本申请要求于2020年7月14日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为CN202010676625.5、发明名称为“一种基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统、方法及汽车”的中国专利申请的优先权,上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及汽车控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统、方法及汽车。
伴随着科技进步的日新月异,人们对生活质量的追求也越来越高,汽车已经成为人们日常出行必不可少的交通工具。人们对汽车的舒适性、安全性、经济性和个性化要求也越来越挑剔,越来越多的车企开始在互联网汽车上进行研究,通常在车内设置悬挂式或摆放式的麦克风,在驾驶人坐定之后调整好姿态再由车内麦克风采集驾驶人的语音口令信息。该方式存在的问题是:1、车内麦克风不能提前一步介入进行人脸的采集,其需要驾驶人进入驾驶舱后才能采集语音口令信息,在驾驶体验上存在动作的停顿感,没有流畅的上车起步体验;2、车内麦克风不论是采用悬挂式还是摆放式,都会占用车内空间,破坏车内布局,影响车辆安全性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统、方法及汽车,用于解决使用体验和安全性能的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,所述系统包括第一ECU、车载蓄电池、分别与所述第一ECU和所述车载蓄电池连接的第二ECU以及与所述第二ECU连接的麦克风,其中:
所述麦克风内嵌在驾驶位一侧的车门把手上,用于获取即将进入驾驶位人员的声纹信息,将所述声纹信息发送至所述第二ECU;
所述第二ECU,用于将所述声纹信息与预录入的主驾人员的声纹样本进 行比对,判断所述声纹信息是否属于所述主驾人员,还用于在当所述声纹信息属于所述主驾人员时,监测汽车的电子启动状态;
所述第二ECU,还用于监测到车辆进入ACC或者一键启动时,通知所述第一ECU根据所述主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相对应的设备进行控制;
所述第一ECU,用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相对应的设备进行控制。
进一步地,所述麦克风为防水麦克风;
在所述车门把手内设置有麦克风安置腔,所述麦克风设置在所述麦克风安置腔内,其轴线倾斜向下布置,与水平面呈15度角;
在所述车门把手外侧为所述麦克风安置腔设置有开口,在所述开口处设置有防水栅板,所述防水栅板沿车外向车内的方向倾斜向下。
进一步地,所述第一ECU还用于获取电子车钥匙的车门开锁指令,将所述车门开锁指令发送给所述第二ECU;
所述第二ECU,还用于根据所述车门开锁指令触发唤醒所述麦克风。
进一步地,所述系统还包括与所述第二ECU连接的红外传感器,所述红外传感器设置在驾驶位旁车门把手上;
所述红外传感器用于感应红外信号;
所述第二ECU,还用于当所述红外传感器在预设时间内未感应到红外信号,触发已被唤醒的所述麦克风休眠。
进一步地,所述第二ECU还用于在车门为开锁状态下,且所述红外传感器感应到红外信号时,再次唤醒所述麦克风。
进一步地,所述系统还包括分别与所述第二ECU和所述麦克风连接的信号放大电路;
所述信号放大电路用于对所述麦克风获取的所述声纹信息放大,并将放大的所述声纹信号传送给所述第二ECU。
进一步地,所述系统还包括与所述第一ECU连接的座椅姿态调节ECU;
所述第一ECU,具体用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息所包含的座椅偏好设置对所述座椅姿态调节ECU进行控制,使得座椅根据所述主驾人员偏好 信息进行设置。
进一步地,所述系统还包括与所述第一ECU连接的车载助手;
所述第一ECU,具体用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息所包含的偏好音乐,控制所述车载助手的多媒体播放器启动并加载所述偏好音乐。
进一步地,所述第二ECU包括运动传感模块和GPS定位模块,所述第二ECU还用于从所述运动传感模块获取地图轨迹和时钟信号,从所述GPS定位模块获取车辆的定位信息,根据所述地图轨迹、所述时钟信号和所述车辆的定位信息组成当前驾驶人的行驶路径和时间节点。
本发明还提供一种基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制方法,所述方法执行在上述基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统上,所述方法包括:
步骤S31、获取即将进入驾驶位人员的声纹信息;
步骤S32、将所述声纹信息与预录入的主驾人员的声纹样本进行比对,判断所述声纹信息是否属于所述主驾人员;
步骤S33、当所述声纹信息属于所述主驾人员时,监测车辆的电子启动状态;
步骤S34、当检测到车辆进入ACC或者一键启动时,根据主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相对应的设备进行控制。
进一步地,所述步骤S31之前还包括:
获取电子车钥匙的车门开锁指令;
根据所述车门开锁指令触发唤醒所述麦克风。
本发明还提供一种汽车,所述汽车包括上述基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统。
实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
通过本发明,通过嵌入在车门把手上的防水麦克风,在车门打开时采集获取声纹信息,并在通过比对确认是主驾人员情况下,一旦汽车启动,就自动调节座位姿态、播放主驾人员喜欢的音乐以及其他主驾人员的操作;解决了现有获取声纹信息方式破坏车内结构和安全性,以及破坏驾驶体验流畅性的问题。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,所述系统包括第一ECU11、车载蓄电池14、分别与所述第一ECU11和所述车载蓄电池14连接的第二ECU12以及与所述第二ECU12连接的麦克风13,其中:
所述麦克风13为防水麦克风,其内嵌在驾驶位一侧的车门把手上,用于获取即将进入驾驶位人员的声纹信息,将所述声纹信息发送至所述第二ECU12;
需要说明的是,第一ECU11是指车载中控ECU;麦克风13内嵌在驾驶位一侧车门把手上可以节约车内空间,另外即将进入驾驶位人员在开锁以后会自动录音。
所述第二ECU12,用于将所述声纹信息与预录入的主驾人员的声纹样本进行比对,判断所述声纹信息是否属于所述主驾人员,还用于在当所述声纹信息属于所述主驾人员时,监测车辆的电子启动状态;
所述第二ECU12,还用于监测到车辆进入ACC或者一键启动时,通知所述第一ECU11根据所述主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相 对应的设备进行控制;
所述第一ECU11,用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相对应的设备进行控制。
需要说明的是,如果即将进入驾驶位人员属于主驾人员时,后续步骤会针对该主驾人员,根据所述主驾人员偏好信息进行相应控制。
该偏好信息包括但不限于驾驶座椅姿态、加载偏好音乐以及开启空调等等。
需要说明的是,对驾驶座椅姿态偏好对应设备进行控制是控制所述座椅姿态调节ECU15对驾驶座椅进行调整,对加载偏好音乐对应设备进行控制是控制车载助手16的多媒体播放器启动并加载所述偏好音乐。
为了避免麦克风13长期开着,造成车载蓄电池电能的浪费;在本发明实施例中,所述车载中控ECU11还用于获取电子车钥匙的车门开锁指令,将所述车门开锁指令发送给所述第二ECU12;所述第二ECU12,还用于根据所述车门开锁指令触发唤醒所述麦克风13。
通过上述方式,只有在获取车门开锁指令以后,麦克风才被唤醒工作,达到了节省电能的效果。
进一步地,所述系统还包括红外传感器17,所述红外传感器17设置在驾驶位车门把手上;所述红外传感器17用于感应红外信号;所述第二ECU12,还用于当所述红外传感器17在预设时间内未感应到红外信号,触发已被唤醒的所述麦克风13休眠。
需要说明的是,如果驾驶位一侧的车门开了,但是驾驶员始终没有上车,一定时间后触发麦克风休眠,也是节省蓄电池电能。
进一步地,所述第二ECU12还用于在车门为开锁状态下,且所述红外传感器17感应到红外信号时,再次唤醒所述麦克风13。
在本发明一实施例中,所述系统还包括分别与所述第二ECU12和所述麦克风13连接的信号放大电路18;
所述信号放大电路18用于对所述麦克风13获取的所述声纹信息放大,并将放大的所述声纹信号传送给所述第二ECU12。
在本发明一实施例中,所述系统还包括与所述第一ECU11连接的座椅 姿态调节ECU15;
所述第一ECU11,具体用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息所包含的座椅偏好设置对所述座椅姿态调节ECU15进行控制,使得座椅根据所述主驾人员偏好信息进行设置。
在本发明另一实施例中,所述系统还包括与所述第一ECU11连接的车载助手16;
第一ECU11,具体用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息所包含的偏好音乐,控制所述车载助手16的多媒体控制器启动并加载所述偏好音乐。
进一步地,所述第二ECU12还包括运动传感器模块和GPS定位模块,所述第二ECU12还用于从所述运动传感器模块获取地图轨迹和时钟信号,从所述GPS定位模块获取车辆的定位信息,根据所述地图轨迹、所述时钟信号和所述车辆的定位信息组成当前驾驶人的行驶路径和时间节点。
如图5所示,本发明实施例提供了麦克风安装结构,一并结合图2至图4,所述麦克风13为防水麦克风;
在所述车门把手21内设置有麦克风安置腔22,所述麦克风13设置在所述麦克风安置腔22内;
在所述车门把手21外侧为所述麦克风安置腔22设置有开口,在所述开口处设置有防水栅板23,所述防水栅板沿车外向车内的方向倾斜向下。
进一步地,所述麦克风13的轴线倾斜向下布置,与水平面呈15度角。
需要说明的是,采用防水麦克风、设置防水栅板,防水栅板倾斜向下设置以及麦克风的轴线向下布置,均是为了起到防水的效果,保证麦克风不被水淋湿影响功效。
如图6所示,本发明实施例提供了基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制方法,所述方法包括:
步骤S31、获取即将进入驾驶位人员的声纹信息;
步骤S32、将所述声纹信息与预录入的主驾人员的声纹样本进行比对,判断所述声纹信息是否属于所述主驾人员;
步骤S33、当所述声纹信息属于所述主驾人员时,监测车辆的电子启动状态;
步骤S34、当检测到车辆进入ACC或者一键启动时,根据主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相对应的设备进行控制。
进一步地,所述方法S31之前还包括:
获取电子车钥匙的车门开锁指令;
根据所述车门开锁指令触发唤醒所述麦克风。
本发明实施例提供一种汽车,所述汽车包括上述基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统。
实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
通过本发明,通过嵌入在车门把手上的防水麦克风,在车门打开时采集获取声纹信息,并在通过比对确认是主驾人员情况下,一旦汽车启动,就自动调节座位姿态、播放主驾人员喜欢的音乐以及其他主驾人员的操作;解决了现有获取声纹信息方式破坏车内结构和安全性,以及破坏驾驶体验流畅性的问题。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (12)
- 一种基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括第一ECU(11)、车载蓄电池(14)、分别与所述第一ECU(11)和所述车载蓄电池(14)连接的第二ECU(12)以及与所述第二ECU(12)连接的麦克风(13),其中:所述麦克风(13)内嵌在驾驶位一侧的车门把手(21)上,用于获取即将进入驾驶位人员的声纹信息,将所述声纹信息发送至所述第二ECU(12);所述第二ECU(12),用于将所述声纹信息与预录入的主驾人员的声纹样本进行比对,判断所述声纹信息是否属于所述主驾人员,并在当所述声纹信息属于所述主驾人员时,监测车辆的电子启动状态;所述第二ECU(12),还用于监测到车辆进入ACC或者一键启动时,通知所述第一ECU(11)根据所述主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相对应的设备进行控制;所述第一ECU(11),用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相对应的设备进行控制。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述麦克风(13)为防水麦克风;在所述车门把手(21)内设置有麦克风安置腔(22),所述麦克风(13)设置在所述麦克风安置腔(22)内,其轴线倾斜向下布置,与水平面呈15度角;在所述车门把手(21)外侧为所述麦克风安置腔(22)设置有开口,在所述开口处设置有防水栅板(23),所述防水栅板(23)沿车外向车内的方向倾斜向下。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述第一ECU(11)还用于获取电子车钥匙的车门开锁指令,将所述车门开锁指令发送给所述第二ECU(12);所述第二ECU(12),还用于根据所述车门开锁指令触发唤醒所述麦克风(13)。
- 如权利要求3所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特 征在于,所述系统还包括与所述第二ECU(12)连接的红外传感器(17),所述红外传感器(17)设置在驾驶位旁车门把手上;所述红外传感器(17)用于感应红外信号;所述第二ECU(12),还用于当所述红外传感器(17)在预设时间内未感应到红外信号,触发已被唤醒的所述麦克风(13)休眠。
- 如权利要求4所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述第二ECU(12)还用于在车门为开锁状态下,且所述红外传感器(17)感应到红外信号时,再次唤醒所述麦克风(13)。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括分别与所述第二ECU(12)和所述麦克风(13)连接的信号放大电路(18);所述信号放大电路(18)用于对所述麦克风(13)获取的所述声纹信息放大,并将放大的所述声纹信号传送给所述第二ECU(12)。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括与所述第一ECU(11)连接的座椅姿态调节ECU(15);所述第一ECU(11),具体用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息所包含的座椅偏好设置对所述座椅姿态调节ECU(15)进行控制,使得座椅根据所述主驾人员偏好信息进行设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括与所述第一ECU(11)连接的车载助手(16);所述第一ECU(11),具体用于根据所述主驾人员偏好信息所包含的偏好音乐,控制所述车载助手(16)的多媒体播放器启动并加载所述偏好音乐。
- 如权利要求1所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统,其特征在于,所述第二ECU(12)包括运动传感模块和GPS定位模块,所述第二ECU(12)还用于从所述运动传感模块获取地图轨迹和时钟信号,从所述GPS定位模块获取车辆的定位信息,根据所述地图轨迹、所述时钟信号和所述车辆的定位信息组成当前驾驶人的行驶路径和时间节点。
- 一种基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述方 法执行在如权利要求1至权利要求6所述系统上,所述方法包括:步骤S31、获取即将进入驾驶位人员的声纹信息;步骤S32、将所述声纹信息与预录入的主驾人员的声纹样本进行比对,判断所述声纹信息是否属于所述主驾人员;步骤S33、当所述声纹信息属于所述主驾人员时,监测车辆的电子启动状态;步骤S34、当检测到车辆进入ACC或者一键启动时,根据主驾人员偏好信息对与所述主驾人员偏好信息相对应的设备进行控制。
- 如权利要求10所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S31之前还包括:获取电子车钥匙的车门开锁指令;根据所述车门开锁指令触发唤醒所述麦克风。
- 一种汽车,其特征在于,所述汽车包括如权利要求1至权利要求9任一项所述的基于主驾人员信息采集的车辆控制系统。
