套通过设置C形弹性部,避免绘图时绘图笔与桌面之间硬连接,造成绘图笔损坏。在压板处连接牵引线,通过锁紧机构临时固定,方便加笔;锁紧机构采用锯齿结构和偏心设置的锁紧轮,加大牵引线与锁紧轮之间的摩擦力,以克服扭转弹簧的扭力,使得锁紧轮转动,将牵引线压紧在锯齿结构上。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种服装制版用绘图设备,如图1-2所示,包括绘图桌和自动换笔机构2,其中,绘图桌1包括工作台1、二轴同步带滑台2、升降机构3、放料机构4、压紧机构5、拉平机构6和驱动机构7,工作台1上设置容许布料通过的开口11,放料机构4设置在工作台1一端,用于架设卷状布料,布料从工作台1底部进入开口11后铺设在工作台1的上表面上。压紧机构5设置在工作台1的下表面,用于压紧布料,防止在绘图时工作台1上表面的已经铺平的布料收到放料机构4的影响。拉平机构6滑动设置在工作台1 上,驱动机构7设置在工作台1上,以驱动拉平机构6水平往复移动;其中,拉平机构通过负压将布料吸引,利用驱动机构7将拉平机构6向一侧移动,进而实现将布料铺平。二轴同步带滑台2设置在工作台1上,升降机构3设置在二轴同步带滑台2上,自动换笔机构8设置在升降机构3上,通过二轴同步带滑台2驱动自动换笔机构8在水平面上移动;在不需要绘图的部位,通过升降机构3将自动画笔机构提起,以远离布料;即使得绘图笔9远离布料。
如图6-7所示,自动换笔机构包括固定套81、致动器82、驱动杆83、顶紧机构84和盖板85,固定套81与机械手连接,固定套81轴向设置贯穿的用于安装绘图笔9并且与绘图笔9配合的安装腔;其中,安装腔用于引导绘图笔9,并且在机械手绘图时,防止绘图笔9晃动。固定套81的侧壁上设置开口,并且向一侧延伸设置储笔箱86,储笔箱86内设置水平排列的储笔腔;即绘图笔9在储笔腔内一字排列;盖板85盖于储笔箱86的上方,将盖板85打开后,便于在储笔腔内加笔。顶紧机构84设置在储笔腔的一端,将绘图笔9推向安装腔,固定套81的下端设置夹紧绘图笔的笔套87,致动器82设置在固定套81的上端,驱动杆83设置安装腔内,并且与致动器82连接,利用致动器82带动驱动杆83下移,使绘图笔9沿安装腔向下移动。通过上述结构实现自动换笔;具体的,通过致动器82带动驱动杆83上移,使得绘图笔9进入安装腔,而后推动驱动杆83推动绘图笔9沿安装腔向下移动,通过绘图笔9的笔尖部分顶部被替换的绘图笔的笔尾将绘图笔推出固定套81,通过笔套将新的绘图笔固定,而后致动器82带动驱动杆83向上移动,使得绘图笔9与驱动杆83之间具有间隙,完成一次换笔。此时,驱动杆83阻挡储笔腔内的绘图笔9进入安装腔,避免影响机械臂正常绘图。
具体的,如图1-4所示,拉平机构6包括门架61、第一导杆62、移动板63、电缸64、压轮65、导轮66、第一压板67、第一弹簧68和拉平壳体69,第一导杆62分设在工作台1的两侧,门架61设置在第一导杆62上,门架61两侧内壁竖向设置第一导槽611,移动板63的两端滑动设置在第一 导槽611内;电缸64设置在门架61的上表面,并且与移动板63连接,通过电缸64驱动移动板63竖直移动。拉平壳体69的上表面间隔设置若干个第二导杆691;通常,第二导杆91至少设置两个,当然,根据拉平壳体69的长度增加第二导杆691的数量。移动板63上设置与第二导杆691对应的导孔,第二导杆691滑动设置在导孔内,第一弹簧68套设在第二导杆691上,并且处于移动板63和拉平壳体69之间;第二导杆691的上端设置挡块,以防止移动板63与拉平壳体69分离。拉平壳体69的下表面凹设负压腔,并且在其侧壁上设置与负压生成器连接的接口692,压轮65滚动设置在拉平壳体69的左右两侧壁的下端,导轮66滚动设置在负压腔内且位于两压轮65之间,第一压板67设置在移动板63靠近开口11的一侧。优选的,第一压板67的底部设置硅胶制成的压条,或者直接在第一压板67底部覆盖胶层,利用胶层的韧性,保护布料不会被压伤,同时增加与布料之间的摩擦力。
下面具体阐述拉平机构6如何将布料进行拉平,首先将需要的布料从开口11处拉出后通过压紧机构5将布料的一端固定。将拉出的布料铺在工作台1上,驱动机构7驱动拉平机构6移动至开口处,工作人员将布料的另一端向一端斜向上抬起,通过电缸64驱动拉平壳体69下移,利用负压腔的压力,将布料吸附在压轮65和导轮66上,而后通过电缸64将布料略微抬起,而后通过驱动机构7将拉平机构6向一端拉拽,此时,布料受到牵引力而绷紧拉平。而后电缸64驱动拉平壳体69下移将布料压在工作台上后继续向一侧移动,直至到达一端后,通过电缸64继续驱动移动板63下移,通过第一压板67将布料的一端压紧。通过上述操作实现布料的拉平与压紧。避免在绘图过程中发生褶皱。
在一实施例中,如图1-4所示,驱动机构7包括伺服电机71、第一丝杆72和移动块73,第一丝杆72转动设置在工作台1底部,并且与第一导杆62平行,移动块73连接设置在第一丝杆72上,并且与门架61连接,利用伺服电机71驱动移动块73移动以带动拉平机构6移动。
在一实施例中,如图1-2所示,压紧机构5包括压紧气缸51和第二压 板52,工作台1的下表面围绕开口向下凸起设置凹字形围栏12,围栏12的两侧壁的内侧设置第二导槽13,第二压板52的两端滑动设置在第二导槽13内,压紧气缸51固定在工作台1的下表面,以驱动第二压板52水平往复移动,通过第二压板52将布料压紧在围栏12上。优选的,压板52上报复胶层,利用胶层的韧性,保护布料不会被压伤,同时增加与布料之间的摩擦力。
在一实施例中,如图1-2所示,还包括滚轮14,第二压板51的下端和开口的右上角设置滚轮14。通过滚轮14避免布料受到摩擦而造成表面刮花。
在一实施例中,如图1-2所示,放料机构4包括对称设置在工作台1的两桌脚上的抬升机构,抬升机构包括摆臂41、支撑气缸42和支撑轴43,摆臂41的一端和支撑气缸42的一端分别设置在桌脚的上端和下端,并且摆臂41的另一端和支撑气缸42的另一端铰接,摆臂41上设置放置支撑轴43的凹口,支撑轴43用于安装卷状布料,且其两端安装于凹口内。当支撑气缸42收起时,摆臂41向下转动,使得凹口下降,将卷状布料推至两抬升机构之间,支撑轴43插入卷状布料的中心,并且其两端至于凹口内,驱动支撑气缸42,将摆臂41向上转动,进而将卷状布料抬起。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,升降机构3包括底座31、第三导杆32、步进电机33、升降块34和第二丝杆35,第三导杆32和第二丝杆35平行且竖直设置在底座31上,升降块34设置在第三导杆32和第二丝杆35上,利用步进电机33驱动升降块34竖直移动。
对于二轴同步带滑台,其总共包括三个同步带滑台,两个同步带滑台对称设置,两者通过连杆连接,通过伺服电机驱动其中一个同步带滑台运动,并且通过连杆带动另一个同步带滑台同步运动,剩余一个同步带滑台假设与底部两个同步带滑台上,通过独立的伺服电机驱动其运动,进而实现在水平方向上的移动。上述二轴同步带滑台的结构为现有技术,在此不再过多赘述。
在一实施例中,如图6-7所示,顶紧机构84包括压板841和第二弹簧842,储笔箱86内的相对两侧壁上设置导槽,对应的,所述压板841的两 侧设置滑块,滑块与导槽相配合,实现压板841与储笔箱86滑动连接。压板841的一侧上下间隔设置两个凸点843,并且在储笔箱86的一侧的内壁的对应位置设置凸点843,第二弹簧842的两端分别固定在两侧的凸点843上。
在上述实施例中,如图6-8所示,还包括锁紧机构844和牵引线845,储笔箱86的一端板上设置通孔,锁紧机构844设置在通孔处,锁紧机构844包括锁紧支架8441、锁紧轮8442和第一扭转弹簧(未示出),锁紧支架8441底部设置锯齿结构8443,锁紧轮8442偏心转动设置在锁紧支架8441上,第一扭转弹簧设置在锁紧轮8442上与锁紧支架8441连接,利用第一扭转弹簧使锁紧轮8442向上转动,牵引线845的一端与压板841固定,另一端穿过通孔进入锁紧轮8442和锯齿结构8443之间,锁定时,锁紧轮8442转动将牵引线845压紧在锯齿结构8443上。锁紧机构844用于在加笔时,将压板841固定在一端;具体的,通过牵引线845将压板841拉至储笔箱86的一端,而后将牵引线845向上拉拽,并且牵引线845贴在锁紧轮8442上;利用牵引线845与锁紧轮8442之间的摩擦力,使得锁紧轮8442向下转动,将牵引线845夹紧在锁紧轮8442和锯齿结构8443之间;通过利用第二弹簧842的回复力,使得锁紧机构844始终夹紧牵引线845。其中,将锁紧轮8442采用轮状结构,其目的在于增大锁紧轮8442与牵引线845之间的摩擦力。在解锁时,只需要再次拉动牵引线845,锁紧轮8442收到第一扭转弹簧的扭转力向上转动,与牵引线845分离,实现牵引线845与锁紧机构844的解锁。
在上述实施例中,如图6-9所示,储笔箱86加满时,牵引线845会有较长的一段在储笔箱86外,这样会影响机械臂正常绘图。因此,还包括收卷机构846,收卷机构846固定在储笔箱86上,用于将牵引线845收卷在收卷机构846内。具体的,收卷机构846包括收卷壳体8461、收卷轴8462和第二扭转弹簧(未示出),收卷轴8462转动设置在收卷壳体8461内,收卷壳体8461上设置导线口,第二扭转弹簧设置在收卷壳体8461内,分别与收卷壳体8461与收卷轴8462连接,为收卷轴8462提供回复力,牵引线 845穿过导线口与收卷轴8462连接。
在一实施例中,如图6-12所示,笔套87包括压套871和胶圈872胶圈872,胶圈872胶圈872包括固定部8721、弹性部8722和卡紧部8723,固定部722通过压套871固定在固定套81的下端,弹性部8722连接固定部8721和卡紧部722,卡紧部8723与绘图笔9过盈配合。其中,胶圈872胶圈872可以采用橡胶、硅胶等材质,利用其自身的弹性,卡紧部8723能够快速的将绘图笔9卡紧。另外,在绘图师,机械手由于精度问题,绘图笔9存在与桌面硬连接的可能,造成绘图笔9的损坏。利用弹性部8722实现对绘图笔9上下位置的自动调节。优选的,弹性部8722包括至少一个C形圈;即弹性部8722的截面为C形,围成圆形圈状,相互牵制,韧性很好,非常适用于绘图笔9自适应调节。当设置两个或者三个C形圈时,其采用上下叠加设置。
在上述实施例中,如图6-12所示,卡套71与固定套81螺纹配合,固定套81的下表面沿其边缘凸出设置若干个定位点811,固定部上对应位置设置定位孔8724。定位点811插入定位孔8724后,起到了对固定部8721的固定,防止在换笔时,胶圈872胶圈872与绘图笔9之间摩擦力较大,造成胶圈872胶圈872的位置改变。
在一实施例中,致动器82为电缸。
在一实施例中,储笔箱86的上表面和盖板85的下表面设置磁铁,盖板85与储笔箱86磁性连接。这样方便盖板85的打开和关闭。
本发明在使用时,如图6-12所示,当需要加笔时,打开盖板85,拉动牵引线845使得压板841移动至储笔箱86的一端,牵引线845与锁紧机构844锁定。而后在储笔腔内一字排列放置绘图笔9,而后解锁锁紧机构844,使得压板841紧压在绘图笔9上,盖上盖板85,而完成加笔。换笔的具体过程在上文中已进行阐述,在此不再进行描述。

  1. 一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,包括绘图桌和自动换笔机构,所述绘图桌包括绘图桌和自动换笔机构,所述绘图桌包括工作台、二轴同步带滑台、升降机构、放料机构、压紧机构、拉平机构和驱动机构,所述工作台上设置容许布料通过的开口,所述放料机构设置在所述工作台一端,用于架设卷状布料,所述压紧机构设置在所述工作台的下表面,以压紧布料的一端,所述拉平机构滑动设置在所述工作台上,利用所述驱动机构驱动所述拉平机构往复移动;所述二轴同步带滑台设置在所述工作台上,所述升降机构设置在所述二轴同步带滑台上,利用所述二轴同步带滑台驱动所述升降机构在水平面内移动,所述自动换笔机构设置在所述升降机构上,利用所述升降机构驱动所述自动换笔机构竖直移动;
    所述自动换笔机构包括固定套、致动器、驱动杆、顶紧机构和盖板,所述固定套与机械手连接,所述固定套轴向设置贯穿的用于安装绘图笔并且与所述绘图笔配合的安装腔,所述固定套的侧壁上设置开口,并且向一侧延伸设置储笔箱,所述储笔箱内设置水平排列的储笔腔,所述盖板盖于所述储笔箱的上方,所述顶紧机构设置在所述储笔腔的一端,将所述绘图笔推向所述安装腔,所述固定套的下端设置夹紧所述绘图笔的笔套,所述致动器设置在所述固定套的上端,所述驱动杆设置所述安装腔内,并且与所述致动器连接,利用所述致动器驱动所述绘图笔沿所述安装腔向下移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,所述拉平机构包括门架、第一导杆、移动板、电缸、压轮、导轮、第一压板、第一弹簧和拉平壳体,所述第一导杆分设在所述工作台的两侧,所述门架设置在所述第一导杆上,所述门架两侧内壁竖向设置第一导槽,所述移动板的两端滑动设置在所述第一导槽内,所述电缸设置在所述门架上,利用所述电缸驱动所述移动板上下移动;所述拉平壳体的上表面间隔设置若干个第二导杆,所述移动板上设置与所述第二导杆对应的导孔,所述第二导杆滑动设置在所述导孔内,所述第一弹簧套设在所述第二导杆上,并且处于所述移动板和所述拉平壳体之间;所述拉平壳体的下表面凹设负压腔,并且在其侧壁上设置 与负压生成器连接的接口,所述压轮滚动设置在所述拉平壳体的左右两侧壁的下端,所述导轮滚动设置在所述负压腔内且位于两所述压轮之间,所述第一压板设置在所述移动板靠近所述开口的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括伺服电机、第一丝杆和移动块,所述第一丝杆转动设置在所述工作台底部,并且与所述第一导杆平行,所述移动块连接设置在所述第一丝杆上,并且与所述门架连接,利用所述伺服电机驱动所述移动块移动以带动所述拉平机构移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,所述压紧机构包括压紧气缸、第二压板和滚轮,所述工作台的下表面围绕所述开口向下凸起设置凹字形围栏,所述围栏的两侧壁的内侧设置第二导槽,所述第二压板的两端滑动设置在所述第二导槽内,所述压紧气缸固定在所述工作台的下表面,以驱动所述第二压板水平往复移动;所述第二压板的下端和所述开口的右上角设置所述滚轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,所述放料机构包括对称设置在所述工作台的两桌脚上的抬升机构,所述抬升机构包括摆臂、支撑气缸和支撑轴,所述摆臂的一端和所述支撑气缸的一端分别设置在桌脚的上端和下端,并且所述摆臂的另一端和所述支撑气缸的另一端铰接,所述摆臂上设置放置所述支撑轴的凹口,所述支撑轴用于安装卷状布料,且其两端安装于所述凹口内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,所述顶紧机构包括压板和第二弹簧,所述压板滑动设置在所述储笔箱内,所述压板的一侧上下间隔设置两个凸点,并且在所述储笔箱的一侧的内壁的对应位置设置所述凸点,所述第二弹簧的两端分别固定在两侧的所述凸点上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,还包括锁紧机构和牵引线,所述储笔箱的一端板上设置通孔,所述锁紧机构设置在所述通孔处,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧支架、锁紧轮和第一扭转弹簧,锁紧支架底部设置锯齿结构,所述锁紧轮偏心转动设置在所述锁紧支架上,所述 第一扭转弹簧设置在所述锁紧轮上与所述锁紧支架连接,利用所述第一扭转弹簧使所述锁紧轮向上转动,所述牵引线的一端与所述压板固定,另一端穿过所述通孔进入所述锁紧轮和所述锯齿结构之间,锁定时,所述锁紧轮转动将所述牵引线压紧在所述锯齿结构上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,还包括收卷机构,所述收卷机构固定在所述储笔箱上,所述收卷机构包括收卷壳体、收卷轴和第二扭转弹簧,所述收卷轴转动设置在所述收卷壳体内,所述收卷壳体上设置导线口,所述第二扭转弹簧设置在所述收卷壳体内,分别与所述收卷壳体与所述收卷轴连接,为所述收卷轴提供回复力,所述牵引线穿过所述导线口与所述收卷轴连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,所述笔套包括压套和胶圈,所述胶圈包括固定部、弹性部和卡紧部,所述固定部通过压套固定在所述固定套的下端,所述弹性部连接所述固定部和所述卡紧部,所述卡紧部与所述绘图笔过盈配合;所述弹性部包括至少一个C形圈。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种服装制版用绘图设备,其特征在于,所述卡套与所述固定套螺纹配合,所述固定套的下表面沿其边缘凸出设置若干个定位点,所述固定部上对应位置设置定位孔。
