一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置 技术领域
本发明涉及服饰制造领域,特别涉及一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置。
背景技术
在衣服设计初期,需要设计师对衣服尺寸不断调整,因此,需要在布料上绘制裁剪线等,现有方式采用直尺与划线笔直接划线,通过上述方式,每次划线均需要找基准线,划线效率低。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,公开了一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,包括两根底座、调节机构、转动机构、第一引导尺和第二引导尺,所述底座呈长方体结构,两根所述底座通过铰链铰接在一起,其中一根所述底座的一端固定设置转角连接块;展开时,两根底座相互垂直呈L形,并且另一个所述底座的端面紧贴所述转角连接块的端面;所述调节机构包括滑块和转动块,所述滑块滑动设置在所述底座上,所述转动块水平转动设置在所述滑块上,所述转动块径向设置贯穿的且与所述第一引导尺配合的第一引导孔;所述调节机构分设在两根所述底座上,所述第一引导尺包括尺本体和设置在所述尺本体端部向一侧延伸的连接部,两根所述第一引导尺的连接部铰接,并且两根所述第一引导尺分别滑动设置在两根所述底座上的所述第一引导孔内;所述转动机构设置在其中一根所述第一引导尺上,所述第二引导尺滑动设置在所述转动机构上,并且利用手拧螺栓固定,所述第二引导尺的一端设置划线部,所述划线部上设置用于插入划线笔的划线孔。

本发明将底座以及第一引导尺铰接,使其能够在一字和L形之间形态切换,起到折叠收纳的作用,以减少划线装置的体积,便于收纳。展开后, L形底座与L形第一引导尺配合,相互牵制,相互引导,实现直线的快速绘制,同时在第一引导尺的转角处设置转动机构,实现了对圆弧的绘制;通过电磁铁,对导轨进行快速固定,避免频繁寻找划线基准,提高绘制效率。在第一引导尺上设置支撑部,同时在支撑部底部设置钢珠滚轮,保证划线效果。

如图1-8所示,划线装置展开时,展开底座1,使得两底座呈L形。同时展开第一引导尺4,将插销38插入插销孔内,保证第一引导尺4呈L形;到达图1所示状态。当折叠时,拔出插销38后两第一引导尺4相向转动,并且将底座1对折,而后推动调节机构2移动至靠近转角连接块6,而后锁定调节机构2的手拧螺栓进行固定,到达图8所示状态。

  1. 一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,包括两根底座、调节机构、转动机构、第一引导尺和第二引导尺,所述底座呈长方体结构,两根所述底座通过铰链铰接在一起,其中一根所述底座的一端固定设置转角连接块;展开时,两根底座相互垂直呈L形,并且另一个所述底座的端面紧贴所述转角连接块的端面;所述调节机构包括滑块和转动块,所述滑块滑动设置在所述底座上,所述转动块水平转动设置在所述滑块上,所述转动块径向设置贯穿的且与所述第一引导尺配合的第一引导孔;所述调节机构分设在两根所述底座上,所述第一引导尺包括尺本体和设置在所述尺本体端部向一侧延伸的连接部,两根所述第一引导尺的连接部铰接,并且两根所述第一引导尺分别滑动设置在两根所述底座上的所述第一引导孔内;所述转动机构设置在其中一根所述第一引导尺上,所述第二引导尺滑动设置在所述转动机构上,并且利用手拧螺栓固定,所述第二引导尺的一端设置划线部,所述划线部上设置用于插入划线笔的划线孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,所述底座的的上表面和一侧面沿其长度方向设置导槽,所述滑块呈L形,在其每边的内侧设置与所述导槽配合的导块,所述转动块转动设置在所述滑块的上表面,所述滑块的侧表面设置螺孔,手拧螺栓设置在螺孔内,利用所述手拧螺栓将所述滑块与所述底座固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,所述转角连接块的一侧设置磁块,利用所述磁块吸引和固定所述底座的一端面;所述底座的底部设置电磁铁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,所述划线部呈圆柱体,且向下延伸至与所述底座的下表面齐平,所述划线孔设置在所述划线部的圆心处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,所述划线部的底部设置钢珠滚轮。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,所述转动机构包括旋转底座和旋转块,所述旋转块转动设置在所述旋转底座上,所述旋转块径向设置贯穿的且与所述第二引导尺配合的第二引导孔以及用于锁定所述第二引导尺的螺孔,所述手拧螺栓设置在所述螺孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,所述旋转底座向下延伸设置支撑部,所述支撑部的底部与所述底座的下表面齐平,并且所述支撑部的底部设置钢珠滚轮。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,还包括定位针,所述旋转底座的下表面凹设导向孔,并且与所述旋转块的旋转中心对应,所述导向孔的孔底设置磁铁,所述定位针间隙配合设置在所述导向孔内,并且与所述磁铁吸附。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,还包括插销座和插销,所述插销座设置在所述第一引导尺的底部,所述插销滑动设置在所述插销座内,所述旋转底座的一侧设置销孔,当两根所述第一引导尺呈L形设置时,所述插销插入所述销孔内将两根所述第一引导尺固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于布料的可折叠划线装置,其特征在于,还包括定位块,所述第一引导尺上沿其侧边方向交替设置若干个定位孔,所述定位块紧配合设置在所述定位孔内,并且突出于所述定位孔。
