在平行四边形连杆机构两端之间,设置拉伸弹簧的目的是,当两个座位处在靠近水平位置上时,在圆环转动前行方向上,调节前座位对圆环圆心力矩的伸出长度,后座位对圆心力矩短,利用力矩关系不对称去克服转动阻力,在两个座位处在靠近垂直位置上时弹簧收缩,拉近两个座位靠近圆环圆心位置,缩短 力矩,减少转动阻力。弹簧配合安装有弹簧强度调节装置,是为了调节两个座位上承重能力差异对圆环转动造成的困难,并且由于双人运动转轮是由两个运动转轮机构组成,相互对称,所以两边的弹簧强度也要保持一致。
滚动的双人运动转轮,圆环的圆心是空的,但双人运动转轮圆环也是可以用圆心位置固定安装的,一个圆心被固定的圆环,由于圆环的受力不再来源于和地面接触面的支撑,所以,转动的圆环可以被通过圆环圆心的连杆代替。
座位板悬挂在座位挂架上。座位挂架的上端铰接到并排两个圆环上的相同位置的摇臂杆顶端的铰接轴上,每个座位上两个座位挂架之间,指向铰接轴位置上,固定安装有一个座位靠背梁在两个座位挂架上,每个摇臂杆顶端通过铰接轴,还铰接在两个非等边平行四边连杆机构带有弹簧的两端,挂架上端铰接到铰接轴,挂架为刚性材料,可以使用柔性材料做座位板,座位板和挂架之间可以使用柔性线条连接。这样可以通过重力作用使刚性挂架对偏离悬垂中心位置时,有力矩补偿性纠偏作用,而线条连接座位板,自然悬垂,相互配合保持座位板自然向上的平衡状态。因为力矩补偿纠偏作用,所以座位板和挂架也可以做成固定的刚性连接。
由于考虑到座位上的人,在双人运动转轮在转动过程中的位置不断变化,需要给人提供维持运动用的扶手,所以扶手不能按照圆环本身的弧度设置,这个扶手可以是直线形的,也可以是圆环的弧形的正反向弧形环。所以在两个圆环之间,座位板挂架的两侧各设置有可以供人在运动中扶持的扶手。座位上的扶手把儿和座位挂架刚性连接,而座位挂架和座位板是线条悬挂的柔性连接,座位板可以用柔性帆布制作,座位上的人,后背设置有靠背梁,前面设置有类似于汽车座位上的有安全带,围在腰间,所以运动中可以保证绝对安全,随时保持身体平衡。扶手把儿设计成受力方向尽可能指向挂架和平行四边连杆机构的 铰接轴位置。扶手设置的共同特点就是在使用者手脚可以够到的地方,分布在使用者的座位两边对称设置。在运动圆环的圆心被固定的情况下,类似于扶手这样的辅助运动支架机构,也可以设置在圆环之外的地面或圆环固定支架上,作为使用者在运动过程中借力的辅助设施。
如果数个运动转轮并联,也可以供多人同时使用。

具体实施方式
以下是结合图一的双人运动转轮的基本结构示意图,作为本发明的具体实施例的运作原理和使用方式所做的详细说明。
双人运动转轮上设置有两个座位板(6),两个座位板(6)上有各有一个使用者,两个人受到地球重力的牵引,在两个座位板(6)位置上形成两个向下的引力,双人运动转轮的圆环(1)在滚动过程中,始终是靠圆环(10)和地面的接触面获得一个向上的支撑力,这个支撑力始终通过圆环(1)(10)的圆心,当两个座位板(6)处于一个水平面位置时,被圆环(1)上铰接的摇臂杆(2)向上拉动的非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)的一端,处于圆环转动方向的后方,而非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)的靠前的一端,则是通过作用在座位板(6)上的重力,这个重力在和圆环(1)连接的摇臂杆(2)的限制力共同作用下,非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)两端之间的弹簧(4)被拉伸到和作用力相互平衡位置,利用两个座位板(6)与圆环(1)圆心在水平位置上的力矩的变化差,使得处于前方位置的人,相对于处于后方位置人,距离圆心的水平距离远,可以获得较大的转动力矩, 使得双人运动转轮向前方向转动,同时将处于后方位置上的人推向高处,随着处于前方位置上的人,转动到靠下位置时,非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)上,没有铰接座位的铰接轴端,铰接轴向外延伸出来部分,这时候就搭在支撑梁(11)上,起到支撑非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)的作用,这样上边座位上所受重力,就可以压着非等边平行四边连杆机构的下端的座位往向上位置上拉,同时因为下边座位的铰接的非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)的连杆为右边为长杆,可以有效把摇臂杆推到挡块(9)里,起到限制摇臂杆(2)做顺时针运动的位置。靠前座位板(6)上的人相对靠后座位板(6)上的人之间的力矩优势会逐步缩小,这时转动能量主要来自于双人运动转轮之前获得的转动惯性,和靠前座位板(6)上的人在落地后,继续使用人力向前推进双人运动转轮转动,并把已推上高处的靠后位置的人,继续推向靠前位置,由于平行四边连杆机构(3)设计成非等边平行四边连杆机构(3),使得在前进方向上,处于靠前位置接有弹簧(4)的一端,铰接的两个连杆为上长下短,处于靠后位置铰接有弹簧(4)的一端,铰接的两个连杆为下长上短。依靠非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)的结构特性而做这样的设计,等到原来处于前方位置上的人,转到圆心的正下方位置时,由于长连杆的作用,使得这时处于上方位置上人的重心,已经运动到了圆环(1)圆心靠前的位置,这时处于下方位置上的人在水平位置上对圆心力矩为零,而处于上方位置上的人,其重心在水平位置上对圆心已经处于靠前位置上,作用在上方座位板(6)上的重力,使双人运动转轮获得继续向前的转动力矩,直至两个座位板(6)上的人重新回到水平位置上,周而复始,让双人运动转轮不断转动。整个运动过程中,非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)加弹簧(4)的设计,还是为了将两个座位板(6)上的人,在接近上下垂直位置时,尽量将座位板(6)拉向靠近圆心位置,以缩小作用在座位板(6)上的重力对圆心的作用力矩,让用人 力推动时双人运动转轮时减少转动阻力,拉伸弹簧(4)还设置有调解装置(5),其目的是可根据两个人的重量不同,调节两个座位板(6)的相对于圆环(1)圆心的力矩伸出范围,弹簧(4)越软,靠前的座位板(6)的位置相对于圆环中心位置可以伸出的更远,而靠后的座位板(6)的位置则相对中心位置较近,这样就可以获得更大的转动力矩差。而在有一方较重的情况下,就要让弹簧(4)硬一些,缩小这个力矩差,以免重的一方在前时转的太快。每个座位两个挂架(8)上端都是铰接在非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)带弹簧(4)的两端上的,处于悬挂状态,使得使用者在运动过程中,悬挂的座位板(6)依靠重力可以自然保持向上位置,方便使用者保持平衡。而同时在两个并排设置的圆环(1)之间,还设置有两个对称的扶手(7),其目的就是在双人运动转轮转动时,适时拉动扶手(7),使圆环向前转动,刚性连接在挂架上的扶手把儿(12),可以给座位上的人在运动中一个抓手保持平衡。配合设置安全带连在到铰接轴位置的座位挂架上,座位靠背梁(13)也刚性固定在座位两边的两个挂架上,都指向铰接轴位置,安全带围在座位上的人腰的前面,和座位靠背梁(13)一起构成一个保护环,保证运动安全和运动乐趣。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双人运动转轮机构,构件包括圆环(1),摇臂杆(2),平行四边连杆机构(3),弹簧(4),挡块(9)。其特征是,两个摇臂杆(2)的底端,分别铰接在直径线相交于圆环(1)上的两点位置上。两个摇臂杆(2)顶端铰接一个平行四边连杆机构(3)对角的两端,并在这两端之间,设置有起拉伸作用的弹簧(4),两个挡块(9)设置在两个摇臂杆(2)底端位置上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述,一种双人运动转轮机构的两个圆环(1)并排固定连接,两个圆环之间设置有两个座位,就构成一个双人运动转轮。其特征是,两个结构相同的圆环(1)上各自相同位置之间的连线,都平行于垂直于经过两个圆环(1)圆心的同心轴线。
  3. 根据权利要求书2所述,双人运动转轮的两个平行的圆环(1)外,各自在向外位置上,再固定安装一个圆环(10),其特征是,外加圆环(10)的直径大于运动转轮机构的圆环(1)。
  4. 根据权利要求书2所述,双人运动转轮的两个圆环(1)上,各自安装有两个位置相互对称的支撑梁(11),其特征是:两个平行圆环(1)上的支撑梁(11),其相互位置完全一致。
  5. 根据权利要求书2所述,双人运动转轮上的构件平行四边连杆机构(3)。其特征是,为非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)。连接有座位的两端处于上下位置时,座位处于下方的一端连接的非等边平行四边连杆机构(3)的两个连杆,为右杆长,左杆短,座位处于上方的一端为右杆短,左杆长。
  6. 根据权利要求书2所述,双人运动转轮上的构件圆环(1)上,设置有两个挡块(9)。其特征是,在圆环(1)作顺时针转动时,用挡块(9)限制摇臂杆(2)以和圆环(1)铰接点位置为圆心,作顺时针旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求书2所述,双人运动转轮上的范围内弹簧(4)和弹簧强度 调节装置(5)。其特征是,两个弹簧(4)的拉伸强度尽量保持一致。
  8. 根据权利要求书2所述,双人运动转轮的构件圆环(1)。其特征是,当圆环(1)圆心被固定安装时,其圆环(1)可被替换成,经过圆环(1)圆心的连杆。
  9. 根据权要求书2所述,双人运动转轮上的座位由构件挂架(8)和座位板(6)。其特征是,每个座位上的两个座位挂架(8)之间有刚性座位靠背梁(13)相互连接。座位板(6)的两边,分别悬挂安装在两边的座位挂架(8)上。
  10. 根据权利要求书2所述,双人运动转轮上设置有构件扶手(7)和在挂架(11)上设置扶手把儿(12),还有安全带。其特征是,扶手在座位两边对称设置。
