作为进一步的改进,所述升降板的底部设有凸台,所述凸台的底部设有按钮,所述外箱体的前侧固定安装有与两个所述按钮一一对应的两个警报灯,所述按钮与相应的所述警报灯电连接。可选地,所述外箱体上还固定安装有音响,两个所述按钮均与所述音响电连接。
所述垃圾盛放桶的左右两侧分别设有前后延伸的导向槽,所述投放室内设有与所述导向槽相匹配的导向条。

由于采用了上述技术方案,一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,包括外箱体,所述隔板将所述外箱体的内腔均匀分隔为左右两个投放室,所述投放室的底部放置有垃圾盛放桶,所述外箱体的前侧壁上设有与两个所述投放室一一对应的两个投放口,所述支撑座上转动安装有用于将相应的所述投放口封闭的盖板,所述支撑座与所述盖板之间设有开启机构,所述投放室内设有压料机构;本发明在使用时,通过对准话筒说出要投放的垃圾的内容,通过语音识别器识别要投放的垃圾的种类为干垃圾或湿垃圾,若语音识别器判定要投放的垃圾为干垃圾,则语音识别器驱动左侧的投放室的投放口开启,若语音识别器判定要投放的垃圾为湿垃圾,则语音识别器驱动右侧的投放室的投放口开启,从而帮助人们进行垃圾分类,防止将垃圾放入错误的投放口;本发明通过液压缸伸展带动升降板向下移动,升降板通过弹簧推动压板向下移动进入垃圾盛放桶内将垃圾盛放桶内的垃圾压实,从而使垃圾盛放桶可盛放更多的垃圾;本发明的垃圾桶内集满垃圾时,液压缸完全伸展时使升降板触碰凸台上的按钮,按钮被触碰后使相应的警报灯闪烁,并通过音响发出提示音提示环卫工人更换相应的垃圾盛放桶。

具体实施方式
如图1至图11所示,一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,包括外箱体1,所述外箱体1内固定安装有隔板2,所述隔板2将所述外箱体1的内腔均匀分隔为左右两个投放室3,本发明的左右两个投放室3分别对应干垃圾和湿垃圾,所述投放室3的底部放置有垃圾盛放桶4。所述外箱体1的前侧壁上设有与两个所述投放室3一一对应的两个投放口5,所述投放口5位于所述垃圾盛放桶4的上方,投放口5用于向投放室3内投放垃圾,垃圾盛放桶4用于盛接投入投放室3内的垃圾。所述外箱体1的前侧位于两个所述投放口5的上方分别固定安装有支撑座6,所述支撑座6上转动安装有用于将相应的所述投放口5封闭的盖板7,所述支撑座6与所述盖板7之间设有开启机构。所述外箱体1的后侧壁与 两个所述垃圾盛放桶4位置相应处分别设有通口8,所述通口8内铰接有用于将所述通口8封闭的门9,所述门9与所述通口8之间设有门锁10,通口8用于由投放室3内取放垃圾盛放桶4,当垃圾盛放桶4内垃圾盛满时,环卫工人使用钥匙开启门锁10,然后打开门9并将投放室3内盛满垃圾的垃圾盛放桶4取出、并更换空的垃圾盛放桶4。所述投放室3内设有压料机构。
所述支撑座6包括横板11和左右相对固定安装在所述横板11的下侧的两个竖板12,所述盖板7上端固定安装有横向延伸的安装轴13,所述安装轴13转动安装在相应的两个竖板12之间。
所述开启机构包括连接在所述横板11的底部与所述盖板7的前侧之间的拉簧14,通过拉簧14拉动盖板7向上转动使投放口5开启。所述安装轴13的一端同轴固定安装有调节轮15,相应的所述竖板12内设有安装腔16,所述调节轮15位于所述安装腔16内;所述调节轮15的外周面设有光面区域17和棘轮区域18,所述棘轮区域18设有多个连续的棘齿1801,所述安装腔16内转动安装有横向延伸的小轴19,所述小轴19位于所述安装轴13的上方,所述小轴13上固定安装有与所述棘轮区域18相匹配的棘爪20,通过棘爪20搭在调节轮15的棘轮区域18,棘爪20与棘轮区域18配合阻挡调节轮15向后转动,从而拉簧14无法拉动盖板17向上转动使投放口5开启。所述安装腔16的左右侧壁上分别设有与所述小轴19同轴的圆槽21,所述圆槽21与所述小轴19之间设有使所述棘爪20搭在所述调节轮15上的卷簧22;当所述盖板7转动至将所述投放口5封闭时,所述棘爪20与所述棘轮区域18相接触。所述安装腔16内固定安装有转动轴横向延伸的驱动电机23,所述驱动电机23位于所述小轴13的上方,所述驱动电机23的转动轴上固定安装有安装板24,所述安装板24远离所述驱动电机23的转动轴的一侧固定安装有与所述驱动电机23的转动轴偏心设置的辅助轴25,所述辅助轴25与所述驱动电机23的转动轴同向延伸,所述辅助轴25的外侧转动安装有轴套26,所述轴套26与所述棘爪20之间连接有钢丝绳27。通过驱动电机23带动辅助轴25转动,当驱动电机23带动辅助轴25转动至其转动轨迹的最上方时,辅助轴25上的轴套26通过 钢丝绳27拉动棘爪20向远离调节轮15的一侧转动使棘爪20与调节轮15分离;或当驱动电机23带动辅助轴25转动至其转动轨迹的最下方时,卷簧22通过小轴13带动棘爪20向靠近调节轮15的一侧转动使棘爪20搭在调节轮15上。
初始状态时,如图4、图5和图6所示,盖板7呈将投放口5封闭的状态,此时辅助轴25位于其转动轨迹的最下方,卷簧22使棘爪20搭在调节轮15的棘轮区域18,从而阻止拉簧14拉动盖板17向上转动使投放口5开启。当需要开启投放口5投放垃圾时,通过驱动电机23带动辅助轴25转动一周,当辅助轴25转动至其转动轨迹的最上方时,辅助轴25上的轴套26通过钢丝绳27拉动棘爪20与调节轮15分离,随后拉簧14拉动盖板7向上转动使投放口5开启,盖板7转动时通过安装轴13带动调节轮15向后转动,使调节轮15上的光面区域17转动至与棘爪20位置相应处,如图8所示;故当辅助轴25完成转动一周、转动至其转动轨迹的最下方时,卷簧22使棘爪20搭在调节轮15的光面区域17,如图9所示,此时棘爪20无法阻止调节轮15转动,此可继续手动向上掀起盖板7以方便将垃圾放入投放口5内。将垃圾放入投放口5后,通过向下转动盖板7使盖板7将投放口5封闭,盖板7向下转动过程中,通过安装轴25带动调节轮15向前转动,调节轮15带动棘轮区域18转送至与棘爪20相接触,从而避免将盖板7拉簧14再拉动盖板7开启。
所述箱体1的前侧设有话筒28,所述话筒28电连接有语音识别器29,所述语音识别器29分别与两个所述驱动电机23电连接。在投放垃圾之前,通过对准话筒28说出要投放的垃圾的内容,通过语音识别器29识别要投放的垃圾的种类为干垃圾或湿垃圾。若语音识别器29判定要投放的垃圾为干垃圾,则语音识别器29驱动与左侧的投放室3相对应的驱动电机23转动一周,使左侧的投放室3的投放口5开启;若语音识别器29判定要投放的垃圾为湿垃圾,则语音识别器29驱动与右侧的投放室3相对应的驱动电机23转动一周,使右侧的投放室3的投放口5开启,从而帮助人们进行垃圾分类,防止将垃圾放入错误的投放口5。
所述压料机构包括位于所述投放室3内的升降板30,所述升降板30的下方设有与所述垃圾盛放桶4的内腔相匹配的压板31,所述压板31上固定安装有竖向延伸的导向杆32,所述升降板30上固定安装有与所述导向杆32相匹配的滑套33,导向杆32至少设有两个,以保升降板30与证压板31之间连接的稳定性,所述导向杆32上套设有位于所述升降板30和所述压板31之间的弹簧34,所述导向杆32上固定安装有位于所述滑套33的上方的挡块35;所述投放室3的顶部与所述升降板30之间固定安装有用于带动所述升降板30上下移动的液压缸36,所述投放口5的内侧的上方固定安装有红外线传感器46,所述红外线传感器46与所述液压缸36电连接。
将垃圾放入投放口5后,红外线传感器46检测到有垃圾经过后,驱动液压缸36完成一次伸缩动作。液压缸36伸展时带动升降板30向下移动,升降板30通过弹簧34推动压板31向下移动进入垃圾盛放桶4内将垃圾盛放桶4内的垃圾压实,如图10所示,从而使垃圾盛放桶4可盛放更多的垃圾,随后液压缸36收缩带动升降板30和压板31复位。
所述升降板30的底部设有凸台37,所述凸台37的底部设有按钮38,所述外箱体1的前侧固定安装有与两个所述按钮38一一对应的两个警报灯39,所述按钮38与相应的所述警报灯39电连接;所述外箱体1上还固定安装有音响40,两个所述按钮38均与所述音响40电连接。随着垃圾盛放桶4收集的垃圾不断增多,在垃圾盛放桶4内垃圾的支撑作用下,当液压缸36完全伸展时升降板30与压板31之间的距离逐渐减小、弹簧34的压缩程度逐渐增大;直至垃圾盛放桶4内集满垃圾,液压缸36完全伸展时使升降板30触碰凸台37上的按钮38,如图11所示,按钮38被触碰后使相应的警报灯39闪烁,并通过音响40发出提示音提示环卫工人更换相应的垃圾盛放桶4。
所述垃圾盛放桶4的左右两侧分别设有前后延伸的导向槽41,所述投放室3内设有与所述导向槽41相匹配的导向条42,用于提高垃圾盛放桶4安装的稳定性。
所述门9的内侧固定安装有推块43,用于限制垃圾盛放桶4在投放室3内前后移动。
所述升降板30的左右两侧分别固定安装有滑块44,所述投放室3内设有与所述滑块44相匹配的滑道45,用于提高升降板30上下移动的稳定性。

  1. 一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,包括外箱体,所述外箱体内固定安装有隔板,所述隔板将所述外箱体的内腔均匀分隔为左右两个投放室,所述投放室的底部放置有垃圾盛放桶;所述外箱体的前侧壁上设有与两个所述投放室一一对应的两个投放口,所述投放口位于所述垃圾盛放桶的上方,所述外箱体的前侧位于两个所述投放口的上方分别固定安装有支撑座,所述支撑座上转动安装有用于将相应的所述投放口封闭的盖板,所述支撑座与所述盖板之间设有开启机构;所述外箱体的后侧壁与两个所述垃圾盛放桶位置相应处分别设有通口,所述通口内铰接有用于将所述通口封闭的门,所述门与所述通口之间设有门锁;所述投放室内设有压料机构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述支撑座包括横板和左右相对固定安装在所述横板的下侧的两个竖板,所述盖板的上端固定安装有横向延伸的安装轴,所述安装轴转动安装在相应的两个竖板之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述开启机构包括连接在所述横板的底部与所述盖板的前侧之间的拉簧;所述安装轴的一端同轴固定安装有调节轮,相应的所述竖板内设有安装腔,所述调节轮位于所述安装腔内;所述调节轮的外周面设有光面区域和棘轮区域,所述棘轮区域设有多个连续的棘齿,所述安装腔内转动安装有横向延伸的小轴,所述小轴位于所述安装轴的上方,所述小轴上固定安装有与所述棘轮区域相匹配的棘爪;所述安装腔的左右侧壁上分别设有与所述小轴同轴的圆槽,所述圆槽与所述小轴之间设有使所述棘爪搭在所述调节轮上的卷簧;当所述盖板转动至将所述投放口封闭时,所述棘爪与所述棘轮区域相接触;所述安装腔内固定安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机位于所述小轴的上方,所述驱动电机的转动轴上固定安装有安装板,所述安装板远离所述驱动电机的转动轴的一侧固定安装有与所述驱动电机的转动轴偏心设置的辅助轴,所述辅助轴与所述驱动电机的转动轴同向延伸,所述辅助轴的外侧转动安装有轴套,所述轴 套与所述棘爪之间连接有钢丝绳。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述箱体的前侧设有话筒,所述话筒电连接有语音识别器,所述语音识别器分别与两个所述驱动电机电连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述压料机构包括位于所述投放室内的升降板,所述升降板的下方设有与所述垃圾盛放桶的内腔相匹配的压板,所述压板上固定安装有竖向延伸的导向杆,所述升降板上固定安装有与所述导向杆相匹配的滑套,所述导向杆上套设有位于所述升降板和所述压板之间的弹簧,所述导向杆上固定安装有位于所述滑套的上方的挡块;所述投放室的顶部与所述升降板之间固定安装有用于带动所述升降板上下移动的液压缸,所述投放口的内侧的上方固定安装有红外线传感器,所述红外线传感器与所述液压缸电连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述升降板的底部设有凸台,所述凸台的底部设有按钮,所述外箱体的前侧固定安装有与两个所述按钮一一对应的两个警报灯,所述按钮与相应的所述警报灯电连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述外箱体上还固定安装有音响,两个所述按钮均与所述音响电连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述垃圾盛放桶的左右两侧分别设有前后延伸的导向槽,所述投放室内设有与所述导向槽相匹配的导向条。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述门的内侧固定安装有推块。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的一种带有语音识别功能的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述升降板的左右两侧分别固定安装有滑块,所述投放室内设有与所述滑块相匹配的滑道。
