SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a container holder, which is attached to a package with food products. Holder comprises such structural elements as bearing part with hole, intermediate part with hole and support part. Bearing part comprises fastening sections forming U-shaped element, lateral sides of which are intended for contact with inner surface of package wall. Support part comprises a section that can be fixed in a slot arranged on the bearing part to form a closed contour with a part, an intermediate part and a support part.

EFFECT: creation of a holder, which ensures its reliable and fast fixation on the wall of the package with fast food products, which simultaneously provides the possibility to release one of hands when eating on the go.

State of the art

The disadvantages of this analogue are the inability to attach the holder to other containers, since the holder is an integral part of the package.

Disclosure of invention

The essence of the technical problem is as follows.

The modern rhythm of life is forcing more and more people to eat fast food. In the case when, for example, sauce is served separately in a container for fast food products placed in packaging (for example, cardboard or plastic), eating food on the road, including driving a car, is difficult.

In this connection, it becomes necessary to fix the container, for example, with sauce, to the food packaging, which will allow you to hold the packaging with the sauce in one hand, which will greatly facilitate the use of food on the go.

The claimed technical solution eliminates this problem.

The task of the proposed technical solution is to create a universal holder that allows you to reliably fix containers with sauce on fast food packages.

The technical result of the proposed technical solution is to ensure reliable and quick fixation of the container with the sauce on the wall of the fast food packaging, which simultaneously provides the ability to free one of the hands when eating on the go.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the holder for the container with the product ready for use is made of a single piece of material capable of keeping its shape, in which fold lines, cutouts and slots are provided, forming such structural elements in the mentioned material as a carrying part with an opening for installation it contains containers, a supporting part for contact with the wall of the package and an intermediate part with a hole in the center, connecting the supporting part with the hole and the supporting part, and the intermediate part is at an angle to the supporting part so that the fold line, which is the transition region of the intermediate part into the supporting part adjoins the outer side of the packaging wall, on which the holder is placed, while the supporting part contains fastening sections forming a U-shaped element, the sides of which are intended for contact with the inner surface of the packaging wall, and the supporting part contains a section configured to fixation in a slot located on the carrier part to form a carrier part, an intermediate part and a supporting part of a closed loop.

Implementation of the invention

FIG. 2a shows an expanded view of the holder (view of the holder in one plane) (1) for a container, for example, with sauce.

The unfolded holder (1) is a flat strip containing a supporting part (2) with an opening, a supporting part (4) for contact with the packaging wall and an intermediate part (3). A hole (5) is made in the supporting part (2), allowing you to install a container in it, for example, for sauce. The hole can be rectangular, circular or any shape that follows the contour of the food container. An opening (5) is also made in the intermediate part (3) in the center, for example, to provide more convenient access for installing or removing the container.

The holder contains a U-shaped element (6), partially covering the perimeter of the carrier part (2) and the intermediate part (3). Through-slots (14) are located between the vertical components (13) of the U-shaped element and the sides of the carrier part and the intermediate part, which make it possible to install and fix the folded holder on the product package.

The length of the through slots (14) can be chosen as follows: equal to the sum of the lengths of the side sides of the carrier and intermediate parts, or equal to at least 2/3 of the sum of the lengths of the carrier and intermediate parts. In this case, the slots (14) can end directly at the fold line (7) or can be extended above the fold line (7) so that the distance of the section (14a) from the fold line (7) to the end point of the slot is no more than 1/3 the gap from the fold line (7) to the edge (14b) of the carrier part.

In order to bring the holder into the assembled form, three parallel fold lines are drawn on the workpiece. The first fold line (7) is formed between the horizontal component of the U-shaped element and the supporting part. The second fold line (8) runs between the carrier part and the intermediate part. The third fold line (9) runs between the intermediate part and the support part.

On the edge of the flat strip, on the side of the supporting part, there is a protrusion (10) with a through slot (11), a counter through slot (12) located in the fold line (7).

To form the holder in the desired final shape (FIG. 3), the holder in the unfolded form shown in FIG. 2a, folded along fold lines (7), (8), (9) and connect the first support part to the second support part by means of a connection unit without the use of separate fasteners to form a closed loop. To create a connection unit, each of the parts to be connected - the bearing part (2) and the supporting part (4) - interacts with each other using connecting elements - through slots (11, 12). At the same time, at the moment of connection of the supporting parts, the slots face each other and are located along the connection line. As a result of the connection, a lock connection is formed due to the contact of the uncut part of the fold line (7) and the slot (11) of the protrusion (10) so that the edge of the protrusion (10) lies on the fold line (7) when the protrusion (10) is placed in the slot ( 12). The locking connection is formed when the slot (12) is made 1/2 of the length smaller than the length of the protrusion (10), i.e. the central regions of the slot (12) and the projection (10) are offset relative to each other.

This technical solution allows you to attach a container with sauce to most packages with fast food (bag, box, box, etc.) and has the following advantages:

- simplicity, reliability and versatility of the design (suitable for fastening to most packages);

- ease of use (the ability to eat food on the go);

- the possibility of using a figure for an advertising campaign in the form of a robot, a superhero and other popular characters (movies, films, comics), for the purpose of marketing brand promotion (advertising a third-party product), as well as to attract a target audience (in the form of a child's toy) Fig. 2b;

- the possibility of reusable use of the holder, since it is an independent device in relation to packaging with fast food and the use of the holder only when it is necessary to consume sauce, regardless of the design of the food packaging.

In contrast to the prior art, the holder is provided with an additional second support surface (4), which provides a more reliable fixation of the holder structure relative to the package, i.e. allows you to more rigidly fix the container with the sauce to the package, and provide more convenient, comfortable and safe eating on the go and on the road.

The presence of the intermediate part makes it possible to rigidly fix the bearing part and the supporting part relative to each other.

The holder can be made of a dense material, for example, of plastic or cardboard, preferably cardboard, since the cardboard is characterized by sufficient strength during transportation, lightness, and also harmless to the environment.

The holder (Fig. 4) serves to place a container in it, for example, with sauce (16), and fix it on another container, which is made, for example, in the form of a box (15) with French fries.

The flat blank of the holder is folded along the fold lines (7), (8), (9) and the protrusion (10) having the notch (11) is connected with the notch (12) made in the first fold line to obtain the final shape of the closed loop holder. Through slots (14) made between the vertical elements of the U-shaped element and the carrier part allow the holder to be fixed to the package.

The presence of a supporting part with a hole for installing a container in it, a supporting part for contact with the packaging wall and an intermediate part with an opening when they are connected into a closed loop makes it possible to assemble a rigid structure (there are stiffeners) that holds its shape during operation.

The holder for a container with a ready-to-use product is made of a single piece of material that can hold its shape, in which fold lines, cutouts and slots are provided, forming such structural elements in the said material, such as a supporting part with a hole for installation in it containers, a support part for contact with the wall of the package and an intermediate part with a hole in the center, connecting the support part with the hole and the support part, the intermediate part being at an angle to the support part so that the fold line representing the transition region of the intermediate part into the support part , adjoins the outer side of the packaging wall, on which the holder is placed, while the carrier part contains fastening sections forming a U-shaped element, the sides of which are intended to contact the inner surface of the packaging wall, and the supporting part contains a section made with the possibility of fixing in a slot located on the supporting part, to form a bearing part, an intermediate part and a supporting part of a closed loop. 2.
