技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动性信息上报的方法和UE。
背景技术
在传统4G网络和5G R15版本中,移动终端从源小区切换到目标小区时,移动终端与目标小区建立连接之前通常会释放与源小区的连接,这会导致移动终端会在短时间内无法发送或接收数据。为了减少切换中断时间和提高可靠性,R16移动性增强标准化了两部分内容:双活动协议栈(Dual Active Protocol Stack,DAPS)与条件切换/条件主/辅小区切换(Conditional Handover/Conditional PSCell Change,CHO/CPC)。
DAPS切换是对传统切换的优化,可以减少切换中业务中断的时延。DAPS切换在切换命令下发到终端,执行切换的过程中,终端保持和原基站的连接,直到终端成功接入目标基站后再释放原基站的连接。
CHO/CPC是对传统切换HO(HandOver,HO)(同步重配)或传统PSCell change(Primary Secondary Cell change,主/辅小区更新)的优化。
网络可以提前给UE配置多个切换目标小区及各自的切换相关参数并发送给UE作为候选。当UE达到其中任何一个候选小区满足切换配置参数的测量评估门限时,可以向对应的目标小区直接发起切换,达到快速切换/更换辅节点的目的。当UE发生无线链路失败或者切换(同步重配)失败后,在网络 允许的前提下如果UE后续选择出的合适小区在候选小区范围内,UE可以再次执行针对该新候选小区的切换过程而暂时不发起重建行为。如果本次切换成功,则成功避免了可能的无线链路失败/切换失败导致的数据中断与重建行为。
在双连接(Dual connectivity,DC)场景下,网络也可以提前给UE配置多个PSCell change的目标小区及各自的相关参数并发送给UE作为候选。当UE达到其中任何一个候选小区满足配置参数的测量评估门限时,可以向对应的目标小区直接发起PScell change,达到快速更换辅节点的目的。
传统的切换(同步重配)或者无线链路监测,在发生失败时,UE将记录失败相关信息,并在上行信令中通知网络侧终端收集了失败相关信息,网络可以触发向UE获取,并应用于网络的优化。
但是在DAPS或CHO/CPC移动性失败/成功后,终端如何针对这些场景进行记录并上报给网络进行参数优化以减少失败或者提升性能,目前没有确定的解决方案。如果沿用传统切换中的失败记录方式,可能产生遗漏或误判,影响网络侧接收UE上报后针对参数调整的准确性。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种移动性信息上报的方法和UE,可以解决传统切换的失败记录方式应用到其他移动性场景,可能产生遗漏或误判,影响网络侧接收UE上报后针对参数调整的准确性的问题。
第一方面,本发明提供一种移动性信息上报的方法,应用于用户终端UE,所述方法包括:
触发小区更换或者小区重新接入时,执行向网络侧指示的目标小区进行小区切换,和/或,执行与合适小区建立通信,所述合适小区为小区更换或者小区重新接入时UE选择的且在候选小区名单中的小区;
记录执行小区切换和/或与所述合适小区建立通信对应的移动性信息,并将所述移动性信息进行上报。
可选地,所述方法还包括如下至少一个步骤:
确定向目标小区进行DAPS切换失败时,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退,并记录对应的移动性信息;
确定小区更换后仍无法成功接入网络时,执行无线资源连接重建,并记录对应的移动性信息。
可选地,所述移动性信息包括场景类型、发生失败原因、信号测量结果、目标小区/合适小区、各次移动性成功/失败中的任一或任多项。
可选地,若所述小区更换的场景类型为DAPS切换,所述记录移动性信息,包括执行如下任一步骤:

利用本发明提供的方法,可以针对不同的移动性场景的移动性信息进行记录,由于记录移动性信息,因此优化了移动性信息的记录,从而使网络侧根据优化的移动性信息进行优化配置,减少产生的遗漏或误判,提高网络侧接收上报后针对参数调整的准确性。

本发明实施例提供一种移动性信息上报的系统,如图1所示,该系统包括:
用户终端UE101,用于触发小区更换或者小区重新接入时,执行向网络侧指示的目标小区进行小区切换,和/或,选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信;记录执行小区切换和/或与所述合适小区建立通信对应的移动性信息,并将相关联的移动性信息进行上报;
网络侧设备102,用于接收UE在触发小区更换/小区重新接入后,上报的向网络侧指示的目标小区进行小区切换,和/或,选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信的移动性信息。
用户终端UE101,具体用于触发小区更换或者小区重新接入时,执行向网络侧指示的目标小区进行小区切换,和/或,执行与合适小区建立通信,所述合适小区为小区更换或者小区重新接入时UE选择的且在候选小区名单中的小区;记录执行小区切换和/或与所述合适小区建立通信对应的移动性信息,并将所述移动性信息进行上报。
本发明实施例中,用户终端UE具体可以指接入终端、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。接入终端可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(Session Initiation Protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,WLL)站、个人数字处理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车 载设备、可穿戴设备以及5G网络中的移动台或者未来演进的公共陆地移动网(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)网络中的订阅设备等。
网络侧设备可为5G系统中的下一代基站(generation Node B,gNB),可以是全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)系统或码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)中的基站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS),也可以是宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)系统中的基站(NodeB,NB),还可以是长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统中的演进型基站(Evolutional Node B,eNB或eNodeB)等。
图1中为方便描述,只示例出一个用户终端和一个网络侧设备,实际系统中,可能存在多个终端及网络侧设备共存,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,上述系统架构仅是对本发明实施例适用系统架构的举例说明,本发明实施例适用的系统架构相比图1所示的系统架构还可以增加其它实体,或减少部分实体。
本发明实施例两种移动性场景下进行移动性信息记录:
1)移动性场景为触发小区重新接入
实施中,可以在UE确定自身小区发生RLF时,触发小区重新接入,并执行选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信。
在与所述合适小区建立通信失败时,还可以再一次选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信。
上述选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信,可以是CHO/CPC。
具体地,可以是UE在主小区组MCG/辅小区组SCG发生无线链路失败RLF后,触发执行CHO/CPC。
2)移动性场景为触发小区更换
实施中,可以是触发向网络侧指示的目标小区切换,或者触发尝试与合 适小区建立通信。
如果是触发向网络侧指示的目标小区切换,可以是HO,则执行向网络侧指示的目标小区进行小区切换。还可以是触发DAPS切换,则执行向网络侧指示的目标小区进行DAPS切换。
在上述小区切换失败时,还可以进一步选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信。
上述选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信,可以是CHO。
具体地,可以是HO失败后,选择合适小区执行CHO,也可以是DAPS切换失败后,选择合适小区执行CHO。
如果是触发尝试与合适小区建立通信,则选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信。
上述选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信,可以是CHO/CPC。
在上述小区切换失败时,还可以进一步选择合适小区且所述合适小区在候选小区名单时,与所述合适小区建立通信。
具体地,可以触发CHO/CPC后,选择合适小区CHO/CPC。触发CHO/CPC的原因可以参考现有技术,这里不再详述。
需要说明的是,如果上移动性场景为触发DAPS切换,则确定向目标小区进行双活动协议栈DAPS切换失败时,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退,并记录回退对应的移动性信息。
确定小区更换后仍无法成功接入网络时,执行无线资源连接重建,并记录无线资源连接重建对应的移动性信息。
针对不同的移动性场景,小区更换后仍无法成功接入网络的场景不同,下面给出本申请实施例涉及的上述各个移动性场景的具体过程,及对应的可能执行无线资源连接重建的情况。
1)HO(同步重配)的切换流程示意图如图2所示,上述流程采用的是 先中断源侧的数据传输,接入到目标节点后再继续业务传输,因此会导致较大的数据中断。
2)DAPS切换
DAPS切换是对传统切换的优化,可以减少切换中业务中断的时延。在切换命令下发到UE,执行切换的过程中,UE保持和源基站的连接,直到UE成功接入目标基站后再释放源基站的连接。如果在DAPS切换执行过程中,UE接入目标基站失败,但是UE端此时还可以保持和源基站的连接,终端将恢复和源基站的信令连接,并在源基站上报失败消息,指示DAPS切换发生了失败。
本发明实施例应用的DAPS切换成功流程示意图如图3所示,主要包括如下过程:
步骤1~5:源网络实体(NR gNB或ng-eNB)与UE之间一直保持原来的数据传输链路;对于目标网络实体(NR gNB或ng-eNB)接收到来自源网络实体(NR gNB或ng-eNB)的0ms切换指示,且又接收到来自UE的无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)重配完成消息后,则如果缓冲区中有待发的下行分组数据汇聚协议(Packet Data Convergence Protocol,PDCP)数据包(采用新的安全上下文加密或完整性保护处理的数据)或控制帧,将通过新的链路发送给UE;
步骤6~7:UE与两个网络实体(NR gNB或ng-eNB)维持数据的发送和接收;
步骤8:目标网络实体(NR gNB或ng-eNB)通知UE完成数据传输,期望UE释放源网络实体(NR gNB或ng-eNB)与UE之间的数据连接;
步骤9:UE停止源网络实体(NR gNB或ng-eNB)与UE之间的上行发送和下行接收,并开始释放整个源侧的MCG配置。
步骤10:UE仅与目标网络实体(NR gNB或ng-eNB)维持数据的发送和接收。
本发明实施例应用的DAPS切换失败流程示意图如图4所示,主要过程 为:
如果UE针对目标基站随机接入失败,或者UE成功接入目标基站后立刻发生无线链路失败(target RLF)。但在源侧尚未发生无线链路失败,则UE可以回退到源小区配置并在源小区恢复承载,上报DAPS失败指示通知给源侧。源侧小区可以继续为UE提供服务;
如果UE针对目标基站随机接入失败,但在源侧也发生无线链路失败(source RLF),则UE无法回退到源小区连接,将触发UE的重建过程;
如果UE成功接入目标基站后立刻发生无线链路失败(target RLF),但在源侧也发生无线链路失败(source RLF),则UE也无法回退到源小区连接,也将触发UE的重建过程。
3)传统主辅小区更换PSCell change
主辅小区更换PSCell change的具体流程为现有技术,这里不再详述。
4)CHO/CPC。
CHO/CPC也是对传统切换(同步重配)或传统PSCell change的优化。网络可以提前给UE配置多个切换目标小区及各自的切换相关参数并发送给UE作为候选。当UE达到其中任何一个候选小区满足切换配置参数的测量评估门限时,可以向对应的目标小区直接发起切换,达到快速切换的目的。在DC场景下,网络也可以提前给UE配置多个PSCell change的目标小区及各自的相关参数并发送给UE作为候选。当UE达到其中任何一个候选小区满足配置参数的测量评估门限时,可以向对应的目标小区直接发起PScell change,达到快速更换辅节点的目的。
5)小区重新接入
主小区组(Master Cell group,MCG)/辅小区组(Secondary Cell group,SCG)发生无线链路失败(Radio Link Failure,RLF),在网络允许的前提下如果UE后续选择出的合适小区在候选小区范围内,UE可以执行针对该新候选小区的切换/更换过程而暂时不发起重建行为。如果本次切换/更换成功,则成功避免了可能的无线链路失败/切换/小区更换失败导致的数据中断与重建行 为。
当然,对于上述HO/PSCell change/CHO/CPC过程中,如果UE发生切换(同步重配)失败/PSCell change(PSCell更换)失败/条件切换(条件同步重配)失败/条件PSCell change失败后,在网络允许的前提下如果UE后续选择出的合适小区在候选小区范围内,UE可以再次执行针对该新候选小区的切换/更换过程而暂时不发起重建行为。如果本次切换/更换成功,则成功避免了可能的无线链路失败/切换/小区更换失败导致的数据中断与重建行为。
可见,在不同的移动性场景下,UE需要执行至少一个动作,或执行多个相互关联的动作,例如在触发DAPS切换的场景时,UE需要执行多个相互关联的动作,其中一种可能的情景为:UE向目标小区发起DAPS切换,DAPS切换失败且源小区发生无线链路失败RLF,执行无线资源连接重建,重建成功。
利用本发明实施例提供的上述移动性信息上报的系统,可以记录触发小区更换/小区重新接入对应的移动性信息并上报给网络侧,由于对整个过程的动作进行全面记录,可以使网络侧更精准地进行优化配置。上述记录的移动性信息包括场景类型、发生失败原因、信号测量结果、目标小区/合适小区、各次移动性成功/失败中的任一或任多项。场景类型可以是上述移动性场景的任一种,动作执行结果可以包括是否执行成功/失败,在执行失败时,还可以进一步记录失败的原因,另外还记录目标小区/合适小区信息及信号测量结果方便网络侧进行优化配置。
下面针对不同的移动性场景给出记录移动性信息的可能的实施方式。
1)移动性场景为触发DAPS切换
针对触发DAPS切换的场景,记录移动性信息,包括执行如下任一步骤:
记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退成功;
记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生无线链路失败RLF,执行无线资源连接重建成功;
记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生无线链路失败RLF,执 行无线资源连接重建失败;
记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的条件性切换CHO成功;
记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,后续选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败,执行无线连接重建成功;
记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,后续选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败,执行无线连接重建失败;

示例1
本示例中UE发生MCG的RLF后,后续CHO成功/失败。
当UE发生MCG的RLF后,UE将开启T311定时器进行小区选择。在网络允许的前提下,如果UE选择出的合适小区在CHO候选小区范围内,UE可以不发起重建,而是应用UE已保存的针对该候选小区的CHO切换配置参数,执行针对该候选小区的切换过程。
图5为本发明实施例应用的MCG RLF后CHO成功对应记录的条目及捆绑关系示意图,将采用不同条目格式的两个条目进行绑定,即如果CHO成功,则UE除了记录MCG的RLF相关的信息,还可以记录针对该CHO候选小区的切换成功相关信息,例如RACH信息、各小区测量结果等。
图6为本发明实施例应用的MCG RLF后CHO失败对应记录的条目及捆绑关系示意图,如果后续CHO失败,则UE除了记录MCG的RLF相关的信息,还可以记录针对该CHO候选小区的切换失败HOF相关信息,例如RACH信息、各小区测量结果等;
该后续CHO失败后,UE将再次开启T311定时器进行小区选择,直至未选到合适小区/选到合适小区后重建成功/选到合适小区后重建失败。UE也可以针对重建相关信息与前述信息进行关联记录。
针对这些信息,UE可以记录针对RLF/HOF/切换成功或失败/重建成功或失败等的各自相关信息条目,并将相关联的UE记录信息进行绑定。
有关联关系的UE记录信息,是指所记录的不同信息为UE从发生无线链路失败,直至本次成功完成切换/重建/进入空闲态或非激活态之间的各次移动性成功/失败信息记录。
绑定相关联的UE记录信息,可以使用包括但不限于至少如下方法之一:
UE仅记录有关联关系的相关条目。如果有新的场景(与之前的UE记录 无关联关系)触发UE记录,则UE删除之前的所有记录内容;
使用相同的标识指向有关联的条目;
使用分级的协议架构,仅将有关联的条目包含在一个容器中;
示例2
本示例中UE DAPS切换失败,并且源小区RLF,UE发起连接重建。
当配置了DAPS的UE切换失败后,将首先判断源侧链路是否仍存在。如果没有发生源侧RLF,则UE回退到源小区的配置连接,并给源小区发送Failure信息指示。如果源小区发生了source RLF,则UE无法回退与源小区的连接,UE可能选择一个合适的小区,发起CHO切换或者重建。
由于DAPS的记录是UE级的,并且当UE离开连接态后,网络与UE均无法保存UE配置信息,则如果不针对DAPS的后续UE行为进行区分与记录,网络将无法判断UE失败的过程以及真正的原因。
当UE DAPS切换失败,后续未能恢复到源小区,UE可能选择一个合适的小区发起重建,对应记录的条目信息和绑定关系如图7所示。
如果UE DAPS切换失败,后续未能恢复到源小区,UE也可能选择一个合适的CHO候选小区发起CHO切换,对应记录的条目信息和绑定关系如图8所示。
UE可以按照所有失败/成功发生的时间顺序记录有关联关系的相关条目,并将相关联的UE记录信息进行绑定或合并。有关联关系的UE记录信息,是指所记录的不同信息为UE从发生DAPS失败,直至本次成功完成切换/重建/进入空闲态或非激活态之间的各次移动性成功/失败信息记录。
合并相关联的UE记录信息,可合并的相似信息包括至少如下内容之一:
针对服务小区/邻小区的小区级/波束级测量结果;
地理位置信息。
其他信息,比如时间戳信息,定时器信息,各条目的原因(例如:无线链路失败,RACH失败,RLC达到最大重传次数,T310超时,T312超时,切换失败,SCG失败,重建失败等),RACH相关信息(例如:preamble发送 次数、参考符号相关参数、载波信息、竞争解决相关信息等)可以在各条目下各自单独列出。
示例3
本示例中UE DAPS切换成功,但在目标侧RLF,恢复到源小区连接成功。
当配置了DAPS的UE切换成功后,如果在目标侧很快发生了无线链路失败(target RLF)。如果没有发生源侧RLF,则UE回退到源小区的配置连接,UE可对应记录的相关条目信息和绑定关系如图9所示。
UE可以按照所有失败/成功发生的时间顺序记录有关联关系的相关条目,并将相关联的UE记录信息进行绑定或合并。对于UE在源侧的链路恢复,条目格式可能仅包含一个daps恢复的指示信息,和/或与之前的目标RLF之间的时间关联信息。其他测量结果信息等可以与之前其他关联的条目合并记录与上报。
示例4
本示例在UE发生PSCell change/CPC失败后,后续CPC成功/失败。
当UE发生SCG的RLF或者PSCell change/CPC后,UE可能开启定时器选择一个新的合适小区。如果新选择的合适小区在CPC的候选小区范围内,在网络允许的前提下,UE可能暂不发起SCG failure上报,而是应用UE已保存的针对该候选小区的CPC配置参数,执行针对该候选小区的小区更换过程。
如图10所示,如果后续CPC成功,则UE除了记录SCG的无线链路失败或者同步重配失败相关的信息,还可以记录针对该CPC候选小区的小区更换成功相关信息,例如RACH信息、各小区测量结果等。
如图11所示,如果UE发生SCG的RLF,后续CPC失败,则UE除了记录SCG的无线链路失败或者同步重配失败相关的信息,还可以记录针对该CPC候选小区的小区更换失败相关信息,例如RACH信息、各小区测量结果等。
针对这些信息,UE可以记录针对SCG失败/同步重配成功或失败等的各自相关信息条目,并将相关联的UE记录信息进行绑定或合并。
有关联关系的UE记录信息,是指所记录的不同信息为UE从发生SCG失败或者PSCell change失败,直至本次成功完成SCG重配之间的各次移动性成功/失败信息记录。

Claims (34)

  1. 一种移动性信息上报的方法,应用于用户终端UE,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    触发小区更换或者小区重新接入时,执行向网络侧指示的目标小区进行小区切换,和/或,执行与合适小区建立通信,所述合适小区为小区更换或者小区重新接入时UE选择的且在候选小区名单中的小区;
    记录执行小区切换和/或与所述合适小区建立通信对应的移动性信息,并将所述移动性信息进行上报。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括如下至少一个步骤:
    确定向所述目标小区进行双活动协议栈DAPS切换失败时,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退,并记录对应的移动性信息;
    确定小区更换后仍无法成功接入网络时,执行无线资源连接重建,并记录对应的移动性信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性信息包括场景类型、发生失败原因、信号测量结果、目标小区/合适小区、各次移动性成功/失败中的任一或任多项。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述小区更换的场景类型为DAPS切换,所述记录移动性信息,包括执行如下任一步骤:
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生无线链路失败RLF,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的条件性切换CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,后续CHO失败,执行无线连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且目标小区发生RLF,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,及在源小区RLF,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,后续执行CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,后续执行CHO失败,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,若触发小区重新接入的场景为在主小区组MCG/辅小区组SCG发生无线链路失败RLF,所述记录移动性信息,包括执行如下任一步骤:
    记录在MCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO成功;
    记录在MCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败,继续选择合适小区尝试CHO成功/失败;
    记录在MCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败;
    记录在MCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败,继续执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录在组SCG发生RLF后,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的条件性主辅小区更换CPC成功;
    记录在SCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC失败,继续选择合适小区尝试CPC成功/失败。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述小区更换的场景类型为传统切换HO/主辅小区更换PSCell change/CHO/CPC,所述记录移动性信息,包括执行如下任一步骤:
    记录向目标小区进行HO/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败后,后续CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,后续CHO失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,后续CHO失败,继续执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,继续执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO一次成功;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC失败,后续执行CPC成功;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/CPC失败,后续执行CPC失败;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC一次成功。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述移动性信息包括多个条目,在将所述移动性信息上报之前,还包括:
    确定具有关联关系的多个条目,并合并所述多个条目中属于相同信息项且内容相似度满足要求的内容部分;和/或
    对具有关联关系的多个条目进行捆绑,并记录被捆绑的多个条目之间的关联关系。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述合并所述多个条目中属于相同信息项且内容相似度满足要求的内容部分,包括合并如下任一或任多项内容部分:
    针对服务小区/相邻小区的小区级/波束级的信号测量结果;
    地理位置信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,针对所述多个条目中未合并的如下任一或任多内容部分,在多个条目中单独列出:
    时间戳信息;
    定时器信息;
    记录各个条目的原因;
    随机接入信道RACH相关信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述记录被捆绑的多个条目之间的关联关系,包括执行如下至少一个步骤:
    记录有关联关系的相关条目记录,且确定有新的场景类型的小区更换时,删除之前记录的条目;
    使用相同的标识指向有关联关系的相关条目;
    使用分级的协议架构,仅将有关联关系的相同条目包含在一个容器。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动性信息,包括:
    从触发小区更换/小区重新接入开始,至UE成功完成小区更换/无线资源连接回退/无线资源连接重建/进入空闲态或非激活态之间的各次移动性成功/失败的信息记录。
  12. 一种移动性信息上报的用户终端UE,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器,其中:
    所述存储器用于存储计算机程序;
    所述处理器用于读取所述存储器中的程序并执行:
    触发小区更换或者小区重新接入时,执行向网络侧指示的目标小区进行小区切换,和/或,执行与合适小区建立通信,所述合适小区为小区更换或者小区重新接入时UE选择的且在候选小区名单中的小区;
    记录执行小区切换和/或与所述合适小区建立通信对应的移动性信息,并将所述移动性信息进行上报。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行如下至少一个步骤:
    确定向所述目标小区进行双活动协议栈DAPS切换失败时,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退,并记录对应的移动性信息;
    确定小区更换后仍无法成功接入网络时,执行无线资源连接重建,并记 录对应的移动性信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的UE,其特征在于,所述移动性信息包括场景类型、发生失败原因、信号测量结果、目标小区/合适小区、各次移动性成功/失败中的任一或任多项。
  15. 根据权利要求12或13所述的UE,其特征在于,若所述小区更换的场景类型为DAPS切换,所述处理器记录移动性信息时执行如下任一步骤:
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生无线链路失败RLF,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的条件性切换CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,后续CHO失败,执行无线连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且目标小区发生RLF,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,及在源小区RLF,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,后续执行CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,后续执行CHO失败,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败。
  16. 根据权利要求12或13所述的UE,其特征在于,若触发小区重新接入的场景为在主小区组MCG/辅小区组SCG发生无线链路失败RLF时,所述处理器记录移动性信息时执行如下任一步骤:
    记录在MCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO成功;
    记录在MCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败,继续选择合适小区尝试CHO成功/失败;
    记录在MCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败;
    记录在MCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败,继续执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录在组SCG发生RLF后,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的条件性主辅小区更换CPC成功;
    记录在SCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC失败,继续选择合适小区尝试CPC成功/失败。
  17. 根据权利要求12或13所述的UE,其特征在于,若所述小区更换的场景类型为传统切换HO/PSCell change/CHO/CPC,所述处理器记录移动性信息时执行如下任一步骤:
    记录向目标小区进行HO/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败后,后续CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,后续CHO失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,后续CHO失败,继续执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,继续执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO一次成功;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC失败,后续执行CPC成功;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/CPC失败,后续执行CPC失败;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC一次成功。
  18. 根据权利要求12或13所述的UE,其特征在于,所述移动性信息包 括多个条目,所述处理器将所述移动性信息上报之前,还用于:
    确定具有关联关系的多个条目,并合并所述多个条目中属于相同信息项且内容相似度满足要求的内容部分;和/或
    对具有关联关系的多个条目进行捆绑,并记录被捆绑的多个条目之间的关联关系。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器合并所述多个条目中属于相同信息项且内容相似度满足要求的内容部分,还用于合并如下任一或任多项内容部分:
    针对服务小区/相邻小区的小区级/波束级的信号测量结果;
    地理位置信息。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器针对所述多个条目中未合并的如下任一或任多内容部分,在多个条目中单独列出:
    时间戳信息;
    定时器信息;
    记录各个条目的原因;
    随机接入信道RACH相关信息。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的UE,其特征在于,所述处理器记录被捆绑的多个条目之间的关联关系时执行如下至少一个步骤:
    记录有关联关系的相关条目记录,且确定有新的场景类型的小区更换时,删除之前记录的条目;
    使用相同的标识指向有关联关系的相关条目;

  23. 一种移动性信息上报的用户终端UE,其特征在于,包括:
    通信单元,用于触发小区更换或者小区重新接入时,执行向网络侧指示的目标小区进行小区切换,和/或,执行与合适小区建立通信,所述合适小区为小区更换或者小区重新接入时UE选择的且在候选小区名单中的小区;
    记录上报单元,用于记录执行小区切换和/或与所述合适小区建立通信对应的移动性信息,并将所述移动性信息进行上报。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的UE,其特征在于,所述通信单元还用于执行如下至少一个步骤:
    确定向所述目标小区进行双活动协议栈DAPS切换失败时,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退,并记录对应的移动性信息;
    确定小区更换后仍无法成功接入网络时,执行无线资源连接重建,并记录对应的移动性信息。
  25. 根据权利要求23或24所述的UE,其特征在于,所述移动性信息包括场景类型、发生失败原因、信号测量结果、目标小区/合适小区、各次移动性成功/失败中的任一或任多项。
  26. 根据权利要求23或24所述的UE,其特征在于,若所述小区更换的场景类型为DAPS切换,所述记录上报单元记录移动性信息,包括执行如下任一步骤:
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生无线链路失败RLF,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的条件性切换CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换失败,且源小区发生RLF,后续CHO失败,执行无线连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且目标小区发生RLF,向源小区进行无线资源连接回退成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,及在源小区RLF,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,后续执行CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区DAPS切换成功,且在目标小区发生RLF,后续执行CHO失败,执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败。

    记录在SCG发生RLF,选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC失败,继续选择合适小区尝试CPC成功/失败。
  28. 根据权利要求23或24所述的UE,其特征在于,若所述小区更换的场景类型为传统切换HO/主辅小区更换PSCell change/CHO/CPC,所述记录上报单元记录移动性信息,包括执行如下任一步骤:
    记录向目标小区进行HO/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CHO失败后,后续CHO成功;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,后续CHO失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,后续CHO失败,继续执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO失败后,继续执行无线资源连接重建成功/失败;
    记录向目标小区HO/CHO一次成功;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC失败,后续执行CPC成功;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/CPC失败,后续执行CPC失败;
    记录发生传统主辅小区更换PSCell change/选择合适小区尝试与所述合适小区建立通信的CPC一次成功。
  29. 根据权利要求23或24所述的UE,其特征在于,若所述移动性信息包括多个条目,所述记录上报单元在将所述移动性信息上报之前,还用于:
    确定具有关联关系的多个条目,并合并所述多个条目中属于相同信息项且内容相似度满足要求的内容部分;和/或
