电子烟 技术领域
本申请大体上涉及一种电子装置,具体而言涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
传统纸烟由于必须以火源点燃烟草使用,因此,必须随身携带打火机,然而当位于没有火源的环境时,则造成吸烟者无法吸烟的状况,使用体验不良。此外,传统纸烟经由燃烧烟草而释出尼古丁,但烟草燃烧后产生的有害物质会对人体产生危害。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请公开一种电子烟以解决上述问题。
依据本申请的一实施例,揭露一种电子烟。所述电子烟包括容置部、传动部、加热部以及出气通道。所述容置部包括相互连通的第一容置区和第二容置区。所述第一容置区和所述第二容置区分别沿第一、第二方向延伸。所述第一容置区为加热区。所述传动部具有传动端。所述传动端能够在所述第一容置区或所述第二容置区沿所在容置区的延伸方向移动;所述加热部用于产生热量以使所述第一容置区受热。所述出气通道与所述第一容置区的输出端连通。

图1A与1B分别是依据本申请一实施例之电子烟1的外观图与结构剖视图。电子烟1包括壳体10。壳体10内设有容置部11。容置部11包括第一容置区111与第二容置区112。第一容置区111为加热区。第一容置区111和第二容置区112分别沿第一、第二方向延伸。在本实施例中,所述第一方向与所述第二方向重合,即z轴方向,并且,第一容置区111和第二容置区112沿z轴方向排列。第二容置区112包括沿z轴方向的第一端112a与第二端112b。在本实施例中,第一端112a为远离第一容置区111的一端,第二端112b为与第一容置区111相邻的一端。
壳体10内还设有传动部12。同时参考图2与图1B,其中图2是依据本申请一实施例之传动部12的示意图。传动部12包括传动部外框支架20与传动端21。传动端21设置于第二容置区112中。传动部外框支架20内中设置有电机马达201、齿轮202和203以及导向部204。电机马达201与齿轮202连接,齿轮202和203啮合传动,齿轮203与导向部204连接,导向部204与传动端21连接。导向部204包括螺帽205与导向轴206。其中螺帽205与导向轴206螺纹连接,并与传动端21彼此固定。
详细来说,电机马达201启动时,齿轮202开始转动,并带动与齿轮202啮合的齿轮203转动,齿轮203的转动使导向轴206旋转,并使得与导向轴206螺纹连接的螺帽205沿z轴方向移动。与螺帽205彼此固定的传动端21借此一同沿z轴方向移动。因此,传动端21可通过传动部12自第二容置区112的第一端112a移动至第二端112b,或者传动端21可自第二容置区112的第二端112b移动至第一端112a。
需注意的是,图2所示的传动部12仅为范例说明,本领域技术人员经深思熟虑后,或能思及传动部12的其他实施方式。本申请并不限制传动部12的细部结构,只要传动部12能带动传动端21在第二容置区112的第一端112a与第二端112b 之间移动,皆应隶属于本申请的范畴。
壳体10内还设有加热部13,其中加热部13用于产生热量。同时参考图3A、图3B与图1B,其中图3A与图3B分别是依据本申请一实施例之加热部13的左视视图与右视视图。加热部13具有输入端31与输出端32,其中输入端31与进气通道15的一端联通,进气通道15的另一端设于壳体10的侧面形成进气孔。输出端32与第一容置区111联通。加热部13包括陶瓷部33、陶瓷承载部34、真空管35以及支架36。在某些实施例中,陶瓷部33可以蜂窝陶瓷实现,使得空气可以从蜂窝陶瓷中的空洞进入。陶瓷承载部34用于固定陶瓷部33。真空管35用于隔热。在某些实施例中,支架36可以耐高温塑胶支架实现。需注意的是,加热部13还包括其他图示中未描绘的元部件。举例来说,加热部13包括加热电路,所述加热电路接受电流后发热并使陶瓷部33温度上升,以加热空气。另外,虽然在图3的实施例中加热部13呈现方形。然而,此并非本申请的限制,在其他实施例中,加热部13可以是圆形或多边形。

在某些实施例中,滤嘴套管14由耐高温塑胶支架实现。需注意的是,虽然在图4的实施例中出气通道143的截面呈现方形。然而,此并非本申请的限制,在其他实施例中,出气通道143的截面可以是圆形或多边形。在图4的实施例中,出气通道143的延伸方向与z轴方向平行。然而,此并非本申请的限制。在其他实施例中,出气端142的设置位置可以调整,而随着出气端142的位置的不同,出气通道143的延伸方向与z轴方向可以呈一定夹角。

另外,电子烟1还可包括填有烟草或可食用烟油介质的支架,其中所述支架与传动部21传动连接。
图5A与5B分别是依据本申请一实施例之支架50的右视视图与左视视图。支架50可设置于容置部11内,沿z轴方向延伸。支架50的侧边具有卡槽结构511,传动端21可以设置为卡爪结构并与卡槽结构511卡合连接。在某些实施例中,支架50为中间空心结构,在支架50的包围区域内可填有烟草或可食用烟油介质,支架50的两侧面512和513设计为镂空结构,使得空气可进入支架50内部。在某些实施例中,支架50两侧面512和513的其中之一(例如侧面513)以镂空钢片设计。在某些实施例中,支架50其余部分以耐高温塑胶实现。
图6是依据本申请一实施例之支架50与传动端21传动连接的示意图。传动端21可固定于支架50侧边的卡槽结构511,使支架50可在容置部11内沿着z轴方向移动。
图7A、7B与7C分别是依据本申请另一实施例之支架52的右视视图、前视视图与左视视图。支架52包括存储空间521与522以及隔热区523。支架52可设置于容置部11内,沿z轴方向延伸。存储空间521与522于容置部11内沿z轴方向排列。存储空间521与522内部为空心,用于填入烟草或可食用烟油介质。其中,卡槽结构可以设置于支架52的侧边,如图中附图标记524所示。传动端21可与卡槽结构524卡合连接。
存储空间521的侧面5211与5212以镂空结构设计。存储空间522的侧面5221与5222同样以镂空结构设计,以供蒸发后的烟气通过并进入出气通道143。隔热区523置于存储空间521与522之间,用于防止存储空间521与522彼此的热量 传递。在某些实施例中,侧面5211和5212的其中之一(例如侧面5211)以镂空钢片设计。在某些实施例中,支架52其余部分以耐高温塑胶实现。
图8是依据本申请一实施例之支架52与传动端21传动连接的示意图。传动端21可固定于支架52侧边的卡槽结构524,使支架52可在容置部11内沿着z轴方向移动。
需注意的是,本申请并不限定置于支架52中存储空间的数量。在其他实施例中,支架52可包括多个沿z轴方向排列的存储空间,并且相邻的存储空间之间置有隔热区以隔绝热量传递。
电子烟1还可包括过滤嘴,其中所述过滤嘴经由滤嘴套管14的出气端142插入滤嘴套管14的出气通道143中,所述过滤嘴用于过滤烟气。图9A是依据本申请一实施例之过滤嘴70设于出气通道143的示意图。如图9A所示,当过滤嘴70插入出气通道143后,过滤嘴70的一部分暴露于壳体10的外部,以供使用者吸食经由过滤嘴70过滤后的烟气。在某些实施例中,过滤嘴70可以传统的过滤烟嘴来实现,然而,此并非本申请的限制。
图9B与图9C分别是依据本申请另一实施例之过滤嘴71设于出气通道143的前视视图与剖视视图。在某些实施例中,过滤嘴71是以塑胶滤嘴或硅胶滤嘴实现。过滤嘴71包括进气通道713,其中进气通道713与出气通道143联通。使用者吸食经由过滤嘴71过滤后的烟气。在某些实施例中,过滤嘴70或71与出气通道143是可拆卸式地设置。
图10是依据本申请一实施例之电子烟1的操作示意图。详细来说,当支架50或52放入容置部11之中时,传动端21与支架50的卡槽结构511或支架52的卡槽结构524卡合连接。传动部12开始正向传动工作,传动端21连同支架50或52沿z轴方向向下运动。当支架50或52进入第一容置区111时,由于支架50或52的侧面为镂空设计,经加热部13加热的空气得以进入支架50或52之中以加热烟草或雾化烟油介质,并使得雾化后所产生的气体进入出气通道143、经过滤嘴70或71过滤后由使用者吸食,借此使用者有吸烟的体验。图10中的箭头14f方向为空气流动方向。当位于第一容置区111的烟草或烟油介质不断转化为烟气,传动部12持续运作使传动端21连同支架50或52持续沿z轴方向向下运动,避在烟草或烟油介质耗尽后持续加热。
以支架50为例,在某些实施例中,使用者每次吸食时,传动端21会夹带支 架50向下移动。以支架50为例,在某些实施例中,当传动端21移动至传动部12的最下端时,使用者可按下设置于壳体10上的按钮(图中未绘制),使传动端21连同支架50一键复位至最上端。
以支架50为例,在某些实施例中,为搭配支架50的结构,壳体10内的容置部11可形成自上而下贯穿壳体10的通孔,当传动端21移动至传动部12的最下端时,使用者可从壳体10的下方将支架50抽离,再从壳体10上方重新插入容置部11之中。
以支架50为例,在某些实施例中,当传动端21移动至传动部12的最下端时,代表支架50内的所有烟草或烟油介质已全部用尽,使用者可从壳体10的下方将支架50抽离后丢弃,并置入新的支架50。
以支架52为例,在某些实施例中,当存储空间522中的烟草或烟油介质用尽后,使用者可将支架52抽出,将存储空间521朝下插入容置区11中再次使用。
图11是依据本申请另一实施例之电子烟2的结构剖视图。电子烟2与电子烟1大致相同,差异仅在于电子烟2的进气通道261的一端联通加热部13,而进气通道261的另一端联通送风部262。送风部262将空气经由进气通道261送入加热部13加热,加热后的空气进入第一容置区111与滤嘴套管14。电子烟2与电子烟1中标号相同的元部件将不再赘述。
经由送风部262的运作,可以调整使用者对滤嘴套管14吸气时感受到的阻力。在某些实施例中,送风部262可增加使用者吸气时感受到的阻力。在某些实施例中,送风部262可降低使用者吸气时感受到的阻力。
图12A与12B分别是依据本申请一实施例之电子烟8的外观图与结构剖视图。电子烟8包括壳体80。壳体80内设有容置部81。容置部81包括第一容置区811与第二容置区812。第一容置区811为加热区。第一容置区811和第二容置区812分别沿第一、第二方向延伸。在本实施例中,所述第一方向为x轴方向,所述第二方向为z轴方向,并且,第一容置区811和第二容置区812沿z轴方向排列。
壳体80内还设有传动部82。传动部82包括传动端821以及环绕传动端821设置的弹性结构822。传动端821设置于在第一容置区811中。使用者通过按压传动部82,使得传动端821沿x轴方向自第一容置区811的第一端811a移动至第二端811b。在本实施例中,第一容置区811的第一端811a为与传动部82相邻的一端,第一容置区811的第二端811b为远离传动部82的一端。

壳体80内还设有加热部83。在本实施例中,加热部83与加热部13的结构与功能相同,因此,详细说明在此省略。加热部83具有输入端与输出端,其中所述输入端与进气通道85的一端联通,所述输出端与第一容置区811联通。进气通道85的另一端可设置于壳体80之上或者联通至送风部,本领域技术人员在阅读完上述实施例后,应能理解详细实施方式。
壳体80内还设有滤嘴套管84。滤嘴套管84包括进气端841、出气端842以及联通进气端841和出气端842的出气通道843。进气端841与第一容置区811联通。出气端842设置于壳体80朝上的面。由于加热部83与第一容置区811设置于进气端841一侧,因此,空气通过加热部83所产生的热量加热后,热空气经由第一容置区811进入出气通道843。在图12B的实施例中,出气通道843的延伸方向与z轴方向平行。然而,此并非本申请的限制。在其他实施例中,出气端842的设置位置可以调整,而随着出气端842的位置的不同,出气通道843的延伸方向与z轴方向可以呈一定夹角。

图15是依据本申请一实施例之电子烟87的操作示意图。详细来说,当烟弹排YDS放入容置部81之中时,位于最下端的烟弹(如烟弹YD1)进入第一容置区811,使用者通过按压传动部82将烟弹YD1推入。经加热部83加热的空气得以进入烟弹YD1之中以加热烟草或雾化烟油介质。烟草加热或烟油介质雾化后所产生的气体进入出气通道843并由过滤嘴90过滤后由使用者吸食,借此使用者有吸烟的体验。经由加热但不燃烧的方式,可使烟草内的尼古丁释出,但与传统纸烟相比,可显着降低烟草燃烧所产生的有害物质。
图15中的箭头90f方向为空气流动方向。当烟弹YD1内的烟草或烟油介质用尽后,使用者可再次按压传动部82,借此将新的烟弹(如烟弹YD2)推入,并且将用尽的烟弹YD1送入导出区87中。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有:
    容置部,所述容置部包括相互连通的第一容置区和第二容置区,所述第一容置区和所述第二容置区分别沿第一、第二方向延伸,所述第一容置区为加热区;
    传动部,具有传动端,所述传动端能够在所述第一容置区或所述第二容置区沿所在容置区的延伸方向移动;
    加热部,用于产生热量,以使所述第一容置区受热;
    出气通道,与所述第一容置区的输出端连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一容置区在第一位置与所述加热部连通,在第二位置与所述出气通道连通,所述第一、第二位置之间围绕所述第一方向形成相位角差。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述相位角差为180度。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一容置区具有沿所述第一方向的第一端、第二端,所述传动端能够沿所述第一方向从第一端向第二端移动;或者,
    所述第二容置区具有沿所述第二方向的第一端、第二端,所述传动端能够沿所述第二方向从第一端向第二端移动。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一、第二方向重合,所述第一、第二容置区沿所述第一或第二方向排列。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一、第二方向之间具有夹角,所述第一容置区位于所述第二容置区的第二端。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二方向与所述出气通道的延伸 方向基本平行或具有夹角。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有与所述出气通道连通的进气通道,所述加热部、所述第一容置区沿气流方向依次设于所述进气通道内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热部位于所述出气通道的进气端。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有与所述加热部连通的进气孔,所述进气孔和所述加热部之间形成有进气通道,所述进气道内还设有送风部。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括支架,设于所述第二容置区,所述传动部与所述支架传动连接并驱动所述支架沿所述第二方向的移动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架设有至少两个存储空间,相邻存储空间之间设有隔热区。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电子烟,各个所述存储空间沿所述第二方向排列。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设有导出区,与所述第一容置区连通。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导出区位于所述第一容置区沿所述第一方向的下游,所述传动端能够从所述第一容置区移动到所述导出区。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设有控制部,用于控制所述加热部的加热动作,以及所述传动部的传动。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括过滤嘴,设于所述出气通道内,用于过滤烟气。
  18. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设有烟灰盒。
