Description

一种电商物流管理系统 技术领域
本发明属于电子商务领域,尤其涉及一种电商物流管理系统。
背景技术
电子商务通常是指在全球各地广泛的商业贸易活动中,在因特网开放的网络环境下,基于浏览器或服务器应用方式,买卖双方不谋面的进行各种商贸活动,实现消费者的网上购物、商户之间的网上交易和在线电子支付以及各种商务活动、交易活动、金融活动和相关的综合服务活动的一种新型的商业运营模式。但是在电子商务模式下,最后卖方终端在派送环节,经常出现非客户本人或者客户指定收货人收货,造成货物派送的丢失,也难以再查找到货物的信息,给客户造成损失。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种电商物流管理系统,能够多方校验收货人的身份信息,并启动摄像头拍摄收货瞬间,以及能够定位送货工作人员的饿位置,供用户实时知晓货品派送的动向,方便安排收货时间,提升派送效率。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种电商物流管理系统,包括:物流信息交互平台、货运信息单元、电子交易单元、后台审核单元、DSP处理单元、显示单元、摄像单元、红外识别单元、存储单元、GPS定位单元、无线通信单元以及高频RFID读写器;所述货运信息单元、电子交易单元和后台审核单元分别与物流信息交互平台连接;所述红外识别单元、所述GPS定位单元和所述高频 RFID读写器的输出端分别与所述DSP处理单元的输入端连接;所述DSP处理单元的输出端与所述摄像单元、所述存储单元、所述显示单元和所述无线通信单元连接;所述DSP处理单元通过无线通信单元与物流信息交互平台数据交互。
优选地,所述货运信息单元用于存储货主上传的货单信息;所述电子交易单元用于存储车主针对货单发出的报价信息;所述后台审核单元用于对货单信息、报价信息进行后台审核。
优选地,所述DSP处理单元,包括:
信息收发模块,用于接收所述红外识别单元的红外识别信息、所述GPS定位单元的定位位置信息以及所述高频RFID读写器读取的电子标签信息,并将所述红外识别信息和电子标签信息传输至远程终端;以及
输出控制模块,用于将定位位置信息通过无线通信单元发送公布给收货人员和当接收到所述红外识别信息与预存的识别信息相匹配的指令,以及所述读取的电子标签信息与预存的电子标签信息相匹配的指令时,控制所述摄像单元拍摄获取图像信息,并将该图像信息存储至所述存储单元,以及形成出货提示信号,并将该出货提示信号传输至所述显示单元。
优选地,所述显示单元为具有触控显示功能的液晶显示器。
优选地,所述红外识别单元包括指纹识别器和/或面部识别器。
优选地,所述无线通信单元包括蓝牙单元、WIFI单元、3G/4G单元、射频单元中的一种或多种组合。
优选地,还包括意见反馈系统;所述意见反馈系统连接物流信息交互平台、用于存储和编辑车主和货主上传的反馈意见。
优选地,还包括用户管理系统,所述用户管理系统连接物流信息交互平台,用于添加、删除、编辑登录账号信息。

如图1所示,在本发明实施例中,一种电商物流管理系统1,包括:物流信息交互平台11、货运信息单元12、电子交易单元13、后台审核单元14、DSP处理单元15、显示单元16、摄像单元17、红外识别单元18、存储单元19、GPS定位单元20、无线通信单元30以及高频RFID读写器40;所述货运信息单元12、电子交易单元13和后台审核单元14分别与物流信息交互平台11连接;所述红外识别单元17、所述GPS定位单元20和所述高频RFID读写器40的输出端分别与所述DSP处理单元15的输入端连接;所述DSP处理单元15的输出 端与所述摄像单元17、所述存储单元19、所述显示单元16和所述无线通信单元30连接;所述DSP处理单元15通过无线通信单元30与物流信息交互平台11数据交互,能够多方校验收货人的身份信息;还能够将定位位置信息通过无线通信单元实时发送公布给收货人员,能够供收货人员实时知晓货品派送的动向,方便安排收货时间,提升派送效率。
在本发明实施例中,所述货运信息单元12用于存储货主上传的货单信息;所述电子交易单元用于存储车主针对货单发出的报价信息;所述后台审核单元14用于对货单信息、报价信息进行后台审核。
在本发明实施例中,如图2所示,所述DSP处理单元15,包括:信息收发模块151,用于接收所述红外识别单元的红外识别信息、所述GPS定位单元的定位位置信息以及所述高频RFID读写器读取的电子标签信息,并将所述红外识别信息和电子标签信息传输至远程终端;输出控制模块152,用于将定位位置信息通过无线通信单元发送公布给收货人员和当接收到所述红外识别信息与预存的识别信息相匹配的指令,以及所述读取的电子标签信息与预存的电子标签信息相匹配的指令时,控制所述摄像单元拍摄获取图像信息,并将该图像信息存储至所述存储单元,以及形成出货提示信号,并将该出货提示信号传输至所述显示单元。
较优的,所述显示单元16为具有触控显示功能的液晶显示器。所述红外识别单元18包括指纹识别器和/或面部识别器。
较优的,所述无线通信单元30包括蓝牙单元、WIFI单元、3G/4G单元、射频单元中的一种或多种组合。

  1. 一种电商物流管理系统,其特征在于,包括:物流信息交互平台、货运信息单元、电子交易单元、后台审核单元、DSP处理单元、显示单元、摄像单元、红外识别单元、存储单元、GPS定位单元、无线通信单元以及高频RFID读写器;所述货运信息单元、电子交易单元和后台审核单元分别与物流信息交互平台连接;所述红外识别单元、所述GPS定位单元和所述高频RFID读写器的输出端分别与所述DSP处理单元的输入端连接;所述DSP处理单元的输出端与所述摄像单元、所述存储单元、所述显示单元和所述无线通信单元连接;所述DSP处理单元通过无线通信单元与物流信息交互平台数据交互。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电商物流管理系统,其特征在于,所述货运信息单元用于存储货主上传的货单信息;所述电子交易单元用于存储车主针对货单发出的报价信息;所述后台审核单元用于对货单信息、报价信息进行后台审核。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电商物流管理系统,其特征在于,所述DSP处理单元,包括:
    信息收发模块,用于接收所述红外识别单元的红外识别信息、所述GPS定位单元的定位位置信息以及所述高频RFID读写器读取的电子标签信息,并将所述红外识别信息和电子标签信息传输至远程终端;以及
    输出控制模块,用于将定位位置信息通过无线通信单元发送公布给收货人员和当接收到所述红外识别信息与预存的识别信息相匹配的指令,以及所述读取的电子标签信息与预存的电子标签信息相匹配的指令时,控制所述摄像单元拍摄获取图像信息,并将该图像信息存储至所述存储单元,以及形成出货提示信号,并将该出货提示信号传输至所述显示单元。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电商物流管理系统,其特征在于,所述显示单元为具有触控显示功能的液晶显示器。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电商物流管理系统,其特征在于,所述红外识别单元包括指纹识别器和/或面部识别器。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电商物流管理系统,其特征在于,所述无线通信单元包括蓝牙单元、WIFI单元、3G/4G单元、射频单元中的一种或多种组合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电商物流管理系统,其特征在于,还包括意见反馈系统;所述意见反馈系统连接物流信息交互平台、用于存储和编辑车主和货主上传的反馈意见。
