本发明属于液体分装技术领域,具体涉及一种液体分装瓶及使用其的分装装置和分装方法。
背景技术
医疗机构人工制备的液体物品,如血液分离成分、滴眼液、特制美容产品等,有时需要按小剂量精准分装到容器中低温长期保存,现有条件往往难以实现。现有的分装方式是无菌车间流水线统一灌装,但对于需要不具备流水线作业的产品,就需要有特殊的储存装置,保证产品适宜多种温度环境保存,同时不受微生物污染。目前由于储备不便,使用者往往需要多次制备,或者使用试管或者小瓶等容器分装,当需要对多个分装瓶进行分装时易出现分装不均匀的问题,以至于无法实现商业化的应用;进一步地,液体的灌装在非无菌环境,无法保证液体不被污染;尤其是部分液体需要冷藏或冷冻保存,保存的过程中液体结冰而导致体积增大,严重时会导致分装容器破裂的缺陷。目前市面上也有很多分装瓶,结构虽然简单,但不能配合液体无菌分装使用。即便在无菌环境下达到分装的目的,也不能保证充分利用不浪费。对于使用要求较高的液体,不能充分发挥液体应有的作用。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,而提供一种结构简单、设计合理、能够实现在无菌的环境下对液体进行分装,且分装后各分装瓶内的液体量相同、并且能够实现对液体的准确计量有利于后期的商业化运行,同时还能够根据液体体积的变化对分装瓶内的容积进行自我调节的一种液体分装瓶及使用其的分装装置和分装方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种液体分装瓶,该分装瓶包括瓶身,瓶身的前端设有瓶帽,瓶身的末端螺接有后盖,瓶身的内部设有活塞,活塞和后盖之间设有弹簧;活塞的外侧通过后盖与大气相连通。
优选的,所述后盖的外侧螺接有压盖,后盖和压盖上分别开设有孔,后盖和压盖之间设有过滤膜片。
优选的,所述过滤膜片与后盖之间的连接方式为粘贴或热熔焊。
优选的,所述压盖的内侧顶部设有凸台,凸台和后盖的顶端外表面之间设有过滤膜片。
优选的,所述过滤膜片的材质为过滤孔径0.2微米的高分子材料。
优选的,所述瓶身的外侧设有用于检测和读取溶液量的刻度线。
本发明还提供了一种分装装置,包括用于输送液体的液体制备或加压装置,液体制备或加压装置通过并联管道单元分别与若干个上述液体分装瓶相连。
优选的,所述并联管道单元包括与液体制备或加压装置的末端相连的主管道,主管道上设有若干个分管道,若干个分管道与各自相对应的液体分装瓶相连;主管道的末端由内到外依次设有阻菌过滤器以及截止阀。
优选的,所述主管道和分管道为螺纹连接,分管道通过瓶帽与瓶身内部相连通,分管道和瓶帽固定连接;所述的分管道的材质为医用PVC或医用TPE。
一种分装装置的分装方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:主管道与液体制备或加压装置的末端相连接,液体制备或加压装置为注射器、液体制备装置、前端带有液体制备装置的液体泵、或医用三通;所述医用三通的一端与液体制备装置相连,另一端与注射器相连,第三端与主管道相连;
步骤2:活塞处于靠近瓶帽一端的瓶身内部;
步骤3:打开截止阀,通过液体制备或加压装置向主管道内输送液体,当主管路中充满液体时,关闭截止阀,液体通过分管道分别进入瓶身内;
所述截止阀处于打开状态时,液体进入主管道中,使主管道内的气体通过阻菌过滤器和截止阀排出;
步骤4:液体持续进入瓶身中推动活塞由瓶帽一侧向后盖一侧行进,当活塞接触弹簧后由于液体存在压力,该压力推动弹簧进行压缩;
步骤5:当所有液体分装瓶内的弹簧均能够通过肉眼观察到明显被压缩以后,液体制备或加压装置停止向瓶身中输送液体;
步骤6:当停止输送液体后,液体压力减小,弹簧推动活塞向瓶帽一侧产生位移;
当活塞静止不动时,液体压力、活塞的摩擦力以及弹簧的弹力处于平衡状态时,通过医用热合机对分管道进行热合并实现液体分装瓶的密封;
步骤7:上述步骤3-步骤6的灌装过程中,活塞外侧的空气通过后盖的孔、过滤膜片以及压盖的孔进行外排,以降低液体进入瓶身的阻力,通过设置过滤膜片能够阻隔微生物污染瓶身靠近后盖一侧的内壁;
步骤8:步骤6对分装瓶密封后可放置在低温存储区进行储藏,当液体结冰后体积发生膨胀推动活塞压缩弹簧,实现对瓶身内部容积的调节;
步骤9:当停止低温存储区进行储藏时,瓶身内的冰态物质在常温状态下恢复成液体,体积收缩,弹簧推动活塞向瓶帽一侧移动,当液体压力、活塞的摩擦力以及弹簧的弹力处于平衡状态时,即可使用。
有益效果
按照上述方案制成的一种液体分装瓶及使用其的分装装置和分装方法,通过设置活塞和弹簧能够使分装瓶内的容积实现自主调节,从而有效的解决了传统并联分装时出现各分装瓶内的液体量不同的窘境,实现了血清、滴眼液以及特制美容产品类的液体商业化奠定了基础;本发明中所述的自主调节包括了在液体制备单元或液体加压单元对液体加压时分装瓶内容积的自主调节以及当液体冷藏固化时分装瓶内容积的自主调节,进一步地在灌装过程进行时活塞处于靠近瓶帽一端的瓶身内部,能够使空气尽可能的避免与液体发生接触而导致污染;同时在活塞的外侧设有过滤膜片,不仅能够方便瓶身中活塞外侧的空气排出,且避免了微生物进入并附着于分装瓶的内壁而造成液体的污染;具有结构简单、设计合理、能够实现在无菌的环境下对液体进行分装,且分装后各分装瓶内的液体量相同、并且能够实现对液体的准确计量有利于后期的商业化运行,同时还能够根据液体体积的变化对分装瓶内的容积进行自我调节的优点。

参看图1-3:本发明为一种液体分装瓶及使用其的分装装置和分装方法,该分装瓶包括瓶身1,瓶身1的前端设有瓶帽2,瓶身1的末端螺接有后盖3,瓶身1的内部设有活塞4,活塞4和后盖3之间设有弹簧5;活塞4的外侧通过后盖3与大气相连通。本发明提供了一种用于即时制备即时分装液体的分装瓶,其适用于血清、滴眼液以及特制美容产品类的液体等,通过设置弹簧5和活塞4能够使分装瓶内的容积实现自主调节,进一步通过使活塞4的外侧通过后盖3与大气相连通,能够使液体有效克服活塞4、弹簧5以及活塞4后部空气的阻力,以达到方便液体进入的目的。本发明中所述的分装瓶的瓶身1内用于盛装液体,瓶帽2的设置能够便于进液,后盖3具有便于排气以及对弹簧5进行限位的作用。
进一步地,所述后盖3的外侧螺接有压盖6,后盖3和压盖6上分别开设有孔9,后盖3和压盖6之间设有过滤膜片7。通过设置过滤膜片7不仅能够使空气顺利排出,还能够防止细菌进入瓶身2,尤其是当冷藏或冷冻存储时,由于体积会变大造成活塞4后移,如上部瓶身2内进入细菌则会造成液体的污染。
进一步地,所述过滤膜片7与后盖3之间的连接方式为粘贴或热熔焊。本发明中的过滤膜片7可以通过粘贴和热熔焊的方式与后盖3顶部的外表面固定相连。
进一步地,所述压盖6的内侧顶部设有凸台8,凸台8和后盖3的顶端外表面之间设有过滤膜片7。同时本发明还提供了一种过滤膜片7的连接方式,该连接方式为压盖6和后盖3之间通过挤压的方式固定过滤膜片7。
进一步地,所述过滤膜片7的材质为过滤孔径0.2微米的高分子材料。上述高分子材料是指尼龙、聚偏二氟乙烯或聚四氟乙烯之一,其主要目的是阻隔微生物通过。
进一步地,所述瓶身1的外侧设有用于检测和读取溶液量的刻度线13。通过设置刻度线13能够对灌装后液体实现准确计量,以便于后期使用。
本发明还提供了一种分装装置,包括用于输送液体的液体制备或加压装置10,液体制备或加压装置10通过并联管道单元分别与若干个上述的液体分装瓶相连。本发明的分装装置为并联的连接形式,即液体制备或加压装置10将液体分别送入各个液体分装瓶中;传统的并联形式中距离液体制备或加压装置10近的液体分装瓶内液体较多,距离远的液体分装瓶内液体较少,且上述液体分装瓶内的剂量不可控制,本发明通过前文所述的自主调节能够实现各个分装瓶内的液体的量相同。
进一步地,所述并联管道单元包括与液体制备或加压装置10的末端相连的主管道11,主管道11上设有若干个分管道12,若干个分管道12与各自相对应的液体分装瓶相连;主管道11的末端由内到外依次设有阻菌过滤器14以及截止阀15。所述主管道11和分管道12为螺纹连接,分管道12通过瓶帽2与瓶身1内部相连通,分管道12和瓶帽2固定连接;所述的分管道12的材质为医用PVC或医用TPE。上述结构形式能够使主管道11循环使用,分管道12为一次性使用,且能够保证上述结构牢固可靠。通过限定分管道12的材质能够使液体充装完毕后,通过医用热合机进行密封并便于后期保藏。
一种分装装置的分装方法,该分装方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:主管道11与液体制备或加压装置10的末端相连接,液体制备或加压装置10为注射器、液体制备装置、前端带有液体制备装置的液体泵、或医用三通;所述医用三通的一端与液体制备装置相连,另一端与注射器相连,第三端与主管道11相连;
步骤2:活塞4处于靠近瓶帽2一端的瓶身1内部;
步骤3:打开截止阀15,通过液体制备或加压装置10向主管道11内输送液体,当主管路11中充满液体时,关闭截止阀15,液体通过分管道12分别进入瓶身1内;所述截止阀15处于打开状态时,液体进入主管道11中,使主管道11内的气体通过阻菌过滤器14和截止阀15排出;
步骤4:液体持续进入瓶身1中推动活塞4由瓶帽2一侧向后盖3一侧行进,当活塞4接触弹簧5后由于液体存在压力,该压力推动弹簧5进行压缩;

本发明提供了一种即时制备即时分装液体的分装瓶、分装装置以及分装方法,上述分装瓶通过活塞4和弹簧5的配合实现了瓶身1内部容积的自动调节,该自动调节方式能够应用于分装装置以及分装方法内,不仅使各个分装瓶内液体的量相同且能够实现液体的冷冻保藏;克服了传统无法实现有效分装,分装后分装瓶内的液体量无法控制以及无法实现冷冻保藏的缺陷;而上述缺陷直接导致了即时制备即时分装液体时需要购置大量相关医疗器械以及无法商业化运行(主要是无法标准化分装所导致的)的缺陷;本发明不仅有效的解决了上述问题同时还实现了液体的无菌分装、保藏以及使用;不仅为上述液体的工业化和标准化的使用奠定了基础,且能够有效保证液体长时间保藏;具有结构简单、设计合理、能够实现在无菌的环境下对液体进行分装,且分装后各分装瓶内的液体量相同、并且能够实现对液体的准确计量有利于后期的商业化运行,同时还能够根据液体体积的变化对分装瓶内的容积进行自我调节的优点。

本发明还提供了一种分装装置,包括用于输送液体的液体制备或加压装置10,液体制备或加压装置10通过并联管道单元分别与若干个上述的液体分装瓶相连。所述并联管道单元包括与液体制备或加压装置10的末端相连的主管道11,主管道11上设有若干个分管道12,若干个分管道12与各自相对应的液体分装瓶相连;主管道11的末端由内到外依次设有阻菌过滤器14以及截止阀15。
一种分装装置的分装方法,该分装方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:主管道11与液体制备或加压装置10的末端相连接,液体制备或加压装置10为注射器、液体制备装置、前端带有液体制备装置的液体泵、或医用三通;所述医用三通的一端与液体制备装置相连,另一端与注射器相连,第三端与主管道11相连;
步骤2:活塞4处于靠近瓶帽2一端的瓶身1内部;
步骤3:打开截止阀15,通过液体制备或加压装置10向主管道11内输送液体,当主管路11中充满液体时,关闭截止阀15,液体通过分管道12分别进入瓶身1内;所述截止阀15处于打开状态时,液体进入主管道11中,使主管道11内的气体通过阻菌过滤器14和截止阀15排出;
步骤4:液体持续进入瓶身1中推动活塞4由瓶帽2一侧向后盖3一侧行进,当活塞4接触弹簧5后由于液体存在压力,该压力推动弹簧5进行压缩;
步骤5:当所有液体分装瓶内的弹簧5均能够通过肉眼观察到明显被压缩以后,液体制备或加压装置10停止向瓶身1中输送液体;
步骤6:当停止输送液体后,液体压力减小,弹簧5推动活塞4向瓶帽2一侧产生位移;
当活塞4静止不动时,液体压力、活塞4的摩擦力以及弹簧5的弹力处于平衡状态时,通过医用热合机对分管道12进行热合并实现液体分装瓶的密封;
步骤7:上述步骤3-步骤6的灌装过程中,活塞4外侧的空气通过后盖3的孔9、过滤膜片7以及压盖6的孔9进行外排,以降低液体进入瓶身1的阻力,通过设置过滤膜片7能够阻隔微生物污染瓶身1靠近后盖3一侧的内壁。
实施例2
一种液体分装瓶,该分装瓶包括瓶身1,瓶身1的前端设有瓶帽2,瓶身1的末端螺接有后盖3,瓶身1的内部设有活塞4,活塞4和后盖3之间设有弹簧5;活塞4的外侧通过后盖3与大气相连通。所述后盖3的外侧螺接有压盖6,后盖3和压盖6上分别开设有孔9,后盖3和压盖6之间设有过滤膜片7。所述过滤膜片7与后盖3之间的连接方式为热熔焊。所述过滤膜片7的材质为过滤孔径0.2微米的高分子材料。所述瓶身1的外侧设有用于检测和读取溶液量的刻度线13。
本发明还提供了一种分装装置,包括用于输送液体的液体制备或加压装置10,液体制备或加压装置10通过并联管道单元分别与若干个上述的液体分装瓶相连。所述并联管道单元包括与液体制备或加压装置10的末端相连的主管道11,主管道11上设有若干个分管道12,若干个分管道12与各自相对应的液体分装瓶相连;主管道11的末端由内到外依次设有阻菌过滤器14以及截止阀15。所述主管道11和分管道12为螺纹连接,分管道12通过瓶帽2与瓶身1内部相连通,分管道12和瓶帽2固定连接;所述的分管道12的材质为医用PVC。
一种分装装置的分装方法,该分装方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:主管道11与液体制备或加压装置10的末端相连接,液体制备或加压装置10为注射器、液体制备装置、前端带有液体制备装置的液体泵、或医用三通;所述医用三通的一端与液体制备装置相连,另一端与注射器相连,第三端与主管道11相连;
步骤2:活塞4处于靠近瓶帽2一端的瓶身1内部;
步骤3:打开截止阀15,通过液体制备或加压装置10向主管道11内输送液体,当主管路11中充满液体时,关闭截止阀15,液体通过分管道12分别进入瓶身1内;所述截止阀15处于打开状态时,液体进入主管道11中,使主管道11内的气体通过阻菌过滤器14和截止阀15排出;
步骤4:液体持续进入瓶身1中推动活塞4由瓶帽2一侧向后盖3一侧行进,当活塞4接触弹簧5后由于液体存在压力,该压力推动弹簧5进行压缩;
步骤5:当所有液体分装瓶内的弹簧5均能够通过肉眼观察到明显被压缩以后,液体制备或加压装置10停止向瓶身1中输送液体;
步骤6:当停止输送液体后,液体压力减小,弹簧5推动活塞4向瓶帽2一侧产生位移;
当活塞4静止不动时,液体压力、活塞4的摩擦力以及弹簧5的弹力处于平衡状态时,通过医用热合机对分管道12进行热合并实现液体分装瓶的密封;
步骤7:上述步骤3-步骤6的灌装过程中,活塞4外侧的空气通过后盖3的孔9、过滤膜片7以及压盖6的孔9进行外排,以降低液体进入瓶身1的阻力,通过设置过滤膜片7能够阻隔微生物污染瓶身1靠近后盖3一侧的内壁;
步骤8:步骤6对分装瓶密封后可放置在低温存储区进行储藏,当液体结冰后体积发生膨胀推动活塞4压缩弹簧5,实现对瓶身1内部容积的调节。
实施例3
一种液体分装瓶,该分装瓶包括瓶身1,瓶身1的前端设有瓶帽2,瓶身1的末端螺接有后盖3,瓶身1的内部设有活塞4,活塞4和后盖3之间设有弹簧5;活塞4的外侧通过后盖3与大气相连通。所述后盖3的外侧螺接有压盖6,后盖3和压盖6上分别开设有孔9,后盖3和压盖6之间设有过滤膜片7。所述压盖6的内侧顶部设有凸台8,凸台8和后盖3的顶端外表面之间设有过滤膜片7。所述过滤膜片7的材质为过滤孔径0.2微米的高分子材料。所述瓶身1的外侧设有用于检测和读取溶液量的刻度线13。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种液体分装瓶,其特征在于:该分装瓶包括瓶身(1),瓶身(1)的前端设有瓶帽(2),瓶身(1)的末端螺接有后盖(3),瓶身(1)的内部设有活塞(4),活塞(4)和后盖(3)之间设有弹簧(5);活塞(4)的外侧通过后盖(3)与大气相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液体分装瓶,其特征在于:所述后盖(3)的外侧螺接有压盖(6),后盖(3)和压盖(6)上分别开设有孔(9),后盖(3)和压盖(6)之间设有过滤膜片(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种液体分装瓶,其特征在于:所述过滤膜片(7)与后盖(3)之间的连接方式为粘贴或热熔焊。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述一种液体分装瓶,其特征在于:所述压盖(6)的内侧顶部设有凸台(8),凸台(8)和后盖(3)的顶端外表面之间设有过滤膜片(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种液体分装瓶,其特征在于:所述过滤膜片(7)的材质为过滤孔径0.2微米的高分子材料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种液体分装瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶身(1)的外侧设有用于检测和读取溶液量的刻度线(13)。
  7. 一种分装装置,其特征在于:包括用于输送液体的液体制备或加压装置(10),液体制备或加压装置(10)通过并联管道单元分别与若干个如权利要求1-6任一项所述的液体分装瓶相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种分装装置,其特征在于:所述并联管道单元包括与液体制备或加压装置(10)的末端相连的主管道(11),主管道(11)上设有若干个分管道(12),若干个分管道(12)与各自相对应的液体分装瓶相连;主管道(11)的末端由内到外依次设有阻菌过滤器(14)以及截止阀(15)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种分装装置,其特征在于:所述主管道(11)和分管道(12)为螺纹连接,分管道(12)通过瓶帽(2)与瓶身(1)内部相连通,分管道(12)和瓶帽(2)固定连接;
    所述的分管道(12)的材质为医用PVC或医用TPE。
  10. 一种如权利要求7-9所述的分装装置的分装方法,其特征在于:该分装方法包括如下步骤:
    步骤1:主管道(11)与液体制备或加压装置(10)的末端相连接,液体制备或加压装置(10)为注射器、液体制备装置、前端带有液体制备装置的液体泵、或医用三通;所述医用三通的一端与液体制备装置相连,另一端与注射器相连,第三端与主管道(11)相连;
    步骤2:活塞(4)处于靠近瓶帽(2)一端的瓶身(1)内部;
    步骤3:打开截止阀(15),通过液体制备或加压装置(10)向主管道(11)内输送液体,当主管路(11)中充满液体时,关闭截止阀(15),液体通过分管道(12)分别进入瓶身(1)内;
    所述截止阀(15)处于打开状态时,液体进入主管道(11)中,使主管道(11)内的气体通过阻菌过滤器(14)和截止阀(15)排出;
    步骤4:液体持续进入瓶身(1)中推动活塞(4)由瓶帽(2)一侧向后盖(3)一侧行进,当活塞(4)接触弹簧(5)后由于液体存在压力,该压力推动弹簧(5)进行压缩;
    步骤5:当所有液体分装瓶内的弹簧(5)均能够通过肉眼观察到明显被压缩以后,液体制备或加压装置(10)停止向瓶身(1)中输送液体;
    步骤6:当停止输送液体后,液体压力减小,弹簧(5)推动活塞(4)向瓶帽(2)一侧产生位移;
    当活塞(4)静止不动时,液体压力、活塞(4)的摩擦力以及弹簧(5)的弹力处于平衡状态时,通过医用热合机对分管道(12)进行热合并实现液体分装瓶的密封;
