背景技术
耗材盒是一种打印耗材,如粉盒、墨盒、硒鼓等,其上设有计算机可读存储介质,用于与打印机通信以及记录耗材信息。在耗材盒生产之后,会装入包装袋、包装盒等包装件,但当需要对耗材盒上的计算机可读存储介质进行改写、测试、烧录等动作时,需要先将包装件拆除,同时,操作员在烧录仪选好合适的烧写程序,并通过手持测试头将探针对准计算机可读存储介质的连接电极进行烧写。一方面,拆除外包装费时费力,影响效率;另一方面,烧写程序时,短则十几秒,多则三十秒甚至更久,手持测试头一来操作员多次、长时间持握测试头,手部肌肉容易酸疼,而且,若中途不小心手部移位会导致烧写进程中断,出现错误或需要重新烧写,再者手部持握测试头无法腾出手来做下一个计算机可读存储介质的烧写工作准备或者烧写过程中的其他工作,影响效率。

本说明书的描述中,需要理解的是,本申请实施例所描述的“上”、“下”等方位词是以附图所示的角度来进行描述的,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限定。此外,在上下文中,还需要理解的是,当提到一个元件连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”时,其不仅能够直接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”,也可以通过中间元件间接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”。
本申请公开了一种耗材包装组件,该耗材包装组件包括包装件、耗材盒、计算机可读存储介质、电触点和第一吸附材料。包装件可以为包装袋、包装盒等任意形式的包装形式,其具有容纳腔。耗材盒设置在包装件的容纳腔内,计算机可读存储介质设置在耗材盒上,其存储有与耗材盒、耗材相关的信息,如墨量、序列号、厂商信息等。电触点与计算机可读存储介 质电连接,第一吸附材料能够被磁性物质吸附。其中,电触点、第一吸附材料可以设置在耗材盒或包装件上,也可以作为单独的配件。第一吸附材料可以选用铁、钴、镍、磁铁等,优选成本低的铁或者磁铁。耗材盒可以是粉盒、墨盒、硒鼓等用于打印领域的可消耗或可更换部件,计算机可读存储介质用于与图像形成装置(如打印机)通信、存储打印过程中的数据等。
进一步地,电触点、第一吸附材料使用时位于包装件或耗材包装组件的同一侧,进而减少空间的占用、且方便测试。使用时位于包装件或耗材包装组件的同一侧可以作这样理解:电触点和第一吸附材料位置固定,始终位于同一侧面;或者,两者还可以是位置不固定的方式,如可拆卸、位置可调等,不在使用状态时,两者的位置关系是任意的,但在使用状态下,两者才保持在同一侧的位置关系。
进一步的,第一吸附材料设有若干个,使用时,电触点设置在若干个第一吸附材料之间,这样有利于分散和均衡各方向的吸附力,使测试头上的探针更容易地与电触点对准,并与电触点保持良好接触。
进一步的,第一吸附材料设有若干个,若干个第一吸附材料中至少有两个第一吸附材料的参数不同,和/或,不同的耗材包装组件的第一吸附材料的参数不同;其中,第一吸附材料的参数至少包括形状、尺寸、布局、数量和吸附特性中的一者。每个计算机可读存储介质的接地端、数据端、控制端、电源端等的位置可能不同,若测试头混用,可能导致计算机可读存储介质损坏或者无法烧写。通过这样改进,能够有效降低操作员将测试头拿反,导致探针与电触点接错,如探针的电源端与计算机可读存储介质的接地端连接等,导致烧写出错甚至损坏计算机可读存储介质等问题。以及进一步降低操作员拿错测试头,将外形接近的测试头用在不对应的计算机可读存储介质上进行烧写而出现烧写不成功或者损坏计算机可读存储介质等情况。如图10所示,示意性地示出了多种第一吸附材料布设的方式。如将与10(b)布局的测试头用在10(a)布局的耗材包装组件(或耗材盒)时,N型磁铁与另一N行磁铁发生排斥,因此,在还未进行烧录前通过吸附特性即可快速判断两者不匹配,进而快速更换对应测试头。
参照图1和图2所示,本实施例公开了一种耗材包装组件100,包括包装件2和耗材盒1,在本实施例中,包装件2为包装盒,包装盒具有用于容纳耗材盒1的容纳腔,耗材盒1上设有计算机可读存储介质12和电触点13,电触点13与计算机可读存储介质12电连接。包装盒上设有检测窗口21,在检测窗口21的同一侧面,优选的,在检测窗口21的周边设有第一吸附材料14。
参见图3和图4所示,可以理解,在其他实施例中,包装件2也可以为包装袋,包装袋具有用于容纳耗材盒1的容纳腔,且设有一检测窗口21。耗材盒1上设有计算机可读存储介质12、电触点13及第一吸附材料14,电触点13与计算机可读存储介质12电连接,且在耗材盒1安装于包装袋的容纳腔内时,电触点13暴露于检测窗口21处。
当耗材盒1装于包装盒或包装袋后,电触点13位于检测窗口21处。本申请通过在包装盒或包装袋上设有检测窗口21,并使电触点13暴露于检测窗口21处,进而无需拆包装也能方便进行测试,而且工艺简单、成本低。
示例性的,使用时,将耗材盒1装入包装件2内,并将电触点13暴露于检测窗口21处,之后将测试头的探针伸入检测窗口21内或对准检测窗口21并与耗材盒1上的电触点13电连接;电触点13也可以与检测窗口21平齐或凸出于检测窗口21,如电触点13是设在一凸台上,测试头上的第二吸附材料与位于包装盒上的第一吸附材料14相互吸引,使测试头能够被固定,解放了操作员的双手,提高效率、减缓手臂疲劳度,而且能够有效避免中途电触点13与探针未良好接触导致烧写错误。另外,在烧写时无需手扶着测试头,可以在烧写时同步处理烧写工序中的其他事情,提高烧写效率。同时,通过使第一吸附材料14设置于包装盒上,以便于第一吸附材料的安装、节约成本、方便后续回收、维修等。
在其他实施例中,电触点13还可以设置在包装件上,当电触点13设置于包装件上时,可以在包装件上设置连通内外的连接导线(即为所述的电触点13),如检测头,设有相互连接的内侧触点和外侧触点,内侧触点用于与计算机可读存储介质12电连接,外侧触点用于与测试头的探针电连接。参见下文以及对图5-图6提及的实施例的描述。为了确保测试头的探针与 电触点13实现良好接触,电触点13可以设置成略微凸起的结构。电触点13还可以是可伸缩或弹性形变的结构,如弹簧顶针、弹片等可产生形变的结构,避免电触点13与探针硬连接导致的接触不良、电极损坏、安装不到位等问题。同时,由于设计的误差,有可能电触点13与探针接触时,第一吸附材料与第二吸附材料还未完成吸附,从而失去支撑和固定作用,还有可能第一吸附材料与第二吸附材料已经完成吸附了,但电触点13与探针还未接触到位,电触点13受外力作用可产生形变,可以避免上述问题的出现。
作为进一步的改进,在包装件上还可以设置第一啮合部,一方面,第一啮合部能够使测试头更加稳固地与包装件连接保证探针与电触点13之间的良好电连接,另一方面可以快速准确定位,提高效率。优选地,第一吸附材料可以设置于第一啮合部上,这样,在第一吸附材料与第二吸附材料吸附的同时,完成了限位,进一步提高效率和实现各电极之间的良好接触。还可以在包装件上设置若干个第一啮合部,每个第一啮合部的形状、尺寸、位置等参数不同,如一个为凹部、一个为凸部,相应的,测试头本体设有若个与不同限位相配合的结合部,一个在侧边、一个在左边,一个尺寸大些、一个小些,这样,测试头只有安装准确时才能使结合部与限位部完全啮合,这样,可以防止测试头方位错误导致与芯片的电连接失败,如探针的电源端与芯片的接地端连接,起到一个很好的提示或防错作用。不同的耗材包装组件的第一啮合部的参数不同,可以防止不匹配的测试头用在对应的耗材包装组件上,还可肉眼识别,方便、快捷。
需要说明的是,本申请中提及的第一吸附材料14、第二吸附材料可以是内嵌到对应本体上的,也可以是凸设于表面上,如磁铁是粘贴到耗材盒本体表面,这样方便直接利用原有耗材盒,当磁铁是内嵌于耗材盒本体内部时,需要对原有耗材盒进行结构调整,虽然增加了工序,但是磁铁不容易移位、脱落等也给测试带来了较多便利。因此,本申请对上述提及的材料的布设位置不做限制。
基于上述实施例的基础上,本申请还公开了一种包装件,包装件包括用于容纳耗材盒的壳体,第一吸附材料设于壳体上;在壳体上还设有窗口,第一吸附材料和窗口位于壳体同一侧面,或者,包装件上设有电触点,电 触点位于壳体上,且第一吸附材料与电触点位于壳体同一侧面。具体的可参照图1和图2、图5和图6。如图5和图6所示,本申请还公开了一种耗材盒用包装件,该包装件为包装盒20,该包装盒20包括壳体,壳体构成容纳耗材盒的容纳腔,如壳体包括盒体201和盖合于盒体201上的盒盖202,盒体201和盒盖202组成容纳腔,该容纳腔用于存放耗材盒,包装盒20的壳体上设有连通内外侧的电极引线203,电极引线203的内侧触点位于包装盒20壳体内侧,电极引线203的外侧触点203a(电触点)位于包装盒20壳体外侧,外侧触点203a周边设有第一吸附材料14。将耗材盒置于容纳腔内,盖好盒盖202,盒盖202上的内侧触点与计算机可读存储介质电连接,该第一吸附材料14可以被测试头上的第二吸附材料所吸附,使外侧触点203a与探针电连接,从而测试头通过电极引线203间接地与位于包装盒20内耗材盒的计算机可读存储介质(如上文对耗材包装组件的描述)电连接。此时,盒体201和盒盖202形成封闭空间,防止包装盒20内的耗材盒受潮影响打印质量。同时,第一吸附材料14与第二吸附材料相互吸引使测试头能够被固定,解放了操作员的双手,提高效率、减缓手臂疲劳度,而且能够有效避免中途外触点203a与探针未良好接触导致烧写错误。另外,在烧写时无需手扶着测试头,可以在烧写时同步处理烧写工序中的其他工作,提高烧写效率。一般而言,为了方便包装和拿取,包装件的尺寸会比耗材盒尺寸稍大,使得耗材盒可以在包装件内能够有一定距离的活动空间(可以左右、前后、上下移动一定距离),这样,若内侧触点是固定的,当耗材盒位置发生变化时,内侧触点则无法与计算机可读存储介质保持良好的电连接,在包装件完成封装后,无法保证外侧触点203a与计算机可读存储介质电连接,因此,将电极引线203具有一定长度且能够活动,内侧触点与计算机可读存储介质连接后,可随着耗材盒的移动而移动。在内侧触点所在外置还可以设置夹持部,用于夹持计算机可读存储介质12,防止脱落或接触不良,并抵御较大力量的冲击。
在一另实施例中,继续参照图1和图2所示,该包装件还可以是设有一检测窗口21的结构,该检测窗口21使位于耗材盒上的电触点13暴露出来,用于与外侧的测试头探针电连接。第一吸附材料位于包装件上且与检测窗 口位于同一侧面,优选的,在检测窗口21的周边设有第一吸附材料14,对其的描述见上文对耗材包装组件的描述。
具体地,本申请还对包装件做了进一步改进:
进一步的,第一吸附材料14设有若干个,检测窗口21或电触点13设置在若干个第一吸附材料14之间。
进一步的,第一吸附材料14设有若干个,若干个第一吸附材料14中至少有两个第一吸附材料14的参数不同,其中,第一吸附材料14的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和吸附特性中一者。
进一步的,包装件2还包括第一啮合部。
进一步的,第一啮合部设有若干个,若干个第一啮合部中至少有两个第一啮合部的参数不同,和/或,不同的包装件的第一啮合部的参数不同;其中,第一啮合部的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和位置中一者。
上述对包装件的改进结构、细节、作用,见上文对耗材包装组件的描述,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本申请中提及的电触点,可以是计算机可读存储介质的电极本身,也可以是额外设置的与计算机可读存储介质的电极电连接的触点,由于一般计算机可读存储介质所处位置在边缘、底部等位置不方便操作,因此,可以使用额外设置的电触点,将其设置在方便测试的位置,如包装件、耗材盒顶面,或其他方便测试的面上。
在运输、存储过程中,外露的电触点可能会引入静电,半导体器件一般而言对静电比较敏感,静电的引入有可能引起芯片的损坏、功能的劣化或变化、寿命降低等问题,因此,可在电触点上覆盖有保护膜、保护盖等具有同等保护作用的结构。
参照图7所示,本申请还公开了一种耗材盒1,耗材盒1包括耗材盒本体11和设于耗材盒本体11上的计算机可读存储介质12,该耗材盒1上还设有与计算机可读存储介质12电连接的电触点13,电触点13周边设有第一吸附材料14。
进一步的,第一吸附材料14和电触点13使用时位于耗材盒1的同一侧。
进一步的,第一吸附材料14设有若干个,使用时,电触点13设置在若干个第一吸附材料14之间。优选地,第一吸附材料14设有若干个,若干个第一吸附材料14中至少有两个第一吸附材料14的参数不同,和/或,不同耗材盒1的第一吸附材料14的参数不同;其中,第一吸附材料14的参数至少包括形状、尺寸、布局、数量和吸附特性中的一者。
在另一个实施例中,电触点13在受外力作用时能够伸缩或弹性形变。
在另一个实施例中,耗材盒1上还设有第一啮合部。优选地,第一吸附材料14设置于第一啮合部上。
在另一个实施例中,第一啮合部设有若干个,若干个第一啮合部中至少有两个第一啮合部的参数不同,和/或,不同耗材盒1的第一啮合部的参数不同;其中,第一啮合部的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和位置中一者。
本申请对于耗材盒1的改进具体结构、细节、作用,见上文对耗材包装组件的描述,此处不再赘述。
参照图8和图9所示,本申请还公开了一种测试头3。该测试头3包括探针31和第二吸附材料32,第二吸附材料32用于与上述提及的位于耗材盒组件、包装件或耗材盒的第一吸附材料吸附配合。第二吸附材料32可以选用铁、钴、镍、磁铁等,优选成本低的铁或者磁铁,并与第一吸附材料相互配套使用。示例性的,当第一吸附材料为铁时,第二吸附材料为磁铁,当第一吸附材料为N型磁铁时,第二吸附材料为S型磁铁。
进一步的,测试头3还包括第二啮合部,第二啮合部用于与第一啮合部或第一吸附材料配合限位,使得探针31与电触点能够始终保持良好的电接触。如,可以在耗材盒本体或检测区设置第一啮合部,如凸起、凹槽或缺口等,在测试头本体上设置有与第一啮合部相配合的第二啮合部,如凹槽、凸起或凸块等。
进一步的,第二吸附材料32设置于第二啮合部上。第二啮合部设有若干个,探针31设于若干个第二啮合部之间,使得结构更加简单、节约空间。
进一步的,第二啮合部设有若干个,若干个第二啮合部中至少有两个第二啮合部的参数不同,其中,第二啮合部的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和 位置中的一者。这样,测试头只有安装准确时才能使结合部与限位部完全啮合,这样,可以防止测试头方位错误导致与计算机可读存储介质的电连接失败,如探针的电源端与计算机可读存储介质的接地端连接,起到一个很好的提示作用。其中,若干个第二啮合部中至少有两个第二啮合部的参数不同,第二啮合部的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和位置中一者,与之配套的第一啮合部也有相配合的结构,进一步防止测试头用错型号、拿反、连接不到位等。
本申请中,介绍包装组件、包装件、耗材盒及测试头时做了交叉说明和使用,重复的部分不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种耗材包装组件,其特征在于,包括:
    包装件,设有容纳腔;
    耗材盒,设置在所述容纳腔内;
    计算机可读存储介质,设置在所述耗材盒上,存储有与耗材盒相关的信息;
    电触点,所述电触点与所述计算机可读存储介质电连接;
    第一吸附材料,所述第一吸附材料能够被磁性物质吸附。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料和所述电触点使用时位于所述包装件的同一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料设有若干个,使用时所述电触点设置在若干个所述第一吸附材料之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料设有若干个,若干个所述第一吸附材料中至少有两个所述第一吸附材料的参数不同,和/或,不同的所述耗材包装组件的所述第一吸附材料的参数不同;
    其中,所述第一吸附材料的参数至少包括形状、尺寸、布局、数量和吸附特性中的一者。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料设置在所述包装件上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述包装件还包括一窗口,所述电触点设于所述耗材盒并暴露于所述窗口,所述第一吸附材料与所述窗口位于所述包装件的同一侧面。
  7. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述电触点设置在所述包装件上。
  8. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料能够被烧录设备的测试头吸附。
  9. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述电触点在受外力作用时能够伸缩或弹性形变。
  10. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述包装件上还设有第一啮合部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料设置于所述第一啮合部上。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的耗材包装组件,其特征在于,所述第一啮合部设有若干个,若干个所述第一啮合部中至少有两个所述第一啮合部的参数不同,和/或,不同的所述耗材包装组件的所述第一啮合部的参数不同;
    其中,所述第一啮合部的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和位置中一者。
  13. 一种包装件,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体设有容纳腔;
    第一吸附材料,所述第一吸附材料设于所述壳体;
    其中,所述壳体还设有窗口,所述第一吸附材料和所述窗口位于所述壳体的同一侧面,或者,所述包装件还包括电触点,所述电触点设于所述壳体,所述第一吸附材料和所述电触点位于所述壳体的同一侧面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的包装件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料设有若干个,所述窗口或所述电触点设置在若干个所述第一吸附材料之间。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的包装件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料设有若干个,若干个所述第一吸附材料中至少有两个所述第一吸附材料的参数不同,其中,所述第一吸附材料的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和吸附特性中一者。
  16. 根据权利要求13或14所述的包装件,其特征在于,所述包装件还包括第一啮合部。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的包装件,其特征在于,所述第一吸附材料设置于所述第一啮合部上。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的包装件,其特征在于,所述第一啮合部设有若干个,若干个所述第一啮合部中至少有两个所述第一啮合部的参数不同,和/或,不同的所述包装件的所述第一啮合部的参数不同;
    其中,所述第一啮合部的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和位置中一者。
  19. 一种测试头,包括探针,其特征在于,还包括第二吸附材料,所述第二吸附材料用于与第一吸附材料吸附配合。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的测试头,其特征在于,所述测试头还包括第二啮合部,所述第二啮合部用于与第一啮合部或第一吸附材料配合限位。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的测试头,其特征在于,所述第二吸附材料设置于所述第二啮合部上。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的测试头,其特征在于,所述第二啮合部设有若干个,所述探针设于若干个所述第二啮合部之间。
  23. 根据权利要求20~22任一所述的测试头,其特征在于,所述第二啮合部设有若干个,若干个所述第二啮合部中至少有两个所述第二啮合部的参数不同,其中,所述第二啮合部的参数至少包括形状、尺寸和位置中的一者。
