综上所述,该纺织废水处理设备,使用时,通过设置过滤层4能够将工业污水中的悬浮物、固体物去除,通过过滤、吸附能够有效避免水中污染物的排放出现二次污染,通过设置过滤管13能够有效增强水质的净化,通过使用能够有效降低水中的溶解盐类、胶体、微生物、有机物等,具有水质好、耗能低、无污染、工艺简单、操作简便等优点,通过在过滤箱2的位置连接有鼓风机5结构,以及过滤网3、过滤层4、鼓风机5、分离腔室6和渣物储存箱9之间的配合设置,更好的对纺织污水的水质进行过滤与净化,提高了废水处理的质量,保证了污水排出的安全性,通过在过滤箱2左侧位置设置有鼓风机5结构,达到了清理大颗粒杂物的效果,解决了现有的设备内有杂物残留的情况;通过过滤层4的设置能够使水体的杂质进行沉淀,第二清洁层14的材质为PP棉,弹性好,蓬松度强,不怕挤压,易于清洗,通过第一清洁层12的设置能够有效避免废水出现PH值过低的情况,使用第一清洁层12可以有效的提高水体的PH值,能够有效增强设备内的清洁度,通过紫外线灭菌管7能够有效降低废水中细菌的滞留,通过在过滤箱2的位置连接紫外线灭菌管7结构,以及分离腔室6、第一清洁层12、第二清洁层14和紫外线灭菌管7之间的配合设置,极大的改善了废水内细菌的存在,提高了水体质量,解决了细菌残留的情况,此外,通过在过滤箱2和清洁箱11连接的高温管道中进行了紫外线灭菌,不在水中引进杂质,水的物化性质基本不变,杀 菌范围广而迅速,处理时间短,在一定的辐射强度下一般病原微生物仅需十几秒即可杀灭,使该纺织废水处理设备还具有强效快速的使用效果。

  1. 一种纺织废水处理设备,包括入水口(1),其特征在于:所述入水口(1)的底部固定连接有过滤箱(2),所述过滤箱(2)的上部固定连接有过滤网(3),所述过滤箱(2)的中间固定连接有过滤层(4),所述过滤箱(2)底部的一侧固定连接有鼓风机(5),所述过滤箱(2)的下部设置有分离腔室(6),所述分离腔室(6)的一侧固定连接紫外线灭菌管(7),所述分离腔室(6)的底部设置有控制阀门(8),所述控制阀门(8)的底部开设有排渣储存箱(9),所述排渣储存箱(9)的一侧固定连接有抽屉(18),所述抽屉(18)左侧固定连接有手柄(19),所述紫外线灭菌管(7)的底部开设有连接口(10),所述连接口(10)的底部固定连接有清洁箱(11),所述清洁箱(11)的上部固定连接有第一清洁层(12),所述第一清洁层(12)的底部固定连接有过滤管(13),所述过滤管(13)的底部固定连接有过第二清洁层(14),所述过第二清洁层(14)的底部固定连接有第三清洁层(15),所述第三清洁层(15)的一侧固定连接有螺丝(16),所述清洁箱(11)的底部开设有出水口(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织废水处理设备,其特征在于:所述过滤箱(2)的一侧连接有鼓风机(5),所述鼓风机(5)是通过管道连接到内部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织废水处理设备,其特征在于:所述过滤层(4)是由活性炭组成,厚度为二百毫米。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织废水处理设备,其特征在于:所述第一清洁层(12)材质为石灰。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织废水处理设备,其特征在于:所述过滤管(13)是由RO膜组成,规格为一百克。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织废水处理设备,其特征在于:所述第二过滤层(14)是由PP棉组成,且第二过滤层(14)的长和宽均为一米。
