本申请实施方式的夹持结构中,第一夹持部及第二夹持部中的至少一个上设置有避空结构,以在夹持结构夹持待夹持件,且待夹持件的中心与夹座的转动中心重叠时,避空结构能够避开待夹持件的按键,以避免待夹持件的按键被第一夹持部或第二夹持部误按压,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键拓展其在待夹持件与夹持结构配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。

请参阅图1及图2,本申请提供一种夹持结构100,夹持结构100包括夹座10及与夹座10结合的夹持组件30。夹持组件30包括第一夹持部311及第二夹持部331。夹座10位于第一夹持部311及第二夹持部331之间。第一夹持部311与第二夹持部331能够在第一方向Y上相对移动以夹持或释放待夹持件400(图4所示)。第一夹持部311与第二夹持部331中的至少一个上设置有避空结构3111/3311。当待夹持件40夹持在第一夹持部311与第二夹持部331之间,且待夹持件400的中心O1(图4所示)与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3111/3311能够避开待夹持件400的按键420。
请结合图4,待夹持件400可以是手机、IPAD、卡片相机等电子设备,待夹持件400的侧面往往设有按键420。夹持结构100在夹持待夹持件400,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,按键420容易被压住,导致无法在夹持待夹持件400的过程中实时操作按键420,从而不利于按键420在待夹持件400的夹持过程中体现其原有功能或拓展其它可设计的功能,也可以避免按键420的误按压。本申请实施方式的夹持结构100中,第一夹持部311及第二夹持部331中的至少一个上设置有避空结构3111/3311,在夹持结构100夹持待夹持件400,且待夹持件400的中 心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3111/3311都能够避开待夹持件400的按键420,以避免任何情况下待夹持件400的按键420被第一夹持部311或第二夹持部331误按压,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
下面结合附图做进一步说明。
请一并参阅图4及图30,夹座10、第一夹持部311及第二夹持部331共同围成一个容纳空间17,以容纳待夹持件400。夹座10背向待夹持件400的一面可以与其他部件连接,例如,请结合图31,夹持结构100可以安装在云台200上,夹座10背向待夹持件400的一面与云台200的驱动电机210连接,驱动电机210可以驱动夹持结构100转动,以改变待夹持件400的放置状态,例如从横拍切换成竖拍。
其中,夹座10的截面形状可与驱动电机210的截面形状一致,例如驱动电机210的截面为圆形,夹座10的截面形状也为圆形;驱动电机210的截面为方形,夹座10的截面形状也为方形。如此,有利于夹座10更好地贴合在驱动电机210上,且在驱动电机210驱动夹座10转动时不易脱落。夹座10的截面形状也可与驱动电机210的截面形状不一致,例如,驱动电机210的截面为圆形,夹座10的截面形状为方形。
请参阅图4,在一些实施方式中,夹座10的中心O3可与夹座10的转动中心O2重合,此时,能快速切换安装在夹持结构100上的待夹持件400的放置状态,例如从横拍切换成竖拍,从而保证待夹持件400在切换过程中始终保持平衡。在另一些实施方式中,夹座10的中心O3可与夹座10的转动中心O2不重合。
具体地,请参阅图2及图3,夹座10包括基体13和盖体14。夹座10包括相背的第一侧11及第二侧12。
基体13开设有收容槽130,基体13上设置有第一安装部131、第一结合部132、第一阻挡部133、及第二阻挡部134。第一安装部131、第一结合部132、第一阻挡部133、及第二阻挡部134均位于收容槽130内。第一安装部131、第一结合部132、第一阻挡部133、及第二阻挡部134均为自收容槽130的底面延伸的凸起。基体13的收容槽130内还可设置有多个螺纹柱135,例如四个螺纹柱135,其中两个螺纹柱135靠近夹座10的第一侧11,另外两个螺纹柱135靠近夹座10的第二侧12。
盖体14安装在基体13上,并与基体13共同形成两侧开放的滑槽111,滑槽111贯穿夹座10的第一侧11及第二侧12,第一侧11与第二侧12为夹座10在第一方向Y上相背的两侧。在一个实施方式中,盖体14能够拆卸地安装在收容槽130内,例如盖体14可通过螺纹连接、卡合等方式能够拆卸地安装在基体13上。在另一个实施方式中,盖体14可固定不可拆卸地安装在收容槽130内,例如盖体14可通过胶合、 焊接等方式安装在基体13上。在本实施方式中,盖体14设置有多个穿孔141,多个穿孔141与多个螺纹柱135对应,例如盖体14设置有四个穿孔141,四个穿孔141与四个螺纹柱135一一对应。螺钉143穿过穿孔141并螺合进对应的螺纹柱135内,以将盖体14能够拆卸地安装在基体13的收容槽130内。
在某些实施方式中,夹座10还可包括装饰件15,装饰件15安装在盖体14上并遮挡盖体14。装饰件15的设置遮挡了螺钉143,避免用户看到,从而增加夹座10的美观性,装饰件15上可以绘制装饰图案,以进一步提高夹座10的美观性。同时,装饰件15的设置还遮挡并保护了盖体14,从而延长夹持结构100的使用寿命。此外,装饰件15还可以为摩擦件,以提高夹持结构100夹持待夹持件400时的摩擦力并防止过大的夹持力损坏待夹持件400。
请参阅图1至图3,夹持组件30包括第一夹持件31、第二夹持件33及连接件35。
第一夹持件31包括第一夹持部311、第一主体部312、及第一连接部313。第一夹持部311与第一主体部312分别位于第一连接部313的相背两端。第一夹持件31穿设在滑槽111中,具体地,第一夹持部311与第一连接部313均从夹座10的第一侧11露出,第一主体部312的一部分收容在滑槽111内,另一部分从夹座10的第一侧11露出。第一主体部312可以在滑槽111中沿第一方向Y滑动。
第一主体部312的第一面3121设置有第二安装部3122。
在一个实施例中,第二安装部3122可自第一主体部312的第一面3121直接延伸。
在另一个实施例中,第一主体部312的第一面3121还设置有第一凹槽3123及第二贯穿孔3126,第一凹槽3123与第二贯穿孔3126间隔不连通。第二安装部3122可自第一凹槽3123的底部延伸。进一步地,在第一凹槽3123的底部开设有第一通孔3124并形成第一间隔壁3125,第二安装部3122位于第一间隔壁3125上。第一阻挡部133收容在第一通孔3124内以能够与第一通孔3124的内壁抵触。当第一主体部312在滑槽111中移动时,第一间隔壁3125与第一阻挡部133配合,以对第一夹持件31起限位作用,避免第一夹持件31在朝远离夹座10的方向(第一方向Y的正方向Y1)移动时从滑槽111中脱出。
其中,第二安装部3122的高度可低于对应的第一凹槽3123的深度。若第二安装部3122的高度高于或等于对应的第一凹槽3123的深度,则第二安装部3122可能会与盖体14朝向基体13一侧的内壁接触,导致第二安装部3122随第一主体部312在滑槽111中移动时会与盖体14的内壁摩擦,不但会阻碍第一主体部312在滑槽111中移动,还会使第二安装部3122被磨损。本申请的实施方式中第二安装部3122的高度低于对应的第一凹槽3123的深度,避免了第二安装部3122与盖体14的摩擦,保 证了第一主体部312在滑槽111中移动的顺畅,同时还能减小第一夹持件31的厚度。
请继续参阅图2至图3,在某些实施方式中,第一夹持件31还可包括第一缓冲垫314。请结合图4,第一缓冲垫314设置在第一夹持部311和第一连接部312上并位于靠近待夹持件400所在的一侧。
具体地,第一缓冲垫314的一面与第一夹持部311和第一连接部312紧贴,第一缓冲垫314的另一面与待夹持件400贴合,以用于减小第一夹持件31对待夹持件400的压迫,起到缓冲作用,以防止过大的夹持力损坏待夹持件400。此外,第一缓冲垫314还可以对第一夹持部311和第一连接部312起保护作用,防止待夹持件400的边缘较为锐利时划伤第一夹持部311和第一连接部312。本申请的实施方式中,第一缓冲垫314紧贴在第一夹持部311上的部分可具有与第一夹持部311同样的边缘轮廓,第一缓冲垫314紧贴在第一连接部312上的部分可具有与第一连接部312同样的边缘轮廓,以在防止过大的夹持力损坏待夹持件400的同时,能更好地保护第一夹持部311及第一连接部312。
请再次参阅图1至图3,第二夹持件33包括第二夹持部331、第二主体部332、及第二连接部333。第二夹持部331与第二主体部332分别位于第二连接部333的相背两端。第二夹持件33穿设在滑槽111中,具体地,第二夹持部331与第二连接部333均从夹座10的第二侧12露出,第二主体部332的一部分收容在滑槽111内,另一部分从夹座10的第二侧12露出。第二主体部332可以在滑槽111中沿第一方向Y滑动。
第二主体部332的第一面3321设置有第二结合部3322。
在一个实施例中,第二结合部3322可自第二主体部332的第一面3321直接延伸。
在另一个实施例中,第二主体部332的第一面3321还设置有第二凹槽3323及第一贯穿孔3326,第二凹槽3323与第一贯穿孔3326间隔不连通。第二结合部3322可自第二凹槽3323的底部延伸。进一步地,在第二凹槽3323的底部开设有第二通孔3324并形成第二间隔壁3325,第二结合部3322位于第二间隔壁3325上。第二阻挡部134收容在第二通孔3324内以能够与第二通孔3324的内壁抵触。当第二主体部332在滑槽111中移动时,第二间隔壁3325与第一阻挡部134配合,以对第二夹持件33起限位作用,避免第二夹持件33在朝远离夹座10的方向(第一方向Y的负方向Y2)移动时从滑槽111中脱出。
其中,第二结合部3322的高度可低于对应的第二凹槽3323的深度。若第二结合部3322的高度高于或等于对应的第二凹槽3323的深度,则第二结合部3322可能会与盖体14朝向基体13一侧的内壁接触,导致第二结合部3322随第二主体部332在 滑槽111中移动时会与盖体14的内壁摩擦,不但会阻碍第二主体部332在滑槽111中移动,还会使第二结合部3322被磨损。本申请的实施方式中第二结合部3322的高度低于对应的第二凹槽3323的深度,避免了第二结合部3322与盖体14的内壁摩擦,保证了第二主体部332在滑槽111中移动的顺畅,同时能减小第二夹持件33的厚度。
请继续参阅图2至图3,在某些实施方式中,第二夹持件33还可包括第二缓冲垫334。请结合图4,第二缓冲垫334设置在第二夹持部331和第二连接部332上并位于靠近待夹持件400所在的一侧。
具体地,第二缓冲垫334的一面与第二夹持部331和第二连接部332紧贴,第二缓冲垫334的另一面与待夹持件400贴合,以用于减小第二夹持件33对待夹持件400的压迫,起到缓冲作用,以防止过大的夹持力损坏待夹持件400。此外,第二缓冲垫334还可以对第二夹持部331和第二连接部332起保护作用,防止待夹持件400的边缘较为锐利时划伤第二夹持部331和第二连接部332。本申请的实施方式中,第二缓冲垫334紧贴在第二夹持部331上的部分可具有与第二夹持部331同样的边缘轮廓,第二缓冲垫334紧贴在第二连接部332上的部分可具有与第二连接部332同样的边缘轮廓,以在防止过大的夹持力损坏待夹持件400的同时,能更好地保护第二夹持部331及第二连接部332。
请继续参阅图1至图3,连接件35收容在滑槽111内,并用于弹性连接第一夹持件31与第二夹持件33。
在某些实施方式中,连接件35包括相互间隔的第一连接件351及第二连接件353。第一连接件351的第一端3511连接在第一主体部312上,第一连接件351的第二端3513连接在夹座10上。第二连接件353的第一端3531连接在第二主体部332上,第二连接件353的第二端3533连接在夹座10上。
具体地,第一连接件351的第一端3511与第二安装部3122连接,第一连接件351的第二端3513与第一安装部131连接。第一连接件351至少部分收容在第一贯穿孔3326内。第二安装部3122和第一安装部131的设置有利于第一连接件351的安装且能够限制第一连接件351的位置,防止第一连接件351出现偏移。
第二连接件353的第一端3531与第二结合部3322连接,第二连接件353的第二端3533与第一结合部132连接。第二连接件353至少部分收容在第二贯穿孔3126内。第二结合部3322和第一结合部132的设置有利于第二连接件353的安装且能够限制第二连接件353的位置,防止第二连接件353出现偏移。
如此,第一连接件351将第一夹持件31连接在夹座10上,第二连接件353将第二夹持件33弹性连接在夹座10上,能够保证第一夹持件31及第二夹持件33沿第一方向Y 相对运动且不从夹座10中脱离。在一些实施例中,第一连接件351与第二连接件353平行。如此,能够使第一夹持件31及第二夹持件33沿第一方向Y运动的更加平稳,从而提升夹持结构100的稳定性。
夹持组件30中的第一夹持部311的一部分、第二夹持部331的一部分、及连接件35均位于基体13的收容槽130内,且被基体13和盖体14封装在收容槽130内,盖体14可以对封装在收容槽130内的部分起到防尘、防水、及防腐蚀的效果,从而延长第一夹持件31、第二夹持件33、及连接件35的使用寿命。
第一连接件351可以是弹性元件,下面以第一连接件351是弹簧为例进行说明。当第一夹持件31在外力作用下沿第一方向Y的正方向Y1(背离夹座10)移动时,第一连接件351被拉伸而产生形变并积蓄弹力,在外力撤销后第一连接件351释放弹力并回缩,使第一夹持件31沿第一方向Y的负方向Y2(朝向夹座10)移动。当第一夹持件31朝向夹座10移动至限位处时,第一阻挡部133与第一通孔3124的内壁抵触,对第一夹持件31的收缩起到限位作用,防止第一主体部312过度伸入到基体13内导致第一连接件351和第二连接件353受挤压,以延长第一连接件351和第二连接件353的使用寿命。可以通过设置弹簧的弹性系数使第一连接件351在第一夹持件31沿第一方向Y的负方向Y2移动至限位处时,仍具有一定的形变量,即在第一夹持件31沿第一方向Y的负方向Y2移动至限位处时,第一连接件351的收缩同样受限而未复原,使第一连接件351仍具有收缩的趋势,以为第一夹持部311提供夹紧待夹持件400的夹持力。
第二连接件353可以是弹性元件,下面以第一连接件353是弹簧为例进行说明。当第二夹持件33在外力作用下沿第一方向Y的负方向Y2(背离夹座10)移动时,第二连接件353被拉伸而产生形变并积蓄弹力,在外力撤销后第二连接件353释放弹力并回缩,使第二夹持件33沿第一方向Y的正方向Y1(朝向夹座10)移动。当第二夹持件33朝向夹座10移动至限位处时,第二阻挡部134与第二通孔3324的内壁抵触,对第二夹持件33的收缩起到限位作用,防止第二主体部332过度伸入到基体13内导致第一连接件351和第二连接件353受挤压,以延长第一连接件351和第二连接件353的使用寿命。可以通过设置弹簧的弹性系数使第二连接件353在第二夹持件33沿第一方向Y的正方向Y1移动至限位处时,仍具有一定的形变量,即在第二夹持件33沿第一方向Y的正方向Y1移动至限位处时,第二连接件353的收缩同样受限而未复原,使第二连接件353仍具有收缩的趋势,以为第二夹持部331提供夹紧待夹持件400的夹持力。
另外,连接件35的数量还可以是3个及3个以上,如4个、5个、6个等,在此 不作限制。当连接件35的数量为奇数,例如3个时,可以是:第一主体部312上的第二安装部3122的数量及第二主体部332上的第二结合部3322的数量均与连接件35的数量相同,通过增设的连接件35直接将第一主体部312和第二主体部332弹性连接,以增大夹持结构100的夹持力。当连接件35的数量为偶数时,可以是:第一主体部312上的第二安装部3122的数量、第二主体部332上的第二结合部3322的数量、基体13上的第一安装部131的数量、和基体13上的第一结合部132的数量均与连接件35的数量相同,使增设的连接件35能对应地将第二安装部3122与第一安装部131弹性连接,或者使增设的连接件35能对应地将第二结合部3322与第一结合部132弹性连接,以增大夹持结构100的夹持力。
请再次参阅图1至图3,在某些实施方式中,第一夹持部311与第二夹持部331关于夹座10的转动中心O2对称设置在夹座10的相背两侧。请结合图4,关于夹座10的转动中心O2对称设置在夹座10的相背两侧的第一夹持部311和第二夹持部331可以在待夹持件400的两侧施加均衡的夹持力,可以使待夹持件400在随夹持结构100转动时具有较高的稳定性,避免在转动过程中待夹持件400松动或甩落。
请一并参阅图2及图3,第一夹持部311及第二夹持部331中的至少一个上设置有避空结构3111/3311。避空结构3111/3311用于避开待夹持件400的按键420,以在任何情况下均能避免待夹持件400的按键420被第一夹持部311或第二夹持部331误按压,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
请参阅图4,在某些实施方式中,当待夹持件400被夹持在第一夹持部311与第二夹持部331之间并位于第二方向X上的任意位置时,避空结构3111/3311均能避开待夹持件400的按键420。第二方向X垂直第一方向Y。更进一步地,当待夹持件400夹持在第一夹持部311与第二夹持部331之间,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3111/3311能够避开并露出待夹持件400的按键420。
下面结合附图详细说明第一夹持部311上设置的避空结构3111及第二夹持部331上设置的避空结构3311。
请参阅图5,图5为第一夹持部311不设置避空结构时夹持待夹持件400的俯视图,当待夹持件400被第一夹持部311夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,待夹持件400的按键420会被第一夹持部311压住,导致无法正常拍摄或不利于按键420在待夹持件400的夹持过程中体现其原有功能或拓展其它可设计的功能。
在一些实施方式中,第一夹持部311的任意一侧设置有避空结构3111,避空结构 3111可以是位于第一夹持部311任意一侧且贯穿边缘的缺口。
在一个例子中,如图6所示,第一夹持部311的第一侧3112设置有避空结构3111,此时,避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第一侧3112且贯穿边缘的缺口。在又一个例子中,如图7所示,第一夹持部311的第二侧3113设置有避空结构3111,此时,避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第二侧3113且贯穿边缘的缺口。在再一个例子中,如图8所示,第一夹持部311的第三侧3114设置有避空结构3111,此时,避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第三侧3114且贯穿边缘的缺口。
在一些实施方式中,第一夹持部311的任意一侧设置有避空结构3111,避空结构3111还可以是位于第一夹持部311任意一侧且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
在一个例子中,如图9所示,第一夹持部311的第一侧3112设置有避空结构3111,此时,避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第一侧3112且不贯穿边缘的通孔。在又一个例子中,如图10所示,第一夹持部311的第二侧3113设置有避空结构3111,此时,避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第二侧3113且不贯穿边缘的通孔。在再一个例子中,如图11所示,第一夹持部311的第四侧3115设置有避空结构3111,此时,避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第四侧3115且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
第一夹持部311的任意一侧设置的避空结构3111并不局限于图6至图11所示的几种,还可以是其他形式,在此不一一列举。然而,无论是哪种形式,当待夹持件400被第一夹持部311夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3111都会避让待夹持件400的按键420,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
在另一些实施方式中,第一夹持部311的相背两侧均设置有避空结构3111,两个避空结构3111可以均是贯穿边缘的缺口;或者,两个避空结构3111也可以均是不贯穿边缘的通孔;或者,一个避空结构3111是位于第一夹持部311一侧且贯穿边缘的缺口,另一个是位于第一夹持部311相背的另一侧且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
在一个例子中,如图4及图12所示,第一夹持部311的第一侧3112与第二侧3113均设置有避空结构3111,且第一夹持部311为T形结构,其中一个避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第一侧3112且贯穿边缘的缺口,另一个避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第二侧3113且贯穿边缘的缺口。请结合图32至图34,当待夹持件400被第一夹持部311夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3111都会避让待夹持件400的按键420,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整 拍摄参数。
在又一个例子中,如图13及图29所示,第一夹持部311的第一侧3112与第二侧3113均设置有避空结构3111,且第一夹持部311为“一”字形结构,其中一个避空结构3111为贯穿第一侧3112、第三侧3114、第四侧3115三侧边缘的缺口,另一个避空结构3111为位于贯穿第二侧3113、第三侧3114、第四侧3115三侧边缘的缺口。请结合图35至图37,当待夹持件400被第一夹持部311夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3111都会避让待夹持件400的按键420,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。而且,相较于T形结构的第一夹持部311而言,“一”字形结构的第一夹持部311的避让空间更大,避让效果更好,同时,第一夹持部311更能节省材料。
在再一个例子中,如图14所示,第一夹持部311的第一侧3112与第二侧3113均设置有避空结构3111,其中一个避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第一侧3112且不贯穿边缘的通孔,另一个避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第二侧3113且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
在还一个例子中,如图15所示,第一夹持部311的第一侧3112与第二侧3113均设置有避空结构3111,其中一个避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第一侧3112且贯穿边缘的缺口,另一个避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第二侧3113且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
第一夹持部311的相背两侧设置的避空结构3111并不局限于图13至图15所示的几种,还可以是其他形式,在此不一一列举。然而,无论是哪种形式,当待夹持件400被第一夹持部311夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3111都会避让待夹持件400的按键420,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
在一些实施方式中,当待夹持件400被夹持在第一夹持部311与第二夹持部331之间并位于第二方向X上的任意位置时,避空结构3111能避开待夹持件400的按键420。第二方向X垂直第一方向Y。在一个例子中,如图4所示,第一夹持部311为T形结构,待夹持件400可以放置在第一夹持部311与第二夹持部331之间并位于第二方向X上的任意位置处,被第一夹持部311及第二夹持部331限制并固定在夹持结构100上。若放置待夹持件400并将按键420朝向第一夹持部311,在第一方向Y从上往下看时,按键420与第一夹持部311在第二方向X上可能的位置关系包括:按键 420被第一夹持部311完全遮挡;按键420的一部分被第一夹持部311遮挡;及按键420没有被第一夹持部311遮挡。
请结合图27及图28,具体地,第一夹持部311的下方还可设置有避空结构3111。避空结构3111为第一夹持部311的下方自第一侧3112边缘贯穿第二侧3113边缘的缺口。当按键420被第一夹持部311完全遮挡或部分遮挡时,避空结构3111在按键420与第一夹持部311之间仍然具有避让空间,使第一夹持部311夹紧待夹持件400时,第一夹持部311不会按压到按键420,保证了正常拍摄,或能够利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
请参阅图16,图16为第二夹持部331不设置避空结构时夹持待夹持件400的俯视图,当待夹持件400被第二夹持部331夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,待夹持件400的按键420会被第二夹持部331压住,导致无法正常拍摄,或不利于按键420在待夹持件400的夹持过程中体现其原有功能或拓展其它可设计的功能。
在一些实施方式中,第二夹持部331的任意一侧设置有避空结构3311,避空结构3311可以是位于第二夹持部331任意一侧且贯穿边缘的缺口。
在一个例子中,如图17所示,第二夹持部331的第一侧3312设置有避空结构3311,此时,避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第一侧3312且贯穿边缘的缺口。在又一个例子中,如图18所示,第二夹持部331的第二侧3313设置有避空结构3311,此时,避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第二侧3313且贯穿边缘的缺口。在再一个例子中,如图19所示,第二夹持部331的第三侧3114设置有避空结构3311,此时,避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第三侧3114且贯穿边缘的缺口。
在一些实施方式中,第二夹持部331的任意一侧设置有避空结构3311,避空结构3311还可以是位于第二夹持部331任意一侧且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
在一个例子中,如图20所示,第二夹持部331的第一侧3312设置有避空结构3311,此时,避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第一侧3312且不贯穿边缘的通孔。在又一个例子中,如图21所示,第二夹持部331的第二侧3313设置有避空结构3311,此时,避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第二侧3313且不贯穿边缘的通孔。在再一个例子中,如图22所示,第二夹持部331的第四侧3315设置有避空结构3311,此时,避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第四侧3315且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
第二夹持部331的任意一侧设置的避空结构3311并不局限于图17至图22所示的几种,还可以是其他形式,在此不一一列举。然而,无论是哪种形式,当待夹持件400被第二夹持部331夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重 叠时,避空结构3311都会避让待夹持件400的按键420,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
在另一些实施方式中,第二夹持部331的相背两侧均设置有避空结构3311,两个避空结构3311可以均是贯穿边缘的缺口;或者,两个避空结构3311也可以均是不贯穿边缘的通孔;或者,一个避空结构3311是位于第二夹持部331一侧且贯穿边缘的缺口,另一个是位于第二夹持部331相背的另一侧且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
在一个例子中,如图23所示,第二夹持部331的第一侧3312与第二侧3313均设置有避空结构3311,且第二夹持部331为T形结构,其中一个避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第一侧3312且贯穿边缘的缺口,另一个避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第二侧3313且贯穿边缘的缺口。请结合图32至图34,当待夹持件400被第二夹持部331夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3311都会避让待夹持件400的按键420,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
在又一个例子中,如图24所示,第二夹持部331的第一侧3312与第二侧3313均设置有避空结构3311,且第二夹持部331为“一”字形结构,其中一个避空结构3311为贯穿第一侧3312、第三侧3114、及第四侧3115三侧边缘的缺口,另一个避空结构3311为位于贯穿第二侧3313、第三侧3114、及第四侧3115三侧边缘的缺口。相较于T形结构的第二夹持部331而言,“一”字形结构的第二夹持部331的避让空间更大,避让效果更好,同时,第二夹持部331更能节省材料。
在再一个例子中,如图25所示,第二夹持部331的第一侧3312与第二侧3313均设置有避空结构3311,其中一个避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第一侧3312且不贯穿边缘的通孔,另一个避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第二侧3313且不贯穿边缘的通孔。

在一些实施方式中,当待夹持件400被夹持在第二夹持部331与第二夹持部331之间并位于第二方向X上的任意位置时,避空结构3311能避开待夹持件400的按键420。第二方向X垂直第一方向Y。在一个例子中,如图4所示,第二夹持部331为T形结构,待夹持件400可以放置在第二夹持部331与第二夹持部331之间并位于第二方向X上的任意位置处,被第二夹持部331及第二夹持部331限制并固定在夹持结构100上。若放置待夹持件400并将按键420朝向第二夹持部331,在第一方向Y从上往下看时,按键420与第二夹持部331在第二方向X上可能的位置关系包括:按键420被第二夹持部331完全遮挡;按键420的一部分被第二夹持部331遮挡;及按键420没有被第二夹持部331遮挡。
请结合图27及图28,具体地第二夹持部331的下方还可设置有避空结构3311。避空结构3311为第二夹持部331的下方自第一侧3312边缘贯穿第二侧3313边缘的缺口。当按键420被第二夹持部331完全遮挡或部分遮挡时,避空结构3311在按键420与第二夹持部331之间仍然具有避让空间,使第二夹持部331夹紧待夹持件400时,第二夹持部331不会按压到按键420,保证了正常拍摄,或能够利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
在一些实施方式中,第一夹持部311设置有避空结构3111,第二夹持部331不设置避空结构。其中,第一夹持部311上的避空结构3111可以是如图6至图15、图27及图28所示的任意一种。不设置避空结构的第二夹持部331比设置避空结构3311的第二夹持部331具有更高的强度,可以承受更大的重力,使第二夹持部331不易因受压而断裂。
在再一些实施方式中,第一夹持部311可不设置避空结构3111,第二夹持部331设置有避空结构3311。其中,第二夹持部331上的避空结构3311可以是如图17至图27所示的任意一种。不设置避空结构的第一夹持部311比设置避空结构3111的第一夹持部311具有更高的强度,且不易因受压而断裂。
在一些实施方式中,第一夹持部311设置有避空结构3111,且第二夹持部331设置有避空结构3311。
具体地,如图6至图15、图27及图28所示,第一夹持部311的任意一侧设置有避空结构3111,如图17至图27所示,第二夹持部331的任意一侧设置有避空结构3311。如图6至图15、图27及图28所示的任一第一夹持部311可以与图17至图27 所示的任一第二夹持部331配对组合。
在一个例子中,请结合图1、图12及图23,第一夹持部311的第一侧3112与第二侧3113均设置有避空结构3111,且第一夹持部311为T形结构,其中一个避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第一侧3112且贯穿边缘的缺口,另一个避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311的第二侧3113且贯穿边缘的缺口;与之配对的第二夹持部331的第一侧3312与第二侧3313也均设置有避空结构3311,且第二夹持部331为T形结构,其中一个避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第一侧3312且贯穿边缘的缺口,另一个避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331的第二侧3313且贯穿边缘的缺口。如此,当待夹持件400被第一夹持部311和第二夹持部331夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,无论按键420朝向第一夹持部311还是第二夹持部331,避空结构3111/3311都会避让待夹持件400的按键420,以保证能够正常拍摄。
在又一个例子中,请结合图9及图21,第一夹持部311的第一侧3112设置有避空结构3111,避空结构3111为位于第一夹持部311第一侧3112且贯不穿边缘的通孔,同时,与之配对的第二夹持部331的第二侧3313设置有避空结构3311,避空结构3311为位于第二夹持部331第二侧3313且不贯穿边缘的通孔。
设有避空结构3111的第一夹持部311与设有避空结构3311的第二夹持部331的配对组合并不局限于上述的几种,还可以是其他形式,在此不一一列举。然而,无论是哪种形式,当待夹持件400被第一夹持部311和第二夹持部331夹持,且待夹持件400的中心O1与夹座10的转动中心O2重叠时,避空结构3111/3311都会避让待夹持件400的按键420,以保证能够正常拍摄,或利用按键420拓展其在待夹持件400与夹持结构100配合使用时的其它功能,例如调整拍摄参数。
请参阅图30及图31,本申请的实施方式还提供一种云台设备300。云台设备300包括云台200及上述任一实施方式的夹持结构100。夹持结构100安装在云台200上。
云台200可以是一种手持云台,夹持结构100安装在云台200可以便于用户手持云台设备300。云台200还可以是一种具有安装端的非手持云台,可以将云台设备300安装在其他设备,例如无人机上使用。云台200还可以调整夹持结构100及被夹持在夹持结构100上的待夹持件400的高度、倾角和方向,使云台设备300搭载的待夹持件400能在更多的角度进行拍照等功能,提升了用户的体验。
进一步地,请继续参阅图31,在某些实施方式中,夹持结构100可拆卸地安装在云台200上。
具体地,夹持结构100可通过磁吸方式连接在云台200上,可以便于夹持结构100 的拆装,以便于保养及维护。此外,无需在夹持结构100和云台200结合的一面上设置螺纹孔、卡槽等安装结构,利于实现夹持结构100和云台200外形设计的多样化,便于满足夹持结构100和云台200的外形相匹配,还利于夹持结构100和云台200结合的一面做防尘、防水的设计,以提高夹持结构100和云台200的耐用性。
请参阅图38,本申请的实施方式还提供一种可移动平台600。可移动平台600包括可移动平台本体500及上述任一实施方式的云台设备300。云台设备300安装在可移动平台本体500上。
在一个实施例中,可移动平台本体600是无人机,对应地,可移动平台本体500为无人机机身,无人机机身可以搭载云台设备300,使被夹持在夹持结构100上的待夹持件400可以在高空进行拍照。在其他实施方式中,可移动平台还可以为无人车、无人船等可以移动的物体,对应地,可移动平台本体500为无人车本体、无人船本体等等。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种夹持结构,其特征在于,所述夹持结构包括:
    夹座;及
    与所述夹座结合的夹持组件,所述夹持组件包括第一夹持部及第二夹持部,所述夹座位于所述第一夹持部及所述第二夹持部之间,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部能够在第一方向上相对移动以夹持或释放待夹持件,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部中的至少一个上设置有避空结构,当所述待夹持件夹持在所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部之间,且所述待夹持件的中心与所述夹座的转动中心重叠时,所述避空结构能够避开所述待夹持件的按键。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述夹座的中心与所述夹座的转动中心重合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,当所述待夹持件被夹持在所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部之间并位于第二方向上的任意位置时,所述避空结构均能避开所述待夹持件的按键,所述第二方向垂直所述第一方向。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,当所述待夹持件夹持在所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部之间,且所述待夹持件的中心与所述夹座的转动中心重叠时,所述避空结构能够避开并露出所述待夹持件的按键。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部的任意一侧设置有所述避空结构;和/或
    所述第二夹持部的任意一侧设置有所述避空结构。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部的相背两侧均设置有所述避空结构;和/或
    所述第二夹持部的相背两侧均设置有所述避空结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述夹座开设有贯穿第一侧及第二侧的滑槽,所述第一侧与所述第二侧为所述夹座在第一方向上相背的两侧;所述夹持组件包括:
    第一夹持件,所述第一夹持件包括所述第一夹持部,所述第一夹持件穿设在所述滑槽中,所述第一夹持部从所述第一侧露出;
    第二夹持件,所述第二夹持件包括所述第二夹持部,所述第二夹持件穿设在所述滑槽中,所述第二夹持部从所述第二侧露出;及
    连接件,所述连接件收容在所述滑槽内,并用于弹性连接所述第一夹持件与所述 夹座,及弹性连接所述第二夹持件及所述夹座。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持件还包括第一主体部及第一连接部,所述第一夹持部与所述第一主体部分别位于所述第一连接部的相背两端;
    所述第二夹持件还包括第二主体部及第二连接部,所述第二夹持部与所述第二主体部分别位于所述第二连接部的相背两端;
    所述连接件包括相互间隔的第一连接件及第二连接件,所述第一连接件的第一端连接在所述第一主体部上,所述第一连接件的第二端连接在所述夹座上,所述第二连接件的第一端连接在所述第二主体部上,所述第二连接件的第二端连接在所述夹座上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述夹座包括基体;
    所述基体上设置有第一安装部,所述第一主体部的第一面所在的一侧设置有第二安装部,所述第一连接件的第一端与所述第二安装部连接,所述第一连接件的第二端与所述第一安装部连接;和/或,
    所述基体上设置有第一结合部,所述第二主体部的第一面所在的一侧设置有第二结合部,所述第二连接件的第一端与所述第二结合部连接,所述第二连接件的第二端与所述第一结合部连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述第二安装部自所述第一主体部的第一面延伸;和/或
    所述第二结合部自所述第二主体部的第一面延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述第一主体部的第一面开设有第一凹槽,所述第二安装部自所述第一凹槽的底部延伸;和/或
    所述第二主体部的第一面开设有第二凹槽,所述第二结合部自所述第二凹槽的底部延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述第二安装部的高度低于对应的所述第一凹槽的深度;和/或
    所述第二结合部的高度低于对应的所述第二凹槽的深度。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽的底部开设有第一通孔并形成第一间隔壁,所述第二安装部位于所述第一间隔壁上,所述基座还包括第一阻挡部,所述第一阻挡部收容在所述第一通孔内以能够与所述第一通孔的内壁抵触;所述第二主体部开设有第一贯穿孔,所述第一安装部收容在所述第一贯穿孔内,所述第一连接件至少部分收容在所述第一贯穿孔内;和/或,
    所述第二凹槽的底部开设有第二通孔并形成第二间隔壁,所述第二结合部位于所述第二间隔壁上,所述基座还包括第二阻挡部,所述第二阻挡部收容在所述第二通孔内以能够与所述第二通孔的内壁抵触;所述第一主体部开设有第二贯穿孔,所述第一结合部收容在所述第二贯穿孔内,所述第二连接件至少部分收容在所述第二贯穿孔内。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持件还包括第一缓冲垫,所述第一缓冲垫设置在所述第一夹持部和所述第一连接部上并位于靠近所述待夹持件所在的一侧;
    所述第二夹持件还包括第二缓冲垫,所述第二缓冲垫设置在所述第二夹持部和所述第二连接部上并位于靠近所述待夹持件所在的一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求7所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述夹座还包括:
    盖体,所述盖体能够拆卸地安装在所述基体上,并与所述基体共同形成两侧开放的所述滑槽。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述基体开设有收容槽,所述盖体安装在所述收容槽内,所述夹座还包括:
    装饰件,所述装饰件安装在所述盖体上并遮挡所述盖体。
  17. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的夹持结构,其特征在于,所述夹座用于与云台的驱动电机连接;其中:
    所述夹座的截面形状与所述驱动电机的截面形状一致;和/或
    所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部关于所述夹座的转动中心对称设置在所述夹座的相背两侧;和/或
    所述第一夹持部和/或所述第二夹持部为T形结构。
  18. 一种云台设备,其特征在于,包括:
    云台;及
    权利要求1-17任意一项所述的夹持结构,所述夹持结构安装在所述云台上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的云台设备,其特征在于,所述夹持结构可拆卸地安装在所述云台上。
  20. 一种可移动平台,其特征在于,包括:
    可移动平台本体;及
    权利要求18或19所述的云台设备,所述云台设备安装在所述可移动平台本体上。
