进一步的,沿滑块31的滑动方向避空间隙12的尺寸为4mm~5mm。沿滑块31的滑动方向避空间隙12的尺寸即为在第二工位时锁止件3向背离第一工位移动的活动余量尺寸。沿垂直于滑块31移动的方向,滑块31的尺寸与滑槽11的宽度尺寸相适配,进而确保滑块31能够沿滑槽11平稳滑动。活动余量尺寸可选配为4.2mm、4.5mm或4.8mm。避空间隙12的尺寸不宜过大,以避免降低壳体1的结构强度;避空间隙12的尺寸过小则将导致活动余量尺寸不足,本实施 例选择将活动余量设定为4.5mm。
如图1、图2、图3和图5所示,滑槽11包括:第一导向槽111和第二导向槽112;沿锁止件3的移动方向,第一导向槽111和第二导向槽112间隔设置;滑块31包括:第一凸起部311和第二凸起部312,第一凸起部311和第二凸起部312一一对应地配合于第一导向槽111和第二导向槽112。
具体的,第一凸起部311配合于第一导向槽111,第二凸起部312配合于第二导向槽112,从而确保锁止件3能够沿滑槽11平稳移动。
本实施例中,避空间隙12包括:第一间隙121和第二间隙122;在第二工位,第一凸起部311与第一导向槽111远离第一工位的端部之间具有第一间隙121,第二凸起部312与第二导向槽112远离第一工位的端部之间具有第二间隙122。当壳体1受碰撞而产生弯曲时,第一凸起部311可向第一间隙121内滑动,第二凸起部312可向第二间隙122内滑动,从而确保锁止件3能够保持在第二工位,并使卡齿2稳定在锁止状态。
如图4所示,卡齿2设有第一锁止部21;在第一工位,锁止件3脱离第一锁止部21;在第二工位,锁止件3配合于第一锁止部21。
具体的,卡齿2转动连接于壳体1,第一锁止部21包括豁口或卡槽。在第二工位,锁止件3插设于第一锁止部21,以阻止卡齿2转动。在第一工位,锁止件3自所述第一锁止部21中拔出,从而使卡齿2能够转动至解锁状态以释放锁销。
如图4、图5和图6所示,卡齿2设有第二锁止部22,第二锁止部22用于与锁销相适配;在锁止状态下,第二锁止部22配合于锁销。
具体的,第二锁止部22包括卡槽,ISOFIX机构锁止时,锁销插设于卡槽内,卡齿2自解锁状态转动至锁止状态,通过锁止件3配合于第一锁止部21,从而使卡齿2保持在锁止状态。当卡齿2处于锁止状态时,卡槽的侧壁阻挡在锁销的插拔开口处,并通过锁止件3锁止卡齿2,从而使卡齿2保持锁止状态。
进一步的,壳体1与卡齿2之间设有第一弹性器件,第一弹性器件具有使卡齿2自锁止状态切换至解锁状态的趋势。
具体的,第一弹性器件采用弹簧或扭簧,通过第一弹性器件驱动卡齿2自锁止状态切换至解锁状态。当ISOFIX机构安装于汽车座椅时,安装在汽车上的锁销抵接卡齿2,并驱动卡齿2自解锁状态转动至锁止状态,当卡齿2转动至锁止状态时,锁止件3自第一工位移动至第二工位,从而通过锁止件3将卡齿2锁止,以此使卡齿2保持锁止状态。
进一步的,ISOFIX机构还包括启闭件4,启闭件4安装于壳体1,且启闭件4与锁止件3联动。其中,启闭件4包括开启按钮,开启按钮与锁止件3联动,通过启闭件4可驱动锁止件3自第二工位移动至第一工位,由此可将卡齿2解锁。
进一步的,锁止件3与壳体1之间设有第二弹性器件;第二弹性器件具有使锁止件3自第一工位移动至第二工位的趋势。
具体的,在第二弹性器件的弹力作用下,锁止件3保持在第二工位。当ISOFIX机构安装于汽车座椅时,锁销配合于第二锁止部22,并驱动卡齿2自解锁状态转动至锁止状态,第二弹性器件驱动锁止件3自第一工位移动至第二工位,通过锁止件3配合于第一锁止部21 将卡齿2锁止。
实施例二
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的安全座椅配置有实施例一提供的ISOFIX机构。
具体地,安全座椅可通过ISOFIX机构安装在汽车座椅上,通过卡齿2配合汽车上的锁销,从而使安全座椅相对于汽车固定。当汽车受到侧面碰撞而导致壳体1弯曲变形时,锁止件3相对于壳体1向背离第一工位方向具有活动余量,从而避免因壳体1弯曲而导致锁止件3向第一工位移动,进而避免锁止件3将卡齿2解锁,可以使卡齿2始终保持配合于锁销的锁止状态,提高了安全座椅的安全性。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,包括:壳体(1)、卡齿(2)和锁止件(3);
    所述锁止件(3)活动连接于所述壳体(1),且所述锁止件(3)具有第一工位和第二工位;
    在所述第一工位,所述卡齿(2)处于解锁状态;
    在所述第二工位,所述锁止件(3)将所述卡齿(2)锁止,且所述锁止件(3)具有向背离所述第一工位移动的活动余量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)设有滑槽(11);
    所述锁止件(3)设有滑块(31),所述滑块(31)滑动连接于所述滑槽(11);
    在所述第二工位,所述锁止件(3)与所述滑槽(11)远离所述第一工位的端部之间具有避空间隙(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,沿所述滑块(31)的滑动方向,所述避空间隙(12)的尺寸为4mm~5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,所述滑槽(11)包括:第一导向槽(111)和第二导向槽(112);
    沿所述锁止件(3)的移动方向,所述第一导向槽(111)和所述第二导向槽(112)间隔设置;
    所述滑块(31)包括:第一凸起部(311)和第二凸起部(312),所述第一凸起部(311)和所述第二凸起部(312)一一对应地配合于所述第一导向槽(111)和所述第二导向槽(112)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,所述避空间隙(12)包括:第一间隙(121)和第二间隙(122);
    在所述第二工位,所述第一凸起部(311)与所述第一导向槽(111)远离所述第一工位的端部之间具有所述第一间隙(121),所述第二凸起部(312)与所述第二导向槽(112)远离所述第一工位的端部之间具有所述第二间隙(122)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,所述卡齿(2)设有第一锁止部(21);
    在所述第一工位,所述锁止件(3)脱离所述第一锁止部(21);
    在所述第二工位,所述锁止件(3)配合于所述第一锁止部(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,所述卡齿(2)设有第二锁止部(22),所述第二锁止部(22)用于与锁销相适配;
    在锁止状态下,所述第二锁止部(22)配合于所述锁销。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)与所述卡齿(2)之间设有第一弹性器件,所述第一弹性器件具有使所述卡齿(2)自所述锁止状态切换至所述解锁状态的趋势。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,所述ISOFIX机构还包括启闭件(4),所述启闭件(4)安装于所述壳体(1),且所述启闭件(4)与所述锁止件(3)联动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的ISOFIX机构,其特征在于,所述锁止件(3)与所述壳体(1)之间设有第二弹性器件;
    所述第二弹性器件具有使所述锁止件(3)自所述第一工位移动至所述第二工位的趋势。
  11. 一种安全座椅,其特征在于,所述安全座椅配置有权利要求1-10任一项所述的ISOFIX机构。
