技术领域
本实用新型涉及头盔,尤其涉及一种具有通讯功能的智能头盔。
背景技术
自行车是人们最常用的代步工具,也成为了当前户外运动的一种方式。骑行人员在骑行过程中接听电话,不管是使用蓝牙耳机接听,还是直接拿起手机接听,都多有不便,而且容易忽视周围状况,影响骑行安全。另外,骑行者在骑行过程中通常佩戴蓝牙耳机或者有线的入耳式耳机听音乐,但这样会影响骑行者对环境声音的听觉反应,例如,无法注意到后方的车辆声音,这也严重影响骑行安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,解决骑行人员在骑行中无法安全通讯的问题。
本实用新型的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一种具有通讯功能的智能头盔,包括一个外壳,所述外壳包括一个壳体和位于所述壳体下边缘的功能带,所述功能带包括位于用户双耳附近的左部和右部,所述功能带还设有主麦克风、两个扬声器、控制区以及充电接口,所述两个扬声器分别位于所述左部和右部,所述控制区用于由用户控制所述主麦克风以及两个扬声器的功能;所述智能头盔还包括:主控模块,位于所述壳体内,与所述主麦克风、两个扬声器、控制区电连接,并包括一个无线通讯单元,所述无线通讯单元用于与用户的移动终端进行无线通讯;以及电源模块,位于所述壳体内,与所述充电接口和所述主控模块连接,用于为所述主控模块供电。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型提供的具有通讯功能的智能头盔的扬声器放置在壳体内,并在壳体上还设有方便用户控制的控制区,无需另外佩戴蓝牙耳机或有线耳机,控制方便,并能兼顾骑行的乐趣和安全。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本实用新型实施例提供的智能头盔10具有通讯功能,其包括一个外壳12,该外壳12包括一个壳体20和位于该壳体20下边缘的功能带22,壳体20具有一定厚度,便于在其下边缘的功能带22上设置多个部件。该功能带22包括位于用户双耳附近的左部221和右部222,该功能带22还设有主麦克风30、左扬声器31和右扬声器32、控制区33以及充电接口34,该两个扬声器分别位于该左部和右部,该控制区33用于由用户控制该主麦克风30以及两个扬声器的功能,例如开关、调节扬声器音量大小、播放下一首音频或者上一首音频、快进等功能。头盔10还在壳体20内设有主控模块50和电源模块60。
在左部221和右部222分别设置左扬声器31和右扬声器32使得骑行者可以直接从头盔10获取声音,不必佩戴任何形式的耳机,而且,由于左右扬声器仅仅设置在头盔上,并未入耳,没有堵塞用户的耳朵,因此,在收听左右扬声器传来的声音时,用户还可以听到外界声音,不影响骑行安全。
优选地,该两个扬声器31和32均收容在该壳体20内,朝向壳体20的下方,发出的声音朝该壳体20的下方输出,该扬声器的表面设有防尘网201,该防尘网201与该功能带22的表面220平齐或低于该功能带22的表面220,也就是在头盔10制造之时,将扬声器安装在头盔10内部,除非采用破坏式的手段,否则无法取出该扬声器。该扬声器与该表面220平齐或较低,可以降低存在感,不影响外部观感和用户体验。
在功能带22上还设有主麦克风30,其位置不限,只要能获取到用户的说话声音即可。优选地,该功能带22包括位于用户额头的前部223以及位于用户脑后的后部224,该主麦克风30位于该前部223,这样离用户的声源最近。
在另一个实施方式中,优选地,该功能带22还设有次麦克风(图未示),且主次麦克风的位置不同。在本实施例中,该主麦克风30位于该前部223,该次麦克风位于该后部224。由于主次两个麦克风的位置不同,收集到的音频信号也不同,在用户讲话时,这两个麦克风收集到的人声有较大差别,因此人声被保留,而两个麦克风录入的环境噪音差别微弱,因此被过滤,从而实现了降噪,提高了用户的语音输入效果,在嘈杂环境下不影响电话效果。
在其它实施方式中,也可以将次麦克风设置在壳体20的外表面203,降噪原理如前所述。
该控制区33在功能带22上的位置不限,只要便于用户动手控制即可。优选地,该控制区33位于该前部223,使得用户在视野范围内进行手动操作。
具体地,该控制区33包括音量调节部331以及开关机部332,该开关机部332用于开关该主控模块50的一个或多个功能,例如开关无线通讯单元501、开关扬声器、开关智能头盔10的警示灯(图未示)等。该音量调节部331用于调节该扬声器31和32的音量大小,例如包括音量加按键3310,用“+”表示,以及音量减按键3311,用“—”表示,同时,这两个按键的功能不限于此,例如,音量加按键3310还用于“播放下一首”、音量减按键3311还用于“播放上一首”、长按音量加按键3310还用于“快进”等。
在本实施例中,该控制区33的音量调节部331以及开关机部332均为凸出于所在表面或者与所在表面平齐的按钮,即物理按键,能够被人体触摸感知到,方便用户控制。在其它实施方式中也可以是整个控制区33采用触摸屏,该音量调节部331以及开关机部332均为触控按钮,增加耐用性。
该充电接口34在功能带22上的位置不限,只要便于用户连接电源即可。优选地,出于方便充电的考虑,将该充电接口34设置在该后部224。一般地,在无线通讯单元501因为电量不足无法启动时,可以通过警示灯(图未示)警示电量不足,提醒用户通过该充电接口34充电,保证头盔正常工作。
请参阅图2,主控模块50位于该壳体20内,与该功能带22上的多个部件电连接,例如主麦克风30、两个扬声器、控制区33,该主控模块50还包括无线通讯单元501,用于与用户的移动终端100进行无线通讯。主控模块50用于控制两个扬声器31和32、主麦克风30、无线通讯单元501的功能。例如主控模块50开启后,无线通讯单元501开启,该头盔10可以与采用相同通信协议的设备建立连接,通常是和用户的移动终端建立连接。在本实施例中,无线通讯单元501为蓝牙模块,和用户的手机建立连接之后,接收移动终端100发出的音频信号,主控模块50使得音频信号通过两个扬声器发出;当该移动终端接入电话时,则主控模块50通过无线通讯单元501得到信号,并将该来电提醒声音通过两个扬声器发出,当用户按下控制区33的某个相应的按键,例如开关键时,电话接通,主控模块50启动主麦克风30录入声音。
无线通讯单元501除了蓝牙模块,还可以是其它无线模块,例如ZigBee、红外等。
电源模块60位于该壳体20内,与该充电接口34和主控模块50连接,用于为该主控模块50供电。
只有一个主麦克风30时可以通过在主控模块50中设置音频降噪处理单元进行降噪处理。在设有次麦克风32的头盔上,也可以设置该音频降噪处理单元。
当用户佩戴本实施例提供的智能头盔时,打开开关,无线通讯单元启动,与移动终端建立连接,构成了该移动终端的外接设备,该扬声器放置在智能头盔内,靠近耳部,并未入耳,不会影响用户注意环境声音,控制区方便用户控制整个智能头盔的通讯功能,可以使用户在骑行时安全地听音乐、听广播、接听电话,因此采用该智能头盔既能保证骑行的乐趣,方便通讯,又能保证骑行安全。

1.一种具有通讯功能的智能头盔,包括一个外壳,其特征在于,所述外壳包括一个壳体和位于所述壳体下边缘的功能带,所述功能带包括位于用户双耳附近的左部和右部,所述功能带还设有主麦克风、两个扬声器、控制区以及充电接口,所述两个扬声器分别位于所述左部和右部,所述控制区用于由用户控制所述主麦克风以及两个扬声器的功能;所述智能头盔还包括:
主控模块,位于所述壳体内,与所述主麦克风、两个扬声器、控制区电连接,并包括一个无线通讯单元,所述无线通讯单元用于与用户的移动终端进行无线通讯;以及
电源模块,位于所述壳体内,与所述充电接口和所述主控模块连接,用于为所述主控模块供电。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有通讯功能的智能头盔,其特征在于,所述功能带还包括位于用户额头的前部以及位于用户脑后的后部,所述主麦克风与所述控制区位于所述前部,所述充电接口位于所述后部。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有通讯功能的智能头盔,其特征在于,所述控制区还包括音量调节部以及开关机部,所述开关机部用于开启或者关闭所述主控模块的一个或多个功能,所述音量调节部用于调节所述扬声器的音量大小。
