Description

零靠墙贵妃椅的机械伸展装置及贵妃椅 技术领域
本发明属于椅子领域,更具体的说涉及一种零靠墙贵妃椅的机械伸展装置及贵妃椅。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对生活品质的追求正不断提高。对于家具的选择,消费者已经不仅仅局限于单一的功能,更多的是希望将家具的利用率达到最高,这才是现代化的思维。比如座椅或沙发,消费者更多的是在追求舒适性,诸如能够提供阅读、平躺等多种使用模式的功能,而随着研发的不断深入,市面上也出现了一些功能性沙发,但是这些沙发在多模式使用的方面仍存在不足,例如在靠墙放置时,不能够方便地在各模式之间进行切换调整。
如靠背零靠墙时,若想要调节靠背角度,则靠背会侵入墙体空间,不易放倒;且在现有技术中能够调节的座椅,若坐垫6与靠背7为一体式的其在靠背放倒时与坐垫角度增大,但在立起与坐垫角度减小时,坐垫6与靠背7的连接处必然出现较大褶皱,如图9所示,这也限制了坐垫和靠背的调整角度,特别是对于厚度超过15cm的座垫和靠背来说,问题更加明显;若坐垫与靠背为分体式的,在靠背放倒时,通常靠背与坐垫之间会出现较大的悬空缝隙。
技术解决方案
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种能够使沙发靠背在调整角度时,不会向后侧侵占,即使得沙发可以实现零靠墙摆放,摆放后能够随意的调整其靠背角度,结构简单,可靠性高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种零靠墙贵妃椅的机械伸展装置,包括底座,底座上设置有腿部框架和背部框架,所述腿部框架与底座水平移动连接,所述背部框架一端与腿部框架转动连接,所述背部框架与底座之间设置有联动支架,联动支架的两端分别与背部框架和底座铰接,联动支架位于腿部框架的后侧。
进一步的所述背部框架对应与联动支架铰接点的上方设置有靠背连接架。
进一步的的所述背部框架的中部向后弯曲,所述靠背连接架的延长线与背部框架之间形成补偿空间。
进一步的所述底座与腿部框架之间设置有驱动机构。
进一步的所述驱动机构包括线性马达。
进一步的所述腿部框架上设置有滚轮,底座上设置有轨道,滚轮布置于轨道上滚动。
进一步的所述腿部框架上设置有滑块,底座上设置有滑轨,腿部框架通过滑块、滑轨与底座滑动连接。
一种零靠墙贵妃椅,腿部框架上设置有坐垫,所述坐垫由腿部框架的前侧向后延伸至背部框架的补偿空间内,所述靠背连接架上设置有靠背,靠背由顶部向下延伸至接触坐垫的上表面。
进一步的所述靠背与靠背连接架可拆卸连接。
进一步的所述坐垫和靠背的厚度均大于15cm。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过背部框架、腿部框架与联动支架的铰接,使得背部框架的角度调整过程中不会侵占后侧空间,将整个贵妃椅后侧得以直接靠墙布置;
2、通过使背部框架的中部向后弯曲形成补偿空间,使得使沙发在完全展开时,即靠背完全躺平时,坐垫位于补偿空间内的部分可以从靠背下方伸出来,而不出现靠背与坐垫之间的缝隙;在靠背处于其他角度时,靠背与坐垫之间也不会具有缝隙;收拢时,即靠背立起时,坐垫可以刚好藏到靠背下面的补偿空间;
本发明中的靠背可以拆卸。

如图1-3所示,本实施例中的后侧指的是靠墙的一侧,即图2中左侧,前侧即指的是右侧。
如图2所示,本实施例以背部框架3与联动支架4的铰接处称为第一铰接点81,联动支架4与底座1的铰接处称为第二铰接点82,背部框架3与腿部框架2的铰接处称为第三铰接点83,本实施例中第二铰接点82位于第三铰接点83的左侧,同时第二铰接点82位于第一铰接点81的左侧,使得背部框架3主体位于联动支架4的右侧。
如图1所示,此时背部框架3处于立起状态,在需要放平时,腿部框架2沿水平方向向右移动,背部框架3在被带动向右移动的同时,其与联动支架4铰接的第一铰接点81绕第二铰接点82做圆周运动,使得背部框架3倾斜角度逐渐减小,在放平过程中,背部框架3的最顶端不会向左侵占(侵占后侧空间),即实现在靠墙摆放时,背部框架3能够任意转动;那么在安装靠背7后,其同样能够任意转动。
本实施例优选的所述背部框架3对应与联动支架4铰接点的上方设置有靠背连接架31,如图1所示,本实施例中靠背连接架31与背部框架3为一体式的,其用于安装靠背7。
本实施例优选的所述背部框架3的中部向后弯曲,所述靠背连接架31的延长线与背部框架3之间形成补偿空间32,在本实施例中联动支架4根据需要在中间部分可以向后弯曲,使得其不会到达背部框架3的前方。
如图2和图4所示,在背部框架3立起时,通常靠背连接架31为竖直或与坐垫6呈钝角,以使得人们舒服的坐着。
在背部框架3立起(机械伸展装置收拢)时,补偿空间32实际位于靠背7的后侧,也就使得坐垫6能够有一部分伸入补偿空间32内,并隐藏于靠背7的下方,在背部框架3放平(机械伸展装置展开)过程中,坐垫6逐渐由补偿空间32移出,以补充靠背7与坐垫6之间的缝隙。
本实施例优选的背部框架3向后弯曲的形状可以为三角形、弧形或方形等。
本实施例优选的所述底座1与腿部框架2之间设置有驱动机构,如图1和图3所示,在本实施例中驱动机构为线性马达5,通过线性马达5推动腿部框架2前后移动,进而带动背部框架3的立起或放平,当然驱动机构还可以采用其他方式,如采用电动推杆,或手动调节结构。
本实施例优选的所述腿部框架2上设置有滚轮,底座1上设置有轨道,滚轮布置于轨道上滚动,如图3所示,本实施例中的轨道为C型轨道,滚轮卡在轨道内,在腿部框架2前后水平移动时,移动更加顺畅,阻力小。
当然腿部框架2还可以采用如下方式与底座1连接,所述腿部框架2上设置有滑块,底座1上设置有滑轨,腿部框架2通过滑块、滑轨与底座1滑动连接。
一种零靠墙贵妃椅,腿部框架2上设置有坐垫6,所述坐垫6由腿部框架2的前侧向后延伸至背部框架3的补偿空间32内,所述靠背连接架31上设置有靠背7,靠背7由顶部向下延伸至接触坐垫6的上表面。
本实施例优选的所述靠背7与靠背连接架31可拆卸连接。
优选的所述坐垫6和靠背7的厚度均大于15cm。
如图7和图8所示,本实施例优选的在底座1旁设置有扶手9。
通过较厚的坐垫6和靠背7,不但能够保证使用者的舒适性,而且在靠背7立起时,部分坐垫6能够向后移动隐藏于补偿空间32内,防止褶皱;同时在靠背7放平时,部分坐垫6能够由补偿空间32移出,防止靠背7与坐垫6之间出现缝隙。
