背景技术
NAS(Network Attached Storage,网络附属存储)是一种特殊的专用数据存储服务器内嵌系统软件,可提供跨平台文件共享功能。移动终端和显示设备端可利用NAS实现跨网络传输,即实现将移动终端中的文件传输到显示设备端中,或者移动终端从显示设备端中下载文件。
发明内容
本申请一些实施例提供一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:显示器,用于显示用户界面;用户接口,用于接收输入信号;分别与显示器和用户接口连接的控制器,用于执行:接收与显示设备连接的终端同步的文件,保存所述文件到硬盘。

图1为根据本申请一个或多个实施例的显示设备与控制装置之间操作场景的示意图,如图1所示,用户可通过移动终端300和控制装置100操作显示设备200。控制装置100可以是遥控器,遥控器和显示设备的通信包括红外协议通信、蓝牙协议通信,无线或其他有线方式来控制显示设备200。用户可以通过遥控器上按键,语音输入、控制面板输入等输入用户指令,来控制显示设备200。在一些实施例中,也可以使用移动终端、平板电脑、计算机、笔记本电脑、和其他智能设备以控制显示设备200。

图4为根据本申请一个或多个实施例的显示设备200中软件配置示意图,如图4所示,将系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序(Applications)层(简称“应用层”),应用程序框架(Application Framework)层(简称“框架层”),安卓运行时(Android runtime)和系统库层(简称“系统运行库层”),以及内核层。内核层至少包含以下驱动中的至少一种:音频驱动、显示驱动、蓝牙驱动、摄像头驱动、WIFI驱动、USB驱动、HDMI驱动、传感器驱动(如指纹传感器,温度传感器,压力传感器等)、以及电源驱动等。
本申请在一些实施例中的显示设备外接有硬盘,所述硬盘可以内置在所述显示设备中,也可以外置在所述显示设备中,硬盘可以为NAS硬盘(Network Attached Storage,网络附属存储),所述硬盘可以存储文件,该文件的类型不限。在一些实施例中,可以将终端的文件同步传输到硬盘中存储,当显示设备需要显示终端的文件时,可以直接显示硬盘中的文件即可,不再使用相关技术中的步骤利用移动存储设备转存终端的文件,这样简便了用户操作,提高了用户的使用感受。
本申请一些实施例提供一种文件同步方法,所述方法包括:接收与显示设备连接的终端同步的文件,保存所述文件到硬盘。为了实时获得终端中的文件,可以预先将显示设备和终端连接,示例性的,所述显示设备与终端连接的方式可以为终端授权显示设备,以使显示设备接收终端发送的文件。在一些实施例中,显示设备和终端上同时安装有预设应用,显示设备和终端通过协议完成相互的发送和接收信息。
<终端如何授权显示设备>
在一些实施例中,显示设备接收指示显示已经发现设备的用户界面,查询已经发现设备,控制用户界面显示已经发现设备。本申请实施例中,可以将满足预设条件的设备查找到作为已经发现设备,并显示在用户界面上,供用户选择,这样可以将用户希望在显示设备中存储的文件对应已经发现设备设置为已经授权设备。在一些实施例中,所述显示已经发现设备的用户界面还显示有已经授权设备。
在一些实施例中,图5-图22为根据本申请一个或多个实施例的一种设有空间管理控件用户界面示意图。所述预设条件是终端指与显示设备处于同一局域网,已经启动预设应用,且不是已经授权设备的终端。本申请实施例中,所述接收显示已经发现设备的指令,需要在显示设备中开启的预设应用中生成,所以所述已经发现设备在于显 示设备处于同一局域网,未授权显示设备的同时,还需要启动和显示设备上对应的预设应用。示例性的,如图5所示的用户界面,该用户界面上显示有HiDrop文件同步控件601,用户可以通过控制装置将选择器移动到HiDrop文件同步控件601,并按压控制装置上的确认键,本申请实施例中为了便于用户操作,如果本次为首次选中HiDrop文件同步控件,则用户界面跳转到图6所示的用户界面上,图6的用户界面上显示有使用文件同步功能的引导图,该引导图为用户展示终端如何使用文件同步功能。在图6中,用户通过控制装置将选择器移动到发现设备控件701上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,跳转到的用户界面,该用户界面上显示有已经授权设备和已经发现设备。

本申请一些实施例中,显示设备通过局域网服务器负责给局域网内的启动预设应用的终端群发消息,终端接收消息,将心跳包发送给局域网服务器,所述心跳包中的信息包括终端名称、MAC地址(Media Access Control Address,局域网地址)、IP地址(Internet Protocol Address,互联网协议地址)等终端信息。显示设备根据终端信息,生成终端的唯一设备标识,该标识用来标记终端,并将该设备标识和设备名称,存入硬盘服务中的第一设备列表,在一些实施例中,第一设备列表中的终端授权显示设备接收文件后,将第一设备列表中的终端标识和设备名称存入已经授权设备中。

本申请一些实施例中,同步监听硬盘服务的回调,即不断的接收终端发送的心跳包。在一些实施例中,硬盘服务根据终端发送的心跳包,确定终端是否在线。示例性的,每隔预设时间确定硬盘服务是否接收到心跳包,如果预设时间内接收到心跳包,则确定终端在线,可将所述终端的在线状态标记为在线,所述终端在线是指与显示设备处于同一局域网内,且启动预设应用;如果预设时间未接收到心跳包,则确定终端下线,第一设备列表中将该终端的相关信息删除,所述终端下线可能是因为终端关闭预设应用,和/或,网络异常即终端与显示设备未处于同一局域网;如果预设时间未接收到心跳包,所述终端为已经授权设备,则将第二设备列表中终端对应的在线状态标记为不在线,但是显示界面依旧显示该终端;如果在硬盘服务的回调中接收到的心跳包对应终端没有在第一设备列表和第二设备列表中,则将该终端的设备标识和设备名称添加到第一设备列表中;如果预设时间未接收到心跳包,且所述终端为已经发现设备,则将第一设备列表中的该终端对应的信息删除;如果预设时间接收到心跳包,且所述终端为已经授权设备,则将第二设备列表中终端对应的在线状态标记为在线,用户界面不发生变化。
在一些实施例中,显示有提示当前无网络连接的用户界面上还设置有设置网络控件。接收显示设置网络界面的指令,控制用户显示设置网络界面。示例性的,如图8所示,用户可以通过控制装置移动选择器到设置网络控件上,并按压控制装置上确认键,此时用户界面显示有设置网络的用户界面,用户可以在该用户界面上设置网络,使当前网络恢复正常。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,如果本次不是首次选中HiDrop文件同步控件,则用户通过控制装置将选择器移动到HiDrop文件同步控件601上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,用户界面跳转到的用户界面不再显示有使用文件同步功能的引导图,而是直接显示有已经授权设备和已经发现设备的用户界面。
在一些实施例中,由于发现设备可能出现不存在用户希望找到的终端的情况,因此该用户界面还设置有无法找到个人设备控件。接收查找终端的指令,查询满足预设要求的终端。示例性的,如图7所示,图7中发现设备中没有用户希望找到的终端,则用户可以通过控制装置移动选择器到无法找到个人设备控件801上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,用户界面跳转到图6所示的用户界面,用户可以通过控制装置将选择器移动到发现设备控件701上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,重新查找满足预设要求的终端。
在一些实施例中,可以将发现设备设置为已经授权设备的步骤可以包括:显示设备接收发送提示信息的指令,发送提示信息到终端,所述提示信息用于询问终端是否授权显示设备。将提示信息显示在终端的界面上,在显示提示信息的界面上接收到确认授权的指令后,所述终端授权显示设备,即将发现设备设置为已经授权设备。本申请实施例中,显示设备发送提示信息的指令时,会调用硬盘服务的接口,通过硬盘服务利用局域网服务器给终端发送指令,并等待终端发送的确认授权的指令或者拒绝授权的指令。
在一些实施例中,确定接收提示信息指令的终端的步骤包括:接收显示已经发现设备的指令,将已经发现设备显示在用户界面上,所述已经发现设备是指与显示设备处于同一局域网,已经启动预设应用,且不是已经授权设备的终端,所述已经授权设备是指授权显示设备的终端;接收在显示已经发现设备的用户界面上选中已经发现设备对应控件的指令,将被选中控件对应的终端作为接收提示信息指令的终端。示例性的,在图7中,用户通过控制装置移动选择器到任一发现设备,示例性的,将选择器移动到nova_1089设备控件802上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,nova_1089设备控件对应的终端为接收提示信息指令的终端,在一些实施例中,该设备控件对应的终端已经被其他设备授权,则用户界面不发生变化,在一些实施例中,当该设备控件对应的终端未被其他设备授权,则显示设备发送授权通知到名称为nova_1089设备上,并且显示设备跳转到图9所示的用户界面。
如图9所示,用户可以通过控制装置将选择器移动到了控件上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,此时显示设备向终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于询问终端是否授权显示设备,终端接收到显示设备发送的提示信息。示例性的,当终端为移动终端,则移动终端上的界面显示如图10所示,该界面显示有显示设备想要访问并同步的提示信息,用户可以点击界面上的拒绝控件1101或同意控件1102,当用户点击界面上的同意控件1102,即接收到确认授权的指令,此时终端与显示设备连接,该终端被设置为已经授权设备;如果终端为电脑终端,则电脑终端上的界面显示如图11所示,该界面显示有显示设备想要同步文件夹中文件的提示信息。用户可以通过鼠标点击界面上的开启文件同步控件1201,当点击开启文件同步控件,即接收到确认授权的指令,此时终端与显示设备连接,该终端被设置为已经授权设备。在一些实施例中,当将已经发现设备被设置为已经授权设备后,将在第一设备列表中该终端对应的信息存入第二设备列表中,并将第一设备列表中该终端对应的信息删除。
<文件同步>
在一些实施例中,当终端与显示设备连接,即终端授权显示设备接收文件时,终端将文件立即同步到硬盘中。在一些实施例中,当终端与显示设备连接时,终端是否 将文件同步到硬盘中,还可以根据终端当前设置情况确定是否将文件同步到硬盘中。需要说明的是,由于用户在终端上的误操作,或者存在其他情况不需要将文件同步到硬盘中,如果直接将终端中文件同步到显示设备可能存在一些问题,所以本申请实施例在对终端进一步的设置,再次确定用户是否将文件同步到显示设备。
在一些实施例中,如果所述终端的自动同步文件开关打开,则接收终端同步的文件。本申请实施例中,所述第二设备列表中还包括同步文件开关的状态,当终端接收文件时,会通过硬件服务接口调用第二设备列表中终端的同步文件开关的状态,如果同步文件开关的状态为关闭,则不保存所述终端发送的文件。如果同步文件开关的状态为开启,则保存所述终端发送的文件。在一些实施例中,所述终端同步的文件包括存储在预设文件夹中的文件。本申请实施例中,并不是将终端中的所有文件全部发送到显示设备中,而是只将终端中的预设文件夹中的文件发送到显示设备中。
在一些实施例中,如果终端为电脑终端时,电脑终端上的界面显示如图11所示,当点击开启文件同步控件,终端与显示设备连接的同时,电脑终端还会创建一个同步文件夹,当用户在电脑终端将文件存储在同步文件夹内,该文件才会被同步到显示设备,如果用户不将文件存储在同步文件夹内,则文件不会被同步到显示设备。
在一些实施例中,当终端为移动终端时,如果终端当前的文件同步设置为开启,第二设备列表中的终端对应的文件同步开关的状态为开启状态,此时移动终端内的文件可以同步到显示设备中,在一些实施例中,终端当前的文件同步设置为关闭,第二设备列表中的终端对应的文件同步开关的状态为关闭,此时移动终端内的文件不同步到显示设备中,示例性的,在移动终端打开预设应用,界面显示如图12所示,用户可以点击HiDrop智能同步手机相册控件1401。当移动终端没有与任何显示设备授权时,从图12所示的界面跳转到如图13所示的界面,该界面上显示有指示如何授权移动终端的方法。当移动终端与显示设备授权时,界面由图12跳转到图14的界面,图14所示的界面显示有移动终端已经授权的显示设备,用户可以通过控制装置将选择器移动到电视名控件上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,开启或者关闭同步文件到显示设备的开关。在一些实施例中,移动终端每次仅支持与一个显示设备开启同步,当将一个显示设备控件设置为开启时,剩余显示设备控件则自动设置为关闭。
在一些实施例中,并不是移动终端中的任一文件均同步到显示设备中,示例性的,只有存储在移动终端中的相册文件夹下的文件才可以同步到显示设备中,其余文件均不同步到显示设备中。在一些实施例中,接收显示终端中文件的指令,控制显示界面显示文件。
本申请一些实施例中终端同步到显示设备的文件通过局域网服务器和硬盘服务,最终通过硬盘文件管理服务存入硬盘中。当指示用户界面显示文件时,通过硬盘文件管理服务将硬盘中的文件发送到预设应用中,完成文件在用户界面上的显示。示例性的,如图15示,用户通过控制装置将选择器移动到jiay的iPhone控件1701上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,如果设备中没有文件,可能存在用户不会更改终端设置情况的问题,造成终端的文件没有上传到显示设备,所以本申请实施例可以提示用户如何开启数据同步,可以从图15的界面跳转到图16所示的用户界面,图16所示的用户界面上显示有指示用户如何可以开启数据同步的步骤。在一些实施例中,如图15所示,用户通过控制装置将选择器移动到jiay的iPhone控件1701上,并按压控制装置上的 确认键,如果设备中存在文件,则用户界面跳转到图17所示的用户界面,为用户显示该终端向显示设备同步发送的文件。
图17所示的用户界面上设置有文件自动同步控件1901,用户可以通过控制装置切换文件自动同步控件的开关,这样移动终端中文件不再同步到显示设备中。在图15中,用户通过控制装置将选择器移动到已经授权设备中的电脑终端或者平板终端对应的设备控件上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,当已经授权设备中同步文件夹不存在文件,则用户界面显示如图18所示的用户界面,该用户界面上显示有指示电脑设备或平板设备如何开启数据同步的步骤。
<解除授权>
在一些实施例中,显示设备接收解除终端连接显示设备的指令,将终端解除授权显示设备,终端停止同步文件到显示设备。本申请实施例中可以将终端解除授权显示设备,此时终端不再将文件同步到显示设备。本申请实施例中,终端解除授权显示设备,调用硬盘服务,将第二设备列表中的终端的相关信息全部删除。示例性的,如图15所示,用户通过控制装置移动选择器到一已经授权设备控件上,并按压控制装置上的菜单键,用户界面跳转到如图19所示的用户界面,图19所示的用户界面上显示有解除授权控件2101,用户通过控制装置将选择器移动到解除授权控件上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,终端解除授权显示设备,终端不再发送文件到显示设备。另外,用户还可以通过其他操作解除授权。
在一些实施例中,终端解除授权显示设备后,用户界面跳转到显示有已经授权设备和发现设备的用户界面,示例性的,用户界面从图190跳转到显示有已经授权设备和发现设备的用户界面,如图8所示。如果解除授权的终端在线,则该设备显示在发现设备对应的位置上,如果当前设备不在线,则设备信息不显示在用户界面上。
<文件权限设置>
在一些实施例中,接收显示硬盘中的文件的指令,控制用户界面显示所述文件;接收设置文件的多用户查看权限的指令,确定所述文件的查看权项为预设用户查看权限,以使预设用户通过其他终端查看文件。在一些实施例中,终端同步到显示设备的文件,该文件用户可以通过显示设备查看。在一些实施例中,同步到显示设备的文件可以设置为共享文件,需要说明的是,该共享文件可以供其他用户查看。在一些实施例中,当前用户账号可以与其他用户账号互为家庭成员,当家庭成员在登录自己的账号时,可以看到共享文件。将文件设置为共享文件可以通过以下方式。
本申请一些实施例可以利用显示设备中的硬盘文件管理服务的接口操作数据标记文件是共享文件,还是仅自己可见。示例性的,如图17所示的用户界面,用户可以通过控制装置移动选择器到文件控件1902上,并按压控制装置上的菜单键,用户界面显示如图20所示,在图20中,用户通过控制装置移动选择器到添加收藏控件2201,并按压确认键,将该文件设置为共享文件。
在一些实施例中,如图17所示的用户界面,用户可以通过控制装置移动选择器到文件控件1902上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,用户界面显示有该文件控件对应的文件。在该文件的用户界面上,用户再次按压控制装置上的菜单键,用户界面显示如图21所示,用户可以通过控制装置将选择器移动到家庭共享控件2301,并按压控制装置上的确认键,文件被设置为共享文件,该文件可以供其他用户查看。在一些实施例中, 当文件控件对应的文件已经被设置为共享文件,此时菜单中设置有仅个人可见控件,如图21所示,用户可以通过控制装置移动选择器到仅个人可见控件2302,并按压控制装置上的确认键,文件被设置为仅当前用户可见,其他用户不能看到该文件。
在一些实施例中,接收显示接收全部终端同步文件的指令,控制显示器显示同步文件。示例性的,如图5所示,用户通过控制装置将选择器移动到HiDrop个人文件控件602上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,用户界面跳转到图22所示的用户界面,该用户界面上显示有以终端为单位建立的文件夹,文件夹内存储有对应终端同步传输到显示设备的全部文件。在一些实施例中,将任一文件夹删除,则该文件夹对应的终端解除授权显示设备。在一些实施例中,不使用将文件夹删除的方式解除授权显示设备,则该文件夹利用其它解除授权的方式时,示例性的,在图15中选中终端对应的控件,并按压控制装置上的菜单键的方式,图22中对应的文件夹不会被删除,用户还可以通过该文件夹浏览、导出以及删除文件夹中的文件。在一些实施例中,当终端重新授权显示设备时,则重新建立文件夹。
在上述实施例中,一种文件同步方法及显示设备,将终端内的文件同步到显示设备中,避免了在显示设备上观看终端内的文件,需要借助额外的移动存储设备才能完成的繁琐过程,简便了用户操作。该方法包括:接收与显示设备连接的终端同步的文件,保存所述文件到硬盘。
<同步时间戳>
本申请一些实施例中的文件接收服务器为每一个移动终端设备维护一个同步文件的时间轴,示例性的,如图23所示,文件的时间戳均为文件自带的移动终端为文件生成的时间,示例性的,可以将拍照时间作为文件的时间戳,或者将从其他设备共享的时间作为文件的时间戳,因此每一个文件具备唯一的时间戳(这里先不考虑连拍文件的特殊情况),每一个文件都可在图23所示的时间轴上唯一的进行标记。
移动终端与显示设备建立连接并获得授权后,移动终端可自动向显示设备同步文件。移动终端可从显示设备获得已同步到显示设备的文件的时间戳,根据时间戳,只向显示设备同步未同步文件,即只向显示设备同步时间戳不等于移动终端已同步到显示设备的文件的时间戳。文件接收服务器也只能接收到该未同步文件。从而不需要将已同步的文件进行重复同步,避免资源浪费,提高同步效率。
示例性的,如图23所示,移动终端存储有文件A~文件H 8个文件,而文件D~文件H文件为已同步到显示设备的文件,文件服务器维护的时间轴上标记有文件D~文件H文件时间戳Td~时间戳Th,根据时间戳判断移动终端不需要再向显示设备同步文件D~文件H,而需要同步时间轴上不存在时间戳的未同步文件A~文件C。
在一些实施例中,移动终端并未向显示设备同步过文件,文件服务器为该移动终端维护的时间轴上未标记有任何时间戳。移动终端中存储的文件全部为未同步文件。移动终端可直接向显示设备同步文件,而不需要判断时间戳是否已存在。具体的,从时间戳最大的文件开始以时间戳逐渐减小的方向向显示设备同步文件。这样如果该次同步文件的过程,如果由于移动终端离开显示设备的网络范围等因素,导致同步文件中断,下一次再开始同步文件时,未同步的文件归类为原有文件。
示例性的,如图23所示,移动终端存储有文件A~文件H 8个文件,8个文件之前未向显示设备同步,文件服务器为该移动终端维护的时间轴上为标记有任何时间轴。 文件A~文件H均为未同步文件,移动终端向显示设备同步文件时,从时间戳最大的文件H文件开始,以时间戳逐渐减小的方向,向显示设备依次同步文件。这样,当同步中断时,例如在文件C处中断,已同步到显示设备的文件为文件D~文件H,文件A~文件C为移动终端中的原有文件。
在上述实施例中,显示设备接收的未同步文件中时间戳数值最大的时间戳记录为最大时间点,显示设备接收的未同步文件中时间戳数值最小的时间戳记录为最小时间点。示例性的,如果在同步中,同步在文件C处中断,已同步到显示设备的文件为文件D~文件H,其中文件D的时间戳Td为最小时间戳,时间戳Td则被记录为最小时间点,文件H的时间戳Th为最大时间戳,Th则被记录为最大时间戳。这样,下一次同步文件时,可以直接判定时间戳大于最小时间点的文件小于最大时间点的文件为已同步到显示设备的文件,移动终端不需要再向显示设备同步这些文件。
在一些实施例中,显示设备中存储有移动终端同步的文件时,移动终端从显示设备获取记录的最大时间点和最小时间点。将移动终端中存储的文件与最大时间点和最小时间点比较,如果存在未同步文件且未同步的文件时间戳小于最小时间点时,则从时间戳最大的未同步文件开始以时间戳逐渐减小的方向向显示设备同步未同步的文件。
示例性的,如图23所示,移动终端向显示设备已同步的文件D~文件H,时间戳为Td~Th,移动终端从显示设备获取的最大时间点为Th,最小时间点为Td。由于上一次同步中断,原有文件A~文件C未同步至显示设备,所有未同步文件的时间戳均小于最小时间点Td,则移动终端从未同步文件中时间戳最大的文件C开始,以时间戳逐渐减小的方向,向显示设备同步文件。如果在该次同步中,同步在文件A处中断,文件A仍然为原有文件的类别。在本次上传过程中,文件B和文件C成功同步到显示设备中,文件B的时间戳Tb小于文件C的时间戳Tc,将时间轴上的最小时间点更新为文件B的时间戳Tb。再次进行同步文件过程时,则以更新的最小时间点Tb判断需要同步的文件,即同步原有文件A。本申请一些实施例能够在同步中断的场景中解决文件同步的问题。
在一些实施例中,显示设备中存储有移动终端同步的文件时,移动终端从显示设备获取记录的最大时间点和最小时间点。将移动终端中存储的文件与最大时间点和最小时间点比较,如果存在未同步文件且未同步的文件时间戳大于最大时间点时,则从时间戳最小的未同步文件开始以时间戳逐渐增大的方向向显示设备同步未同步的文件。
示例性的,如图23所示,移动终端向显示设备已同步的文件D~文件H,时间戳为Td~Th,移动终端从显示设备获取的最大时间点为Th,最小时间点为Td。本申请一些实施例中,移动终端存储有新增文件I~新增文件K,新增文件I~文件K的时间戳为Ti~Tk,其中,时间戳Ti~Tk均大于最大时间点Th。移动终端从未同步文件I~未同步文件K中时间戳最小的文件I开始以时间戳逐渐增大的方向向显示设备同步文件。如果在该同步文件过程中,同步在文件K处中断,文件K仍然为新增文件的类别。在本次上传过程中,文件I和文件J成功同步到显示设备中,文件J的时间戳Tj大于文件I的时间戳Ti,将时间轴上的最大时间点更新为文件J的时间戳Tj。再次进行同步文件过程时,则以更新的最大时间点Tj判断需要同步的文件,即新增文件K。如果在本次同步中不断有新增文件存储到移动终端中,则继续以上述方式同步新增文件。本申请一些实施例能够在移动终端中存储有新增文件的场景中,解决文件同步的问题。
在一些实施例中,显示设备中存储有移动终端同步的文件时,移动终端从显示设备获取记录的最大时间点和最小时间点。将移动终端中存储的文件与最大时间点和最小时间点比较,如果同时存在文件时间戳大于最大时间点的未同步文件,和文件时间戳小于最小时间点的未同步文件,则首先同步时间戳大于最大时间点的未同步文件,再同步时间戳小于最小时间点的未同步文件,或者首先同步时间戳小于最小时间点的未同步文件,再同步时间戳大于最大时间点的未同步文件。具体实施例,参阅上传实施例中同步原有文件和同步新增文件的过程。
在一些实施例中,文件接收服务器在创建时间轴时,除了标记每个文件的时间戳,还标记每个文件的名称,示例性的,文件A~文件K的名称为Fa-Fk。
在一些实施例中,移动终端中可能会存储有同时间戳文件,例如连拍文件,连拍文件为移动终端在同一时间点拍摄的多张照片。当移动终端从显示设备获取最大时间点和最小时间点之后,如果直接判定时间戳大于最小时间点小于最大时间点的文件为已同步到显示设备的文件,则会遗漏时间戳等于最小时间点或者等于最大时间点的连拍文件。因此,本申请一些实施例在文件时间戳等于最小时间点或者等于最小时间点的情况下,进一步判断文件的名称与当前定义的最大时间点对应文件或者最大时间点对应文件是否相同。如果不同,则为连拍文件,需要进一步同步该连拍文件。
示例性的,文件D~文件H为移动终端中已同步到显示设备中的文件,文件D的名称为Fd,文件H的名称为Fh,当移动终端还存在时间戳等于Td,而文件名称为Fd1的文件D1时,文件D1则为文件D的连拍文件,移动终端向显示设备同步文件D1。或者,当移动终端还存在时间戳等于Th,而文件名称为Fh1的文件H1时,文件H1则为文件H的连拍文件,移动终端向显示设备同步文件H1。
在一些实施例中,显示设备在接收到每个文件成功之后才会开始记录或者更新最小时间点、最大时间点、最小时间点对应文件名称以及最大时间点对应文件名称。移动终端向显示设备同步文件时,携带有请求信息,请求信息中包括文件名称、文件生成时间、文件同步方向(标识当前移动终端向显示设备同步文件的推进方向是向时间较大的方向还是向时间较小的方向)。显示设备根据这些请求信息记录或者更新最小时间点、最大时间点、最小时间点对应文件名称以及最大时间点对应文件名称。
当移动终端未向显示设备同步过文件时,此时最小时间点和最大时间点在显示设备中的记录都为零。当开始同步文件时,最小时间点和最大时间点被更新为非零的值。具体的,根据上述实施例,移动终端向显示设备首次同步文件,是从时间戳最大的文件开始以时间戳逐渐减小的方向进行同步,当移动终端向显示设备同步第一个文件TK时,最大时间点和最小时间点实际上均为Tk,最大时间点和最小时间点对应文件的名称也均为Fk。
在一些实施例中,当移动终端向显示设备同步第二个文件时,如果第二个文件的时间戳为Tj,不等于Tk,则第二个文件和第一文件不为连拍文件。直接同步到显示设备后,此时显示设备将Tk记录为最大时间点,Fk记录为最大时间点对应文件的名称,将Tj记录为最小时间点,Fj记录为最小时间点对应文件的名称。如果此时文件同步中断,再下一次继续同步文件时,则获取最大时间点和最大时间点按照上述实施例的方式同步文件。
在一些实施例中,当移动终端向显示设备同步第二个文件时,如果第二个文件的 时间戳与第一个文件的时间戳相等,而文件名称不相同,则需要从移动终端获取当前文件同步方向是时间戳逐渐增大的方向还是时间戳逐渐减小的方向(移动终端自动配置)。本申请一些实施例中当前文件同步方向为时间戳逐渐减小的方向。因此,同步文件成功后,将最大时间点对应文件的文名称更新为第二个文件的名称。在同步下一个文件时,需要判断连拍文件,则直接与第二个文件的名称进行对比。
在一些实施例中,当移动终端向显示设备同步第二个文件时,如果第二个文件的时间戳大于Tk,则第二文件为新增的文件。同步第二个文件成功后,将第二个文件的时间戳记录为最大时间点,第二个文件的名称也更新为最大时间点对应文件的名称。
在一些实施例中,移动终端从显示设备获取最大时间点和最小时间点后,移动终端向显示设备同步的第三个文件的时间戳小于最小时间点时,同步成功后,将最小时间点更新为第三文件的时间戳,将最小时间点对应文件的名称更新为第三文件的名称。
本申请一些实施例提供一种文件同步方法,如图24所示的文件同步方法的信令图,该方法包括以下步骤:移动终端从文件接收服务器获取时间轴上的已同步文件的时间戳,向显示设备同步时间戳与已同步文件的时间戳不相等的未同步文件,文件接收服务器接收未同步文件成功后同时更新时间轴上的时间戳信息,同时将接收到的文件保存至硬盘。
在一些实施例中,移动终端首次向显示设备同步文件时,时间轴上不存在时间戳,移动终端从文件接收服务器不能够获取到时间戳,则移动终端向显示设备同步全部文件。移动终端从时间戳最大的文件开始以时间戳逐渐减小的方向向显示设备同步文件,同时将最后同步的最大时间戳记录为时间轴上的最大时间点,最小时间戳记录为时间轴上的最小时间点。这样,当本次同步文件过程由于网络异常等原因中断时,下一次同步时,本次未同步的时间戳小于最小时间点的文件均为原有的旧文件,时间戳大于最大时间点的文件均为新增文件。时间戳处于最大时间点和最小时间点之间的均为已同步的文件。
在一些实施例中,按照上述实施例过程同步中断后的又一次文件同步过程中,首先查找时间轴上时间戳与已同步文件时间戳不同的文件,这些文件为未同步文件。当未同步文件时间戳小于最小时间点时,则这些未同步文件均为原有旧文件。移动终端从时间戳最大的未同步文件开始以时间戳逐渐减小的方向向显示设备同步文件,同时将时间戳最小的未同步文件的时间戳更新为时间轴上最小时间点。这样,当本次同步过程再次中断,再一次同步文件时,本次未同步的时间戳小于最小时间点的文件仍为原有的旧文件。以上述方式同步原有的旧文件,既能避免遗漏又能避免文件重复同步。
在一些实施例中,当未同步的文件的时间戳均大于最大时间点时,移动终端判断这些未同步文件为新增文件,从这些新增文件中时间戳最小的文件开始以时间戳逐渐增大的方向向显示设备同步未同步文件,同时时间戳最大的未同步文件的时间戳更新为最大时间点。这样,当本次同步过程再次中断,再一次同步文件时,本次未同步的时间戳大于最大时间点的文件仍为新增文件。以上述方式同步新增文件,同样能避免遗漏又能避免文件重复同步。
在一些实施例中,移动终端还可以从显示设备获取文件名称,如果在移动终端中存在时间戳与已同步到显示设备的文件的时间戳相同,但是文件名称不同的文件,即连拍文件,则向显示设备同步这些连拍文件,同时显示设备保存连拍文件数据时,记 录连拍文件的文件名称。本申请各个实施例之间相同或相似的内容可相互参照,相关实施例不再赘述。
<文件长度的判断>
移动终端通过硬盘服务器从显示设备获取文件加载请求对应的文件时,是通过网络从硬盘获取文件。因此,移动终端从获取硬盘上的数据量受网络带宽和转发性能的限制,即移动终端每一次从显示设备获取的文件中,包含的内容长度受网络请求规定的最大范围限制。显示设备向移动终端发送的文件加载请求包含的文件,有可能不能仅通过一次消息转发,就能全部传输给移动终端。在一些实施例中,显示设备需要首先向移动终端发送文件总长度,这里的文件总长度为显示设备存储的某个分类文件的总长度。移动终端获取文件总长度后,根据文件总长度与显示设备单次向移动终端传输的最大文件长度(预设文件长度)的大小关系,确定文件加载方式,即移动终端从显示设备获取文件的方式,以及按照确定的文件加载方式通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送文件,以使在移动终端上按照对应的文件加载方式呈现对应的文件。这里的预设文件长度可根据软件技术方案能支撑的最大传输能力动态调整。
在一些实施例中,如果文件总长度小于或等于预设文件长度,这种情况下,显示设备某个分类中的文件可以通过一次传输,就能够完全发送至移动终端。文件加载方式被确定为全部加载,移动终端向显示设备发送的文件加载请求对应该分类中的全部文件。显示设备接收到该文件加载请求后,用过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送该分类中的全部文件,同时在移动终端上呈现全部文件。在一些实施例中,在移动终端上所有文件以列表形式展示,呈现的文件标题,缩略图等均为固定信息,因此本申请实施例中的文件总长度指的是文件总个数,预设文件长度指的是预设文件个数。
在一些实施例中,移动终端在判断文件总长度超过预设文件长度时,将文件加载方式确定为分页加载,分页加载方式具体的为生成多个文件加载请求,并且分次将生成的文件加载请求发送至显示设备。此时的文件加载请求对应的文件为预设文件长度的文件。同时在移动终端上以分页加载的方式呈现预设文件长度的文件。移动终端按照分页加载方式生成多个文件加载请求,每一个文件加载请求对应预设文件长度的文件,示例性的每一个文件加载请求对应20个视频文件。移动终端需要分10次将视频文件从显示设备接收完成所有的视频文件,则需要向显示设备发送10次文件加载请求。在移动终端上以分页加载的方式呈现预设文件长度的文件即为:每次从显示设备获取20个视频文件,则在移动终端用户界面上呈现获取的20个视频文件,未从显示设备获取的视频文件不在移动终端用户界面上显示。用户通过上述方式以分页浏览(每加载一页浏览一页)的方式浏览所有的视频文件。
在一些实施例中,移动终端首先向显示设备发送第一文件加载请求,第一文件加载请求对应N页文件,每一页文件的长度为预设文件长度,显示设备首先向移动终端发送N页文件。移动终端获取到N页文件后,用户可在移动终端上浏览N页文件。
分页浏览的过程中,在当前移动终端显示的页面为第N-1页时,移动终端提前向显示设备发送第二文件加载请求,第二文件加载请求对应第N+1页的文件。显示设备接收到第二文件加载请求,通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送第N+1页的文件。在移动终端当前显示的页面滑动到N页底端时,由于N+1页的文件已经加载完成,因此当移动终端当前显示的页面滑动到第N+1页时,用户不需要等待,就可以在移动终端上浏览第 N+1页的文件。
在一些实施例中,上述预加载的方法可重复进行。示例性的,当检测到用户在移动终端的页面上浏览到第二页的底端时,移动终端继续向显示设备发送文件加载请求,该文件加载请求对应第四页的文件,显示设备通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送第四页的文件。当用户在移动终端的页面上浏览到第四页,无需等待数据加载,即可浏览第四页的文件。通过以上述预加载的方式在移动终端上呈现文件,提升用户分页浏览文件的体验。
在一些实施例中,在分页浏览场景中,当用户滑动速度较快时,文件加载不及时也会导致浏览时需要等待数据加载。为了解决上述问题,分页浏览的过程中,移动终端监测当前用户滑动所述移动终端页面的操作速度,当操作速度大于预设速度阈值时,移动终端提前向显示设备发送第二文件加载请求,第二文件加载请求对应第N+1页的文件。显示设备接收到第二文件加载请求,通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送第N+1页的文件。在移动终端当前显示的页面快速滑动到N页底端时,由于第N+1页的文件已经加载完成,因此当移动终端当前显示的页面滑动到第N+1页时,用户不需要等待,就可以在移动终端上浏览第N+1页的文件。
示例性的,图片文件分类的视频文件个数为200个,预设文件个数为20个,200个视频文件则需要分为10页由显示设备发送至移动终端。移动终端首先向显示设备发送第一文件加载请求,第一文件加载请求可以包括两页的视频文件,移动终端首先获取两页的视频文件,保证首次浏览体验。用户在移动终端从第一页开始查看。当显示设备获取到用户滑动第一页页面的操作速度大于预设速度阈值,即用户在快速浏览移动终端的文件。移动终端向显示设备发送第二文件加载请求,第二文件加载请求对应第三页的文件,显示设备通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送第三页的文件,移动终端接收第三页的文件,在浏览第一页时即已预加载第三页的文件。当用户在移动终端的页面上浏览到第三页时,无需等待数据加载,即可浏览第三页的文件。同样的。当用户滑动第二页页面的操作速度大于预设速度阈值时,移动终端向显示设备发送文件加载请求,以向显示设备请求第四页的文件,显示设备向移动终端发送第四页文件,移动终端即提前加载第四页文件,以使得当用户快速滑动到第四页时,能够立即浏览第四页的视频文件。
在一些实施例中,移动终端上展示图片和视频类别中的文件时,可以以列表项的形式展示文件的缩略图,而对应文件的缩略图需要从显示设备获取。即需要通过网络将缩略图加载之后才能在移动终端上展示。当缩略图文件数据大小较小时,例如只有几十K,占用的带宽资源较少,移动终端从显示设备能够较快的获取。但是如果需要显示文件数据较大的缩略图,例如高清的图片,占用的带宽资源较大,移动终端不能从显示设备较快的获取,因此在分页浏览时,缩略图的加载机制优化也比较重要。为了解决上述问题,移动终端监测用户在移动终端上滑动页面的操作速度,根据操作速度和预设速度阈值确定缩略图的加载时机。这里,预设速度阈值可以是用户根据经验设置,也是可以是显示设备根据统计数据自动设置的。
在一些实施例中,当用户未在移动终端上滑动页面,即当前移动终端用户界面停留在某一页面不动,则移动终端向显示设备发送缩略图加载请求,显示设备通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送缩略图加载请求对应的缩略图,移动终端加载缩略图完成。
在一些实施例中,当用户在移动终端上滑动页面的操作速度小于预设速度阈值,不可见的列表项更新为可见,同样的,移动终端向显示设备发送缩略图加载请求,显示设备通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送缩略图加载请求对应的缩略图,移动终端加载缩略图完成。
在一些实施例中,当用户在移动终端上滑动页面的操作速度大于预设速度阈值,即用户在快速快动移动终端的页面,此时用户可能是在向下翻找列表底端的文件,中间部分页面的文件用户并不关注,因此没有必要向用户展示中间部分页面文件的缩略图。因此,移动终端暂停向显示设备发送缩略图加载请求,显示设备未接收到缩略图加载请求,移动终端也暂停接收缩略图,此时在移动终端上也暂停显示缩略图。上述缩略图加载机制可以减少显示设备服务和网络的资源占用。为了区分当前并不是由于网络不佳原因造成的不展示缩略图,可以在每个列表项上展示快速滑动的字样。
在一些实施例中,当用户在移动终端上快速滑动页面后,如果停止滑动页面,页面的滑动速度会逐渐减缓直至停止滑动。当页面滑动的速度减缓至小于预设速度阈值时或者停止滑动时,移动终端继续向显示设备发送缩略图加载请求,该缩略图加载请求对应于当前显示在界面上的文件的缩略图,显示设备通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送当先显示在界面上的文件的缩略图,移动终端加载缩略图完成,在移动终端上呈现加载的缩略图。示例性的,用户在第一页开始快速滑动页面,如果在滑动至第三页,页面滑动速度减缓至小于预设速度阈值时,则显示设备向移动终端发送第三页文件的缩略图,以使在移动终端上呈现所述缩略图。
本申请一些实施例提供一种文件同步方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:移动终端与显示设备建立连接后,用户界面显示家庭私有云首页,在移动终端的家庭私有云首页显示有显示设备中存储的文件分类,和每一种分类的文件数量。当用户选择某一文件分类的控件时,响应于该指令,移动终端向显示设备发送文件长度消息获取请求,即用户需要在移动终端查看该文件分类中的所有文件,需要获取该文件分类中所有文件总长度。显示设备接收该文件长度消息获取请求,将选择的文件分类的文件总长度发送至移动终端。移动终端接收图片分类的文件总长度,判断文件总长度与预设文件长度的大小关系。移动终端根据文件中长度与预设文件长度的大小关系,确定文件加载方式,根据确定的文件加载方式生成对应的文件加载请求。
如果选择的文件分类中的文件总长度小于或等于显示设备单次向所述移动终端传输的最大文件长度。则确定文件加载方式为全部加载,生成的文件加载请求对应该文件分类的全部文件。移动终端向显示设备发送该文件加载请求,并从显示设备获取该文件加载请求对应的全部文件,同时在移动终端上呈现全部文件。
如果选择的文件分类中的文件总长度大于显示设备单次向所述移动终端传输的最大文件长度,则移动终端将文件加载方式确定为分页加载,分页加载方式具体的为生成多个文件加载请求,并且分次将生成的文件加载请求发送至显示设备。此时的文件加载请求对应的文件为预设文件长度的文件。同时在移动终端上以分页加载的方式呈现预设文件长度的文件。
在移动终端上以分页加载的方式呈现预设文件长度的文件的具体过程为:移动终端首先向显示设备发送第一文件加载请求,第一文件加载请求对应N页文件,每一页文件的长度为预设文件长度,显示设备首先向移动终端发送N页文件。移动终端获取 到N页文件后,用户可在移动终端上浏览N页文件。
分页浏览的过程中,移动终端实时监测用户在移动终端上的UI操作信号。当用户滑动移动终端上的页面滑动到第N-1页的底端,或者当用户滑动移动终端页面的操作速度超过预设速度阈值,移动终端提前向显示设备发送第二文件加载请求,第二文件加载请求对应第N+1页的文件。显示设备接收到第二文件加载请求,通过硬盘服务器向移动终端发送第N+1页的文件,使得移动终端提前加载第N+1页页面的内容。当用户滑动移动终端上的页面到第N+1页时,无需等待加载即可浏览。重复上述过程,直至用户浏览完所有的文件。具体实现步骤可以参考前述实施例,这里不再赘述。
为了方便解释,已经结合具体的实施方式进行了上述说明。但是,上述在一些实施例中讨论不是意图穷尽或者将实施方式限定到上述公开的具体形式。根据上述的教导,可以得到多种修改和变形。上述实施方式的选择和描述是为了更好的解释原理以及实际的应用,从而使得本领域技术人员更好的使用实施方式以及适于具体使用考虑的各种不同的变形的实施方式。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种显示设备,包括:
    显示器,用于显示用户界面;
    用户接口,用于接收输入信号;
    分别与显示器和用户接口连接的控制器,用于执行:
    接收与显示设备连接的终端同步的文件,保存所述文件到硬盘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,
    所述与显示设备连接的终端包括授权显示设备接收文件的终端,
    所述控制器被配置为:
    接收发送提示信息的指令,发送提示信息到终端,所述提示信息用于询问终端是否授权显示设备;接收终端反馈的确定授权的信息,所述显示设备被终端授权。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:
    接收显示已经发现设备的指令,将已经发现设备显示在用户界面上,所述已经发现设备包括与显示设备处于同一局域网,已经启动预设应用,且不是已经授权设备的终端,所述已经授权设备是指授权显示设备的终端;
    接收在显示已经发现设备的用户界面上选中已经发现设备对应控件的指令,将被选中控件对应的终端作为接收提示信息指令的终端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:
    查找存储有已经发现设备的第一设备列表;
    将所述第一设备列表中的已经发现设备显示在用户界面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:
    监听终端上线和下线;
    如果监听到终端上线,且所述终端不是已经授权设备,将上线的终端加入到第一设备列表中,利用新的第一设备列表更新用户界面;
    如果监听到终端下线,且所述终端是已经发现设备,将所述已经发现设备从已经发下设备列表中移除,利用新的第一设备列表更新用户界面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:
    接收解除终端连接显示设备的指令,则所述显示设备停止接收终端同步的文件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:
    接收显示硬盘中的文件的指令,控制用户界面显示所述文件;
    接收设置文件的多用户查看权限的指令,确定所述文件的查看权项为预设用户查看权限,以使预设用户通过其他终端查看文件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:
    按照下述步骤执行接收与显示设备连接的终端同步的文件:如果所述终端的自动同步文件开关为打开状态,则接收终端同步的文件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:
    向终端发送文件总长度;
    接收所述终端发送的所述文件加载请求,向所述终端发送所述文件加载请求对应的文件,其中,所述文件加载请求为所述终端根据所述文件总长度与预设文件长度的大小关系 生成的,所述文件总长度为所述显示设备存储文件的总长度,所述预设文件长度为所述显示设备单次向所述终端传输的最大文件长度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:所述文件加载请求为所述移动终端根据文件加载方式生成的,其中,所述文件加载方式为所述终端根据所述文件总长度与所述预设文件长度大小关系确定的;
    在所述文件总长度未超过所述预设文件长度时,确定所述文件加载方式为全部加载,所述文件加载请求对应所述显示设备存储的全部文件;
    在所述文件总长度超过所述预设文件长度时,确定所述文件加载方式为分页加载,所述文件加载请求对应所述预设文件长度的文件;
    在接收所述终端发送的所述文件加载请求时,分次接收所述移动终端发送的所述文件加载请求。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示设备,所述控制器被配置为:
    在所述文件总长度超过所述预设文件长度时,从所述移动终端接收第一文件加载请求,所述第一文件加载请求对应N页的所述预设文件长度的文件,向所述终端发送N页的所述预设文件长度的文件;
    在所述终端当前显示的页面为第N-1页时,从所述终端接收第二文件加载请求,所述第二文件加载请求对应第N+1页所述预设文件长度的文件,向所述终端发送第N+1页所述预设文件长度的文件。
  12. 一种文件同步方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接收与显示设备连接的终端同步的文件,保存所述文件到硬盘。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,还包括:
    将终端已同步到显示设备的文件的时间戳和文件名称发送至所述终端,从所述终端接收连拍文件,所述连拍文件的时间戳等于所述终端已同步到所述显示设备的文件的时间戳,且所述连拍文件的名称与所述终端已同步到所述显示设备的文件的名称不同,以及保存所述连拍文件,同时记录所述连拍文件的文件名称。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,还包括:
    向终端发送文件总长度,接收所述移动终端发送的所述文件加载请求,向所述终端发送所述文件加载请求对应的文件,其中,所述文件加载请求为所述终端根据所述文件总长度与预设文件长度的大小关系生成的,所述文件总长度为所述显示设备存储文件的总长度,所述预设文件长度为所述显示设备单次向所述终端传输的最大文件长度。
