本发明公开了一种沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,包括钢龙骨、幕墙板、压板和锁紧螺栓,钢龙骨上成型有伸至其横截面轮廓内的沉缝槽,幕墙板承载在钢龙骨上,压板压设在幕墙板上,锁紧螺栓穿设在压板上并与沉缝槽两侧的槽壁螺纹连接,旋紧锁紧螺栓时,压板与钢龙骨共同夹紧幕墙板。该幕墙系统具有结构简单、成本低廉、能提高紧固效果以及抗拉拔能力和抗剪切能力的优点。

Description

沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统 技术领域
本发明主要涉及建筑工程领域,尤其涉及一种沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统。
背景技术
幕墙一般包括钢质幕墙和铝质幕墙,铝质幕墙易于成型制作,但其不具备防火性能。现有的钢质幕墙包括钢龙骨、钢压板、玻璃板和螺栓,玻璃板通过钢压板和螺栓与钢龙骨产生连接,玻璃板与钢龙骨以及钢压板之间会打上密封胶以保证密封性能和连接强度。
现有技术中,为降低钢质幕墙的成本,以适应刚需端用户群,因为钢质幕墙成本的高低主要是在钢龙骨截面的复杂程度,故厂家会从钢龙骨着手,将钢龙骨成型为最简单的方管结构,大大降低了成型难度,即降低了钢质幕墙的成本。但是方管结构的钢龙骨,其螺栓直接吃丝在龙骨上,相当于螺栓直接与龙骨的承载面螺纹连接,也就是说锁紧力集中在螺纹连接位形成了点受力,一方面容易造成应力集中而破坏龙骨;另一方面,螺栓在该点也容易造成较大的剪切力而断裂失效。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、能提高紧固效果以及抗拉拔能力和抗剪切能力的沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,包括钢龙骨、幕墙板、压板和锁紧螺栓,所述钢龙骨上成型有伸至其横截面轮廓内的沉缝槽,所述幕墙板承载在钢龙骨上,所述压板压设在幕墙板上,所述锁紧螺栓穿设在压板上并与沉缝槽两侧的槽壁螺纹连接,旋紧锁紧螺栓时,所述压板与钢龙骨共同夹紧所述幕墙板。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述锁紧螺栓与沉缝槽的槽底螺纹连接。
所述沉缝槽设置为矩形槽。
所述钢龙骨与幕墙板之间设置有第一胶条。
所述第一胶条底部设有定位台,所述定位台卡套在沉缝槽内。
所述第一胶条上开设有腔体,所述腔体内设置有隔热件。
所述腔体上设置有便于隔热件挤入腔体内的缺口。
所述压板与幕墙板之间设置有第二胶条。
还包括托持件,所述托持件一端卡入沉缝槽内,另一端对幕墙板端部形成托持支撑。
还包括盖板,所述盖板罩设在压板上并与压板卡接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明的沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,该幕墙系统包括钢龙骨、幕墙板、压板和锁紧螺栓,钢龙骨上成型有伸至其横截面轮廓内的沉缝槽,幕墙板承载在钢龙骨上,压板压设在幕墙板上,锁紧螺栓穿设在压板上并与沉缝槽两侧的槽壁螺纹连接,旋紧锁紧螺栓时,压板与钢龙骨共同夹紧幕墙板。该幕墙系统安装时,先将钢龙骨固定,然后将幕墙板承载在钢龙骨上,再将压板压设在幕墙板上,最后将锁紧螺栓穿设在压板上并与沉缝槽两侧的槽壁螺纹连接,进一步旋紧锁紧螺栓,驱使压板与钢龙骨共同夹紧幕墙板。较传统结构而言,该幕墙系统中的钢龙骨上成型有一条很小的沉缝槽,该沉缝槽两侧的槽壁与锁紧螺栓螺纹连接,一方面,相当于增加了有效螺纹圈数,极大的提高了紧固效果和抗拉拔能力;另一方面,增大了锁紧螺栓与钢龙骨的连接面积,大大提高了抗剪切能力;相对于复杂截面的龙骨结构,该钢龙骨的沉缝槽易于成型,大大降低了钢质幕墙的成本。

具体实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。

本实施例中,锁紧螺栓4与沉缝槽11的槽底螺纹连接。进一步提高了连接强度。
本实施例中,沉缝槽11设置为矩形槽。矩形槽结构简单,易于成型,进一步降低了钢质幕墙的成本。
本实施例中,钢龙骨1与幕墙板2之间设置有第一胶条5。该第一胶条5一方面对钢龙骨1与幕墙板2起到缓冲作用,另一方面起到密封作用。
本实施例中,第一胶条5底部设有定位台51,定位台51卡套在沉缝槽11内。这样设置,使得沉缝槽11又具备对第一胶条5的定位和卡接功能,提高了第一胶条5的定位和固定效果。
本实施例中,第一胶条5上开设有腔体52,腔体52内设置有隔热件6。该隔热件6在钢龙骨1和幕墙板2之间形成了隔热,提高了防火性能。
本实施例中,腔体52上设置有便于隔热件6挤入腔体52内的缺口521。这样设置,能对隔热件6形成固定,又便于安装,其结构简单巧妙。
本实施例中,压板3与幕墙板2之间设置有第二胶条7。该第二胶条7一方面对压板3与幕墙板2起到缓冲作用,另一方面起到密封作用。
本实施例中,还包括托持件8,托持件8一端卡入沉缝槽11内,另一端对幕墙板2端部形成托持支撑。这样设置,使得沉缝槽11又具备对托持件8的定位和卡接功能,提高了托持件8的定位和固定效果,使得整体结构更为稳定可靠。
本实施例中,还包括盖板9,盖板9罩设在压板3上并与压板3卡接。该盖板9对压板3起到遮盖作用,使整体外观更为美观耐看。

  1. 一种沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,其特征在于:包括钢龙骨(1)、幕墙板(2)、压板(3)和锁紧螺栓(4),所述钢龙骨(1)上成型有伸至其横截面轮廓内的沉缝槽(11),所述幕墙板(2)承载在钢龙骨(1)上,所述压板(3)压设在幕墙板(2)上,所述锁紧螺栓(4)穿设在压板(3)上并与沉缝槽(11)两侧的槽壁螺纹连接,旋紧锁紧螺栓(4)时,所述压板(3)与钢龙骨(1)共同夹紧所述幕墙板(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,其特征在于:所述锁紧螺栓(4)与沉缝槽(11)的槽底螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,其特征在于:所述沉缝槽(11)设置为矩形槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,其特征在于:所述钢龙骨(1)与幕墙板(2)之间设置有第一胶条(5)。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,其特征在于:所述压板(3)与幕墙板(2)之间设置有第二胶条(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的沉缝龙骨式幕墙系统,其特征在于:还包括托持件(8),所述托持件(8)一端卡入沉缝槽(11)内,另一端对幕墙板(2)端部形成托持支撑。
