Definitions
- the present invention relates to trophoblast stem cell-like cells having the ability to differentiate into cells constituting the placenta, and a method for producing the same.
- Trophoblast tissue is the main constituent of placental tissue.
- Trophoblast stem cells are considered to be very useful for elucidating the differentiation control mechanism in trophoblast cells. Therefore, it is desired to establish a TS cell line that can be subcultured while maintaining an undifferentiated state.
- the present inventors recover CD49f antibody-positive cells from a cell suspension obtained from the placenta tissue of an early pregnancy of a mammal and induce differentiation into cells having characteristics similar to TS cells (TS-like cells).
- Patent Document 1 Non-Patent Document 1.

Abstract
Description
Okae H, et al., Derivation of Human Trophoblast Stem Cells. Cell Stem Cell. 2018 Jan; 22: 50-63.

例えば、ヒトp53(NCBI Gene ID:7157)としては、AB082923.1(配列番号5、6)で登録されているもの等が挙げられる。

例えば、ヒトMYC(NCBI Gene ID:4609)としては、NM_001354870.1(配列番号9、10)又はNM_002467.6(配列番号11、12)で登録されているもの等が挙げられる。

また、上記人工染色体ベクターとしては、YAC(Yeast artificial chromosome)ベクター、BAC(Bacterial artificial chromosome)ベクター、PAC(P1-derived artificial chromosome)ベクター等が挙げられる。
<工程(iii)>
(A)
<培地>
