Technical Field

The present invention relates to a food and beverage container, and more particularly to a multi-functional food and beverage container that can be installed in a cup for holding food.

Background

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the use of paper boxes to contain food or articles has been widely adopted and valued by modern people, and especially recycled paper can be used to make paper boxes, thereby recycling paper resources and avoiding the problem of waste pollution caused by the use of polystyrene blocks, plastics or other materials which cannot be recycled.

Known carton structures have only single use applications, such as: the use of only cartons for holding food or articles; however, with the prevalence of various beverages, most consumers hold a beverage container in their hands, which causes inconvenience to consumers if they hold the food carton in one hand and the beverage container in the other hand. Therefore, in order to allow consumers to conveniently carry food cartons or drink containers, various merchants use plastic bags for containing the food cartons or drink containers, so that the environmental pollution caused by the plastic bags used in large quantities is relatively increased.

In addition, although the armrest of the cinema seat is provided with a structure for placing beverage cups, the armrest does not have a structure for placing foods such as popcorn and fried chicken, and consumers usually hold the foods such as popcorn and fried chicken on hands, in the chest or on legs continuously. This situation often causes inconvenience to these people.

In view of the foregoing, the inventor of the present invention has engaged in the manufacturing development and design experience of related products for many years, and has designed a multifunctional catering container aiming at the above-mentioned object, so as to improve the deficiency of the prior art and further enhance the industrial application.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present invention is to provide a multifunctional dining container to solve the problems to be improved.

Based on the above object, the present invention provides a multifunctional dining container, which comprises a carrier, a first object-placing unit and a second object-placing unit. The loading body is of a plate-shaped structure, and a placing hole is formed in the loading body; the placing hole is used for loading a container. The first article placing unit extends from one side of the article placing body; the bottom of the first object placing unit is provided with a first bottom surface, and the top of the first object placing unit is provided with a first opening; the first object placing unit is used for placing food. The second article placing unit extends from the other side of the article placing carrier and is opposite to the first article placing unit; the bottom of the second object placing unit is provided with a second bottom surface, and the top of the second object placing unit is provided with a second opening; the second object placing unit is used for placing another food.

Preferably, the two sides of the second storage unit and the second bottom surface are respectively provided with a folding line.

Preferably, the first bottom surface is formed by a plurality of bottom plate parts which are clamped in a staggered mode.

Preferably, the carrier is provided with an extension plate extending from the edge of the placement hole.

Preferably, the extension plate is provided with a notch.

Preferably, the extension plate is provided with a plurality of bending lines at intervals along an extension direction of the extension plate, and a plurality of engaging tangent lines are oppositely arranged at two sides of the extension plate, the plurality of bending lines are configured to allow the extension plate to be folded in half corresponding to the notch, and the plurality of engaging tangent lines at the same side are engaged with each other.

In order to facilitate understanding of the technical features, contents, advantages and functions achieved by the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are provided for illustration and description, and not necessarily for true scale and precise configuration after the present invention is implemented, so that the scope of the present invention in actual implementation should not be read and limited by the scale and configuration of the attached drawings.

Please refer to fig. 1 to 4. Fig. 1 and 2 are the first and second schematic views of the first embodiment of the multifunctional dining container of the present invention, respectively. Fig. 3 and 4 are schematic diagrams of the first to second applications of the first embodiment of the multifunctional dining container of the present invention, respectively. As shown in the figures, the utility model provides a multifunctional dining container 1, which comprises a carrier 11, a first object-holding unit 12 and a second object-holding unit 13.

The loading body 11 may be made of paper, and has a plate-like structure, and the loading body 11 is provided with a placing hole 111. Wherein the placing hole 111 is used for loading a container 91. The container 91 is mainly used for containing liquid or liquid drinks, such as tea, carbonated drinks, coffee, milkshakes and the like. The placement hole 111 is adapted to allow the container 91 to be placed therein from top to bottom (as shown in fig. 3), and a portion of the opening or cover of the container 91 is engaged with the placement hole 111, so that the container 91 can be stably placed in the placement hole 111.

The first storage unit 12 may be made of paper and has the shape of a rectangular box, and is extended from one side of the storage body 11. The bottom of the first storage unit 12 has a first bottom surface 121, and the top of the first storage unit 12 has a first opening 122. The first object placing unit 12 is used for placing a food 92, and the first opening 122 of the first object placing unit 12 is used for placing the food 92 into the receiving space (as shown in fig. 4). The food 92 may be, for example, popcorn, fried chicken, or French fries.

The second storage unit 13 may be made of paper, and is extended from the other side of the storage body 11 and opposite to the first storage unit 12. The bottom of the second storage unit 13 has a second bottom surface 131, and the top of the second storage unit 13 has a second opening 132. The second accommodating unit 13 is used for accommodating another food 93, and the second opening 132 thereof allows the another food 93 to be placed into the accommodating space of the second accommodating unit 13 (as shown in fig. 4). It should be noted that the mounting body 11 is provided with an extending plate 112 extending from the edge of the placing hole 111. The direction of the carrier 11 extending from the edge of the placement hole 111 to the extension plate 112 is perpendicular to the direction of the first object unit 12 and the second object unit 13. The extension panel 112 may be bent upward by the user (as shown in fig. 4).

On the other hand, folding lines 133 are respectively provided on both sides of the second storage unit 13 and the second bottom surface 131. As shown in the figure, the loading body 11, the first storage unit 12 and the second storage unit 13 of the multifunctional dining container 1 of the present invention are formed by integrally bending and bonding a plate body 2.

Further, the plate body 2 includes a loading body 21, a first unit portion 22 and a second unit portion 23. The loading body 21 has the placing hole 111, and the first unit portion 22 and the second unit portion 23 are disposed on opposite sides of the loading body 21. The first unit 22 includes a sidewall 221 and a plurality of bottom plates 222 extending from the sidewall 221. It should be noted that the sidewall 221 is provided with a plurality of bending lines for the user to bend into a shape similar to a square. After the side wall 221 is bent and surrounded, one end is fixed to the other end, and the bottom plate portions 222 are interlaced to form the first bottom surface 121, thereby forming the first storage unit 12. The second unit portion 23 includes a main region 231 and two side wings 232. The main region 231 may have a plurality of bending lines, thereby including a first main region 2311, a bottom region 2312 and a second main region 2313, which are sequentially connected. The bending lines allow the user to bend the main region 231 into the front, back and bottom of the second object-placing unit 13. The two side wings 232 are oppositely extended from the first main area 2311, and the side wings 232 may be provided with a plurality of bending lines, so that after the main area 231 is bent and surrounded, the bottom area 2312 forms the second bottom surface 131, and one end of each side wing 232 is fixed to the second main area 2313, thereby forming the second object-placing unit 13.

It should be noted that the bottom area 2312 and the two side wing portions 232 are respectively provided with a folding line 133. The user may flatten the second storage unit 13 via the folding line 133. In the first storage unit 12, the user releases the cross engagement of the bottom plates 222 and then bends the bottom plates along the folding lines to make the first storage unit 12 flat.

Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic view of a multifunctional dining container according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

As shown, the main difference between the present embodiment and the foregoing embodiments is that the first object placing unit 12 and the second object placing unit 13 can be box bodies with the same shape, and in the present embodiment, the first object placing unit 12 and the second object placing unit 13 can be box bodies with the same shape as the french fries box bodies as an exemplary aspect.

Please refer to fig. 7 and 8, which are schematic diagrams and application schematic diagrams of a third embodiment of the multifunctional dining container of the present invention, respectively.

As shown, the present embodiment is different from the previous embodiments in that the extension board 112 can be folded into a bag-like structure.

In detail, both ends of the notch 113 may be triangular, the extension plate 112 is provided with a plurality of bending lines 114 at intervals along the extension direction of the extension plate 112, and both sides of the extension plate 112 are provided with a plurality of engaging tangent lines 115 oppositely. The bending lines 114 are configured to allow two ends of the extension plate 112 to be overlapped and bent corresponding to the notches 113, and the engaging tangent lines 115 on the same side are engaged with each other. Thus, the extension panel 112 is provided for folding into a pouch-like configuration. Thus, the extension board 112 of the present embodiment can be folded into a bag-like structure for containing the sauce bag 95 such as ketchup, sweet and spicy sauce, etc. Incidentally, when the sauce pack is received in the bag-like structure folded by the extension plate 112, one of the corners of the sauce pack 95 may be inserted into the notch 113 to further stably receive the sauce pack 95.

Claims

1. A multifunctional dining container, comprising:

the loading body is of a plate-shaped structure, and is provided with a placing hole for loading a container;

the first object placing unit extends from one side of the object containing body, a first bottom surface is arranged at the bottom of the first object placing unit, a first opening is formed in the top of the first object placing unit, and the first object placing unit is used for containing food; and

the second object placing unit is arranged by extending the other side of the object containing body and is opposite to the first object placing unit, a second bottom surface is arranged at the bottom of the second object placing unit, a second opening is arranged at the top of the second object placing unit, and the second object placing unit is used for containing another food.

2. The multifunctional dining container as claimed in claim 1, wherein a folding line is provided on each of the sides of the second storage unit and the second bottom surface.

3. The multipurpose serving container as recited in claim 1, wherein the first bottom surface is formed by a plurality of bottom plates which are engaged with each other in a staggered manner.

4. Multifunctional catering container according to claim 1, wherein the carrier body is provided with an extension plate extending from the edge of the placement hole, wherein the extension plate is provided with a notch.

The multifunctional dining container as claimed in claim 4, wherein the extension plate has a plurality of bending lines spaced along the extension direction of the extension plate, and a plurality of engaging cut lines are oppositely disposed on two sides of the extension plate, the bending lines are configured to fold the extension plate in half corresponding to the notches, and the engaging cut lines on the same side are engaged with each other.

6. The multipurpose serving container as claimed in claim 4, wherein the direction in which the carrier body is extended from the edge of the placement hole to be disposed on the extension plate is perpendicular to the direction in which the first and second storage units are oppositely disposed.

7. The multifunctional dining container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carrier, the first storage unit and the second storage unit are formed by integrally bending and bonding a plate.

The multi-functional dining container according to claim 7, wherein the plate body comprises a loading body portion, a first unit portion and a second unit portion, the loading body portion has the placement hole, the first unit portion and the second unit portion are disposed on opposite sides of the loading body portion, the first unit portion comprises a side wall portion and a plurality of bottom plate portions extending from the side wall portion, the side wall portion is bent and surrounded, one end of the side wall portion is fixed to the other end of the side wall portion, the bottom plate portions are staggered to form the first bottom surface, thereby forming the first storage unit, the second unit portion comprises a main area portion and two side wing portions, the main area portion comprises a first main area, a bottom area and a second main area which are connected in sequence, the two side wing portions are opposite and extended from the first main area, the main area portion is bent and surrounded, the bottom area forms the second bottom surface, and one end of each wing portion is fixed to the second main area, thereby forming the second storage unit.

9. The multipurpose dining container as claimed in claim 8, wherein an extension plate is extended from the edge of the placement hole, and the extension plate is provided with a notch.
