本发明涉及教学器材领域,特别涉及一种新型智能交互智慧云黑板。
背景技术
随着电子技术水平的不断提升,越来越多的智慧云黑板进入教学领域,通过触摸按压等方式与黑板内呈现内容进行交互,操作便捷,内容广泛,可有效提升教学质量,常用的智慧云黑板通过螺栓过挂靠的方式固定到墙面,使用螺栓虽然稳定,但拆装不易,不利于智慧云黑板的后期检修,通过挂靠固定虽然安装方便,但重力全部集中在挂靠部件上,承受压力大,稳定性不足,同时,使用者在交互时会触碰按压屏幕,力道控制不稳时会过度挤压屏幕,可能造成智慧云黑板的损伤。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种新型智能交互智慧云黑板,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为。
一种新型智能交互智慧云黑板,包括黑板主体与主固定板以及副固定板,所述黑板主体后端面四角位置均设置有垫板,所述垫板前端面设置有定位柱,所述定位柱头部分别设置有一对主安装块与一对副安装块,所述主安装块底部设置有限位板,所述限位板底部设置有矩形板,所述主固定板前端面设置有托板,所述托板上端面对应矩形板设置有矩形卡槽,所述副安装块前端面设置有横板,所述副固定板上端面对应横板从上往下设置有定位滑槽。
优选的,所述黑板主体与垫板为一体组成的构件,所述主安装块位于黑板主体后端面顶部两侧位置,所述副安装块位于黑板主体后端面底部两侧位置,所述主固定板与副固定板通过螺栓固定到墙面。
优选的,所述主安装块与副安装块后端面对应定位柱设置有固定槽,所述固定槽底部设置有弹性垫,所述定位柱头部伸入固定槽并设置有定位板,所述垫板前端面在定位柱外圈位置设置有主弹簧,所述主弹簧头部连接到主安装块与副安装块后端面,通过在定位柱头部设置定位板并在其外圈设置主弹簧,利用弹力使黑板主体获得缓冲,在受力过大时会弹性运动,避免屏幕受到损伤。
优选的,所述定位滑槽底部设置有底板,所述底板上端面设置有立柱,所述横板底部对应立柱设置有下凹槽,所述下凹槽顶部设置有限位圆槽,所述限位圆槽顶部连接到横板上端面,通过在底板上方设置立柱并穿过下凹槽与限位圆槽,从而固定黑板底部的位置,避免晃动。
优选的,所述立柱外圈顶部位置设置有可调节的活动环,所述活动环中部对应立柱设置有固定圆孔,所述活动环与底板之间设置有副弹簧,所述立柱位于副弹簧内圈位置,通过在立柱外圈设置副弹簧与活动环,利用弹力托起横板,抵消黑板的部分重力,避免黑板重量全部集中到顶部,提升稳定性。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果。
本发明中,通过在定位柱头部设置定位板并在其外圈设置主弹簧,利用弹力使黑板主体获得缓冲,在受力过大时会弹性运动,避免屏幕受到损伤,通过在底板上方设置立柱并穿过下凹槽与限位圆槽,从而固定黑板底部的位置,避免晃动,通过在立柱外圈设置副弹簧与活动环,利用弹力托起横板,抵消黑板的部分重力,避免黑板重量全部集中到顶部,提升稳定性。

在本实施例中,为了方便对黑板主体1进行组装,将黑板主体1与主固定板8以及副固定板9分开安装,黑板主体1与垫板2为一体组成的构件,主安装块4位于黑板主体1后端面顶部两侧位置,副安装块5位于黑板主体1后端面底部两侧位置,主固定板8与副固定板9通过螺栓固定到墙面。
在本实施例中,为了使黑板主体1具有减震缓冲能力,在主安装块4与副安装块5后端面对应定位柱3设置有固定槽12,固定槽12底部设置有弹性垫14,定位柱3头部伸入固定槽12并设置有定位板13,垫板2前端面在定位柱3外圈位置设置有主弹簧15,主弹簧15头部连接到主安装块4与副安装块5后端面,利用主弹簧15的弹力来对受到的触碰按压进行缓冲,可有效保护屏幕。
在本实施例中,为了使黑板主体1上下端均达到稳定状态,在定位滑槽17底部设置有底板18,底板18上端面设置有立柱19,横板16底部对应立柱19设置有下凹槽23,下凹槽23顶部设置有限位圆槽24,限位圆槽24顶部连接到横板16上端面,通过使立柱19穿过下凹槽23与限位圆槽24即可固定位置。
此外,立柱19外圈顶部位置设置有可调节的活动环20,活动环20中部对应立柱19设置有固定圆孔21,活动环20与底板18之间设置有副弹簧22,立柱19位于副弹簧22内圈位置,利用副弹簧22的弹力顶起活动环20并对横板16进行支撑,提升黑板主体1的稳定性。
本发明的实施方式
需要说明的是,本发明为一种新型智能交互智慧云黑板,在实际使用时,先将主固定板8与副固定板9通过螺栓固定到墙面预定位置,然后抬起黑板主体1并移动,使矩形板7到达托板10上方位置,此时横板16位于副固定板9上方,然后托住黑板主体1使其缓慢下降,使矩形板7逐渐穿过矩形卡槽11,此时横板16底部的下凹槽23到达立柱19头部,最终引导立柱19穿过上方的限位圆槽24,然后继续缓慢放下黑板主体1,横板16在下降过程中不断挤压下方的活动环20,使活动环20沿着立柱19向下运动,并挤压下方的副弹簧22,使副弹簧22受力产生压缩,直至黑板主体1达到稳定状态,此时副弹簧22的弹力可对黑板主体1进行支撑,提升稳定性,当触碰按压屏幕的力度较大时,按压力会使黑板主体1向后运动,并带动后方的垫板2与定位柱3运动,定位柱3沿着固定槽12运动挤压底部的弹性垫14,定位柱3在运动的同时使外圈的主弹簧15受到挤压,从而可对受到的按压力进行缓冲,避免屏幕直接承受压力而损伤。
