本申请的有益效果:
本申请提供的灯头,通过设置一与灯头连接件相通的灯头盖,灯头盖与灯头连接件之间通过两个连接端相连,具体的,连接端为螺纹结构,灯头盖通过螺纹结构实现与灯头连接件的安装和拆卸,灯头盖拆卸时,可以对灯壳内部的零部件进行替换操作,除此之外,灯头连接件与灯壳之间通过焊圈连接,固定效果好、密封性强,防水效果更佳。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时, 则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
还需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件上时,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被称为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。

图1-3为本申请灯头的一种实施例。
请参考图1-3,本申请灯头实施例具体包括灯头组件100,灯头组件100由灯头连接件110、灯头盖120和焊圈130组成。
其中灯头连接件110的其中一端为外螺纹111,另一端设有灯头槽112,焊圈130设于灯头槽112内,并且焊圈130与灯头槽112结构配合设置,灯头槽112与连接的灯罩200接口形状匹配。通过将焊圈13与灯头槽112进行配合设置能够便于焊圈130的安装,而灯罩200顶住焊圈130与灯头连接件110进行密封设置,通过诱导焊接机对焊圈130进行加热来使得灯罩200与灯头连接件110热熔固定连接,固定效果良好,密封性强,防水效果更加,整体结构简单,便于推广 使用,安装方便。
其中灯头盖120的内表面具有内螺纹121,灯头连接件110的外螺纹111与灯头盖120的内螺纹121相互匹配,灯头盖120通过内螺纹121和外螺纹111与灯头连接件110安装或拆卸,灯头盖120拆卸时,可以对灯罩200内部的零部件进行替换操作,相比于现有的三防灯,灯头和灯罩连接固定后不可拆卸,不能对内部器件进行更换,本实施例的这种螺纹结构能够实现灯头盖120的拆卸与安装,能够对灯罩内部的零部件进行替换,并且螺纹连接结构的防水密闭性好。
除此之外,在灯头盖120的表面还设有第一通孔122,第一通孔122内装有电缆头123,本实施例中的电缆头123为PG头,电缆头123与灯头盖120密封设置,保证了灯头盖120的密封防水效果。
在一实施例中,灯头连接件110的内部还设有固定件113,固定件113通过卡扣114与灯头连接件110的内表面固定连接,固定件113开有第二通孔115,第二通孔115形状与接线端子300的形状匹配,对接线端子301进行卡持,避免接线端子301所连接的光电模组300在灯罩200内部晃动。采用卡扣114的连接设计能够方便固定件113的安装和拆卸,方便使用者能够根据需求选择不同第二通孔115形状的固定件113进行替换。这里的卡扣114也可以替换为其他连接部件。
图示中的灯头槽112位于灯头连接件110的内部,但并不限定灯头槽112设于灯头连接件110的内部,也可以设于灯头连接件110的外表面,灯罩200横截面大于灯头槽的大小,并且与灯头槽匹配,与 灯头槽内的焊圈接触,实现两者的连接。除此之外,灯头槽112还可以设于灯罩200上,如图4-5所示,为设于灯罩200的两种方式,分别为设于灯罩200的顶端和外表面上。
在一实施例中,焊圈130为不锈钢316材料制成。不锈钢316是一种耐大气、蒸汽和水等弱介质腐蚀的钢,而耐酸钢则是指耐酸、碱、盐等化学浸蚀性介质腐蚀的钢。
在另一实施例中,包括灯头组件,灯头组件由灯头连接件、灯头盖和焊圈组成。
其中灯头连接件的其中一端的内表面为内螺纹,灯罩端口设有灯头槽,焊圈设于灯头槽内,并且焊圈与灯头槽结构配合设置,灯头槽与连接的灯头连接件接口形状匹配。通过将焊圈与灯头槽进行配合设置能够便于焊圈的安装,而灯头连接件顶住焊圈与灯罩进行密封设置,通过诱导焊接机对焊圈进行加热来使得灯罩与灯头连接件热熔固定连接,固定效果良好,密封性强,防水效果更加,整体结构简单,便于推广使用,安装方便。灯头盖具有外螺纹,灯头连接件的内螺纹与灯头盖的外螺纹相互匹配,灯头盖通过内螺纹和外螺纹与灯头连接件安装或拆卸,灯头盖拆卸时,可以对灯罩内部的零部件进行替换操作,本实施例的这种螺纹结构能够实现灯头盖的拆卸与安装,能够对灯罩内部的零部件进行替换,并且螺纹连接结构的防水密闭性好。
图6-7为本申请三防灯的一种实施例。
请参考图6-7,本申请三防灯具体包括灯罩200、设置在灯罩200内的光电模组300、电缆头123以及上述的灯头组件100。
其中灯头组件100安装于灯罩200的两端,与灯罩200固定连接,电缆头123设于灯头盖120上的第一通孔122中,电缆头123与灯头盖120密封设置,保证了灯头盖120的密封防水效果。
具体地,光电模组300为发光元件,由接线端子301、光源板302、线路303和支撑板304组成,光源板302和线路303设于支撑板304上,线路303与光源板302相连,接线端子301设于支撑板304两端,并且穿过固定件113的第二通孔115,固定于所述第二通孔115内,接线端子301的作用是用于线路303的整合与电缆头123的连接。
在一实施例中,光源板302上设有多个灯珠,多个灯珠并列设置,灯珠为LED灯,LED(Light Emitting Diode)灯是一块电致发光的半导体材料芯片,发光效果好,使用广泛。多个灯珠并列设置在光源板302上,光源板302固定连接在支撑板304上,通过多个灯珠并列设置能够使得发光效果均匀。
在一实施例中,灯头连接件110、等头盖120和灯罩200为塑胶体。塑胶体为PC或PMMA。PC材料称为聚碳酸酯,是分子链中含有碳酸酯基的高分子聚合物,根据酯基的结构可分为脂肪族、芳香族、脂肪族一芳香族等多种类型。PMMA又称聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,具有高透明度,低价格,易于机械加工等优点,是平常经常使用的玻璃替代材料。
在一实施例中,支撑板304为铝型材制成。铝型材制程能力强,成本低,便于推广使用。
综上所述,本申请提供的实施例通过灯头盖与灯头连接件之间通 过螺纹结构相连,灯头盖通过螺纹结构实现与灯头连接件的安装和拆卸,灯头盖拆卸时,可以对灯壳内部的零部件进行替换操作,除此之外,灯头连接件与灯壳之间通过焊圈连接,固定效果好、密封性强,防水效果更佳。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种灯具的灯头,其特征在于,包括灯头组件,所述灯头组件包括灯头连接件、灯头盖和焊圈;
    所述灯头连接件的其中一端为第一连接端,另一端设有灯头槽,所述焊圈设于所述灯头槽内,所述灯头槽与连接的灯罩接口形状匹配;所述焊圈加热时熔化,热熔接灯罩和所述灯头连接件;所述灯头盖的具有第二连接端,所述第一连接端和第二连接端相连,所述灯头盖通过第二连接端与灯头连接件安装或拆卸,所述灯头盖的表面还设有第一通孔;
    或者,所述灯头连接件的其中一端为第一连接端,所述灯罩设有灯头槽,所述焊圈设于所述灯头槽内,所述灯头槽与所述灯头连接件的另一端形状匹配;所述焊圈加热时熔化,热熔接灯罩和所述灯头连接件;所述灯头盖具有第二连接端,所述第一连接端和第二连接端相连,所述灯头盖通过第二连接端与灯头连接件安装或拆卸,所述灯头盖的表面还设有第一通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯具的灯头,其特征在于,所述第一连接端为外螺纹,所述第二连接端为位于灯头盖的内表面的内螺纹,所述外螺纹与所述内螺纹相互匹配;
    或者所述第一连接端为位于灯头连接件的内表面的内螺纹,所述第二连接端为外螺纹,所述外螺纹与所述内螺纹相互匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯具的灯头,其特征在于,所述灯头连接件的内部还设有固定件,所述固定件通过连接装置与所述灯头 连接件的内表面固定连接,所述固定件开有第二通孔,所述第二通孔形状与接线端子的形状匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯具的灯头,其特征在于,所述焊圈与所述灯头槽结构配合设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯具的灯头,其特征在于,所述焊圈为不锈钢316材料制成。
  6. 一种三防灯,其特征在于,包括灯罩、设置在灯罩内的光电模组、电缆头和灯头,所述灯头设于所述灯罩两端,与所述灯罩固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述灯头包括灯头组件,所述灯头组件包括灯头连接件、灯头盖和焊圈;
    所述灯头连接件的其中一端为第一连接端,另一端设有灯头槽,所述焊圈设于所述灯头槽内,所述灯头槽与连接的灯罩接口形状匹配;所述焊圈加热时熔化,热熔接灯罩和所述灯头连接件;所述灯头盖的具有第二连接端,所述第一连接端和第二连接端相连,所述灯头盖通过第二连接端与灯头连接件安装或拆卸,所述灯头盖的表面还设有第一通孔;
    或者,所述灯头连接件的其中一端为第一连接端,所述灯罩设有灯头槽,所述焊圈设于所述灯头槽内,所述灯头槽与所述灯头连接件的另一端形状匹配;所述焊圈加热时熔化,热熔接灯罩和所述灯头连接件;所述灯头盖具有第二连接端,所述第一连接端和第二连接端相连,所述灯头盖通过第二连接端与灯头连接件安装或拆卸,所述灯头 盖的表面还设有第一通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述电缆头设于所述灯头盖上的第一通孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述第一连接端为外螺纹,所述第二连接端为位于灯头盖的内表面的内螺纹,所述外螺纹与所述内螺纹相互匹配;
    或者所述第一连接端为位于灯头连接件的内表面的内螺纹,所述第二连接端为外螺纹,所述外螺纹与所述内螺纹相互匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述灯头连接件的内部还设有固定件,所述固定件通过连接装置与所述灯头连接件的内表面固定连接,所述固定件开有第二通孔,所述第二通孔形状与接线端子的形状匹配。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述焊圈与所述灯头槽结构配合设置。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述焊圈为不锈钢316材料制成。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述光电模组包括支撑板、光源板、线路和接线端子,所述光源板和线路设于所述支撑板上,所述线路与所述光源板相连,所述接线端子设于所述支撑板两端,穿过所述固定件的第二通孔,固定于所述第二通孔内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述光源板上设有多个灯珠,所述多个灯珠并列设置,所述灯珠为LED灯。
  15. 根据权利要求7所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述灯头连接件、灯头盖和灯罩为塑胶体。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种三防灯,其特征在于,所述塑胶体为PC或PMMA。
