Abstract

FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a container holder, which is attached to a package with food products. Holder comprises a fastening part, a bearing part with a hole for installation of a container in it and a support part with an opening. Between the fastening part and the bearing part there is a crease line, on opposite sides of which there are slots towards each other, which allow fixing the bearing part in the wall of the package. Support part comprises a section made with possibility of fixation in a slot arranged in the package wall.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of holder, which provides its reliable and fast fixation on wall of package with fast food products, which simultaneously provides possibility to release one of hands when eating on the go.

The invention relates to a holder for a container with a ready-to-eat product and can be used in the food industry, for example, for attaching a container with sauce to cardboard or plastic packaging of food (having previously prepared slots for attaching the holder), in particular, fast food products - fast food such as fries, nuggets, pastries, etc.

State of the art

Known holder for a container with sauce, which is part of a cardboard package, which is a box having a bottom, sides and hinged lids, each of which has an opening for placing a container with sauce (NZ 571924 A, class A47G 29/00, publ. 03/31/2009).

The disadvantages of this analogue are the inability to attach the holder to other containers, since the holder is an integral part of the package.

The closest thing to the claimed technical solution is the Saucemoto® sauce holder, which is installed in the ventilation grill of the car and allows you to eat while traveling by car (Sauce holder [online] [found 10/28/2019]. This method is convenient for eating food while traveling by car. However, this holder is not designed to be attached to bags, boxes, trays or junk food boxes for on-the-go meals.

Disclosure of invention

The essence of the technical problem is as follows.

The modern rhythm of life is forcing more and more people to eat fast food. In the case when, for example, sauce is served separately in a container for fast food products placed in packaging (for example, cardboard or plastic), eating food on the road, including driving a car, is difficult.

In this connection, it becomes necessary to fix the container, for example, with sauce, to the food packaging, which will allow you to hold the packaging with the sauce in one hand, which will greatly facilitate the use of food on the go.

The claimed technical solution eliminates this problem.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to create a holder that allows you to reliably fix the container (for example, with sauce) on fast food packages with standardized holes or slots for attaching the holder directly to the package.

The technical result of the proposed solution is to ensure reliable fixation of the container on the wall of fast food packaging, which has unified mating holes or slots for fastening elements of the holder, which simultaneously provides the ability to free one of the hands when eating on the go. Reliable fixation is ensured due to the presence of elements in the holder that allow to exclude (minimize) displacement or overturning of the part of the holder with the container relative to the vertical plane.

The technical result is also achieved in that the holder for a container with a ready-to-eat product, placed on a package with a fast food product, is made of a single piece of material that can keep its shape, in which fold lines, cutouts and slots are provided, forming in the mentioned material in succession located such structural elements as a fastening part, a supporting part with an opening for installing a container in it and a supporting part with an opening, while between the fastening part and the supporting part there is a fold line, on opposite sides of which slots are made, forming two fastening elements in the form of strips for their installation in the counter slots of the package wall, allowing to fix the carrier part in the packing wall, and the supporting part contains a protrusion made with the possibility of its installation in another slot of the package, which is located below the slots intended for fixing the carrier part. The protrusion of the support part has a trapezoidal shape and is placed so that its axis of symmetry coincides with the axis of symmetry of the holder.

The lengths of the slots forming the fastening elements are equal, and their total length is 2/3 of the entire length of the fold line, which is located between the fastening part and the supporting part.

Implementation of the invention

FIG. 2 shows an expanded view of the holder (view of the holder in one plane) (1) for a container, for example, with sauce.

The unfolded holder (1) is a flat strip containing a fastening part (2), a supporting part (3) with an opening (shaped like a sauce container) and a supporting part (4) for contact with the package wall. The fastening part is a strip, the length of which coincides with the length of the supporting part. Between the fastening part and the carrier part there is a fold line (5), on the opposite sides of which, towards each other, slots (6) are made, allowing the carrier to be fixed in the package wall. The lengths of the slots (6) forming the fastening elements are equal, and their total length is 2/3 of the entire length of the fold line located between the fastening part and the supporting part.

A hole is made in the supporting part (3) (having the shape of a container for sauce, it can be rectangular, round, or geometrically follow the contours of the container for fixing it in the holder) (7), which allows you to install a container in it, for example, for sauce (14). An opening (7) is also made in the support part (4) in the center in the case, for example, of providing more convenient access for installing or removing the container.

The supporting part contains a section - a protrusion (8), made with the possibility of fixing in a horizontal slot (9) located in the wall of the package. The protrusion (8) of the support part has a trapezoidal shape and is located so that its axis of symmetry coincides with the axis of symmetry of the holder.

In order to bring the holder into the assembled form, two parallel fold lines are applied to the workpiece. The first fold line (5) is formed between the fastening element and the carrier. The second fold line (10) runs between the carrier part and the support part.

It is the presence of two pre-applied fold lines (5) and (10) on the holder in unfolded form that allow the holder to be quickly folded and bring the holder into a predetermined shape and fix it on the package wall.

To be able to fix the holder on the wall of the package, it is necessary to have reciprocal vertical slots (11) in it, in which the slotted parts (6) of the fastening part (2) will be fixed, and the protrusion (8), made in the supporting part of the holder, is fixed in the horizontal slot (nine).

The holder can be made of a dense material, for example, of plastic or cardboard, preferably cardboard, since the cardboard is characterized by sufficient strength during transportation, lightness, and also harmless to the environment.

This technical solution allows you to attach a container with sauce to most packages with fast food (bag, box, box, etc.) and has the following advantages:

- simplicity, reliability and versatility of the design (suitable for fastening to most packages);

- ease of use (the ability to eat food on the go);

- the possibility of reusable use of the holder, since it is an independent device in relation to packaging with fast food and the use of the holder only when it is necessary to consume sauce, regardless of the design of the food packaging.

FIG. 4 shows an example of attaching the holder to a carton in which instant food can be placed.

The holder serves to place a container, for example, with sauce (14), and fix it on another container, which is made, for example, in the form of a box (12) with French fries.

The carrier slab according to FIG. 2 are folded along the fold line (10). The cut parts (6) of the fastening part (2) are inserted into the corresponding vertical slots (11) made in the package (12), so that they are placed inside the package along their entire length.

FIG. 3 shows the holder in a non-working (folded) state, the transfer of which to a working (assembled) state is carried out by the user during operation. In the folded state (necessary, for example, for transportation and storage of blanks of cardboard boxes), the protrusion (8), made in the support part, is placed in the horizontal slot (13) of the package.

To bring the holder into working condition, the protrusion (8) is removed from the horizontal slot (13) and placed in the horizontal slot (9) of the package, thus, the workpiece part is bent along the fold line (10) in the opposite direction from the folded state. The angle of the fold line (5) also changes with respect to the position of the carrier part (3) as shown in FIG. 4.

By placing the container with the sauce (14) in the holder (1) and attaching it to the box with French fries (12) using cuts (slots) (9 and 11), it becomes possible to hold them with one hand, while the other hand free, which makes it easy to consume food on the go with the proposed holder.

Thus, reliable fixation is ensured by the presence of fastening elements in the holder, made according to the design of the holder disclosed above.

A holder for a container with a ready-to-eat product, placed on a package with a fast food product, made of a single piece of material that can keep its shape, in which fold lines, cutouts and slots are provided, forming such structural elements in series in the said material , as a fastening part, a supporting part with an opening for installing a container in it and a supporting part with a hole, while between the fastening part and the supporting part there is a fold line, on the opposite sides of which slots are made, forming two fastening elements in the form of strips for their installation in reciprocal slots of the package wall, allowing to fix the carrier part in the packing wall, and the supporting part contains a protrusion made with the possibility of its installation in another slot of the package, which is located below the slots intended for fixing the carrier part. 2.
