Description

Holder member
This disclosure relates to a holder member.
Conventionally, as a holder member for holding a wire material such as a wire harness distributed to a vehicle, there is a holder member provided with a base and a flexible piece (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The flexible piece extends from the base so that the wire rod can be held between the flexible piece and the base portion, and the tip portion thereof can be bent so as to be far from the base portion. In such a holder member, the tip of the flexible piece is bent so as to be far from the base by an external force, a wire is inserted from the widened opening, and the wire is placed between the base and the flexible piece. Then, by releasing the external force, the opening is made smaller and the wire rod is held so that it cannot be easily removed.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2015-80395
However, in the holder member as described above, when the tip of the flexible piece is greatly bent so as to be far from the base, the flexible piece bends so as to rotate mainly with the base end as the base point. , There was a risk that stress would be concentrated on the base end of the flexible piece. This causes damage at the base end of the flexible piece.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a holder member capable of suppressing stress concentration on a base end portion of a flexible piece.
The holder member of the present disclosure extends from the base portion so that a wire rod can be held between the base portion and the base portion, and the tip portion thereof can be bent so as to be far from the base portion. The holder member is provided, and the flexible piece is in contact with the intermediate portion of the flexible piece in a state where the tip portion of the flexible piece is bent away from the base portion of the flexible piece. A contact restricting portion for restricting further deformation of the flexible piece with the base end portion as a base point is provided.
According to the holder member of the present disclosure, stress concentration on the base end portion of the flexible piece is suppressed.

[Explanation of Embodiments of the present disclosure]
First, embodiments of the present disclosure will be listed and described.
The holder member of the present disclosure is
[1] A holder member including a flexible piece that extends from the base so that a wire rod can be held between the base and the base so that the tip thereof can bend away from the base. In a state where the flexible piece is bent so that the tip end portion of the flexible piece is far from the base portion, the flexible piece comes into contact with the intermediate portion of the flexible piece and the base end portion of the flexible piece is pressed. A contact restricting portion for restricting further deformation of the flexible piece as a base point is provided.
According to the same configuration, in a state where the flexible piece is bent so that the tip of the flexible piece is far from the base, the flexible piece comes into contact with the middle part of the flexible piece and the base end of the flexible piece is used as a base point. Since the contact restricting part that regulates the deformation of the flexible piece is provided, stress is applied to the base end of the flexible piece even when the flexible piece is greatly bent so that the tip of the flexible piece is far from the base. Concentration is suppressed.
[2] The flexible piece preferably has a curved portion curved between the intermediate portion and the tip portion.
According to the same configuration, since the flexible piece has a curved portion curved from the middle portion to the tip portion, for example, when the flexible piece is greatly bent so that the tip portion of the flexible piece is far from the base portion. After the middle part comes into contact with the contact restricting part, the tip side bends from the middle part, but stress concentrates on the middle part because the curved part is easy to bend while bending from the middle part as the base point. Is suppressed.
[3] It is preferable that a convex portion protruding toward the tip portion is provided at a portion of the base portion facing the tip portion of the flexible piece.
According to the same configuration, since a convex portion protruding toward the tip portion is provided at a portion of the base portion facing the tip portion of the flexible piece, for example, a wire rod held between the base portion and the flexible piece. Is hard to come off.

As shown in FIG. 1, the flexible piece 14 is formed so that the length of the held wire harness 12 in the depth direction along the longitudinal direction is shorter than that of the base 13, and the rigidity of the flexible piece 14 is lower than that of the base 13. That is, it is easily bent and molded.
As shown in FIG. 2, the flexible piece 14 has a parallel portion 14b extending from the second base portion 13b along the extending direction of the first base portion 13a (in the right direction in FIG. 2) and a first from the tip of the parallel portion 14b. It has one base portion 13a and a separation portion 14c extending to a side to be separated from the base portion 13a. Further, the flexible piece 14 is provided at the curved portion 14d extending from the tip of the separated portion 14c by bending, the proximity portion 14e extending from the tip of the curved portion 14d to the side close to the first base portion 13a, and the tip of the proximity portion 14e. It has the tip portion 14a provided. It should be noted that the curved portion 14d has a shape curved so as to move toward the side away from the first base portion 13a while facing the extending direction of the first base portion 13a and toward the side close to the first base portion 13a from the middle. In the embodiment, it is formed in an arc shape when viewed from the depth direction. Further, the tip portion 14a has a bulging portion 14f whose tip is a curved surface while bulging toward the first base portion 13a side. Further, the tip portion 14a has an opening forming portion 14g that extends linearly on the side away from the first base portion 13a while facing the extending direction of the first base portion 13a.
[Structure of contact regulating unit 15]
Then, the holder member 11 is in contact with the intermediate portion 14h of the flexible piece 14 in a state where the tip portion 14a of the flexible piece 14 is bent away from the base portion 13, specifically, the first base portion 13a. A contact restricting portion 15 is provided which is in contact with the flexible piece 14 and restricts further deformation of the flexible piece 14 with the base end portion 14j as a base point.
More specifically, the contact restricting portion 15 is a protruding portion protruding from the second base portion 13b along the extending direction of the first base portion 13a. The contact restricting portion 15 is formed with the base end portion of the curved portion 14d when the flexible piece 14 is bent so that the tip portion 14a of the flexible piece 14 is far from the base portion 13 by an external force such as an operation of an operator. It is set to come into contact with the intermediate portion 14h of the flexible piece 14, which is the corresponding portion.
Next, the operation of the holder member 11 configured as described above will be described.
For example, when the holder member 11 holds the wire harness 12, the operator can apply an external force to the tip portion 14a of the flexible piece 14 so that the tip portion 14a is far from the base portion 13, specifically, the first base portion 13a. The flexible piece 14 is bent.
At this time, first, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, the intermediate portion 14h of the flexible piece 14 comes into contact with the contact restricting portion 15, so that the base end portion 14j of the flexible piece 14 is used as a base point. Deformation of the flexible piece 14 is restricted.
Further, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, when the flexible piece 14 is further flexed so that the tip portion 14a of the flexible piece 14 is further away from the base portion 13, the flexible piece 14 causes the intermediate portion 14h. While bending so that the tip side rotates as a base point, the curved portion 14d also bends so as to extend, and the tip portion 14a is separated from the base portion 13. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the deformation of the flexible piece 14 is schematically shown by a two-dot chain line, but the shape of the flexible piece 14 bent so as to extend is accurately shown. No.
As a result, the opening between the tip portion 14a and the convex portion 13c of the flexible piece 14 is widened, the wire harness 12 is inserted through the widened opening, and the wire harness is inserted between the base portion 13 and the flexible piece 14. 12 is arranged, the external force is released, and the flexible piece 14 returns to the original state, so that the opening is reduced and the wire harness 12 is held.
Next, the effects of the above embodiment will be described below.
(1) The holder member 11 is in contact with the intermediate portion 14h of the flexible piece 14 in a state where the flexible piece 14 is bent so that the tip portion 14a of the flexible piece 14 is far from the base portion 13, and the flexible piece 14 is in contact with the intermediate portion 14h. A contact restricting portion 15 for restricting further deformation of the flexible piece 14 with the base end portion 14j as a base point is provided. Therefore, even when the flexible piece 14 is greatly bent so that the tip portion 14a of the flexible piece 14 is far from the base portion 13, stress can be suppressed from being concentrated on the base end portion 14j of the flexible piece 14. Therefore, damage at the base end portion 14j of the flexible piece 14 can be suppressed. Further, by preventing the intermediate portion 14h of the flexible piece 14 from being deformed so as to greatly project outward, for example, the deformed state of the flexible piece 14 is included within the limitation of the design space of the holder member 11. It is possible to accommodate the shape of the holder member 11.
(2) The flexible piece 14 has a curved portion 14d curved between the intermediate portion 14h and the tip portion 14a. Therefore, for example, when the flexible piece 14 is greatly bent so that the tip portion 14a of the flexible piece 14 is far from the base portion 13, after the intermediate portion 14h comes into contact with the contact restricting portion 15, the tip portion is formed from the intermediate portion 14h. Although the 14a side bends, stress is suppressed from being concentrated on the intermediate portion 14h because the curved portion 14d also easily bends while bending from the intermediate portion 14h as a base point. Therefore, damage at the intermediate portion 14h of the flexible piece 14 can be suppressed.
(3) Since a convex portion 13c protruding toward the tip portion 14a is provided at a portion of the base portion 13 facing the tip portion 14a of the flexible piece 14, for example, between the base portion 13 and the flexible piece 14. The held wire harness 12 becomes difficult to come off.
