Description
本創作係涉及一種運動健身器材,特別是指一種橢圓軌跡踏步機之創新結構型態揭示者。
橢圓軌跡踏步機係為目前運動健身器材產品中相當普遍常見的結構型態之一,其主要特色是在於踩踏作動時的運動軌跡類似一橢圓形循環路徑,而能夠獲得接近人們自然走路時的腳部運動狀態。
目前市面上可見的橢圓軌跡踏步機結構設計上,已經發展出相當多元不同的機構型態,但若就其中踏板部位的型態而論,大致可概分為底部有著地支撐結構之型態者以及採上方懸吊式而無底部著地支撐結構之型態者,而本創作係特別針對後者架構型態加以探討改進。
前述踏板部位採上方懸吊式而無底部著地支撐結構的橢圓軌跡踏步機,其習知結構型態設計上雖因踏板底部省略著地支撐結構而具有底部結構簡化的優點,然而,位於踏板部位上方的懸吊以及傳動等機構,卻往往仍舊存在連動桿架構件數量過多且組配連結型態太過繁雜等問題,從而造成產品材料、加工、組立、倉儲等各項成本均大幅增加之缺弊,日後使用上的故障率也相對提高,實有再加以思索突破之必要。
是以,針對上述習知橢圓軌跡踏步機結構所存在之問題點,如何開發一種更具理想實用性之創新結構,實使用者所企盼,亦係相關業者須努力研發突破之目標及方向。
有鑑於此,創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評估後,終得一確具實用性之本創作。
本創作之主要目的,係在提供一種橢圓軌跡踏步機,其所欲解決之技術問題,係針對如何研發出一種更具理想實用性之新式橢圓軌跡踏步機結構型態為目標加以創新突破。
本創作解決問題之技術特點,主要在於所述橢圓軌跡踏步機係包括一底座、一前立架、左右側配置的二把手桿、二踏板、二傳動桿組及一阻尼機構;其中前立架立設於底座前端上,阻尼機構設於前立架一高度位置處,包括藉由傳動元件相連動之飛輪及阻力調控輪,飛輪中心具一橫置向受動軸,該橫置向受動軸的左右側向端部分設有曲折方向相反的二曲柄;二把手桿的上段部成對樞組連接於前立架一高度位置處呈可立向擺動狀態;二踏板成對懸設於底座上方一間隔高度位置處,各踏板前端並間隔設有一前端連動部及一中段連動部,所述中段連動部呈樞組狀態連接於同一側的把手桿底端;各傳動桿組包括呈肘型樞組連接關係之一橫向連桿及一立向連桿,該橫向連桿後端樞組連接於同一側把手桿的中段部,立向連桿的底端則樞組連接於同一側踏板的前端連動部;又其中,飛輪中心的橫置向受動軸所設曲柄樞組連接於同一側的傳動桿組所設橫向連桿中段部。
藉此創新獨特設計,使本創作對照先前技術而言,俾可讓橢圓軌跡踏步機之傳動結構達到構件大幅減化、降低材料、製造及組立等成本、降低使用故障率且兼具較佳使用效果之實用進步性與較佳產業經濟效益。
請參閱第1至6圖所示,係本創作橢圓軌跡踏步機之較佳實施例,惟此等實施例僅供說明之用,在專利申請上並不受此結構之限制。所述橢圓軌跡踏步機A係包括一底座10、一前立架20、左右側配置的二把手桿30、二踏板40、二傳動桿組50以及一阻尼機構60;其中,前立架20係立設於底座10前端上;阻尼機構60設於前立架20一高度位置處,包括藉由一傳動元件61相連動之一飛輪62以及一阻力調控輪63,其中飛輪62中心具一橫置向受動軸64,該橫置向受動軸64的左右側向端部分設有曲折方向相反的二曲柄65;該二把手桿30的上段部成對樞組連接於前立架20一高度位置處呈可立向擺動狀態;該二踏板40成對懸設於底座10上方一間隔高度位置處,各該踏板40前端並間隔設有一前端連動部41以及一中段連動部42,其中所述中段連動部42呈樞組狀態連接於同一側的把手桿30底端;各該傳動桿組50包括呈肘型樞組連接關係之一橫向連桿51及一立向連桿52,其中該橫向連桿51後端樞組連接於同一側把手桿30的中段部,立向連桿52的底端則樞組連接於同一側踏板40的前端連動部41;又其中,飛輪62中心的橫置向受動軸64所設曲柄65係樞組連接於同一側的傳動桿組50所設橫向連桿51中段部。
其中,該前立架20供設置阻尼機構60之高度位 置處,係設有呈向後斜傾狀態的一斜架區段21,以使阻尼機構60的飛輪62組設於該斜架區段21,又斜架區段21下方一間隔處的前立架20橫設有向後凸伸之一下托架22,以使阻力調控輪63組設於該下托架22,構成該飛輪62與阻力調控輪63係呈一上一下配置型態。
其中,該阻尼機構60中用以連動飛輪62與阻力調控輪63之傳動元件61係可為一皮帶(詳如第4圖所示)。
藉由上述結構組成設計,茲就本創作之使用作動情形說明如下:本創作所揭橢圓軌跡踏步機A結構中,該把手桿30、傳動桿組50的橫向連桿51及立向連桿52、踏板40的前端連動部41及中段連動部42等構件之間係形成一四連桿機構,藉此將二踏板40撐持成懸設於底座10上方一間隔高度位置處的狀態;結構作動狀態部份如第2 、 6圖所示,當該二踏板40被踩動時,其上方係有兩個旋支點,其一是把手桿30上段部與前立架20之間的樞組連接部位,此部份係為固定式旋支點型態,藉以令把手桿30連同二踏板40產生前後向擺動;其二則是二曲柄65與傳動桿組50所設橫向連桿51中段部樞組連接部位,此部份為圓周路徑位移式的旋支點型態;此部份的作用,是能夠在前述把手桿30連同二踏板40產生前後向擺動過程中,同時令傳動桿組50所設橫向連桿51的前端產生上下擺動,進而帶動傳動桿組50的立向連桿52底端產生升降運動,藉此使得踏板40會以該中段連動部42為支點產生上下擺動(註:因其前端連動部41會隨著立向連桿52底端升降),藉此也就能構成踏板40在作前後向擺動時會同步產生升降運動,進而形成類似橢圓形循環路徑之運動軌跡(如第6圖之箭號L1所示);而因為該橫置向受動軸64的左右側向端部所設二曲柄65之曲折方向彼此相反,所以該左、右側配置的二把手桿30、二踏板40以及二傳動桿組50之間的動作會呈現一前一後、一上一下的相反對應關係(如第1圖所示)。
本創作所揭橢圓軌跡踏步機其傳動結構部份簡而言之,係藉由四連桿機構(即該把手桿30、傳動桿組50、踏板40所連接形成之架構)整合搭配曲柄機構(即飛輪62的橫置向受動軸64二端所設曲柄65 )所構成,且其曲柄65係直接連動傳動桿組50之橫向連桿51,傳動型態至為簡單而直接,且構件所佔體積能夠縮減至最小範圍,俾可大幅降低材料、製造及組立等各項成本。
功效說明: 本創作所揭「橢圓軌跡踏步機」主要藉由所述踏板前端設有前端連動部及中段連動部,該中段連動部呈樞組狀態連接於同側的把手桿底端;各傳動桿組包括呈肘型樞組連接關係之橫向連桿及立向連桿,該橫向連桿後端樞組連接於同側把手桿中段部,立向連桿底端則樞組連接於同側踏板的前端連動部;又該飛輪中心的橫置向受動軸所設曲柄樞組連接於同一側的傳動桿組所設橫向連桿中段部等創新獨特結構型態與技術特徵,使本創作對照[先前技術]所提習知結構而言,因為本創作傳動結構部份係採用構件簡易的四連桿機構(即該把手桿、傳動桿組、踏板所連接形成之架構)搭配曲柄機構(即飛輪的橫置向受動軸二端所設曲柄)所構成,且其曲柄係直接連動傳動桿組之橫向連桿,傳動型態至為簡單,俾可讓橢圓軌跡踏步機之傳動結構達到構件大幅減化、降低材料、製造及組立等成本、降低使用故障率且兼具較佳使用效果之實用進步性與較佳產業經濟效益。

Claims (3)
- 一種橢圓軌跡踏步機,包括一底座、一前立架、左右側配置的二把手桿、二踏板、二傳動桿組以及一阻尼機構;其中前立架係立設於底座前端上,阻尼機構設於前立架一高度位置處,包括藉由一傳動元件相連動之一飛輪以及一阻力調控輪,其中飛輪中心具一橫置向受動軸,該橫置向受動軸的左右側向端部分設有曲折方向相反的二曲柄;該二把手桿的上段部成對樞組連接於前立架一高度位置處呈可立向擺動狀態;該二踏板成對懸設於底座上方一間隔高度位置處,各該踏板前端並間隔設有一前端連動部以及一中段連動部,其中所述中段連動部呈樞組狀態連接於同一側的把手桿底端;各該傳動桿組包括呈肘型樞組連接關係之一橫向連桿以及一立向連桿,其中該橫向連桿後端樞組連接於同一側把手桿的中段部,立向連桿的底端則樞組連接於同一側踏板的前端連動部;又其中,飛輪中心的橫置向受動軸所設曲柄係樞組連接於同一側的傳動桿組所設橫向連桿中段部。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之橢圓軌跡踏步機,其中該前立架供設置阻尼機構之高度位置處,係設有呈向後斜傾狀態的一斜架區段,以使阻尼機構的飛輪組設於該斜架區段,又斜架區段下方一間隔處的前立架橫設有向後凸伸之一下托架,以使阻力調控輪組設於該下托架,構成該飛輪與阻力調控輪係呈一上一下配置型態。
- 依據申請專利範圍第2項所述之橢圓軌跡踏步機,其中該阻尼機構中用以連動飛輪與阻力調控輪之傳動元件係為一皮帶。
