背景技术
目前,浅海滩涂养殖受到广泛推崇,譬如牡蛎、紫菜、鱼类等产品多系采用在海水中养殖。海水养殖中,人们需要防止养殖网箱随海浪漂流而散失或沉入海底而无法捞取,往往需要采用浮子对其进行固定,浮子可以让网箱漂浮于海水中,且浮子也便于固定。
以往,浮子多系采用泡沫材料制作,但泡沫存在容易被粉粹而变成小颗粒的问题,很多泡沫被弃置后会产生许多小颗粒而漂浮于海水中,对海洋生物会产生一定程度的危害,甚至会影响到鱼类的生存,近年来,许多国家通过颁布法律的方式,禁止在海洋中使用泡沫制品,于是,人们开始转向采用其他塑料,由塑料制成形状类似于浮球或浮筒的形式,以替代原先使用的泡沫。
下面给出几篇相关文献,以揭示浮子现阶段的发展状况。
中国发明专利申请200610164372.3公开了浮力自动补偿鱼漂,它包括一个空腔体9,于空腔体9上设一个可开闭的孔,以方便充排气,并采用连接密封件10来封闭该孔,该空腔体9可起到让漂尾2处于水面上下的作用。

由此可见,现有技术中,人们是采用先制造浮体,并在浮体上开孔,而后从该孔向浮体内部充入气体,由内塞将该孔予以封闭,或者在开孔处安装阀门,再由阀门向 浮体内充入气体,或者在浮体中置入气体释放物,再由封口盖与浮体熔接成一体。
目前,所存在的缺陷是,浮子的制作过程繁琐,制作周期长,制造成本也较高,且由于内塞或阀门原因经常存在容易发生气体泄漏的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种工艺过程更加简单方便的养殖浮子的制作工艺及由该工艺制得的养殖浮子,在该工艺中,无须安装阀门以便随后充入气体,也无须向瓶体中充入气体并由塞子封闭,还无须在瓶体中添加气体释放物,具有自身的特点。
本发明养殖浮子的制作工艺由下列方案实现:
一种养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特点是,包括下列步骤:
将瓶胚放置在加热装置中加热;
待瓶胚达到吹瓶要求的温度,将瓶胚放置在吹瓶装置中,由模具合模;
向瓶胚内充入压缩空气;
待瓶体成型,让模具开模,并与瓶体脱离;
将瓶体置于焊接装置中,当瓶体中气压仍大于1个大气压时,将封口盖放置在瓶体瓶口上,由封口盖盖住瓶体瓶口;
将转盘罩在封口盖上,由转盘带动封口盖旋转,将封口盖与瓶体瓶口熔接在一起。
较好的是,上述制作工艺中,封口盖放置在瓶体瓶口上,并采用第一压杆以运动方式抵达封口盖并作用在封口盖上。于是,第一压杆可以移动或转动等方式抵达封口盖,并压在封口盖上,可以更好地在焊接前起到防止瓶内气压较大而可能将封口盖顶起的作用。

上文中,采用加热装置、吹瓶装置和焊接装置可分别设置在独立的加热机、吹瓶机和焊接机中,也可将加热装置和吹瓶装置,或者吹瓶装置和焊接装置,或者加热装置、吹瓶装置和焊接装置设置在同一机器中,均能实现上述目的。

本养殖浮子的制作工艺,不仅节省压缩气体材料、减少随后充气工艺步骤,而且封口盖系直接封闭在刚刚吹瓶成型的瓶体,瓶体具有比常温更高的温度,当瓶体处于常温时,瓶体将会进一步收缩,于是,可利用收缩作为手段来增强浮子中的气压。
另外,由该工艺获得的浮子,封口盖与瓶口系熔接于一体,因此,浮子的密封性能也将更优。

采用第二压杆d9从转盘d8中伸出并作用在提弓a1上;
第一压杆d14在气缸d15的带动下退出,不再作用封口盖a;
由转盘d8通过提弓a1带动封口盖a高速转动,并将封口盖a熔接在瓶体c瓶口处;
转盘d8向上移动并与封口盖a脱离;
取出带有封口盖a的瓶体c。
于是,获得了本发明的养殖浮子。
从上述中可以看到,由转盘d8罩在封口盖a上时,第二压杆d9从转盘d8中伸出并作用在提弓a1上,当转盘d8旋动时,封口盖a下压与瓶体c瓶口熔接,第二压杆d9能够满足封口盖a转动并跟随封口盖a下降,始终保持对封口盖a的作用力,于是,能够更好地起到防止封口盖a在旋转熔接中被顶起的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,包括下列步骤:
    将瓶胚放置在加热装置中加热;
    待瓶胚达到吹瓶要求的温度,将瓶胚放置在吹瓶装置中,由模具合模;
    向瓶胚内充入压缩空气;
    待瓶体成型,让模具开模,并与瓶体脱离;
    将瓶体置于焊接装置中,当瓶体中气压仍大于1个大气压时,将封口盖放置在瓶体瓶口上,由封口盖盖住瓶体瓶口;
    将转盘罩在封口盖上,由转盘带动封口盖旋转,将封口盖与瓶体瓶口熔接在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,封口盖放置在瓶体瓶口上,并采用第一压杆以运动方式抵达封口盖并作用在封口盖上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,由转盘罩在封口盖上的同时,采用弹性的第二压杆从转盘向下伸出并作用在封口盖上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,由第一压杆与第二压杆配合;在未罩上转盘时,由第一压杆压在封口盖上;在罩上转盘后,可由第二压杆压在封口盖上,且第一压杆可以退出。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,封口盖带有把手,转盘中形成有可供把手进入的凹槽,转盘系通过把手带动封口盖旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,把手采用提弓,凹槽适应于提弓进入,压杆压在封口盖上的同时,可通过提弓带动封口盖摆正方位。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,封口盖带有把手,转盘中形成有可供把手进入的凹槽,转盘系通过把手带动封口盖旋转。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,把手采用提弓,凹槽适应于提弓进入,压杆压在封口盖上的同时,可通过提弓带动封口盖摆正方位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的养殖浮子的制作工艺,其特征是,焊接装置主轴上安装有方位检测机构。
  10. 一种由权利要求1-9之一工艺制得的养殖浮子。
