例如CN209527919U公开了一种口罩,所述口罩包括面罩和与面罩连接的用于将面罩佩戴在面部的连接件,所述面罩包括底层和面层,所述底层与面部接触的面附着有一层清凉层。虽然所述口罩在底层与脸部接触的面涂覆有清凉层,清凉层为木糖醇层,在佩戴时,木糖醇层与面部皮肤摩擦接触时,木糖醇溶于面部出的汗水或呼气呼出的水汽中需要吸热,从而释放清凉感觉,但是清凉层直接和面部皮肤接触,使得溶解后的木糖醇极易渗进皮肤,会对佩戴者的面部皮肤,例如皮肤敏感者的面部皮肤,造成不适。
CN206403263U公开了一种能发出负氧离子的清凉口罩,所述口罩由含有负氧离子的纱布层和与之相匹配的无纺布层叠接构成,在纱布层与无纺布层之间的夹层内设有蓄冷蓝冰层,与夹层活动套接。所述清凉口罩利用已经蓄冷的 蓝冰层可以缓慢释放冷量的特点,可以给佩戴者呼出的气体进行降温,从而缓解闷热感觉,但是也会造成佩戴者吸入的空气温度较低,易造成佩戴者肠胃不适。
CN204812205U公开了一种防尘清凉型口罩,所述口罩由罩体和固定于罩体两端的固定带组成;所述罩体包括外表层,内表层,以及设置于外表层与内表层之间的过滤层;所述外表层由棉质面料制成;所述过滤层由无纺布夹活性炭纤维滤网组成;所述的内表层为混纺纤维制成;所述罩体还包括保冷层;所述保冷层位于所述外表层与过滤层之间或位于所述内表层与过滤层之间;所述保冷层由保冷内层、保冷外层和使用封装材料将保冷剂封装于保冷内层和保冷外层之内的保冷剂组成,所述保冷层面积小于外表层,内表层和过滤层的面积。所述口罩虽然可以适当缓解佩戴口罩产生的闷热感觉,但是结构复杂,还会造成佩戴者吸入的空气温度较低,易造成佩戴者肠胃不适。
CN107259675A公开了一种保健功能口罩,所述口罩包括口罩罩体和防滑耳带,所述口罩罩体为双层或多层结构,所述口罩罩体至少包括里侧的冰蚕丝面料层和外层纺布,所述冰蚕丝面料层的一侧附着有吸水凝胶,所述口罩罩体的内部设置有纺丝膜层或无菌海绵片。所述口罩通过控制在纺丝膜层内放置的药粉或精油种类,以及吸水凝胶内的溶液成分,可以赋予口罩清凉的效果,但是结构复杂,成本较高,不适合大规模推广。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种凉感口罩,所述凉感口罩在与佩戴者皮肤相接触的口罩内表层上设置凉感层,所述凉感层环绕设置在口罩内表层的边缘处,所述凉感层包括凉感内层、凉感芯层和凉感外层,通过凉感芯层可以给佩戴者提供清凉的感觉,通过凉感外层则可以避免凉感芯层与佩戴者面部皮肤直接接触,防止了佩戴者产生不适的感觉,通过凉感内层可以将凉感芯层固定在口罩内表层上;此外,所述凉感口罩在内表层边缘设置的凉感层还可以使口罩本体和佩戴者面部更贴合,使得口罩本体的密封效果更好;而且,所述凉感口罩具有结构简单,适合大规模推广的优点。
本申请实施例提供一种凉感口罩,包括口罩本体和耳挂部,所述耳挂部对称设置在所述口罩本体的两侧,所述口罩本体包括外表层和内表层;在所述内表层的边缘环绕设置有凉感层,所述凉感层包括凉感内层、凉感芯层和凉感外 层,所述凉感内层、所述凉感芯层和所述凉感外层的形状相同,所述凉感内层与所述内表层相连接,所述凉感外层与佩戴者皮肤相接触。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种凉感口罩,如图1和图2所示,所述凉感口罩包括N95口罩本体1和耳挂部2,所述耳挂部2对称设置在所述口罩本体1的两侧,所述口罩本体1包括外表层11和内表层12;在所述内表层12的边缘环绕设置有凉感层3,所述凉感层3包括凉感内层31、凉感芯层32和凉感外层33,所述凉感内层31、所述凉感芯层32和所述凉感外层33的形状相同,所述凉感内层31与所述内表层12相连接,所述凉感外层33与佩戴者皮肤相接触。
所述凉感层3的外周边缘和所述内表层12的外周边缘相连接。
如图3所示,所述凉感内层31包括针织层311和防水层312,所述针织层311与所述内表层12相连接,所述防水层312与所述凉感芯层32相接触,所述防水层312为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,TPU)防水层,厚度为0.06mm。
所述凉感芯层32为水凝胶凉感芯层,厚度为2mm。
所述凉感外层33为TPU凉感外层,厚度为0.06mm。
所述凉感层3的宽度为20mm。
所述凉感层3在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置鼻梁凹槽4。
所述耳挂部2为弹性绳,所述弹性绳的宽度为8mm。
如图4所示,在所述凉感层3与佩戴者鼻梁、下巴相对应的地方压制出折痕线,使得所述凉感口罩可以折叠。
如图5所示,所述凉感口罩的佩戴效果良好。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种凉感口罩,所述凉感口罩包括N95口罩本体1和耳挂部2,所述耳挂部2对称设置在所述口罩本体1的两侧,所述口罩本体1包括外表层11和内表层12;在所述内表层12的边缘环绕设置有凉感层3,所述凉感层3包括凉感内层31、凉感芯层32和凉感外层33,所述凉感内层31、所述凉感芯层32和所述凉感外层33的形状相同,所述凉感内层31与所述内表层12相连接,所述凉感外层33与佩戴者皮肤相接触。
如图6所示,所述凉感层3的层面完全和所述内表层12相连接。
所述凉感内层31包括针织层311和防水层312,所述针织层311与所述内表层12相连接,所述防水层312与所述凉感芯层32相接触,所述防水层312为TPU防水层,厚度为0.07mm。
所述凉感芯层32为水凝胶凉感芯层,厚度为3mm。
所述凉感外层33为TPU凉感外层,厚度为0.07mm。
所述凉感层3的宽度为10mm。
所述耳挂部2为弹性绳,所述弹性绳的宽度为5mm。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种凉感口罩,所述凉感口罩包括N95口罩本体1和耳挂部2,所述耳挂部2对称设置在所述口罩本体1的两侧,所述口罩本体1包括外表层11和内表层12;在所述内表层12的边缘环绕设置有凉感层3,所述凉感层3包括凉感内层31、凉感芯层32和凉感外层33,所述凉感内层31、所述凉感芯层32和所述凉感外层33的形状相同,所述凉感内层31与所述内表层12 相连接,所述凉感外层33与佩戴者皮肤相接触。
所述凉感层3的外周边缘和所述内表层12的外周边缘相连接。
所述凉感内层31包括针织层311和防水层312,所述针织层311与所述内表层12相连接,所述防水层312与所述凉感芯层32相接触,所述防水层312为TPU防水层,厚度为0.08mm。
所述凉感芯层32的材质为相关技术CN108795012A公开的锁水海绵,厚度为4mm。
所述凉感外层33为TPU凉感外层,厚度为0.08mm。
所述凉感层3的宽度为15mm。
所述凉感层3在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置鼻梁凹槽4。
所述耳挂部2为弹性绳,所述弹性绳的宽度为5mm。
本申请所述凉感口罩可选的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将裁剪过的凉感内层31和凉感外层33相连接,制成袋装,再将凉感芯层32装进袋中进行封口,得到凉感层半成品。
将所述凉感层半成品两端相连接制成闭合环状,得到所述凉感层3。
将所述凉感层3中的所述凉感内层31的层面完全和所述口罩本体1的内表层12相连接;或者将所述凉感层3中的所述凉感内层31的外周边缘和所述内表层12的外周边缘相连接。
将所述连接后的凉感层3的多余边角料裁剪冲压除去,得到所述凉感口罩。
本申请所述凉感口罩可选的制备方法均为相关技术,所述口罩本体1可以选择相关技术中的N95口罩、医用外科口罩等,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况进行合理选择。
本申请所述凉感层3呈现闭合的环状,当所述凉感层3的外周边缘和所述内表层12的外周边缘相连接,使得所述凉感口罩在佩戴过程中,所述凉感层3的层面和所述口罩本体1的内表层12并不是完全接触,佩戴者的面部皮肤和所述凉感层3相贴合,使得脸型大小存在差别的不同佩戴者即使面部皮肤无法触及所述口罩本体1的内表层12,也可以降低气体泄漏,保证了所述凉感口罩的密封效果;在所述凉感层3与佩戴者鼻梁、下巴相对应的地方压制出折痕线,使得所述凉感口罩可以折叠。
本申请所述凉感内层31设置针织层311和防水层312的双层结构,一方面 可以通过防水层312对凉感芯层32进行密封保护,另一方面可以通过针织层311和口罩本体1的内表层12牢牢地固定连接,便于和口罩的无纺布材料通过超声波设备焊接。
可选地,所述防水层312为聚氨酯材料(Polyurethane,PU)防水层或TPU防水层,厚度为0.01mm-0.5mm,例如0.01mm、0.03mm、0.05mm、0.06mm、0.08mm、0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm或0.5mm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
本申请所述防水层312可选食品级PU或TPU材质,并限定厚度为0.01mm-0.5mm,由于TPU膜或PU膜可以加工成0.01mm,不仅可以保证凉感芯层32提供的清凉感觉不会被减弱,还可以保证防水层312的材质绝对安全和无毒害。
本申请所述水凝胶是一类极为亲水的三维网络结构凝胶,可以在水中迅速溶胀并在此溶胀状态下保持大量体积的水而不溶解,具有较高的比热容,可以给佩戴者提供清凉的感觉,可以缓解在夏季高温湿热天气产生的闷热感觉。
此外,本申请所述凉感芯层32的材质除了水凝胶,还可以是相关技术已经公开的锁水海绵、蓄冷蓝冰、纤维素凝胶、食用型丙乙醇等材质,不仅可以加入水、薄荷精油或者柠檬精油等凉感助剂,还可以加入香料作为香味助剂,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况进行合理选择。其中,相关技术的锁水海绵可选CN108795012A公开的锁水海绵,因为该锁水海绵综合了海绵和吸水树脂的优势,具备较高的锁水率和抗挤压能力,不仅能够有效地锁定凉感助剂和香味助剂,还可以防止受压后的凉感助剂和香味助剂溢出。
可选地,所述凉感芯层32的厚度为0.5mm-5mm,例如0.5mm、1mm、1.5mm、2mm、2.5mm、3mm、3.5mm、4mm、4.5mm或5mm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
本申请所述凉感口罩将凉感芯层32的厚度设置为0.5mm-5mm,不仅可以充分保证凉感层3所起到的清凉和密封双重作用,还可以避免凉感芯层32过厚造成的原材料成本增加、佩戴效果不美观等问题,又可以避免凉感芯层32过薄导致的清凉和密封双重效果不佳。
可选地,所述凉感外层33的厚度为0.01mm-0.5mm,例如0.01mm、0.03mm、0.05mm、0.06mm、0.08mm、0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm或0.5mm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
本申请所述凉感外层33可选食品级PU或TPU材质,并限定凉感外层33的厚度为0.01mm-0.5mm,由于TPU膜或PU膜可以加工成0.01mm,不仅可以保证凉感芯层32提供的清凉感觉不会被减弱,还可以保证与佩戴者皮肤相接触的材质绝对安全和无毒害;而且,相比于PVC、EVA、PE等材料,PU膜或TPU膜不仅柔软有韧性且安全环保,不会对佩戴者皮肤造成划蹭的感觉,且不会弄花面部化妆者的妆容;此外,TPU膜或PU膜都属于密封材料,可以对水凝胶等凉感芯层32实现良好密封,牢牢锁住水凝胶的凉感助剂,防止凉感助剂挥发,可以避免水凝胶发干变硬导致的无法佩戴和无法持久使用的问题,有助于提高凉感口罩的保质期限。
此外,本申请所述凉感外层33也可以像所述凉感内层31一样,包括针织层和防水层,所述针织层与佩戴者皮肤相接触,所述防水层与所述凉感芯层32相接触,所述防水层为PU防水层或TPU防水层,厚度为0.01mm-0.5mm。将所述凉感外层33设置成双层结构,并将针织层和佩戴者皮肤相接触,虽然会稍微降低凉感,但是佩戴舒适感会增强,还可以在针织层上绘制图案来增加美观效果,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况进行合理选择。
可选地,所述凉感层3的宽度为5mm-30mm,例如5mm、8mm、10mm、12mm、15mm、20mm、23mm、25mm、28mm或30mm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
本申请所述凉感口罩将凉感层3的宽度设置为5mm-30mm,可以充分保证凉感层3所起到的清凉和密封双重作用;当凉感层3过宽时,不仅增加原材料成本,还会触碰嘴巴和鼻子,阻碍呼吸气流的流动。
可选地,鼻梁凹槽4不仅可以起到固定作用,还可以提高鼻梁处的密封效果。
可选地,所述耳挂部2为弹性绳,所述弹性绳的宽度为5mm-10mm,例如5mm、6mm、7mm、8mm、9mm或10mm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
本申请所述耳挂部2除了弹性绳,还可以是系带式口罩的无弹性系绳,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况进行合理选择。
与相关技术相比,本申请的有益效果为:
(1)本申请所述凉感口罩在内表层12的边缘环绕设置有凉感层3,通过凉感层3中的凉感芯层32给佩戴者提供清凉的感觉,通过凉感层3中的凉感外层 33可以避免凉感芯层32与佩戴者面部皮肤直接接触,防止了佩戴者产生不适的感觉,通过凉感层3中的凉感内层31可以将凉感芯层32固定在口罩内表层12上。
(2)本申请所述凉感口罩在内表层12边缘环绕设置的凉感层3,呈现闭合的环状,可以使口罩本体1和佩戴者面部更贴合,使得口罩本体1的密封效果更好。
(3)本申请所述凉感口罩具有结构简单,适合大规模推广的优点。
对比例1
本对比例提供了一种口罩,除了没有设置凉感层,其他条件和实施例1完全相同。
将上述实施例和对比例所述口罩进行凉感测试和泄漏性测试,测试方法如下:
凉感测试:选10名男性测试者和10名女性测试者组成共20名成员的体验小组,在温度为30℃且湿度为50%的环境下,按照表1所示的评分标准对佩戴的口罩进行凉感评价,然后以20名成员评分的平均值来作为凉感测试结果。
泄漏性测试:按照GB 2626-2019《呼吸防护自吸过滤式防颗粒物呼吸器》中公开的泄漏性测试方法进行测试,以随弃式面罩的总泄漏率(TIL)<11%作为标准;
有关上述实施例和对比例所述口罩的凉感测试和泄漏性测试相关结果见表2。

由表2可以看出,本申请所述凉感口罩,不仅可以给佩戴者提供清凉的感觉,还满足总泄漏率(TIL)<11%的泄漏性标准,即具有良好的密封效果;而对比例1所述口罩不仅使佩戴者产生十分明显的闷热感觉,无法满足总泄漏率(TIL)<11%的泄漏性标准,总泄漏率(TIL)高达13.7%。
综上所述,本申请所述凉感口罩在内表层12的边缘环绕设置有凉感层3,通过凉感层3中的凉感芯层32给佩戴者提供清凉的感觉,凉感层3中的凉感外层33可以避免凉感芯层32与佩戴者面部皮肤直接接触,防止了佩戴者产生不适的感觉,凉感层3中的凉感内层31可以将凉感芯层32固定在口罩内表层12上;此外,所述凉感口罩在内表层12边缘设置的凉感层3还可以使口罩本体1和佩戴者面部更贴合,使得口罩本体1的密封效果更好;而且,所述凉感口罩具有结构简单,适合大规模推广的优点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种凉感口罩,包括口罩本体和耳挂部,所述耳挂部对称设置在所述口罩本体的两侧,所述口罩本体包括外表层和内表层;在所述内表层的边缘环绕设置有凉感层,所述凉感层包括凉感内层、凉感芯层和凉感外层,所述凉感内层、所述凉感芯层和所述凉感外层的形状相同,所述凉感内层与所述内表层相连接,所述凉感外层与佩戴者皮肤相接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述凉感层的层面完全和所述内表层相连接;或者所述凉感层的外周边缘和所述内表层的外周边缘相连接。
  3. 根据权利要1所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述凉感内层包括针织层和防水层,所述针织层与所述内表层相连接,所述防水层与所述凉感芯层相接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述防水层为聚氨酯材料PU防水层或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶TPU防水层,所述防水层的厚度为0.01mm-0.5mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述凉感芯层为水凝胶凉感芯层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述凉感芯层的厚度为0.5mm-5mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述凉感外层为聚氨酯材料PU凉感外层或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶TPU凉感外层。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述凉感外层的厚度为0.01mm-0.5mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述凉感层的宽度为5mm-30mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的凉感口罩,其中,所述凉感层在与鼻梁相对应的位置设置有鼻梁凹槽。
