在本说明书实施例中,所述客户端110包括智能手机、台式电脑、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、数字助理、智能可穿戴设备等类型的实体设备,也可以包括运行于实体设备中的软体,例如应用程序等。本说明书实施例中网络节点上运行的操作系统可以包括但不限于安卓系统、IOS系统、linux、Unix、windows等。客户端110包括UI(User Interface,用户界面)层,所述客户端110通过所述UI层对用户显示可执行的虚拟车辆钥匙的管理指令和操作指令,另外,基于API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序接口)将管理指令数据发送给云服务器130,基于广播通信或感应式通信的方式,将操作指令数据发送到车端120。
在本说明书实施例中,所述云服务器130可以包括一个独立运行的服务器,或者分布式服务器,或者由多个服务器组成的服务器集群。云服务器130可以包括有网络通信单元、处理器和存储器等等。具体的,所述云服务器130可以用于生成虚拟车辆钥匙,并将虚拟车辆钥匙分别发送到客户端110和车端120,所述云服务器130还可以用于对客户端110的用户标识进行识别,验证客户端110的合法性。

例如,车辆在工厂生产时,将其对应的车辆识别码1上传至云服务器中。车主在首次下载使用该应用软件时,需用手机号或其他账号注册登陆该应用软件,以将手机号作为用户标识信息为例,车主在注册车辆钥匙管理应用软件和绑定车辆过程中时,客户端将手机号和车辆的车辆识别码2同时上传到云服务器,云服务器将车辆的车辆识别码2和记录的生产线车辆识别码1进行匹配,若车辆识别码1和车辆识别码2为同一号码,则可验证应用软件账号的合法性。同时,云端记录该应用软件账号,并且记录应用软件账号与车辆的车辆识别码之间的唯一对应关系。
在用户注册时,对用户标识信息和车辆标识信息进行验证,使得用户标识能够与车辆标识唯一对应,在后续进行虚拟车辆钥匙的申请与生成时,增强了虚拟车辆钥匙的安全性。

若根据用户标识信息不能获取用户注册信息,或者注册车辆标识信息与车辆标识信息不匹配,则可以确定用户标识信息为非法信息,此时不进行下一步的生成虚拟车辆钥匙。
通过对用户标识信息的合法性进行验证,使得用户标识与虚拟车辆钥匙存在唯一对应关系,增强了虚拟车辆钥匙的安全性。
S230.所述云服务器生成与所述标识信息验证结果对应的虚拟车辆钥匙;

在钥匙找回后,客户端向云服务器发送重新申请指令,云服务器根据重新申请指令生成虚拟车辆钥匙,并将虚拟车辆钥匙分别发送到客户端和车端,覆盖客户端和车端的钥匙设备中原本的虚拟车辆钥匙。例如车端的感应式虚拟车辆钥匙会写入感应式虚拟车辆钥匙设备中,在重新获得虚拟车辆钥匙后,会覆盖设备中原本的虚拟车辆钥匙。之后,云服务器可以根据客户端发送的管理指令和车端记录的管理历史记录,对新生成的虚拟车辆钥匙进行管理。
将虚拟车辆钥匙的删除与重配的权限交给用户,使得用户可以随时进行删除钥匙和重配钥匙,提高了用户体验,同时也节省了车辆生产时配备车辆钥匙而耗费的人力物力,节约了生产成本。

在钥匙找回后,客户端向云服务器发送重新申请指令,云服务器根据重新申请指令生成虚拟车辆钥匙,并将虚拟车辆钥匙分别发送到客户端和车端,覆盖客户端和车端的钥匙设备中原本的虚拟车辆钥匙。例如车端的感应 式虚拟车辆钥匙会写入感应式虚拟车辆钥匙设备中,在重新获得虚拟车辆钥匙后,会覆盖设备中原本的虚拟车辆钥匙。之后,云服务器可以根据客户端发送的管理指令和车端记录的管理历史记录,对新生成的虚拟车辆钥匙进行管理。
将虚拟车辆钥匙的删除与重配的权限交给用户,使得用户可以随时进行删除钥匙和重配钥匙,提高了用户体验,同时也节省了车辆生产时配备车辆钥匙而耗费的人力物力,节约了生产成本。
本说明书实施例提供了一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理方法,所述方法包括通过客户端发送钥匙申请指令到云服务器,云服务器验证过钥匙申请指令中的用户标识信息和车辆标识信息后,生成虚拟车辆钥匙,并将虚拟车辆钥匙分别发送到客户端和车端。客户端和车端分别进行虚拟车辆钥匙的存储。云服务器响应客户端发送的管理指令,以及从车端处获取的钥匙使用记录,对虚拟车辆钥匙进行管理,并反馈处理结果到客户端,或者转发管理指令到车端等。所述方法将虚拟车辆钥匙的管理权限交给用户,使得用户可以随时进行查看钥匙、使用钥匙、删除钥匙等多种操作,提高了用户体验,同时也节省了车辆生产时配备车辆钥匙而耗费的人力物力,节约了生产成本。

    客户端发送虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令到云服务器中,所述虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令中包括钥匙种类信息、用户标识信息和车辆标识信息;
    所述云服务器对所述用户标识信息和所述车辆标识信息进行验证,得到标识信息验证结果;
    所述云服务器生成与所述标识信息验证结果对应的虚拟车辆钥匙;
    所述云服务器将所述虚拟车辆钥匙分别发送到所述客户端和与所述车辆标识信息对应的车端;
    所述客户端和所述车端分别在本地存储所述虚拟车辆钥匙;
    所述车端向云服务器发送虚拟车辆钥匙管理信息;
    所述客户端向云服务器发送虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令;
    所述云服务器根据所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理信息,执行所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令对应的管理操作。

    所述客户端通过所述联网式虚拟车辆钥匙向所述车端发送操作指令;
    所述车端获取所述操作指令,并执行所述操作指令对应的操作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理方法,其特征在于,若所述虚拟车辆钥匙为感应式虚拟车辆钥匙,所述方法还包括:
    所述车端接收所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙,并存储在所述车端的虚拟车辆钥匙管理模块中;
    所述车端通过钥匙读写模块将所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙写入所述车端的感应式虚拟车辆钥匙设备;
    所述客户端通过所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙向所述车端发送操作指令;
    所述车端的感应式虚拟车辆钥匙设备获取所述操作指令;
    所述车端的虚拟车辆钥匙管理模块通过所述钥匙读写模块获取所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙设备中的操作指令,并执行所述操作指令对应的操作。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理方法,其特征在于,所述客户端发送虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令到云服务器中,所述虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令中包括钥匙种类信息、用户标识信息和车辆标识信息之前,还包括:
    所述客户端发送用户注册信息到所述云服务器中,所述用户注册信息包括注册车辆标识信息和用户标识信息;
    所述云服务器验证所述注册车辆标识信息;
    若验证成功,所述云服务器存储所述注册车辆标识信息和所述用户标识信息的对应关系。
  9. 一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括;
    接收客户端发送的虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令,所述虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令中包括钥匙种类信息、用户标识信息和车辆标识信息;
    对所述用户标识信息和所述车辆标识信息进行验证,得到标识信息验证结果;
    生成与所述标识信息验证结果对应的虚拟车辆钥匙;
    将所述虚拟车辆钥匙分别发送到所述客户端和与所述车辆标识信息对 应的车端,以使所述客户端和所述车端分别在本地存储所述虚拟车辆钥匙;
    接收所述车端发送的虚拟车辆钥匙管理信息;
    接收所述客户端发送虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令;
    根据所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理信息,执行所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令对应的管理操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理方法,其特征在于,所述对所述用户标识信息和所述车辆标识信息进行验证,得到标识信息验证结果包括:
    根据所述用户标识信息,获取用户注册信息;
    根据所述用户注册信息,确定所述用户标识信息对应的注册车辆标识信息;
    根据所述注册车辆标识信息和所述用户标识信息之间的对应关系,对所述车辆标识信息和所述用户标识信息之间的对应关系进行验证,得到标识信息验证结果。

    验证所述注册车辆标识信息;
    若验证成功,存储所述注册车辆标识信息和所述用户标识信息的对应关系。
  15. 一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括客户端、云服务器和车端;
    所述客户端用于发送虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令到所述云服务器中,所述虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令中包括钥匙种类信息、用户标识信息和车辆标识信息;所述客户端用于接收所述云服务器发送的虚拟车辆钥匙,并存储所述虚拟车辆钥匙;所述客户端还用于向所述云服务器发送虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令;
    所述云服务器用于对所述用户标识信息和所述车辆标识信息进行验证,得到标识信息验证结果,并生成与所述标识信息验证结果对应的虚拟车辆钥匙;所述云服务器用于发送所述虚拟车辆钥匙到客户端,并发送所述虚拟车辆钥匙到车端;所述云服务器还用于根据所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理信息,执 行所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令对应的管理操作;

    所述车端还用于根据所述虚拟车辆钥匙删除指令,确定待删除的虚拟车辆钥匙并删除。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理系统,其特征在于,若所述虚拟车辆钥匙为联网式虚拟车辆钥匙,所述系统还包括:
    所述客户端还用于通过所述联网式虚拟车辆钥匙向所述车端发送操作指令;
    所述车端还用于获取所述操作指令,并执行所述操作指令对应的操作。
  21. 根据权利要求15所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理系统,其特征在于,若所述虚拟车辆钥匙为感应式虚拟车辆钥匙,所述系统还包括:
    所述车端还用于接收所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙,并存储在所述车端的虚拟车辆钥匙管理模块中;所述车端还用于通过钥匙读写模块将所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙写入所述车端的感应式虚拟车辆钥匙设备;所述车端还用于通过所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙设备获取所述操作指令;所述车端还用于基于所述钥匙读写模块,通过虚拟车辆钥匙管理模块获取所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙设备中的操作指令,并执行所述操作指令对应的操作;
    所述客户端还用于通过所述感应式虚拟车辆钥匙向所述车端发送操作指令。
  22. 根据权利要求15所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    所述客户端还用于发送用户注册信息到所述云服务器中,所述用户注 册信息包括注册车辆标识信息和用户标识信息;
    所述云服务器还用于验证所述注册车辆标识信息,并在验证成功时,存储所述注册车辆标识信息和所述用户标识信息的对应关系。
  23. 一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:申请指令接收模块、标识信息验证模块、虚拟钥匙生成模块、虚拟钥匙发送模块和管理指令执行模块;
    所述申请指令接收模块用于接收客户端发送的虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令,所述虚拟车辆钥匙申请指令中包括钥匙种类信息、用户标识信息和车辆标识信息;
    所述标识信息验证模块用于对所述用户标识信息和所述车辆标识信息进行验证,得到标识信息验证结果;
    所述虚拟钥匙生成模块用于生成与所述标识信息验证结果对应的虚拟车辆钥匙;
    所述虚拟钥匙发送模块用于将所述虚拟车辆钥匙分别发送到所述客户端和与所述车辆标识信息对应的车端,以使所述客户端和所述车端分别在本地存储所述虚拟车辆钥匙;
    所述管理指令执行模块用于接收所述车端发送的虚拟车辆钥匙管理信息,接收所述客户端发送虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令,并根据所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理信息,执行所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令对应的管理操作。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理装置,其特征在于,所述标识信息验证模块包括注册信息获取单元、注册标识确定单元和验证单元;
    所述注册信息获取单元用于根据所述用户标识信息,获取用户注册信息;
    所述注册标识确定单元用于根据所述用户注册信息,确定所述用户标识信息对应的注册车辆标识信息;
    所述验证单元用于根据所述注册车辆标识信息和所述用户标识信息之 间的对应关系,对所述车辆标识信息和所述用户标识信息之间的对应关系进行验证,得到标识信息验证结果。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:存储模块;
    所述存储模块用于存储所述用户标识信息、所述车辆标识信息和所述虚拟车辆钥匙的对应关系。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理装置,其特征在于,当所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令为使用记录查看指令时,所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理信息为所述虚拟车辆钥匙的历史使用记录,所述管理指令执行模块包括目标使用记录获取单元和目标使用记录发送单元;
    所述目标使用记录获取单元用于根据所述虚拟车辆钥匙的历史使用记录,获取所述使用记录查看指令中目标虚拟车辆钥匙对应的目标历史使用记录;
    所述目标使用记录发送单元用于将所述目标历史使用记录发送到所述客户端。
  27. 根据权利要求23所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理装置,其特征在于,当所述虚拟车辆钥匙管理指令为虚拟车辆钥匙删除指令时,所述管理指令执行模块包括删除指令接收单元和删除指令处理单元:
    所述删除指令接收单元用于根据所述客户端发送的虚拟车辆钥匙删除指令,确定待删除的虚拟车辆钥匙;
    所述删除指令处理单元用于删除所述待删除的虚拟车辆钥匙,并将所述虚拟车辆钥匙删除指令发送到所述车端。
  28. 根据权利要求23所述的一种基于车联网的虚拟车辆钥匙管理装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:注册信息接收模块、注册信息验证模块和注册信息存储模块;
    所述注册信息接收模块用于注册信息接收模块接收所述客户端发送的用户注册信息,所述用户注册信息包括注册车辆标识信息和用户标识信息;
    所述注册信息验证模块用于验证所述注册车辆标识信息;
    所述注册信息存储模块用于若验证成功,存储所述注册车辆标识信息和所述用户标识信息的对应关系。
