筋膜枪用按摩头以及包含其的筋膜枪 技术领域
本发明涉及按摩设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种筋膜枪用按摩头以及包含其的筋膜枪。
背景技术
筋膜枪是一种按摩器材,如手枪的结构,包括横向的壳体和纵向的手柄,在壳体的前端设有按摩头,壳体内设置往复驱动装置。按摩头与往复驱动装置通过机械结构连接可以往复震动,将按摩头压在肌肉处震动肌肉,达到舒筋活血的效果。
本申请人发现现有技术至少存在以下技术问题:
现有的筋膜枪仅具有按摩理疗功能,无其他功能,往复驱动装置设置在壳体内,供电线路在壳体内走线即可,由此,按摩头与壳体内的往复驱动装置之间仅需要机械连接即可;但这种筋膜枪功能单一、适用范围受限,并不能满足人们原来越高的理疗需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种筋膜枪用按摩头以及包含其的筋膜枪,以解决现有技术中存在的筋膜枪功能单一的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
本发明提供的一种筋膜枪用按摩头,包括按摩头盖、按摩件、供冷热组件和导电式快接组件,其中:

本发明提供的按摩头,不仅具有震动按摩功能,而且通过在按摩头内部设置供冷热组件,能够实现震动按摩的同时进行热疗或冷敷,丰富了筋膜枪的功能,适用范围更广;通过采用导电式快接组件,同时实现按摩头与按摩枪体之间的机械连接和电性连接,一举两得,不仅解决了按摩头内部设置电部件的接线问题,也解决了按摩头与按摩枪体之间的连接问题,而且通过导电式快接组件还简化了接线结构,减少布线,提高设备寿命。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种筋膜枪用按摩头,包括按摩头盖1、按摩件2、供冷热组件3和导电式快接组件4,其中:
按摩头盖1为喇叭形结构,包括筒形部11、扩口部12和基部13,基部13为中空圆柱体形结构,内腔与扩口部12和筒形部11的内腔均连通;
按摩件2为盖形结构,按摩件2为与人体接触部位,为了提高舒适度,按摩件2周侧为圆弧过渡结构;
按摩头盖1和按摩件2相对设置,二者围合成容纳供冷热组件3的容纳腔,导电式快接组件4设置在按摩头盖1远离按摩件2的一端也就是基部13上,且导电式快接组件4与供冷热组件3电性连接;按摩头200通过导电式快接组件 4与筋膜枪体100可拆卸式电性连接。通过以上结构设计,当按摩头200与筋膜枪体100通过导电式快接组件4连接后,实现了筋膜枪的组装,也就是实现了按摩头200与筋膜枪体100的连接,同时还能实现由筋膜枪体100内电部件向供冷热组件3的电力供应。
如图3所示,作为本发明的一种可选实施方式,导电式快接组件4包括设置在按摩头盖1上的航插公头41和设置在筋膜枪体100上的航插母头42。航插公头41和航插母头42均采用现有技术中的产品实现。
如图4所示,供冷热组件3包括依次设置的温度传感元件、冷热片31、散热铝件32、散热风扇33、透光件34和冷热线路板35,温度传感元件设置在按摩件2内壁上,且与冷热线路板35电性连接,用以测量按摩件2温度,并通过筋膜枪体100内的主线路板控制冷热线路板35并最终调节冷热片31的制冷或制热能力,以提高或降低制冷或制热温度,满足治疗需要;冷热片31靠近或贴合按摩件2设置,目的是能提高冷量和热量的传导减少能量损失,按摩件2采用金属材料制成,进一步提高传导效率,提高冷敷和热疗效果;冷热片31、散热风扇33均与冷热线路板35线缆连接;冷热线路板35与航插公头41电性连接。需要说明的是,透光件34采用透明材料制成。
需要说明的是,在本发明的一种可选实施方式中,温度传感元件为NTC热敏电阻器。
为了保证良好的散热效果,按摩头盖1上和透光件34上均设置有多组与容纳腔连通的散热孔5。
如图3和图5所示,散热铝件32为U形结构,且顶部设置有容纳冷热片31的凹槽321,凹槽321深度与冷热片31厚度相当;凹槽321两侧壁以及散热铝件32U形凹腔的顶壁均为翅片形结构,通过设置翅片形结构,提高散热效果,以提高冷热片31制冷时散发热量的快速导出,提高冷热片31寿命,提高制冷效果;散热风扇33设置在散热铝件32的U形凹腔内,且散热铝件32的U形凹腔深度小于散热风扇高33度;透光件34为一侧敞口的盖形结构,透光件34 规格与按摩头盖1规格相适配;设置透光件34便于冷热线路板35的固定,以及散热风扇33的固定,透光件34盖设在按摩头盖1顶沿上,为了减轻重量,简化结构,透光件34的封口侧为镂空结构;冷热线路板35为圆环形结构,套设在透光件34封口侧的凸起部342外侧;透光件34内部设置有多个立柱,围合成卡设散热风扇33的卡槽。
如图6所示,需要说明的是,凸起部342为中空圆柱体结构,且与透光件34内腔连通,航插公头41固定在按摩头盖1端部时,其接线端子位于凸起部342内,冷热线路板35通过线缆与航插公头41的接线端子连接。进一步的,航插公头41与基部13连接,可采用过盈配合连接、螺接等方式连接。
冷热线路板35上设置有发光灯具36,透光件34底部设置有供发光灯具36穿过的开口343,透光件34周侧和按摩头盖1周侧靠近发光灯具36位置设置有透光孔37。通过透光孔37能够将发光灯具36发出的光在按摩头盖1外侧看到,发光灯具36数量可为多个,且可根据筋膜枪的工作功能不同发出不同颜色的光,以方便使用者判断,而且透光件34采用透明材料制成,也可以将发光灯具36发出的不同颜色的光通过透光件34的装饰环展现出来,不仅更加美观,而且还能方便识别筋膜枪所处功能。
按摩件2上设置有连接柱,连接柱内设置有内螺纹段,按摩头盖1上对应位置设置有光孔或螺纹孔,透光件34对应连接柱位置设置有穿过孔,按摩头盖1与按摩件2通过螺钉实现可拆洗式固定连接。
透光件34包括设置在顶沿上的装饰环341,装饰环341外径与按摩头盖1外径相等。当按摩件2与按摩头盖1连接在一起时,装饰环341成为一圈环状装饰结构,由于其为透明材料制成,所以发光灯具36发出的彩色光会使装饰环341展现出彩色效果。
如图2所示,本发明提供的一种筋膜枪,包括筋膜枪体100、与筋膜枪体100连接的握把300、设置在筋膜枪体100内的往复驱动机构和主线路板、以及与筋膜枪体100可拆卸连接的按摩头200;
导电式快接组件4的航插母头42设置在筋膜枪体100前端且与往复驱动机构传动连接;
导电式快接组件4的航插公头41设置在按摩头200端部,且与供冷热组件3电性连接;
航插母头42与主线路板电性连接。
本发明提供的按摩头,不仅具有震动按摩功能,而且通过在按摩头内部设置供冷热组件,能够实现震动按摩的同时进行热疗或冷敷,丰富了筋膜枪的功能,适用范围更广;通过采用导电式快接组件,同时实现按摩头与按摩枪体之间的机械连接和电性连接,一举两得,不仅解决了按摩头内部设置电部件的接线问题,也解决了按摩头与按摩枪体之间的连接问题,而且通过导电式快接组件还简化了接线结构,减少布线,提高设备寿命。

    所述导电式快接组件的航插母头设置在所述筋膜枪体前端且与所述往复驱动机构传动连接;
    所述导电式快接组件的航插公头设置在所述按摩头端部,且与所述供冷热组件电性连接;
    所述航插母头与所述主线路板电性连接。
