本发明的目的在于提供一种可更换门面的冰箱门体,用于克服现有的冰箱门不易更换或者更换成本高的问题。

本实施例中,第三区段3143为大致为锥形结构,锥形结构的前端与第一区段3141的后端连接,锥形结构的后端与第二区段3142的 前端连接。其中,锥形结构的前端的内径大致等于第一区段3141的内径,锥形结构的后端的内径大致等于第二区段3142的内径。
需要说明的是,将容置腔314区分为第一区段3141、第二区段3142和第三区段3143其目的是在于更好的说明容置腔的314的内部结构,在实际产品中,可视作两个不同内径的中空柱体构成了容置腔314,且内径较大的中空柱体的前端大致为弧形。
继续参照图6,磁环34容置于第一区段3141中,保持架32的前端容置于第一区段3141中,保持架32上的滚珠321以及保持架32的后端分别容置于第三区段3143和第二区段3142中。其中,多个滚珠321在上下方向的位移分别被第三区段3143限制,且由于第一区段3141的内径最小,挂针在装配及拆卸的过程中,多个滚珠321不会越过第三区段3143且朝向第一区段3141中移动。
以下将结合图7至图11说明门饰板10和发泡门体20的装配与拆卸过程。
如图7至图9所示,将门饰板10朝向发泡门体20的前侧移动,门饰板10后侧的挂针(配合件40)插入发泡门体20的上饰条21前侧的磁性锁扣30中。
具体来讲,挂针依次穿过前面板311上贯孔312,进入磁环34的孔部341以及保持架32的轴向通孔323中,保持架32的多个径向通孔322中多个滚珠321分别卡入挂针前端的凹部43中,进而挂针被多个滚珠321夹持,挂针被磁性锁扣锁定,此时,门饰板10装配于发泡门体20的前侧。藉由多个滚珠321卡入挂针的凹部43中,门饰 板10在前后方向上的位移被限制。
如图10至图11所示,当需要将门饰板10从发泡门体20的前侧拆卸下来时,另外提供解锁磁扣50,其中解锁磁扣50的磁性与磁环34的磁性相同,将解锁磁扣50贴近门饰板10的前侧并,解锁磁扣50的位置与发泡门体20前侧的磁性锁扣30内磁环34相对应,利用磁性相同,相互排斥的原理,磁环34在容置腔314中向后移动,推抵保持架32,保持架32挤压弹性件33向后移动,并带动多个滚珠321一并向后移动,多个滚珠321从挂针前端的凹部43中移出,磁性锁扣30与挂针解除锁定,门饰板10在前后方向上的位移限制被移除。
另外,通过移除门饰板10和发泡门体20在上下方向、左右方向上可拆卸结构,挂针可从磁性锁扣30中拔出门饰板10可从发泡门体20的前侧被拆卸。
此外,解锁磁扣50被移除,藉由弹性件33的弹性力,其推动保持架32和磁环34一并在容置腔314中向前移动,磁环34和保持架32复位。
本实施例中,为了便于用户准确的将解锁磁扣50放置在门饰板10对应于磁性锁扣30的位置上,门饰板10的前侧可设置标记图案(未图示),标记图案的位置对应于发泡门体20前侧的磁性锁扣30的位置。
其中,解锁磁扣50作为一个独立的配件,其在不使用时,可吸附于冰箱的金属箱体的侧壁上,防止丢失。
综上,本发明提供一种可更换门面的冰箱门,通过发泡门体中的 磁性锁扣的多个滚珠夹持门饰板后侧的配合件,限制门饰板10在前后方向上的位移。另外,通过提供同极性的解锁磁扣与磁性锁扣中的磁环相互排斥,使得多个滚珠解除与配合件的锁定关系,进而实现快速拆卸和安装门饰板的效果。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,其包括:
    发泡门体和可拆卸连接所述发泡门体的门饰板;
    其中,所述门饰板的后侧设置配合件;所述发泡门体的前侧设置磁性锁扣;所述磁性锁扣包括多个滚珠;
    当所述门饰板装配于所述发泡门体的前侧时,所述配合件插入所述磁性锁扣中,所述多个滚珠夹持所述配合件限制所述门饰板在前后方向上的位移。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述磁性锁扣还包括壳体和保持架,所述保持架装配于所述壳体内部;所述保持架包括轴向通孔和多个径向通孔,所述轴向通孔和所述多个所述径向通孔相互连通;所述多个滚珠分别容置于所述多个所述径向通孔中;其中,所述配合件插入所述轴向通孔中,所述壳体内部的侧壁限制多个滚珠在上下方向上的位移,使得多个滚珠夹持所述配合件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述磁性锁扣还包括磁环和弹性件,所述磁环设置于所述保持架的前端,所述弹性件设置于所述保持架的后端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述磁性锁扣还包括解锁磁块,所述解锁磁块的磁性与所述磁环的磁性相同;其中,当所述解锁磁块靠近所述磁环时,所述磁环推抵所述保持架,所述保持架压缩所述弹性件并沿着轴向向后移动,所述多个 滚珠被移出所述多个径向通孔,所述多个多个滚珠和所述配合件的夹持被解除。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,当所述解锁磁块远离所述磁环时,被压缩的所述弹性件复位,所述保持架沿着轴向向前移动,所述多个滚珠落入所述多个径向通孔中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述壳体包括前盖,所述前盖包括前面板和延伸部,所述延伸部位于所述前面板的后侧且向后突出,所述前面板上设置贯孔;所述延伸部具有容置腔;所述贯孔与所述容置腔连通;依序设置所述磁环、所述保持架、所述多个滚珠以及所述弹性件于所述容置腔中;其中,所述磁环位于所述容置腔的前端靠近于所述前面板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括后盖,所述前盖结合于所述后盖的前侧,所述后盖具有装配腔,所述延伸部插入所述装配腔中,所述延伸部的后端靠近所述装配腔的后壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述弹性件的一端抵靠于所述装配腔的后壁。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述配合件插入所述贯孔、所述磁环和所述保持架的所述轴向通孔中时,所述多个滚珠夹持所述配合件,且所述延伸部的内壁限制所述多个滚珠在上下方向上的位移。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于, 所述配合件为设置于所述门饰板的后侧的挂针,所述挂针包括凹部,所述多个滚珠夹持于所述凹部中。
