本发明涉及包装设备技术领域,具体是一种电子产品包装用气泡膜卷绕装置。
背景技术
包装设备是指能完成全部或部分产品和商品包装过程的设备。包装过程包括充填、裹包、封口等主要工序,以及与其相关的前后工序,如清洗、堆码和拆卸等。此外,包装还包括计量或在包装件上盖印等工序。使用机械包装产品可提高生产率,减轻劳动强度,适应大规模生产的需要,并满足清洁卫生的要求。
为了对电子产品进行保护,目前在部分电子产品进行包装时在其表面卷绕一定厚度的气泡膜,传统的气泡膜包装采用人工手动缠绕,效率低下,劳动强度大,而市场上现有的气泡膜卷绕设备结构复杂,只能对特定规格的电子产品进行气泡膜卷绕,当产品的长度不同时则无法进行固定来实现气泡膜卷绕,此外一个规格较大的气泡膜卷绕装置虽然可以实现对不同规格的产品进行固定,但气泡膜的规格有限无法一次将整个产品的表面包覆,因此需要进行多次卷绕,这样就存在卷绕不均匀的情况,而且卷绕效率低,因此需要进行优化。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种电子产品包装用气泡膜卷绕装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子产品包装用气泡膜卷绕装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(4)底部固定安装有支撑柱(5),所述底座(1)上表面开设有第一滑槽(3),所述支撑柱(5)下端设置在第一滑槽(3)内并与其滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子产品包装用气泡膜卷绕装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(4)远离挡板(14)一端开设有第一缺口(7),所述第一缺口(7)内安装有与其滑动连接的第一滑块(6),所述第一滑块(6)上端与滑板(17)底部固定连接,所述第一滑块(6)内安装有与其螺纹连接的螺纹杆(8),所述螺纹杆(8)一端与支撑板(4)转动连接,另一端设置在支撑板(4)外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子产品包装用气泡膜卷绕装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)上表面固定安装有支撑杆(23),所述支撑杆(23)设置在远离固定板(2)一端,所述滑板(17)远离转动盘(18)一侧开设有与支撑杆(23)相配合的第二缺口(19),所述支撑板(4)上开设有与支撑杆(23)相配合的第三缺口(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子产品包装用气泡膜卷绕装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(4)上表面固定安装有与其相配合的垫板(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子产品包装用气泡膜卷绕装置,其特征在于:所述第一缺口(7)开设有两个,两个第一缺口(7)关于第三缺口(21)对称设置,所述第一滑块(6)上开设有与螺纹杆(8)相配合的螺纹孔(20)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的电子产品包装用气泡膜卷绕装置,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(23)包括第一杆体(24)和第二杆体(25),所述第一杆体(24)一端固定安装有螺纹柱(26),所述第二杆体(25)一端开设有与螺纹柱(26)相配合的螺纹槽(27)。
