随着智能设备、物联网(internet of things,IOT)设备的普及,可用于网络通话的设备也更加多元化,比如手机、手表、眼镜等移动设备,或者音箱、电脑、电视机等家电设备都可以实现网络通话。
手机、手表等是便捷式设备,其位置可以灵活改变,但是对于音箱、电脑、电视机等家电设备,其位置通常是固定的或者不经常移动的。然而,在使用位置固定的设备进行通话时,用户时常需要在空间中走动,一旦用户远离正在通话的固定设备时,就导致通信效果变差。
发明内容
本申请提供一种通话方法与终端设备,用于提升用户使用位置固定的设备进行通话时的通话体验。
第一方面,提供一种通话方法,包括:确定第二装置相对于第一装置的第一距离;所述第一装置当前正进行通话,所述第二装置是用户当前携带的装置,所述第一装置与所述第二装置之间存在通信连接;确定所述第一距离大于预设距离;控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第二装置或第三装置上,以使所述通话在所述第二装置或所述第三装置上继续接续;其中,所述第三装置相对于所述第二装置的第二距离小于预设阈值。
通过这种方式,当用户远离正在通话的第一装置时,将通话转移到用户当前携带的第二装置或第二装置附近的第三装置上,以使所述通话在第二装置或第三装置上继续接续,避免用户远离第一装置而导致通话质量降低。

具体实施方式
如背景技术所述,在使用位置固定的设备(下文简称固定设备)进行通话时,用户时常需要在空间中走动,一旦用户远离正在通话的固定设备时,就会降低通话质量,比如听不清对方的声音等,声音渐弱等。
以固定设备是音箱为例,目前的一种解决方案是,音箱中安装有语音交互软件,通过该语音交互软件可以控制音箱调整音量。比如,当该语音交互软件检测到用户发出“大点儿声音”的语音指令时,增大音箱的音量。因此,在使用音箱进行通话的过程中,当用户远离音箱听不清楚音箱发出的通话内容时,用户可以发出增大音量的语音指令来控制音箱的音量,提升通话体验。然而,用户发出语音指令来控制音箱调节音量,会打断正在进行的通话,从而影响通话体验。
因此,本申请实施例提供一种通话方法,通过多个装置的协作配合实现连续、流畅的通话体验,从而提升用户使用位置固定的设备进行通话时的通话质量和通话体验。
下面介绍中,本申请实施例中的术语“多个”是指两个或两个以上,其它量词与之类似。“和/或”描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。此外,对于单数形式“a”,“an”和“the”出现的元素(element),除非上下文另有明确规定,否则其不意味着“一个或仅一个”,而是意味着“一个或多于一个”。例如,“a device”意味着对一个或多个这样的device。再者,至少一个(at least one of).......”意味着后续关联对象中的一个或任意组合,例如“A,B和C中的至少一个”包括A,B,C,AB,AC,BC,或ABC。应理解,在本申请实施例中,“与A对应的B”表示B与A相关联,根据A可以确定B。但还应理解,根据A确定B并不意味着仅仅根据A确定B,还可以根据A和/或其它信息确定B。
本申请的描述中,“第一”、“第二”等词汇,仅用于区分描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性,也不能理解为指示或暗示顺序。例如,“第一指示”和“第二指示”仅表示两种不同的指示,无先后顺序和相对重要性。
本申请实施例的应用场景涉及两个装置,这里以第一装置和第二装置表示两个装置,其中,第一装置和第二装置可以连接,第一装置可以将通话信息转移到第二装置;或者,第二装置可以将通话信息转移到第一装置。所述通话包括语音通话,或者,如果第一装置和第二装置包括显示屏的情况下,还可以包括视频通话。
一种可能的场景为,第一装置是能够实现通话、且位置固定或者位置不经常移动的装置,比如,家里的电视机、电冰箱、音箱、台式电脑等。其中,第一装置可以是实体设备,也可以是实体设备中的硬件模块,比如可以是芯片系统,还可以是逻辑模块,本申请实施例不作限定。其中,芯片系统可以由芯片构成,也可以包括芯片和其他分立器件。第二装置可以是用户随身携带的便捷式设备,比如手机,或者手环、手表、耳机、项链、服饰、鞋子等可穿戴设备。同理,第二装置可以是实体设备,也可以是实体设备中的硬件模块,比如可以是芯片系统,还可以是逻辑模块,本申请实施例不作限定。通常,用户随身携带第二装置,第二装置可以实时的定位用户的位置。在第一装置进行通话的过程中,第一装置与第二装置可以协作配合实现流畅的通话体验,从而提升用户使用位置固定的设备进行通话时的通话质量和通话体验。具体包括如下几个方面:
1、在使用第一装置通话的过程中,第一装置可以通过第二装置实时的检测用户的位置,基于该位置调整第一装置的音量。比如,检测到用户远离第一装置时,增大音量,检测到用户靠近第一装置时,降低音量。因此,本申请的技术方案中可以实现自动随着用户的位置移动调整第一装置的音量,不需要用户发出语音指令来调整第一装置的音量,不会中断正在进行的通话。
2、在使用第一装置通话的过程中,第一装置可以检测第二装置相对于第一装置的方 位,基于该方法调整发声方向。比如,第一装置确定第二装置位于第一装置的左前方,则发声方向为左前方。因此,第一装置无需全方位发声,只需在第二装置所在的方位(即用户所在的方位)发声即可,节省功耗。
3、在使用第一装置通话的过程中,第一装置检测到第二装置距离第一装置较远时,可以将通话转移到第二装置上,或者将通话转移到位于第二装置附近的第三装置上。由于用户携带第二装置,当用户远离正在通话的第一装置时,所述通话在第二装置或第二装置附近的第三装置上接续,可以保证通话流畅,提升通话体验。
图1为本申请实施例提供的一种示例性的场景示意图。该场景中包括第一装置和第二装置,图1中以第一装置是音箱为例,以第二装置是用户佩戴的手环为例。音箱进行通话的过程中,可以检测手环的位置,基于该位置调整音箱的音量,和/或发声方向,还可以在检测到手环远离音箱时,将通话转移到手环或手环附近的其它设备上,以保证通话流畅。
下文中的实施例主要以图1所示的应用场景为例。
实施例一
本实施例中,用户使用第一装置(比如音箱)与其他装置在通话的过程中,如果第一装置检测到用户远离第一装置时,可以调整第一装置的音量。具体流程参见图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的一种通话方法的流程示意图。该方法可以适用于图1所示的应用场景,具体来说,该方法中的全部或部分步骤可以由图1中的第一装置执行,也可以由第二装置执行,或者由图1中除去第一装置和第二装置之外的其它装置执行。其中,本实施例一的技术方案可以通过图2中的S201-S204实现,该方法的流程包括:
S201,第一装置与第二装置建立连接。
第一装置与第二装置建立连接的方式有多种,比如无线wifi连接、蓝牙连接等。或者,以第一装置是音箱,第二装置是手环为例,手环上可以安装用于实现与音箱通信的应用程序(application,APP),用户通过该应用程序建立手环与音箱的通信。比如,第一装置可以向第二装置发送用于建立连接的请求,第二装置向第一装置发送同意连接的请求,然后第一装置和第二装置建立连接。
S202,第一装置与其它装置建立通话。
比如,用户A通过第一装置与其它装置(比如用户B的装置)通话。一种可能的情况为,在第一装置连接网络的情况下,第一装置可以与其它装置实现通话。所述其它装置可以是手机、音箱等具有网络通话功能的装置,所述其它装置与所述第一装置可以是同一类型,比如都是音箱,或者也可以是不同类型,比如第一装置是音箱,其它装置是手机。所述通话可以是网络通话,可以理解为微信、QQ等应用程序中的语音通话或视频通话(在第一装置具有显示屏和摄像头的情况下)。比如,第一装置可以设置联系账号,不同账号对应的装置之间可以实现网络通话。比如,以第一装置是音箱A为例,其它装置是音箱B,音箱A具有一个账号A,音箱B有一个账户B。音箱A基于账号A与音箱B的账号B进行网络通话,其中,账号可以是手机号码或其它账号,本申请实施例对比不作限定。
一种方式为,第一装置收到来电,在用户触发下第一装置接听来电。其中,第一装置收到来电的方式包括:用户的移动终端(比如手机)接收到了来电,在用户的触发下,手机将来电转移到第一装置上接听;或者,第一装置自身接收到其它装置的来电,这种情况下,用户触发第一装置接听来电的方式有多种,比如,第一装置上设置接听按键,第一装置检测到针对该接听按键的操作时,接听来电;或者,第一装置检测到包括“接电话”或“接 听电话”等语音指令,则接听来电。
另一种方式为,第一装置向对端发起通话,在对端接听的情况下,第一装置和对端实现通话。其中,第一装置发起通话的方式包括:第一装置上设置多个联系人的联系方式,用户从中选择某个联系人,第一装置基于该联系人的联系方式发起通话;或者,用户通过移动终端(比如手机)发起通话,将该通话转移到第一装置上。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定S201和S202的执行顺序,比如,还可以先执行S202后执行S201,即,第一装置与其它装置通话的过程中,第一装置与第二装置建立连接,或者第二装置与第一装置建立连接。
S203,第一装置获取第二装置相对于第一装置的距离。
比如,第二装置定位自身的第二位置坐标(x2,y2,z2),并将该第二位置坐标发送给第一装置,第一装置可以确定自身所在的第一位置坐标(x1,y1,z1),第一装置基于第一位置坐标和第二位置坐标确定第二装置相对于第一装置的距离。其中,第一装置基于第一位置坐标和第二位置坐标确定第二装置相对于第一装置的距离之前,还可以将第一坐标位置和第二坐标位置进行坐标转换,使得第一位置坐标和第二位置坐标处于相同的坐标系内,比如均转换到世界坐标系中。或者,第一装置可以定位自身所在的第一位置坐标(x1,y1,z1),将该第一位置坐标发送给第二装置,第二装置定位自身的第二位置坐标(x2,y2,z2),然后基于第一位置坐标和第二位置坐标确定第二装置相对于第一装置的距离并发送给第一装置。其中,第一装置或第二装置可以基于室内定位技术定位自身位置,所述室内定位技术包括但不限定于超宽带定位技术(ultra wide band,UWB)、wifi定位、蓝牙定位等。
在一些实施例中,第一装置可以实时的,或者周期性的获取与第二装置之间的距离。比如,第一装置每隔一定的时间向第二装置发送提示,以提醒第二装置向第一装置汇报地理位置;或者,第二装置每隔一定的时间主动向第二装置汇报地理位置;或者,当第二装置检测到当前位置坐标相对于上次定位的地理位置发生改变,和/或当前地理位置相对于上次定位的地理位置改变了预设距离时,将当前的地理位置坐标发送给第一装置。因此,由于第二装置实时的发送第二装置的地理位置,所以第一装置可以实时的确定出第二装置相对于第一装置的距离。
示例性的,第一装置可以存储第二装置的第二位置坐标与时间之间的对应关系。其中,所述时间可以是第二装置检测到第二位置坐标的时间,或者是第一装置接收到第二位置坐标的时间。比如,参见下表1所示,为第二装置的第二地理位置随时间的变化。

因此,第一装置可以确定第一时刻时第二装置相对于第一装置的距离L1,还可以确定在第二时刻时第二装置相对于第一装置的距离L2,通过比较L1和L2确定是否需要调整音量。
可选的,为了节省存储空间,第一装置还可以将在当前时刻之前的较为久远的时刻对应的第二位置坐标进行删除。
S204,第一装置基于检测到的距离调整音量。其中,第二装置相对于第一装置的距离L为:

当第一装置发现不同时间计算的距离L表征第二装置与第一装置之间的距离在增大时,第一装置可以增大音量;当第一装置发现不同时间计算的距离L表征第二装置与第一装置之间的距离在减小时,第一装置可以降低音量。
一种可实现的方式比如为:以上述表1为例,在第一时刻第二装置相对于第一装置的距离为L1,音量为第一音量V0;在第二时刻第二装置相对于第一装置的距离为L2。若L2大于L1或L2-L1大于阈值,则将第一音量V0增大第一预设音量达到第二音量V1,所述第一预设音量可以是预先设置好的固定音量值,也就是说,每当距离L增大时,增大固定的音量。若L2小于L1或L1-L2大于阈值,则将第一音量V0降低第二预设音量达到第三音量V1,所述第二预设音量可以是预先设置好的固定音量值,也就是说,每当距离L减小时,降低固定音量。
另一种可实现的方式比如为:第一设备可以基于如下公式调整音量:
V 1=V 0+p(L 1-L 0)
其中,V 0是第一装置在第一时刻的音量,V 1是第一装置在第一时刻之后的第二时刻的音量,L 0是第一时刻第二装置相对于第一装置的距离,L 1是第二时刻第二装置相对于第一装置的距离,p是调整系数,可以是预先设置好的;或者,也可以是动态调整的值,比如可以由用户根据需要调整该p的取值。
当然,除去上述两种实现方式,还可以有其它的调整音量的方式,只要当第二装置与第一装置之间的距离L增大时,第一装置就增大音量;当第二装置与第一装置之间的距离L减小时,第一装置就降低音量即可。
以第一装置是音箱、第二装置是手表为例,介绍本实施例一的实现过程。
参见图3所示,1、音箱正在进行通话,2、音箱与手表建立连接,其中,步骤2和步骤1之间的执行顺序不限定。3、音箱实时的检测与手表之间的距离d,其中,步骤3的实现过程参见图2所示的实施例的介绍(具体在S203)。4、判断距离d是否发生变化;5、如果距离d发生变化,则调整音量,如果距离没有发生变化,则继续执行步骤3。其中,基于距离d调整音量的过程参见图2所示的实施例(具体在S204)。
实施例二
本实施例中,用户使用第一装置(比如音箱)与其他装置在通话的过程中,第一装置可以检测用户相对于第一装置的方位,基于方位调整第一装置的发声方向。本实施例二的技术方案的具体流程可以是在实施例一的基础上增加步骤S205-S206,比如,可以是在S204之后增加S205-S206,或者,也可以是在S202之后S204之前增加,总之,S205-S206与S203-S204的执行顺序不作限定。或者,本实施例二的技术方案的具体流程还可以是图2中的S201-S202以及S205-S206(不包括S203-S204)。
S205,第一装置检测第二装置相对于第一装置的方位。
其中,第二装置相对于第一装置的方位可以是第一位置坐标到第二位置坐标的向量。其中,第一位置坐标和第二位置坐标的介绍参见实施例一,在此不重复赘述。
S206,第一装置基于该方位调整发声方向。
假设第一装置是音箱,音箱可以向四周发声,当第一装置确定第二装置相对于第一装置的方位时,可以增强向所述方位的发声,和/或抑制向其它方位的发声。
一种可能的实现方式为,假设第一装置发出的声音信号满足:A*第一声音信号+B*其它声音信号;其中,第一声音信号是第一装置向第一方位(第一方位是第二装置相对于第一装置的方位)发出的声音信号,其它声音信号是第一装置向其它方位发出的声音信号;A是第一权重,B是第二权重;A+B=1。那么,第一装置增强向第一方位的发声或可以是指增大第一权重A,比如增大到第三权重C,相应的第二权重B降低,比如降低到第四权重D,那么第一装置增强向第一方位的发声之后,发出的声音信号满足:C*第一声音信号+D*其它声音信号;其中,C是第三权重,D是第四权重;C+D=1,第三权重C大于第一权重A,第四权重D小于第二权重B。也就是说,突出了向第一方位的发声。同理,第一装置抑制向其它方位的发声可以是指降低第二权重B,相应的,增大第一权重A;或者,第一装置抑制向其它方位的发声还可以是指向其它方位的发生静音,比如第二权重降低为0。
或者,第一设备具有分布式的扬声器结构,参见图4所示,第一装置内部在不同方位均设置有扬声器。当第一装置确定第二装置相对于第一装置的方位时,可以增加位于该方位的扬声器的声音响度,控制位于其它方位的扬声器不发声或降低声音响度等等。比如,假设第二装置相对于第一装置的方位是60度,则控制60度对应的扬声器发声,其它方位的扬声器静音;或者,增加60度对应的扬声器的发声响度,降低其它方位的扬声器的发声响度。
因此,在实施例二中,第一装置随着用户相对于第一装置的方位变化调整发声方向,无需全方位发声,可以节省功耗。
可选的,第一装置可以是组合音箱或者是组合音箱中的一个音箱,组合音箱包括至少两个音箱,其中包括主要音箱和次要音箱,第一装置可以是主要音箱。
以第一装置是音箱、第二装置是手表为例,介绍本实施例二的实现过程。
参见图5所示,1、音箱正在进行通话,2、音箱与手表建立连接,其中,步骤1和步骤2之间的执行顺序不限定。3、音箱实时的检测手表的位置坐标(x,y,z)。4、判断手表相对于音箱的方位是否发生变化;其中,步骤4的实现过程参见图2所示的实施例的介绍(具体在S205)。5、如果方位发生变化,则调整发声方向,如果方位没有发生变化,则继续执行步骤3。其中,基于方位调整发声方向的过程参见图2所示的实施例(具体在S206)。
实施例三
本实施例三中,用户使用第一装置(比如音箱)与其他装置在通话的过程中,如果第一装置检测到用户远离第一装置时,可以将通话转移到第二装置(比如用户佩戴着的手环)或第二装置附近的第三装置上。本实施例三的技术方案的具体流程可以是图2中的S201-S203以及S207-S209,其中,S204-S206可以包括也可以不包括。
S207,第一装置判断第二装置相对于第一装置的距离是否大于预设距离,若是,执行步骤S208,否则,执行步骤S203。
第一装置中可以存储预设距离,该预设距离用于判断是否需要转移通话。其中,预设距离可以是预先设置好的固定值,比如5米、4米、3米等,本申请实施例对该取值不作 限定;预设距离也可以是动态调整的值,比如,用户可以手动调整预设距离。
S207是可选步骤,可以执行也可以不执行,比如,S207可以替换为第一装置确定第二装置相对于第一装置的距离发生变化,即只要检测到位置发生变化,立即发送第一提示信息。
S208,第一装置向第二装置设备发送第一提示信息,该第一提示信息用于提示转移通话;和/或,第一提示信息用来提示用户是否转移通话到第二装置,如果第一装置检测到用于指示将通话转移到第二装置的指令时,执行步骤S209,如果第一装置未检测到用于指示将通话转移到第二装置的指令或检测到拒绝将通话转移到第二装置的指令时,继续执行步骤S203。
当第二装置相对于第一装置的距离大于预设距离时,说明用户已较远离第一装置,此时第一装置可以将通话转移到第二装置上,那么用户通过第二装置继续所述通话。可选的,为了提升用户体验,第一装置将通话转移到第二装置之前,第二装置可以输出第一提示信息,以提示用户将通话转移到第二装置上。
可选的,第一装置也可以无需向第二装置发送第一提示信息,即当第一装置确定第二装置相对于第一设备的距离大于预设距离时,自动将通话转移到第二装置上。也就是说,步骤S208是可选步骤,所以图中使用虚线表示。
需要说明的是,图2中的S207是以第一装置比较所述距离与预设距离为例,在另一些实施例中,也可以由第二装置来比较所述距离与预设距离。如果由第一装置进行所述距离与预设距离的比较过程,那么,一种可能的实现方式为,第一装置确定第二装置相对于第一装置的距离大于预设距离时,向第二装置发送第一提示信息。如果第一提示信息是用来提示用户是否转移通话到第二装置的,那么当第二装置检测到用户同意将通话转移到第二装置的指令时,第二装置向第一装置发送同意指令,第一装置接收到同意指令之后,将通话转移到第二装置上。如果由第二装置进行所述距离与预设距离的比较过程,那么,一种可能的实现方式为,第二装置确定第二装置相对于第一装置的距离大于预设距离之后,自动生成所述第一提示信息,这种情况下,步骤S208可以替换为第二装置生成第一提示信息。同理,如果第一提示信息是用来提示用户是否将第一装置的正在进行的通话转移到第二装置,那么当第二装置检测到用户同意将通话转移到第二装置的指令时,第二装置向第一装置发送同意指令,第一装置接收到同意指令之后,将通话转移到第二装置上。可选的,第二装置也可以不生成第一提示信息,而是直接接受第一装置的通话转移。
其中,第一装置将通话转移到第二装置的过程包括,第一装置向其他装置发送通话转移消息,该通话转移消息用于指示将通话转移到第二装置,其他装置接收到通话转移消息之后,与第二装置通话。在一些实施例中,第一装置和第二装置具有相同账号,即用户使用同一个账号登录不同的装置,所以,当第一装置的通话转移到第二装置上时,仍然是基于相同的账号与其他装置进行通话,只是通话的设备不同。
示例性的,第二装置检测到用户同意或拒绝将通话转移到第二装置的过程参见图6,以第二装置是手环为例,图6展示手环上的第一提示信息。第一提示信息包括“是否将通话转移到手环?”的文字信息,还可以包括第一按钮401和第二按钮402,当手环检测到针对第一按钮401的操作时,手环确定用户同意将通话转移到手环,当手环检测到针对第二按钮402的操作时,手环确定用户拒绝将通话转移到手环。在另一些实施例中,手环显示第一提示信息之后,可以等待预设时长,如果预设时长内未检测到用户的任何操作,则默认 将通话转移到手环或者默认不将通话转移到手环。
可选的,在拒绝将通话转移到手环的情况下,第二装置可以向第一装置发送第三提示信息,该第三提示信息用于提示第二装置继续保持通话,或者提示第二装置挂断电话。
S209,第二装置与其他装置接续所述通话。
可选的,在步骤S209之后,第二装置可以继续检测第二装置相对于第一装置的距离,当检测到第二装置相对于第一装置的距离小于预设距离时,第二装置可以重新将通话转移到第一装置上。
需要说明的是,图2所示的实施例中,是以第一装置将通话转移到第二装置上为例,在其他实施例中,第一装置还可以将通话转移到第三装置,该第三装置可以是位于第二装置附近的装置,比如,第三装置与第二装置之间的距离小于阈值。一种可能的场景为,第一装置位于客厅,在使用第一装置通话的过程中,用户佩戴第二装置移动到卧室,卧室内有第三装置比如音箱,这种情况下,第一装置可以将通话转移到第三装置,也就是音箱。因此,如果家里每个房间都有可以进行通话转移的设备时,可以通过本实施例三的技术方案完成多个房间内的通话接续。
其中,第三装置可以是位于第二装置附近的多个装置中与第二装置距离最近的装置;或者,第二装置显示附近的多个装置中每个装置的标识信息,检测到用户选择其中的第一标识信息,第三装置是第一标识信息对应的装置,也就是说,第三装置是用户选择的装置。
其中,第一装置将通话转移到第三装置的过程包括:第一装置将通话转移到第二装置,第二装置检测到第三装置,然后将通话转移到第三装置。或者,第二装置检测到第三装置,将第三装置的信息发送给第一装置,第一装置与第三装置连接,并将通话转移到第三装置。
以第一装置是音箱、第二装置是手表为例,介绍本实施例二三的实现过程。
参见图7所示,1、音箱正在进行通话,2、音箱与手表建立连接,其中,步骤1和步骤2之间的执行顺序不限定。3、音箱实时的检测与手表之间的距离d。4、判断距离d是否大于预设距离;其中,步骤4的实现过程参见图2所示的实施例的介绍(具体在S207)。5、如果距离d大于预设距离,则将通话转移到手表,如果距离d小于或等于预设距离,则继续执行步骤3。其中,通过转移的过程参见图2所示的实施例(具体在S208-S209)。
以上实施例一、实施例二和实施例三可以单独实施,也可以任意两个或多个实施例组合实施,本申请这里不做限定。
上述本申请提供的实施例中,从第一装置(例如音箱)作为执行主体的角度对本申请实施例提供的方法进行了介绍。为了实现上述本申请实施例提供的方法中的各功能,终端设备可以包括硬件结构和/或软件模块,以硬件结构、软件模块、或硬件结构加软件模块的形式来实现上述各功能。上述各功能中的某个功能以硬件结构、软件模块、还是硬件结构加软件模块的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。
如图8所示,本申请另外一些实施例公开了一种终端设备,该终端设备比如是上文中的第一装置或第二装置手。终端设备可以包括:扬声器1101,一个或多个处理器1102;收发器1107;麦克风1106;多个应用程序1108;上述各器件可以通过一个或多个通信总线1105连接。可选的,还可以包括显示器。
其中,处理器1102可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器1102可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器, 数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。其中,控制器可以是终端设备的神经中枢和指挥中心。控制器可以根据指令操作码和时序信号,产生操作控制信号,完成取指令和执行指令的控制。处理器1102中还可以设置存储器,用于存储指令和数据。在一些实施例中,处理器1102中的存储器为高速缓冲存储器。该存储器可以保存处理器1102刚用过或循环使用的指令或数据。如果处理器1102需要再次使用该指令或数据,可从所述存储器中直接调用。避免了重复存取,减少了处理器1102的等待时间,因而提高了系统的效率。
处理器1102还可以集成应用处理器和调制解调器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调器主要处理无线通信,比如对待发送数据的调制,以及对接收的数据的解调。
其中,扬声器1101用于播放通话音频,具体而言,处理器1102将通过收发器接收到的音频信息,通过扬声器1101播放。麦克风1106用于采集用户发出的声音信号,将该声音信号通过收发器1107发送给对端。
收发器1107用于实现与其他装置之间的通话,具体可以包括接收器和发送器,接收器用于接收数据,发送器用于发送数据。收发器1107与一个或多个天线连接,可用于收发信息。收发器1107包括但不限于至少一个放大器、收发信机、相合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等器件。此外,收发器1107还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他移动设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统、通用分组无线服务、码分多址、宽带码分多址、长期演进、电子邮件、短消息服务等。
示例性的,如果图8所示的终端设备是上文第一装置,所述一个或多个计算机程序1104被存储在上述存储器1103中并被配置为被该一个或多个处理器1102执行,该一个或多个计算机程序1104包括指令,上述指令可以用于执行如图2所示的实施例中第一装置的各个步骤。
示例性的,如果图8所示的终端设备是上文第二装置,所述一个或多个计算机程序1104被存储在上述存储器1103中并被配置为被该一个或多个处理器1102执行,该一个或多个计算机程序1104包括指令,上述指令可以用于执行如图2所示的实施例中第二装置的各个步骤。

上述本申请提供的实施例中,从终端设备(例如手机)作为执行主体的角度对本申请实施例提供的方法进行了介绍。为了实现上述本申请实施例提供的方法中的各功能,终端设备可以包括硬件结构和/或软件模块,以硬件结构、软件模块、或硬件结构加软件模块的形式来实现上述各功能。上述各功能中的某个功能以硬件结构、软件模块、还是硬件结构加软件模块的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。
在上述实施例中,可以全部或部分地通过软件、硬件、固件或者其任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以全部或部分地以计算机程序产品的形式实现。所述计算机程序产品包括一个或多个计算机指令。在计算机上加载和执行所述计算机程序指令时,全部或部分地产生按照本发明实施例所述的流程或功能。所述计算机可以是通用计算机、专用计算机、计算机网络、或者其他可编程装置。所述计算机指令可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,或者从一个计算机可读存储介质向另一个计算机可读存储介质传输,例如,所述计算机指令可以从一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心通过有线(例如同轴电缆、光纤、数字用户线(DSL))或无线(例如红外、无线、微波等)方式向另一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心进行传输。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质或者是包含一个或多个可用介质集成的服务器、数据中心等数据存储设备。所述可用介质可以是磁性介质,(例如,软盘、硬盘、磁带)、光介质(例如,DVD)、或者半导体介质(例如固态硬盘Solid State Disk(SSD))等。在不冲突的情况下,以上各实施例的方案都可以组合使用。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种通话方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定第二装置相对于第一装置的第一距离;所述第一装置当前正进行通话,所述第二装置是用户当前携带的装置,所述第一装置与所述第二装置之间存在通信连接;
    确定所述第一距离大于预设距离;
    控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第二装置或第三装置上,以使所述通话在所述第二装置或所述第三装置上继续接续;其中,所述第三装置相对于所述第二装置的第二距离小于预设阈值。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第二装置或第三装置上之前,还包括:
    获取所述第二装置相对于所述第一装置的第一方位;
    基于所述第一方位,调整所述第一装置的发声方向。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第一方位,调整所述第一装置的发声方向,包括:
    对所述第一装置向所述第一方位的发声进行增强;和/或
    对所述第一装置向除所述第一方位之外的其它方位的发声强度进行抑制。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述确定第二装置相对于第一装置的第一距离之后,还包括:
    基于所述第一距离,调整所述第一装置的音量。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第一距离,调整所述第一装置的音量,包括:
    在第一时刻检测到所述第二装置相对于所述第一装置的距离是第一距离,在所述第一时刻之后的第二时刻检测到所述第二装置相对于所述第一装置的距离是第三距离;
    当所述第一距离大于所述第三距离或者所述第一距离与所述第三距离的差值大于第一阈值时,降低所述第一装置的音量到第一音量;或者,
    当所述第一距离小于所述第三距离或者所述第三距离与所述第一距离的差值大于第二阈值时,增大所述第一装置的音量到第二音量;所述第二音量大于所述第一音量。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第一距离,调整所述第一装置的音量,满足如下公式:
    V 1=V 0+p(L 1-L 0)
    其中,V 0是所述第一装置在所述第一时刻的音量,V 1是所述第一装置在所述第二时刻的音量,L 0是所述第一距离,L 1是所述第三距离,p是调整系数。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第二装置上,包括:
    在所述第二装置上输出第一提示信息,所述第一提示信息用于提示用户是否将所述通话转移到第二装置上;
    在检测到用于指示用户同意将通话转移到第二装置上的指令时,控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第二装置上。
  8. 如权利要求1-6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述第一装置上的通话转 移到所述第三装置上,包括:
    确定与所述第二装置之间的距离小于所述预设阈值的所有装置;
    确定所述所有装置中距离所述第二装置最近的装置为所述第三装置;或者,在所述第二装置上显示所述所有装置中每个装置的标识信息,检测到用户在所述标识信息中选定第一标识信息,确定所述第一标识信息对应的装置为所述第三装置;
    控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第三装置上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第三装置上之前,还包括:
    在所述第二装置上输出第二提示信息,所述第二提示信息用于提示用户是否将所述通话转移到所述第三装置上;
    检测到用于指示用户同意将通话转移到第三装置上的指令。
  10. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质包括指令,所述处理器执行所述指令时,使得所述终端设备执行如下步骤:
    确定第二装置相对于第一装置的第一距离;所述第一装置当前正进行通话,所述第二装置是用户当前携带的装置,所述第一装置与所述第二装置之间存在通信连接;
    确定所述第一距离大于预设距离;
    控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第二装置或第三装置上,以使所述通话在所述第二装置或所述第三装置上继续接续;其中,所述第三装置相对于所述第二装置的第二距离小于预设阈值。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述指令时还执行如下步骤:
    获取所述第二装置相对于所述第一装置的第一方位;
    基于所述第一方位,调整所述第一装置的发声方向。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器基于所述第一方位,调整所述第一装置的发声方向时,具体执行如下步骤:
    对所述第一装置向所述第一方位的发声进行增强;和/或
    对所述第一装置向除所述第一方位之外的其它方位的发声强度进行抑制。
  13. 如权利要求10-12任一所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述指令时,在确定第二装置相对于第一装置的第一距离之后,还执行如下步骤:
    基于所述第一距离,调整所述第一装置的音量。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器基于所述第一距离,调整所述第一装置的音量时,具体执行如下步骤:
    在第一时刻检测到所述第二装置相对于所述第一装置的距离是第一距离,在所述第一时刻之后的第二时刻检测到所述第二装置相对于所述第一装置的距离是第三距离;
    当所述第一距离大于所述第三距离或者所述第一距离与所述第三距离的差值大于第一阈值时,降低所述第一装置的音量到第一音量;或者,
    当所述第一距离小于所述第三距离或者所述第三距离与所述第一距离的差值大于第二阈值时,增大所述第一装置的音量到第二音量;所述第二音量大于所述第一音量。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器基于所述第一距离,调整所述第一装置的音量,满足如下公式:
    V 1=V 0+p(L 1-L 0)
    其中,V 0是所述第一装置在所述第一时刻的音量,V 1是所述第一装置在所述第二时刻的音量,L 0是所述第一距离,L 1是所述第三距离,p是调整系数。
  16. 如权利要求10-15任一所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第二装置上时,具体执行如下步骤:
    在所述第二装置上输出第一提示信息,所述第一提示信息用于提示用户是否将所述通话转移到第二装置上;
    在检测到用于指示用户同意将通话转移到第二装置上的指令时,控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第二装置上。
  17. 如权利要求10-15任一所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第三装置上时,具体执行如下步骤:
    确定与所述第二装置之间的距离小于所述预设阈值的所有装置;
    确定所述所有装置中距离所述第二装置最近的装置为所述第三装置;或者,在所述第二装置上显示所述所有装置中每个装置的标识信息,检测到用户在所述标识信息中选定第一标识信息,确定所述第一标识信息对应的装置为所述第三装置;
    控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第三装置上。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述指令时,在控制所述第一装置上的通话转移到所述第三装置上之前,还执行如下步骤:
    在所述第二装置上输出第二提示信息,所述第二提示信息用于提示用户是否将所述通话转移到所述第三装置上;
    检测到用于指示用户同意将通话转移到第三装置上的指令。
  19. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在终端设备上运行时,使得所述终端设备执行如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法。
