所述水平旋转部19在主体11安放于耳朵的状态下,能够调节头带部30的角度,因此效果在于,能够减少在佩戴头带部30的状态下的不便,并且效果在于,在佩戴耳机部10的状态下,使得所述头戴部30旋转,从而能够遮住眼睛。
换句话说,所述水平旋转部19使得佩戴于耳朵的耳机部10不另外旋转,且同时使得所述头带部30旋转配置于眼睛周围,从而效果在于,方便睡眠准备。
另外,所述处理模块80与外部设备执行无线通信,从而接收数据,进而输出声音,并将使用者的语音传送至外部设备,执行控制开关部14、提示部15及连接部16的操作的功能,配置于所述主体11内部。
如图5所示,所述处理模块80包括:处理装置81;与所述处理装置81电连接的电池82;无线模块83;麦克风84;两个扬声器85。
此外,所述处理装置81与所述开关部14、提示部15及连接部16电连接。
所述处理装置81执行控制其他装置的功能,另外包括:中央处理装置、存储器、接口(interface)等,能够通过搭载于内部的另外的程序进行操作。
在此,所述电池82起到向所述处理装置81供电的作用,使用能够充电的二次电池,通过所述连接部16充电。
所述无线模块83可以包含于所述处理装置81,执行与外部设备无线收发数据的功能,蓝牙方式的通信在兼容性方面等比较理想。
所述麦克风84的作用在于,将使用者的语音转换为信号,从而向 所述处理装置81输出,所述扬声器85分别设置于左右侧,根据所述处理装置81的输出信号进行操作,相反侧扬声器85通过配置于头带部30内部的连接线与所述处理装置81电连接。
所述开关部14操作时,向所述处理装置81输出相应信号,所述处理装置81控制对相应信号的操作。
所述提示部15也通过所述处理装置81以预先定义的操作状态控制。
例如,可以控制为电池82充电时亮红色灯,充电完成时亮绿色灯。
此外,通过无线模块83与外部设备执行通信时,可以控制为绿色灯闪烁。
另外,如图6所示,所述调节带50用于调节所述耳机部10与头带部30之间的距离,包括:引导条(guide)51,其从所述头带部30末端延长形成;引导狭缝(guide slit)52,其形成于所述耳机部10,从而阶段性收纳所述引导条51。
所述引导狭缝52内部包括限位器(stopper)等,以便防止所述耳机部10从所述引导条51脱出,在所述引导条51的侧面或一面形成多个凸起部,从而能够阶段性调节头带部30和耳机部10之间的距离。
另外,所述头带部30构成为,佩戴于佩戴者的头部,两端通过所述调节带50安装耳机部10。
此外,如上所述,所述头带部30内部包括电线,所述电线使得耳机部10中与未安装有处理模块80的部分的扬声器85与模块80之间电连接。
此外,如图7所示,所述头带部30一侧中央形成有安放部31。
通常,因为耳机部10区分为左侧/右侧,所以正常佩戴耳麦100时,在佩戴者的鼻子方向的头带部30侧面形成所述安放部31。
当将头带部30配置于佩戴者的眼前面时,所述安放部31起到固定安放于佩戴者的鼻子的作用,优选形成为三角形形态,必要情况下,为了拓宽与鼻子的接触面积,可以形成竖直凸出的侧壁部32。
在此,优选地,所述安放部31形成为去除所述头带部30的一部分的形态,但是如图8所示,必要情况下也可以形成为从所述头带部30 凸出的形态,此时,优点在于,头带部30内部的空间可以充分利用。
另外,形成有所述安放部31的头带部30的相反侧形成有遮盖部40。所述遮盖部40以可以滑动的形式在所述头带部30侧面所形成的遮盖狭缝(cover slit)33结合。
换句话说,使用者能够实现所述遮盖部40向所述遮盖狭缝的插入或从其排出,排出所述遮盖部40的情况下,起到遮挡佩戴者的眼睛而营造良好睡眠环境的作用。
所述遮盖部40可以包括限位器,所述限位器用于防止从所述头带部30完全分离。
此外,如图9所示,所述遮盖部40在末端形成末端部41,从而能够使得所述使用者可以方便操作遮盖部40,所述末端部41不插入所述头带部30,所述末端部41额外形成末端槽42,从而能够更加提升操作性。
另外,所述安放部31也可以形成以可滑动形式结合于所述头带部30的形态。换句话说,如图8所示,凸出的安放部31在不使用的情况下,可以构成为,以类似于所述遮盖部40的方式配置于头带部30内部。此时,所述安放部31与遮盖部40以互不干扰的形式配置于所述头带部30内部。
根据本发明的耳麦100像一般的耳麦100一样使用后想要进行浅睡眠时,将所述遮盖部40从所述头带部30内部排出后,将头带部30配置于佩戴者的眼睛前面,以如图10所示的形态佩戴。
此外,如图11所示,本发明的耳麦100可以形成为,在必要的情况下,所述遮盖部40也在安放部31侧形成,从而上下全部可以通过遮盖部40遮挡光线。
以上说明仅仅是针对用于实施根据本发明的无线耳麦的实施例的,本发明并非限定于所述实施例,以下,请求的本发明的要点在不脱离权利要求范围的情况下,本发明所属技术范围内具有通常知识的人,无论任何人都能够实施各种变更的范围包含本发明的技术精神。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种无线耳麦,其特征在于,包括:
    两个耳机部,其佩戴于佩戴者的耳朵上,并输出声音;
    头带部,其连接所述耳机部,并挂在佩戴者的头部;
    调节带,其位于所述耳机部和头带部之间,从而调节头带部与耳机部之间的连接长度;
    处理模块,其配置于所述耳机部中的一个耳机部内部,与外部设备无线连接,从而接收数据,进而输出声音;
    安放部,其形成于所述头带部的一侧,从而与佩戴者的鼻子接触;以及
    遮盖部,其在形成有所述安放部的头带部相反侧形成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,所述调节带包括:
    引导条,其从所述头带部延长形成;
    引导狭缝,其形成于所述耳机部,从而收纳所述引导条。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,
    所述引导条包括多个凸起部,以便实现阶段性的距离调节。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,所述耳机部包括:
    主体,其内部形成有空间;
    多个贯通孔,其在所述主体中安放于佩戴者的耳朵的部分形成;以及衬垫部,其形成于包裹所述贯通孔的部分。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,所述耳机部包括:
    开关部,其设置于主体,向所述处理模块传送操作状态;提示部,其在预先定义的功能操作的情况下,通过所述处理模块点亮或闪烁;连接部,其将处理模块与外部设备进行有线连接;以及麦克风孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括:
    处理装置,其控制整体装置;电池,其向所述处理装置供电;无线模块,其与所述处理装置连接,并与外部执行无线通信;两个扬声器,其根据所述处理装置的输出发出声音;以及麦克风,其将使用者的语音转变为电信号,从而向所述处理装置输出。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,
    所述耳机部还包括使得耳机部向竖直方向旋转的竖直旋转部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,
    所述耳机部还包括使得头带部向水平方向旋转的水平旋转部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,
    所述安放部还包括在末端向竖直方向凸出形成的侧壁部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,
    所述安放部从所述头带部侧面延长形成。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,
    所述安放部在所述头带部侧面以滑动方式与内部结合。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,
    所述遮盖部的一端形成有短坎形态的末端部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的无线耳麦,其特征在于,
    所述短坎上端形成有末端槽。
