电触元件9p1及9p2穿过开口9h3及9h4后,电触元件9p1的电触面9s1和电触元件9p2的电触面9s2暴露在底座9的外表面。
电触元件9p1及9p2可包含金属。电触元件9p1及9p2可被磁性组件吸附。烟弹100A可经由电触元件9p1及9p2被设置于主体100B内的磁性组件吸附。烟弹100A可经由电触元件9p1及9p2与主体100B可移除式地结合。
可理解地,当主体100B内的磁性组件的磁力大小相等时,若电触元件9p1的电触面9s1和电触元件9p2的电触面9s2的面积较大,通过主体100B内的磁性组件吸附时,主体100B与烟弹100A之间的吸力较为平均,因此,烟弹100A较不容易脱离主体100B。
需注意的是,本申请并不限制凹槽9a1中作为进气孔的开口数量。在某些实施例中,凹槽9a1包含有一个开口。在某些实施例中,凹槽9a1上设置有三个或多于三个开口。另外,本申请并不限制底座9上设置的电触元件的数量。在某些实施例中,底座9上设置有一个电触元件。在某些实施例中,底座9上设置有三个或多于三个电触元件。
图5演示根据本申请一些实施例的底座9的底面视图。
在某些实施例中,电触面9s1和电触面9s2沿底座9长度方向(即虚线A-A'方向)的尺寸r1在3mm~5.5mm的范围内。在某些实施例中,电触面9s1和电触面9s2沿底座9的长度方向(即虚线A-A'方向)的尺寸r1在5mm~5.1mm的范围内。在某些实施例中,凹槽9a1沿底座9的长度方向(即虚线A-A'方向)的尺寸r2不大于电触面9s1和电触面9s2沿底座9的长度方向(即虚线A-A'方向)的尺寸r1。在某些实施例中,尺寸r1与尺寸r2的差不大于0.5mm。
在某些实施例中,凹槽9a1为圆形。在某些实施例中,凹槽9a1为环形。在某些实施例中,电触面9s1和电触面9s2为圆形。在某些实施例中,凹槽9a1、电触面9s1和电触面9s2为圆形。
在某些实施例中,开口9h1及开口9h2的中心点和电触面9s1和电触面9s2位于同一直线上。在某些实施例中,开口9h1及开口9h2的中心点和电触面9s1和电触面9s2的中心点位于底座9的长度方向(即虚线A-A'方向)的沿线上。在某些实施例中,底座9的外表面呈椭圆形,换言之,底座9的长度方向即为底座9的长轴。在如此设置下,开口9h1的中心点、开口9h2的中心点、电触面9s1的中心点、和电触面9s2的中心点位于底座9的长轴上。
底座9外表面呈现的椭圆形具有中心O。在某些实施例中,开口 9h1及开口9h2分布于中心O的周围。然而,开口9h1及开口9h2的分布并非本申请的限制。在某些实施例中,凹槽9a1中至少一个作为进气孔的开口可与所述椭圆的中心O重合。
由于底座9的面积有限,因此电触面9s1和电触面9s2的面积大小的设计将影响电功率传导进入烟弹100A内。详细来说,若电触面9s1和电触面9s2的面积较小,其形成的电阻较大,电功率的损耗较大,造成电功率的传导效率不佳,进而影响烟油的雾化效果。同时,若电触面9s1和电触面9s2的面积较小,烟弹100A与主体100B之间的吸附磁力相对不均,容易造成烟弹100A的脱落。
另方面,若电触面9s1和电触面9s2的面积过大,将压缩到进气区域9a的空间,进而影响开口9h1及开口9h2的分布与面积大小,同样会影响烟油的雾化效果。
有鉴于此,申请人在经过实验后发现,当电触面9s1和电触面9s2沿底座9长度方向的尺寸r1设计在3mm~5.5mm的范围内时,电功率的传导与磁力吸附大小最为适当,同时,不会影响空气进入烟弹100A的多寡。在如此设计下,使用者能有较良好的使用体验。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种烟弹,包括具有开口的外壳,以及封闭所述开口的底座,所述底座上设有进气区域和电触元件,所述电触元件具有暴露在所述底座外表面的电触面,其特征在于,
    所述进气区域的两侧分别设有所述电触面,所述电触面沿所述底座长度方向的尺寸范围为3mm~5.5mm。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述电触面沿所述底座长度方向的尺寸范围为5mm~5.1mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述进气区域设有凹槽,所述凹槽中设有进气孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于,沿所述底座长度方向,所述凹槽的尺寸不大于所述电触面的尺寸。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述凹槽的尺寸和所述电触面的尺寸之差不大于0.5mm。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述凹槽和所述电触面中的至少一个呈圆形。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于,沿所述底座的长度方向,所述进气孔、所述电触面的中心点位于同一直线。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述底座的外表面呈椭圆形, 所述进气孔、所述电触面的中心点均位于所述椭圆的长轴上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的烟弹,其特征在于,至少一个所述进气孔的中心与所述椭圆的中心重合,或者至少两个所述进气孔分布于所述椭圆的中心的周围。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述外壳包括用于插入电子烟主体的烟杆配合部,沿所述外壳的长度方向,所述配合部的尺寸范围为1.5mm~2.5mm。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的烟弹,其特征在于,所述配合部的尺寸范围为1.8mm~2.2mm。
