请参阅图1至图14,第一方面,本申请的实施例提供了一种烟弹仓组件,该烟弹仓组件包括:前壳体21、后壳体22、第一活页组件23和第二活页组件24,其中,所述前壳体21具有前左侧边和前右侧边,所述前壳体21内还设有前半凹槽211;
所述后壳体22具有后左侧边和后右侧边,所述后壳体22内还设有后半凹槽221,所述后半凹槽221和所述前半凹槽211共同围合成插装烟弹的烟腔20。
进一步的,请再次参阅图8,所述第一活页组件23包括第一活页件231、第二活页件232和第一转轴233,所述第一活页件231和第二活页件232其中一侧边通过所述第一转轴233转动连接,所述第一活页件231的另一侧边转动连接于所述前壳体21的前左侧边,所述第二活页件232的另一侧边转动连接于所述后壳体22的后左侧边。
所述第二活页组件24包括第三活页件241、第四活页件242和第四转轴243,所述第三活页件241和所述第四活页件242的其中一边通过所述第四转轴243转动连接,所述第三活页件241的另一边转动连接于所述前壳体21的前右侧边,所述第四活页件242的另一边转动连接于所述后壳体22的后右侧边。
当手动将所述前壳体21和所述后壳体22相向合拢时,同时折叠所述第一活页组件23和所述第二活页组件24,以致所述烟腔20缩小;反之,所述前壳体21与所述后壳体22相背张开时,同步展开所述第一活页组件23和所述第二活页组件24,以致所述烟腔20放大。也即,当烟腔20完全打开或完全合拢时,前壳体21、后壳体22、第一活页组件23和第二活页组件24共同连接呈立方体状,第一活页组件23和第二活页组件24同步伸缩,以致前壳体21和后壳体22的相对距离改变,而烟腔20是由设于前壳体21上的前半凹槽211和设于后壳体22上的后半凹槽221共同形成,因此,在无需插入气溶胶时,可以将烟腔20进一步缩小,从而进一步降低了烟弹仓组件的厚度,进一步实现了小型化,袖珍化设计。
请再次参阅图13,所述前壳体21近所述前左侧边和所述前右侧边处 还各设有第一沉槽212,所述后壳体22近所述后左侧边和所述后右侧边处还各设有第二沉槽222,当所述前壳体21和所述后壳体22合拢时,所述第一活页组件23和第二活页组件24收纳于所述第一沉槽212和第二沉槽222内。也即,当前壳体21和后壳体22收拢靠近时,第一活页组件23和第二活页组件24向内折叠,从而进一步缩小前壳体21和后壳体22的横向宽度,收纳结构设计,进一步使整体小型化。当然,于其他实施例中,若不考虑前壳体21和后壳体22的横向宽度时,所述第一活页组件23和第二活页组件24也可以向外折叠。
进一步的,所述第一活页件231与所述前壳体21的前左侧边之间通过第二转轴234转动连接,所述第二活页件232与所述后壳体22的后左侧边之间通过第三转轴235转动连接,所述第三活页件241与所述前壳体21的前右侧边之间通过第五转轴244转动连接,所述第四活页件242与所述后壳体22的后右侧边之间通过第六转轴245转动连接。于其他实施例中,也可以采用与前壳体21或第一活页件231上一体成型的转轴部与对应的第一活页件231或前壳体21上的连接环部活动连接,其目的是实现二者转动连接。
请再次参阅图7和图10,该烟弹仓组件还包括底座26,所述底座26连接于所述前壳体21和所述后壳体22同向端部,所述底座26包括底座本体261,所述底座本体261上设有第一导槽263和第二导槽264,所述第一导槽263与所述第二导槽264相互平行,所述第二转轴234的下端和第三转轴235的下端伸入所述第一导槽263,所述第五转轴244的下端和第六转轴245的下端伸入所述第二导槽264。底座本体261的中部还设有一通槽262,该通槽262用于连接发热组件26的连接座251。
第二方面,本申请的实施例还公开了一种发热组件,其包括如上任意一项所述的烟弹仓组件。
具体的,还包括发热模块25,所述发热模块25包括:连接座251、发热体252和电极253,所述发热体252连接于所述连接座251,所述电极253连接于所述连接座251内,且所述电极253电连接于所述发热体252,其中,所述发热体252至少部分伸入所述烟腔20,本实施例中,该发热体252为尖顶片状结构。为了便于组装,所述电极253通过一电极连接座254连接于连接座251。
第三方面,本申请的实施例还公开了一种超薄气溶胶发生装置,其包 括如上所述的发热组件。
具体的,请再次参阅图6,还包括主机100,所述主机100包括:主机支架12、电池13、控制电路板14以及电极触头15,所述主机支架12具有一容槽121,所述电池13和所述控制电路板14设于所述容槽121内,且所述电极触头15和所述电池13均电连接于所述控制电路板14,由所述电极触头15为所述发热组件供电。主机支架12外还设有外壳11。
其中,所述主机支架12上还设有一用于连接所述发热组件的连接槽122,所述连接槽122的侧壁或底壁上还设有磁铁16。主机支架12的端部还设有用于指示电量或使用状态的指示灯17。主机100与加热组件200之间通过磁吸连接,可以实现二者分离。
在本实施例中,所述电极触头15为弹性电极或电极弹片。
与现有技术相比,本实施例的烟弹仓组件、发热组件及其超薄气溶胶发生装置,其通过第一活页组件和第二活页组件将前壳体和后壳体活动连接,从而实现前壳体与后壳体的折叠,从而进一步降低了雾化仓的厚度,实现了气溶胶发生装置的小型化和轻薄化,更袖珍,更便携。

  1. 一种烟弹仓组件,包括:前壳体、后壳体、第一活页组件和第二活页组件,其中
    所述前壳体具有前左侧边和前右侧边,所述前壳体内还设有前半凹槽;
    所述后壳体具有后左侧边和后右侧边,所述后壳体内还设有后半凹槽,所述后半凹槽和所述前半凹槽共同围合成插装烟弹的烟腔;
    所述第一活页组件包括第一活页件、第二活页件和第一转轴,所述第一活页件和第二活页件其中一侧边通过所述第一转轴转动连接,所述第一活页件的另一侧边转动连接于所述前左侧边,所述第二活页件的另一侧边转动连接于所述后左侧边;
    所述第二活页组件包括第三活页件、第四活页件和第四转轴,所述第三活页件和所述第四活页件的其中一边通过所述第四转轴转动连接,所述第三活页件的另一边转动连接于所述前右侧边,所述第四活页件的另一边转动连接于所述后右侧边;
    当将所述前壳体和所述后壳体相向合拢时,同时折叠所述第一活页组件和所述第二活页组件,以致所述烟腔缩小;反之,所述前壳体与所述后壳体相背张开时,同步展开所述第一活页组件和所述第二活页组件,以致所述烟腔放大。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹仓组件,其中,所述前壳体近所述前左侧边和所述前右侧边处还各设有第一沉槽,所述后壳体近所述后左侧边和所述后右侧边处还各设有第二沉槽,当所述前壳体和所述后壳体合拢时,所述第一活页组件和第二活页组件收纳于所述第一沉槽和第二沉槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹仓组件,其中,所述第一活页件与所述前左侧边之间通过第二转轴转动连接,所述第二活页件与所述后左侧边之间通过第三转轴转动连接,所述第三活页件与所述前右侧边之间通过第五转轴转动连接,所述第四活页件与所述后右侧边之间通过第六转轴转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烟弹仓组件,其中,还包括底座,所述底座连接于所述前壳体和所述后壳体同向端部,所述底座包括底座本体,所述底座本体上设有第一导槽和第二导槽,所述第一导槽与所述第二导槽相互平行,所述第二转轴的下端和第三转轴的下端伸入所述第一导槽,所述第 五转轴的下端和第六转轴的下端伸入所述第二导槽。
  5. 一种发热组件,包括烟弹仓组件;
    所述烟弹仓组件包括前壳体、后壳体、第一活页组件和第二活页组件,其中
    所述前壳体具有前左侧边和前右侧边,所述前壳体内还设有前半凹槽;
    所述后壳体具有后左侧边和后右侧边,所述后壳体内还设有后半凹槽,所述后半凹槽和所述前半凹槽共同围合成插装烟弹的烟腔;
    所述第一活页组件包括第一活页件、第二活页件和第一转轴,所述第一活页件和第二活页件其中一侧边通过所述第一转轴转动连接,所述第一活页件的另一侧边转动连接于所述前左侧边,所述第二活页件的另一侧边转动连接于所述后左侧边;
    所述第二活页组件包括第三活页件、第四活页件和第四转轴,所述第三活页件和所述第四活页件的其中一边通过所述第四转轴转动连接,所述第三活页件的另一边转动连接于所述前右侧边,所述第四活页件的另一边转动连接于所述后右侧边;

  7. 根据权利要求5所述的发热组件,其中,所述前壳体近所述前左侧边和所述前右侧边处还各设有第一沉槽,所述后壳体近所述后左侧边和所述后右侧边处还各设有第二沉槽,当所述前壳体和所述后壳体合拢时,所述第一活页组件和第二活页组件收纳于所述第一沉槽和第二沉槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的发热组件,其中,所述第一活页件与所述前左侧边之间通过第二转轴转动连接,所述第二活页件与所述后左侧边之间通过第三转轴转动连接,所述第三活页件与所述前右侧边之间通过第五转轴转动连接,所述第四活页件与所述后右侧边之间通过第六转轴转动连接。

    所述前壳体具有前左侧边和前右侧边,所述前壳体内还设有前半凹槽;
    所述后壳体具有后左侧边和后右侧边,所述后壳体内还设有后半凹槽,所述后半凹槽和所述前半凹槽共同围合成插装烟弹的烟腔;
    所述第一活页组件包括第一活页件、第二活页件和第一转轴,所述第一活页件和第二活页件其中一侧边通过所述第一转轴转动连接,所述第一活页件的另一侧边转动连接于所述前左侧边,所述第二活页件的另一侧边转动连接于所述后左侧边;
