L'invention concerne un dispositif de collecte et de transmission de données télématiques depuis des moyens de transport sur roues. Ce dispositif comprend: une unité de calcul pour traiter des données reçues depuis le bus électrique d'une automobile, une unité de communication comprenant un modem pour la connexion sans fil via un réseau 4G à un serveur distant de collecte, de stockage et de transmission d'informations, et à une interface de commande sous forme d'une application sur un téléphone intelligent, une unité de contournement d'antidémarrage comprenant un module LIN, une unité de cybersécurité, une unité de relai comprenant un module de relais de force commandant le démarrage/arrêt du moteur, et un module de relais analogiques commandant les circuits à faible courant de l'automobile, une unité de détection de choc et de déplacement du moyen de transport, un module CAN se présentant sous forme de deux interfaces CAN indépendantes, et un module USB mis en oeuvre via une interface UART, lesquels sont connectés à un site web.
