Abstract

The proposed technical solution relates to a holder for a container containing a consumable product such as a sauce or syrup. The holder is positionable on a packaging for a fast food product. In an unfolded state, the holder is a flat strip provided with fold lines for forming three structural parts: a first supporting part, a second supporting part, and a connecting part. The supporting parts are of the same size and shape and each one contains a vertical through-slot for engaging with elements of a fast food packaging. Each of the supporting parts is also provided with equal-sized horizontal through-slots disposed at the same height for anchoringly receiving the edges of a container. Said horizontal slots have a width that is less than the thickness of the edges of a container. The connecting part is situated between the supporting parts and is delimited therefrom by parallel vertical fold lines which allow the holder to be folded into a U-shape. The technical result is that of preventing free movement of a sauce container relative to the holder, while at the same time securely fastening said container relative to a wall of a fast food packaging.

The invention relates to a holder for a container with a ready-to-eat product such as sauces, syrups, and can be used in the food industry, for example, for attaching the container to cardboard or plastic packaging of food products, in particular, fast food products such as french fries, nuggets, confectionery, etc.

This type of holder and the method of its fastening are convenient when eating food only during a car trip. However, the design of this holder is not intended for attaching it to bags, boxes, trays or boxes with fast food, which accordingly excludes the possibility of using the Saucemoto ^® holder both when eating food on the go, for example, while walking, and at home or in catering and recreation establishments. .

In addition, this design of the holder does not allow fixing the sauce container in all planes, in particular, if the sauce container is freely placed, it is likely to tip over when the car is moving, which can lead to inconvenience when using the Saucemoto ^® holder and can lead to hygiene problems . The essence of the technical problem is as follows.

The modern pace of life is forcing more and more people to eat fast food. As a rule, there is no discomfort when eating fast food at home, in cafes, restaurants, etc.

However, eating while driving, on the road, including driving a car, becomes difficult and dictates its own conditions, especially when fast food placed in packaging (for example, cardboard or plastic) is separately container is served, for example, sauce. Thus, the consumer either holds both the food package and the sauce container in one hand, resulting in an awkward situation that can lead to the product package tipping over or sauce spilling. Or he uses both hands to hold a box of potatoes and a container of sauce, and in this case, it is not possible to comfortably use the product.

In this connection, there is a need to solve the problem of using the sauce together with instant products when the consumer is moving, for example, walking, or during his trip in a vehicle.

This problem can be eliminated by attaching a container, for example, with sauce, to food packaging, which will allow you to hold the package together with the sauce in one hand and greatly facilitate eating both on the go and at home or in public catering establishments.

The claimed technical solution eliminates this problem.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to create a universal holder that allows you to securely fix containers with ready-to-eat products such as sauces, syrups, etc. on food packages.

The technical result of the proposed technical solution is to exclude the free displacement of the sauce container relative to the holder, while ensuring reliable fixation of the said container relative to the food packaging wall. Reliable fixation is ensured due to the presence of elements in the holder that allow to exclude (minimize) displacement or tipping of the container with sauce relative to the vertical plane and packaging. The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the holder for a container with a ready-to-eat product placed on a package for a fast food product, made from a single piece of material that can hold its shape, is a flat strip in the unfolded state, in which fold lines are provided, forming three structural parts: the first support part, the second support part and the connecting part, while the support parts have the same size and shape and each of them contains a vertical through slot for interfacing with the elements of the packaging for the fast food product, and in each of the support parts there are also horizontal through slots, equal in size, placed at the same level and designed to secure the edges of the container with force in them, while the width of the horizontal slots is less than the thickness of the edges of the container, and the connecting part is located between the supporting parts and separated from them by vertical and parallel lines and a fold, folding along which makes it possible to obtain a U-shaped holder.

The holder for the container is made of cardboard with a thickness of 0.4-0.7 mm and a stiffness in static bending in the transverse direction of 0.4-0.7 N m.

Implementation of the invention

In FIG. 2 shows a developed view of the holder (view of the holder in one plane) (1) for a container, for example, with sauce. The holder is made from a single piece of material that can hold its shape.

The holder (1) in expanded form is a flat strip containing three structural parts: the first support part (2a), the second support part (26) and the connecting part (3). At the ends of the flat strip, in the supporting parts (2a, 26), vertical through slots (4) and (5) are made along its width, located parallel to each other. Slots (4) and (5) form a fastening element in the form of strips (6) and (7), each of which contacts the inner surface of the package wall and allows the assembled holder to be fixed on the package.

In each of the supporting parts (2a) and (26) there are also horizontal through slots (8) and (9) located on the same straight line (directed towards each other) and allowing to place and fix the edges (12) of the container (13) in them , for example, with sauce. In this case, the fixation of the edges (12) occurs due to the fact that the width of the horizontal slots (8) and (9) is less than the thickness of the container edges, as a result of which the edges are inserted with force into the horizontal slots of the supporting parts. As a result, the edges (12) of the container are in close contact with the walls of the slot, which ensures reliable fixation of the container (13) in relation to the package and relative to the horizontal plane, without the possibility of its overturning.

The length of the vertical through slots must be chosen so that the holder, when assembled and placed on the package, does not tip over. Optimal for fulfilling this condition is the length of the vertical slots, which is at least 2/3 of the length of the side of the supporting part.

The presence of the connecting part (3) makes it possible to rigidly fix the supporting parts (2a) and (26) relative to each other.

The transfer of the holder from the non-working (disassembled) state to the working (assembled) state is carried out by the user during operation.

In order to bring the holder (1) into an assembled view, two parallel vertical fold lines (10) and (11) are applied to the workpiece. The fold lines are located between the connecting part and each of the supporting parts.

In order to form the holder in the desired final shape (FIG. 3), the holder in the expanded form shown in FIG. 2 are folded along the fold lines (10) and (11) so that the support portions are parallel and opposite each other to form a U-shaped holder. To bring the holder into working condition, the edges of the container, for example, with sauce, are forcefully placed in horizontal slots and held by friction forces, thereby preventing the supporting parts from moving relative to each other and reliably fixing the container relative to the horizontal plane. Further, the side wall of the package (15) is inserted into the vertical slots for their entire length, which secures the holder to the wall of the package and prevents the sauce container from tipping over.

The holder is made of cardboard, as the cardboard is characterized by sufficient strength during transportation, lightness, as well as harmlessness to the environment and the consumer.

At the same time, the cardboard must be made in accordance with GOST 32096-2013 and have a thickness of 0.4-0.7 mm, stiffness in static bending in the transverse direction of 0.4-0.7 N m. The choice of these parameters is due to the fact that with a cardboard thickness of less than 0.4 mm and a stiffness of less than 0.4 N m, the holder is not able to maintain the required shape and is subjected to excessive deformations during operation. At the same time, the choice of cardboard with a thickness of more than 0.7 mm and a stiffness of more than 0.7 N m is not appropriate, so with a cardboard thickness of 0.4 to 0.7 mm and a stiffness of 0.4 to 0.7 N m the holder has sufficient ability to resist deformation and to form bends.

When the holder is placed on the wall of the package, a closed contour is created, formed by the supporting parts with horizontal and vertical slots, the connecting part and the wall of the package to form a rigid structure that keeps its shape during operation.

This technical solution allows you to attach a container, for example, with sauce, to most packages with fast food products (bag, box, box, etc.) and has the following advantages:

- simplicity, reliability and versatility of the design (suitable for attachment to most packages);

- ease of use (the ability to eat food both on the go, for example, when walking, when driving in a car, and in a cafe, at a table);

- the possibility of reusable use of the holder, as it is an independent device in relation to food packaging;

- the use of the holder only when it is necessary to consume sauce, syrup, etc., regardless of the design of the food packaging. Example.

In FIG. 4 shows an example of attaching a holder to a carton that can hold instant food.

The holder serves to place a container in it, for example, with sauce, and fix it on another container, which is made, for example, in the form of a box (14) with french fries.

The flat holder blank according to FIG. 2 are folded along the fold lines (10) and (11) to form a U-shaped holder. The blank is made of cardboard having a thickness of 0.4 mm and a static bending stiffness in the transverse direction of 0.4 N m.

The edges (12) of the container are inserted with force into the horizontal slots (8.9). The width of the slots is less than the thickness of the edges, as a result of which the friction force arising between them ensures reliable fixation of the container in the holder.

Next, the holder is mounted on the box with french fries by placing the box wall in the vertical slots (4.5) of the holder so that the fastening strips (6.7) are in contact with the inside of the package wall on which the holder is fixed.

By placing the container with the sauce in the holder and attaching it to the box of french fries using horizontal and vertical slots, it becomes possible to hold the package with the container with one hand, while the other hand is free, which creates the convenience of eating food on the go with the proposed holder.

Thus, reliable fixation is provided due to the presence of fastening elements on the holder, made according to the design of the holder disclosed above.
