箱体4的底部下表面两侧通过焊接固定有支撑杆3,支撑腿1的上端内部通过焊接固定安装有弹簧2,支撑杆3的下端贯穿支撑腿1上端表面延伸至内部,且支撑杆3的底部与弹簧2上端通过焊接固定连接,支撑腿1底部均设置有防滑垫,支撑杆3和支撑腿1均设置有四个,箱体4的底部位于支撑杆3之间通过螺栓固定安装有电机座a5,电机座a5的内部通过螺栓固定安装有电机a6,电机a6设置为正反转电机,电机a6的输出端贯穿箱体4底部通过轴承座7固定安装,且延伸至箱体4内的消毒室27,电机a6的输出端与轴承座7之间设置有防漏密封胶,箱体4的左侧外表面设置有出水口一11,出水口一11通过螺栓固定安装有分流阀12,分流阀包括有进水口二1201、出水口二1202、出水口三1203、固定圆腔1204、分流圆球1205、转动杆1206和手柄1207,分流圆球1205开有连通的通孔水道,且通孔水道可以选择性连通进水口二1201和出水口三1203或进水口二1201和出水口二1202,出水口三1203的尾端通过螺栓固定连接有出水管13,出水管13的尾端通过螺栓固定安装有喷头19,且出水管13与喷头19之间设置有气泵17,气泵17可以将处理后的污水从喷头13喷出二次利用,出水口一11的上方位于箱体4的左侧外壁上设置有加料口14,箱体的左侧上端通过螺栓固定安装有电机座b15,电机座b15的上表面通过螺栓固定安装有电机b16,电机b16的输出端贯穿箱体4外壁通过轴承座7固定安装,且延伸至箱体4内部的分离室29,电机b16与轴承座7之间设置有防漏密封胶,箱体4的左侧上表面开有进水口一18;
消毒室27的下端中部设置有搅拌杆8,且搅拌杆8的底端与电机a6的输出端通过螺栓固定连接,搅拌杆8的外壁上通过螺栓固定安装有若干组套环9,套环上通过螺栓固定安装有搅拌扇叶10,扇叶10在搅拌杆8的带动下,转动搅拌加入消毒剂的污水,使其充分混合,加快消毒杀菌的速度,搅拌杆8、套环9和搅拌扇叶10的外表面设置有防腐防锈的涂层;
净化室28的左右两端通过焊接固定安装有引流板26,引流板26使污水定向流入活性炭过滤网25,引流板26之间通过螺栓固定安装有活性炭过滤网25;
分离室29的底部通过螺栓固定安装有过滤网24,过滤网24的上方位于分离室29的左侧内壁上设置有螺旋杆20,螺旋杆20的左端尾部与电机b16的输出端通过螺栓固定连接,螺旋杆20的外壁上设置有螺旋叶片21,螺旋杆20和螺旋叶片21的外表面均设置有防腐防锈的涂层,分离室29的右侧底部开有出泥口22,出泥口22的下方设置有推泥装置23,推泥装置23保证出泥口22不会堵塞,推泥装置23包括有伸缩杆2301和推泥板2302。
需要说明的是:分离室29的下半部设置为V型槽,且V型槽底部设置为半圆形,螺旋杆20和螺旋叶片21紧密安装在半圆形槽内。
一种汽车清洗用污水处理设备及其使用方法,方法如下:
S1:启动电机b16,电机b16运转带动其输出端的转动,电机b16的输出端带动旋转杆20和旋转叶片21进行旋转,旋转叶片21将杂质及泥土从出泥口22带出,污水会经过过滤网24过滤流入净化室28,推泥装置23包含的伸缩杆2301带动推泥板2302将杂质及泥土推出;
S2:经过过滤网24过滤的污水流入净化室28内,净化室28内部的污水会沿着引流板26流至活性炭过滤网25处,经过二次过滤吸收消除污水的异味;
S3:经过活性炭过滤网25的二次过滤,污水流入消毒室27内,将消毒剂从加料口14加入到消毒室27内,与污水融合进行消毒杀菌;
S4:启动电机a6,电机a6运转带动其输出端的转动,电机a6的输出端带动搅拌杆8转动,搅拌杆的转动带动搅拌扇叶10转动,搅拌扇叶10的转动使消毒剂与污水充分融合,加快了消毒杀菌的速率;
S5:处理后的污水通过出水口一11流出,通过调节分流阀12可以控制处理后的污水的流向,转动手柄1207控制转动杆1206的转向,转动杆1206带动分流圆球1205的转向,当控制进水口二1201与出水口二1202流通时,处理后的污水可以二次利用进行汽车清洗,当控制进水口二1201与出水口三1203流通时,处理后的水将流入出水管13;
S6:出水管13的尾端与喷头19连接,且出水管13与喷头19之间安装有气泵17,通过气泵17的作用,将流入出水管13的水从喷头19喷出,喷头19设置为全覆盖分离室29的旋转喷头,可以用来清洗分离室29内的杂质和污泥;
S7:该机构在进行运行时,产生的震动作用到支撑杆3、弹簧2和支撑腿1时,弹簧起到很好的缓冲作。
工作原理:启动电机b16,电机b16运转带动其输出端的转动,电机b16的输出端带动旋转杆20和旋转叶片21进行旋转,旋转叶片21将杂质及泥土从出泥口22带出,污水会经过过滤网24过滤流入净化室28,推泥装置23包含的伸缩杆2301带动推泥板2302将杂质及泥土推出,经过过滤网24过滤的污水流入净化室28内,净化室28内部的污水会沿着引流板26流至活性炭过滤网25处,经过二次过滤吸收消除污水的异味,经过活性炭过滤网25的二次过滤,污水流入消毒室27内,将消毒剂从加料口14加入到消毒室27内,与污水融合进行消毒杀菌,启动电机a6,电机a6运转带动其输出端的转动,电机a6的输出端带动搅拌杆8转动,搅拌杆的转动带动搅拌扇叶10转动,搅拌扇叶10的转动使消毒剂与污水充分融合,加快了消毒杀菌的速率,处理后的污水通过出水口一11流出,通过调节分流阀12可以控制处理后的污水的流向,转动手柄1207控制转动杆1206的转向,转动杆1206带动分流圆球1205的转向,当控制进水口二1201与出水口二1202流通时,处理后的污水可以二次利用进行汽车清洗,当控制进水口二1201与出水口三1203流通时,处理后的水将流入出水管13,出水管13的尾端与喷头19连接,且出水管13与喷头19之间安装有气泵17,通过气泵17的作用,将流入出水管13的水从喷头19喷出,喷头19设置为全覆盖分离室29的旋转喷头,可以用来清洗分离室29内的杂质和污泥,该机构在进行运行时,产生的震动作用到支撑杆3、弹簧2和支撑腿1时,弹簧起到很好的缓冲作,本装置在进行汽车清洗后污水的处理时,操作人员只需要将污水的流出管道接通该装置的加料口,该装置即可自动进行污水处理,同时当污水处理完毕后,操作人员还可通过分流阀选择处理后污水的二次利用,该装置内部安装的喷头,可自行清洗内部的杂质,及泥水等,清洗方便,减轻工人的劳动力,并且该装置在对污水进行处理时,工作效率高,处理效果明显,操作起来也比较简单便捷。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种汽车清洗用污水处理设备及其使用方法,其特征在于:包括箱体(4)和支撑腿(1),以及设置在箱体(4)内的消毒室(27)、净化室(28)和分离室(29)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车清洗用污水处理设备及其使用方法,其特征在于:箱体(4)的底部下表面两侧通过焊接固定有支撑杆(3),所述支撑腿(1)的上端内部通过焊接固定安装有弹簧(2),所述支撑杆(3)的下端贯穿支撑腿(1)上端表面延伸至内部,且支撑杆(3)的底部与弹簧(2)上端通过焊接固定连接,所述箱体(4)的底部位于支撑杆(3)之间通过螺栓固定安装有电机座a(5),所述电机座a(5)的内部通过螺栓固定安装有电机a(6),所述电机a(6)的输出端贯穿箱体(4)底部通过轴承座(7)固定安装,且延伸至箱体(4)内的消毒室(27),所述箱体(4)的左侧外表面设置有出水口一(11),所述出水口一(11)通过螺栓固定安装有分流阀(12),所述分流阀包括有进水口二(1201)、出水口二(1202)、出水口三(1203)、固定圆腔(1204)、分流圆球(1205)、转动杆(1206)和手柄(1207),所述出水口三(1203)的尾端通过螺栓固定连接有出水管(13),所述出水管(13)的尾端通过螺栓固定安装有喷头(19),且出水管(13)与喷头(19)之间设置有气泵(17),所述出水口一(11)的上方位于箱体(4)的左侧外壁上设置有加料口(14),所述箱体的左侧上端通过螺栓固定安装有电机座b(15),所述电机座b(15)的上表面通过螺栓固定安装有电机b(16),所述电机b(16)的输出端贯穿箱体(4)外壁通过轴承座(7)固定安装,且延伸至箱体(4)内部的分离室(29),所述箱体(4)的左侧上表面开有进水口一(18)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车清洗用污水处理设备及其使用方法,其特征在于:消毒室(27)的下端中部设置有搅拌杆(8),且搅拌杆(8)的底端与电机a(6)的输出端通过螺栓固定连接,所述搅拌杆(8)的外壁上通过螺栓固定安装有若干组套环(9),所述套环上通过螺栓固定安装有搅拌扇叶(10);
    净化室(28)的左右两端通过焊接固定安装有引流板(26),所述引流板(26)之间通过螺栓固定安装有活性炭过滤网(25);
    分离室(29)的底部通过螺栓固定安装有过滤网(24),所述过滤网(24)的上方位于分离室(29)的左侧内壁上设置有螺旋杆(20),所述螺旋杆(20)的左端尾部与电机b(16)的输出端通过螺栓固定连接,所述螺旋杆(20)的外壁上设置有螺旋叶片(21),所述分离室(29)的右侧底部开有出泥口(22),所述出泥口(22)的下方设置有推泥装置(23),所述推泥装置(23)包括有伸缩杆(2301)和推泥板(2302)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车清洗用污水处理设备及其使用方法,其特征在于:
    所述分离室(29)的下半部设置为V型槽,且V型槽底部设置为半圆形,所述螺旋杆(20)和螺旋叶片(21)紧密安装在半圆形槽内;
    所述螺旋杆(20)、螺旋叶片(21)、搅拌杆(8)、套环(9)和搅拌扇叶(10)的外表面均设置有防腐防锈的涂层;
    所述支撑腿(1)底部均设置有防滑垫。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车清洗用污水处理设备及其使用方法,其特征在于:所述电机a(6)的输出端与轴承座(7)之间和电机b(16)与轴承座(7)之间均设置有防漏密封胶。
  6. 一种根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车清洗用污水处理设备及其使用方法,其特征在于,方法如下:
    S1:启动电机b(16),电机b(16)运转带动其输出端的转动,电机b(16)的输出端带动螺旋杆(20)和螺旋叶片(21)进行旋转,螺旋叶片(21)将杂质及泥土从出泥口(22)带出,污水会经过过滤网(24)过滤流入净化室(28),推泥装置(23)包含的伸缩杆(2301)带动推泥板(2302)将杂质及泥土推出;
    S2:经过过滤网(24)过滤的污水流入净化室(28)内,净化室(28)内部的污水会沿着引流板(26)流至活性炭过滤网(25)处,经过二次过滤吸收消除污水的异味;
    S3:经过活性炭过滤网(25)的二次过滤,污水流入消毒室(27)内,将消毒剂从加料口(14)加入到消毒室(27)内,与污水融合进行消毒杀菌;
    S4:启动电机a(6),电机a(6)运转带动其输出端的转动,电机a(6)的输出端带动搅拌杆(8)转动,搅拌杆的转动带动搅拌扇叶(10)转动,搅拌扇叶(10)的转动使消毒剂与污水充分融合,加快了消毒杀菌的速率,;
    S5:处理后的污水通过出水口一(11)流出,通过调节分流阀(12)可以控制处理后的污水的流向,转动手柄(1207)控制转动杆(1206)的转向,转动杆(1206)带动分流圆球(1205)的转向,当控制进水口二(1201)与出水口二(1202)流通时,处理后的污水可以二次利用进行汽车清洗,当控制进水口二(1201)与出水口三(1203)流通时,处理后的水将流入出水管(13);
    S6:出水管(13)的尾端与喷头(19)连接,且出水管(13)与喷头(19)之间安装有气泵(17),通过气泵(17)的作用,将流入出水管(13)的水从喷头(19)喷出,喷头(19)设置为全覆盖分离室(29)的旋转喷头,可以用来清洗分离室(29)内的杂质和污泥;
    S7:该机构在进行运行时,产生的震动作用到支撑杆(3)、弹簧(2)和支撑腿(1)时,弹簧起到很好的缓冲作用。
