技术领域
本申请涉及口罩领域,例如涉及一种立体凉感密封圈及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19),简称“新冠肺炎”,世界卫生组织命名为“2019冠状病毒病”,是指新型冠状病毒感染导致的肺炎。根据相关报道显示,新型冠状病毒是一种人传人的新型病毒,已知的传播途径有直接传播(即呼吸道传播)、气溶胶传播以及间接接触传播。
目前,随着人们对公共卫生安全的重视,越来越多的人在日常生活中选择佩戴口罩,不仅可以防止空气中颗粒物的吸入,还可以对空气中的细菌、病毒等微生物进行一定的阻隔。然而,虽然口罩需要满足气体泄漏率的指标要求,但是佩戴者的嘴角、下巴和鼻梁两侧仍然是极易发生气体泄漏的位置,大大降低了口罩的气密效果。一般情况下,佩戴者往往通过勒紧口罩系带,使得人脸肌肤凹陷的同时可以和口罩紧密接触,从而保证口罩的气密效果,但是这种方式不仅会减小口罩的透气空间和有效过滤面积,还会给佩戴者的口鼻造成压迫感,更会进一步加剧呼吸气流受阻的现象,使佩戴者产生闷热的感觉,例如在夏季高温湿热的天气,这种闷热感觉比较明显。
例如CN206403263U公开了一种能发出负氧离子的清凉口罩,所述口罩由含有负氧离子的纱布层和与之相匹配的无纺布层叠接构成,在纱布层与无纺布层之间的夹层内设有蓄冷蓝冰层,与夹层活动套接。所述清凉口罩利用已经蓄冷的蓝冰层可以缓慢释放冷量的特点,可以给佩戴者呼出的气体进行降温,从而缓解闷热感觉,但是也会造成佩戴者吸入的空气温度较低,易造成佩戴者肠胃不适。
CN204812205U公开了一种防尘清凉型口罩,所述口罩由罩体和固定于罩体两端的固定带组成;所述罩体包括外表层,内表层,以及设置于外表层与内表层之间的过滤层;所述外表层由棉质面料制成;所述过滤层由无纺布夹活性 炭纤维滤网组成;所述的内表层为混纺纤维制成;所述罩体还包括保冷层;所述保冷层位于所述外表层与过滤层之间或位于所述内表层与过滤层之间;所述保冷层由保冷内层、保冷外层和使用封装材料将保冷剂封装于保冷内层和保冷外层之内的保冷剂组成,所述保冷层面积小于外表层,内表层和过滤层的面积。所述口罩虽然可以适当缓解佩戴口罩产生的闷热感觉,但是结构复杂,还会造成佩戴者吸入的空气温度较低,易造成佩戴者肠胃不适。
CN207075609U公开了一种内支架型防护口罩,包括口罩本体、贴面层和3D支架,所述贴面层的外周缘焊接在所述口罩本体的外周缘上;所述3D支架为内凹的框架结构,所述3D支架可拆卸地安装在所述口罩本体内,使所述口罩本体内形成立体的过滤腔;所述3D支架的外边缘上设置有与人体面部相匹配的贴合凸缘,所述贴合凸缘夹持在所述口罩本体和所述贴面层之间的焊接连接处。所述内支架型防护口罩虽然能够在口罩本体内形成较大空间的过滤腔,增大了过滤面积,降低了吸气阻力,口罩与人体面部的密封贴合效果也较好,但是并不能有效缓解佩戴者在夏季高温湿热天气所产生的闷热感觉。
CN205866064U公开了一种平面的立体口罩支架及具有平面的立体口罩支架的三维口罩,所述平面的立体口罩支架具有相互对称放置的两个支架体,在使用前,可以将两个所述支架体经由联结件的对应联结组合形成三维支架结构,且两个所述支架体的外周缘弯曲组合形成脸部贴合面,然后将变成立体状态的立体口罩支架放入带有贴面层的口罩本体中起到立体支撑作用,得到带有立体口罩支架的三维口罩。所述平面的立体口罩支架虽然可以降低生产成本,加工方便,便于自动化批量生产,但是将原本平面状态的立体口罩支架通过联结件变成立体状态,不仅立体口罩支架的力学支撑性能存在缺陷,还增加了佩戴者的操作行为,不够方便直接,而且不能有效缓解佩戴者在夏季高温湿热天气所产生的闷热感觉。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种立体凉感密封圈及其制备方法和用途,所述立体凉感密封圈包括立体支撑件、凉感部和固定件,且所述立体支撑件、所述凉感部和所述固定件均呈现闭合环状。所述立体支撑件既可以为所述凉感部提供支撑,又可以与所述固定件实现卡扣式固定,将所述立体凉感密封圈与口罩的边缘相固定,得到带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩,不仅能够保证口罩的密封性能,又能给 佩戴者的口鼻提供充足空间,保证口罩的透气空间和有效过滤面积,还能够给佩戴者提供清凉感觉,例如可以缓解佩戴者在夏季高温湿热天气所产生的闷热感觉,而且可以根据需要进行拆卸和更换。
本申请提供了一种立体凉感密封圈,所述立体凉感密封圈包括立体支撑件、凉感部和固定件;

将所述立体凉感密封圈的边缘卡扣嵌入所述边缘卡槽且形成卡扣式固定连接,以得到带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩。

如图1-图4所示,本申请所述立体凉感密封圈包括立体支撑件1、凉感部2和固定件3;所述立体支撑件1、所述凉感部2和所述固定件3均呈现闭合环状;所述立体支撑件1包括基底面,所述基底面的边缘处设置边缘卡槽11;所述固定件3包括固定斜面,所述固定斜面的边缘处设置边缘卡扣31,且所述边缘卡扣31嵌入所述边缘卡槽11形成卡扣式固定连接;所述凉感部2与所述基底面远离所述边缘卡槽11的一侧相连接。
其中,所述凉感部2包括凉感芯层21和凉感外层22,所述凉感外层22包裹在所述凉感芯层21的外侧;呈现闭合环状的所述凉感部2的外侧边缘与呈现闭合环状的所述立体支撑件1的内侧边缘通过焊接进行固定连接;所述凉感部2在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置鼻梁凹槽23;所述边缘卡槽11在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位缺口111,所述边缘卡扣31在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位凸起311,且所述定位凸起311嵌入所述定位缺口111;所述固定件3在与耳朵相对应的两侧设置耳带卡置凸片32,所述耳带卡置凸片32开有耳带卡置夹缝321,所述固定件3在与下巴相对应的地方设置强度加强凸片33,所述固定斜面在靠近所述立体支撑件1的一侧设置有摩擦凸起34。
实际使用过程中,将带有耳带的口罩4(耳带未示出)的边缘嵌入所述边缘卡槽11内,所述带有耳带的口罩4与所述立体凉感密封圈通过所述边缘卡扣31嵌入所述边缘卡槽11形成卡扣式固定连接。
本申请所述立体凉感密封圈基于立体支撑件1,既可以为所述凉感部2提供支撑,又可以与所述固定件3实现卡扣式固定。在实际使用过程中,将口罩4的边缘嵌入立体支撑件1的边缘卡槽11内,然后将固定件3的边缘卡扣31嵌入所述边缘卡槽11形成卡扣式固定连接,进而得到带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩。通过凉感部2与佩戴者皮肤相接触,不仅能够保证口罩的密封性能,还能够给佩戴者提供清凉感觉,例如可以缓解佩戴者在夏季高温湿热天气所产生的闷热感觉;而且,通过立体支撑件1的支撑作用,可以给佩戴者的口鼻提供充足空间,保证口罩的透气空间和有效过滤面积;此外,所述立体凉感密封圈具有便于拆卸和更换、结构简单、成本较低等优点,适合大规模推广。
所述边缘卡槽11是所述基底面的边缘处向内侧上翻形成的,所述边缘卡扣31是所述固定斜面的边缘处向内侧上翻形成的。
作为本申请可选的技术方案,所述凉感部2包括凉感芯层21和凉感外层 22,所述凉感外层22包裹在所述凉感芯层21的外侧。
本申请所述立体凉感密封圈的凉感部2,一方面可以通过凉感芯层21给佩戴者提供清凉的感觉,另一方面可以通过凉感外层22避免凉感芯层21与佩戴者面部皮肤直接接触,既防止了佩戴者产生不适的感觉,还可以防止弄花佩戴者的妆容。
考虑到不同佩戴者的凉感需求可能不同,一方面,可以通过粘贴等方式在所述凉感外层22的外侧进一步设置针织层,以缓解所述立体凉感密封圈的冰凉感觉,另一方面,可以直接将所述凉感部2替换为带有针织和防水功能的复合型布料,从而将冰凉感觉替换为温暖感觉。
可选地,所述凉感部2的宽度为10-30mm,例如10mm、15mm、20mm、25mm或30mm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
可选地,所述凉感芯层21的材质为水凝胶。
本申请所述水凝胶是一类极为亲水的三维网络结构凝胶,可以在水中迅速溶胀并在此溶胀状态下保持大量体积的水而不溶解,具有较高的比热容,可以给佩戴者提供清凉的感觉,例如可以缓解在夏季高温湿热天气产生的闷热感觉。
此外,本申请所述凉感芯层21的材质除了水凝胶,还可以是相关技术已经公开的锁水海绵、蓄冷蓝冰、纤维素凝胶、食用型丙乙醇等材质,不仅可以加入水、薄荷精油或者柠檬精油等凉感助剂,还可以加入各种香料作为香味助剂,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况进行合理选择。其中,相关技术的锁水海绵可选CN108795012A公开的锁水海绵,因为该锁水海绵综合了海绵和吸水树脂的优势,具备较高的锁水率和抗挤压能力,不仅能够有效地锁定凉感助剂和香味助剂,还可以防止受压后的凉感助剂和香味助剂溢出。
可选地,所述凉感芯层21的厚度为0.5-5mm,例如0.5mm、1mm、1.5mm、2mm、2.5mm、3mm、3.5mm、4mm、4.5mm或5mm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
可选地,所述凉感外层的材质为聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride,PVC)塑料、聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)塑料、三元共聚物(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,ABS)塑料、聚氨酯(polyurethane,PU)塑料或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,TPU)塑料中的任意一种。
可选地,所述凉感外层22的厚度为0.01-0.5mm,例如0.01mm、0.05mm、0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm或0.5mm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
作为本申请可选的技术方案,呈现闭合环状的所述凉感部2的外侧边缘与呈现闭合环状的所述立体支撑件1的内侧边缘通过焊接进行固定连接。
作为本申请可选的技术方案,所述凉感部2在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置鼻梁凹槽23。
本申请所述鼻梁凹槽23有助于所述立体凉感密封圈和佩戴者的鼻梁良好贴合。
作为本申请可选的技术方案,所述立体支撑件1和所述固定件3的材质为塑料或橡胶。
可选地,所述立体支撑件1和所述固定件3的材质为PVC塑料、PP塑料、ABS塑料、PU塑料或TPU塑料中的任意一种。
可选地,本申请所述凉感部2的凉感外层22与所述立体支撑件1和所述固定件3的材质相同,便于同种材料之间的焊接固定。
本申请所述凉感外层22可选PU或TPU材质,并进一步限定凉感外层22的厚度为0.01-0.5mm,不仅可以保证凉感芯层21提供的清凉感觉不会被减弱,还可以保证与佩戴者皮肤相接触的材质绝对安全和无毒害;而且,PU膜或TPU膜不仅柔软有韧性且安全环保,不会对佩戴者皮肤造成划蹭的感觉,例如不会弄花面部化妆者的妆容;此外,TPU膜或PU膜都属于密封材料,可以对水凝胶等凉感芯层实现良好密封,牢牢锁住水凝胶的凉感助剂,防止凉感助剂挥发,可以避免水凝胶发干变硬导致的无法佩戴和无法持久使用的问题,有助于提高凉感立体口罩的保质期限。
作为本申请可选的技术方案,所述边缘卡槽11在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位缺口111,所述边缘卡扣31在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位凸起311,且所述定位凸起311嵌入所述定位缺口111。
本申请所述定位缺口111和定位凸起311并不仅仅只设置一组,本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要设置多组定位缺口111和定位凸起311。
另外,本申请所述立体凉感密封圈还可以省去定位缺口111和定位凸起311的结构设计,仅仅以浮雕式的定位刻度、印刷或者粘贴等方式去标记,不仅可以防止定位缺口111和定位凸起311对结构强度的影响,又可以便于使用者定位 卡置。
可选地,所述固定件3在与耳朵相对应的两侧设置耳带卡置凸片32,所述耳带卡置凸片32开有耳带卡置夹缝321。
本申请所述带有耳带卡置夹缝321的耳带卡置凸片32,不仅可以加强固定件3的机械强度,有助于提高卡扣式固定的牢固程度,还可以根据佩戴者的实际需要来调节耳带的长度,从而满足不同脸型佩戴者的需求。
可选地,所述固定件3在与下巴相对应的地方设置强度加强凸片33。

本申请所述强度加强凸片33设置在与下巴相对应的地方,不仅可以有效避免佩戴者在说话过程中导致的密封性能变差的风险,还可以满足设置Logo等实际需求。
作为本申请可选的技术方案,所述带有耳带的口罩4为3M 1860型口罩。
本申请所述带有耳带的口罩4,不仅仅局限于以3M 1860型口罩为例的罩杯式口罩,还可以是折叠式口罩,因此,任何形式的N95口罩、KN95口罩、FFP2口罩、KF94口罩均可以与本申请所述立体凉感密封圈通过卡扣式固定连接,得到带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩,同时满足密封性能、透气和过滤性能、提供清凉感觉和便于拆卸更换等要求。
与相关技术方案相比:

所述立体支撑件1包括基底面,所述基底面的边缘处设置边缘卡槽11。

其中,所述凉感部2的制备方法包括:
将裁剪过的凉感外层22制成袋状;
将凉感芯层21装进凉感外层22制成的袋中进行封口;
将封口后的凉感外层22两端相连接制成闭合环状,以得到所述凉感部2。

通过注塑成型得到包括固定斜面的固定件3,所述固定斜面的边缘处向内侧上翻形成边缘卡扣31,且所述边缘卡扣31嵌入所述边缘卡槽11形成卡扣式固定连接,所述边缘卡扣31在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位凸起311,且所述定位凸起311嵌入所述定位缺口111;此外,所述固定件3在与耳朵相对应的两侧设置耳带卡置凸片32,所述耳带卡置凸片32开有耳带卡置夹缝321,所述固定件3在与下巴相对应的地方设置强度加强凸片33。
(2)先将裁剪过的凉感外层22制成袋状,再将凉感芯层21装进袋中进行封口,然后将封口后的两端相连接制成闭合环状,得到凉感部2;将呈现闭合环状的所述凉感部2的外侧边缘与呈现闭合环状的所述立体支撑件1的内侧边缘通过焊接进行固定连接。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种立体凉感密封圈及带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩,所述立体凉感密封圈包括立体支撑件1、凉感部2和固定件3。
所述立体支撑件1、所述凉感部2和所述固定件3均呈现闭合环状。
所述立体支撑件1包括基底面,所述基底面的边缘处设置边缘卡槽11。
所述固定件3包括固定斜面,所述固定斜面的边缘处设置边缘卡扣31,且所述边缘卡扣31嵌入所述边缘卡槽11形成卡扣式固定连接。
所述凉感部2在所述基底面上远离所述边缘卡槽11的一侧相连接。
所述凉感部2包括凉感芯层21和凉感外层22,所述凉感外层22包裹在所述凉感芯层21的外侧。
所述凉感部2的宽度为10mm。
所述凉感芯层21为水凝胶凉感芯层,厚度为0.5mm。
所述凉感外层22为TPU凉感外层,厚度为0.01mm。
呈现闭合环状的所述凉感部2的外侧边缘与呈现闭合环状的所述立体支撑件1的内侧边缘通过焊接进行固定连接。
所述凉感部2在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置鼻梁凹槽23。
所述边缘卡槽11在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位缺口111,所述边缘卡扣31在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位凸起311,且所述定位凸起311嵌入所述定位缺口111。
所述固定件3在与耳朵相对应的两侧设置耳带卡置凸片32,所述耳带卡置凸片32开有耳带卡置夹缝321。
所述固定件3在与下巴相对应的地方设置强度加强凸片33。
所述固定斜面在靠近所述立体支撑件1的一侧设置有摩擦凸起34。
先将3M 1806医用口罩的边缘嵌入所述立体凉感密封圈的边缘卡槽11内,再将所述立体凉感密封圈的边缘卡扣31嵌入所述边缘卡槽11形成卡扣式固定连接,得到带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种立体凉感密封圈及带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩,所述立体凉感密封圈包括立体支撑件1、凉感部2和固定件3。
所述立体支撑件1、所述凉感部2和所述固定件3均呈现闭合环状。
所述立体支撑件1包括基底面,所述基底面的边缘处设置边缘卡槽11。
所述固定件3包括固定斜面,所述固定斜面的边缘处设置边缘卡扣31,且所述边缘卡扣31嵌入所述边缘卡槽11形成卡扣式固定连接。
所述凉感部2在所述基底面上远离所述边缘卡槽11的一侧相连接。
所述凉感部2包括凉感芯层21和凉感外层22,所述凉感外层22包裹在所述凉感芯层21的外侧。
所述凉感部2的宽度为30mm。
所述凉感芯层21为水凝胶凉感芯层,厚度为5mm。
所述凉感外层22为TPU凉感外层,厚度为0.5mm。
呈现闭合环状的所述凉感部2的外侧边缘与呈现闭合环状的所述立体支撑件1的内侧边缘通过焊接进行固定连接。
所述凉感部2在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置鼻梁凹槽23。
所述边缘卡槽11在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位缺口111,所述边缘卡扣31在与鼻梁相对应的地方设置定位凸起311,且所述定位凸起311嵌入所述定位缺口111。
所述固定件3在与耳朵相对应的两侧设置耳带卡置凸片32,所述耳带卡置凸片32开有耳带卡置夹缝321。
所述固定件3在与下巴相对应的地方设置强度加强凸片33。
所述固定斜面在靠近所述立体支撑件1的一侧设置有摩擦凸起34。
先将3M 1806医用口罩的边缘嵌入所述立体凉感密封圈的边缘卡槽11内,再将所述立体凉感密封圈的边缘卡扣31嵌入所述边缘卡槽11形成卡扣式固定连接,得到带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩。
对比例1
本对比例提供了一种3M 1806医用口罩,并未设置实施例1所述立体凉感密封圈。
将上述实施例和对比例所述口罩进行凉感测试和泄漏性测试,具体测试方法如下:
凉感测试:选10名男性测试者和10名女性测试者组成共20名成员的体验小组,在温度为30℃且湿度为50%的环境下,按照表1所示的评分标准对佩戴的口罩进行凉感评价,然后以20名成员评分的平均值来作为凉感测试结果。
泄漏性测试:按照GB 2626-2019《呼吸防护自吸过滤式防颗粒物呼吸器》中公开的泄漏性测试方法进行测试,以随弃式面罩的总泄漏率(TIL)<11%作为标准;
有关上述实施例和对比例所述口罩的凉感测试和泄漏性测试相关结果见表2。

由表2可以看出以下几点:
(1)本实施例所述立体凉感密封圈基于立体支撑件1,既可以为所述凉感部2提供支撑,又可以与口罩本体实现固定,得到的带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩不仅能够保证口罩的密封性能,满足总泄漏率(TIL)<11%的泄漏性标准,又能给佩戴者的口鼻提供充足空间,保证口罩的透气空间和有效过滤面积,还能够给佩戴者提供清凉感觉,例如可以缓解佩戴者在夏季高温湿热天气所产生的闷热感觉;而且,具有便于拆卸和更换、结构简单、成本较低等优点,适合大规模推广。
(2)将实施例1和对比例1进行对比,对比例1为单纯的3M 1806医用口罩,虽然密封性能优良,但是会导致佩戴者产生强烈的闷热感觉。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种立体凉感密封圈,包括立体支撑件(1)、凉感部(2)和固定件(3);
    所述立体支撑件(1)、所述凉感部(2)和所述固定件(3)均呈现闭合环状;
    所述立体支撑件(1)包括基底面,所述基底面的边缘处设置有边缘卡槽(11);
    所述固定件(3)包括固定斜面,所述固定斜面的边缘处设置有边缘卡扣(31),且所述边缘卡扣(31)嵌入所述边缘卡槽(11)以使所述立体支撑件(1)和所述固定件(3)形成卡扣式固定连接;
    所述凉感部(2)与所述基底面远离所述边缘卡槽(11)的一侧相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的立体凉感密封圈,其中,所述凉感部(2)包括凉感芯层(21)和凉感外层(22),所述凉感外层(22)包裹在所述凉感芯层(21)的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的立体凉感密封圈,还包括以下特征中的至少之一:
    所述凉感部(2)的宽度为10mm-30mm;
    所述凉感芯层(21)的材质为水凝胶;
    所述凉感芯层(21)的厚度为0.5mm-5mm;
    所述凉感外层(22)的材质为聚氯乙烯PVC塑料、聚丙烯PP塑料、三元共聚物ABS塑料、聚氨酯PU或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶TPU中的任意一种;
    所述凉感外层(22)的厚度为0.01mm-0.5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的立体凉感密封圈,其中,呈现闭合环状的所述凉感部(2)的外侧边缘与呈现闭合环状的所述立体支撑件(1)的内侧边缘通过焊接进行固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的立体凉感密封圈,其中,所述凉感部(2)在与鼻梁相对应的位置设置有鼻梁凹槽(23)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的立体凉感密封圈,其中,所述立体支撑件(1)和所述固定件(3)的材质为塑料或橡胶。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的立体凉感密封圈,其中,所述立体支撑件(1)和所述固定件(3)的材质为PVC塑料、PP塑料或ABS塑料中的任意一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的立体凉感密封圈,其中,所述边缘卡槽(11)在与鼻梁相对应的位置设置有定位缺口(111),所述边缘卡扣(31)在 与鼻梁相对应的位置设置有定位凸起(311),且所述定位凸起(311)嵌入所述定位缺口(111)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的立体凉感密封圈,还包括以下特征中的至少之一:
    所述固定件(3)在与耳朵相对应的两侧设置有耳带卡置凸片(32),所述耳带卡置凸片(32)设置有耳带卡置夹缝(321);
    所述固定件(3)在与下巴相对应的位置设置有强度加强凸片(33);
    所述固定斜面在靠近所述立体支撑件(1)的一侧设置有摩擦凸起(34)。
  10. 一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的立体凉感密封圈的制备方法,包括:
    通过注塑成型得到立体支撑件(1)和固定件(3);
    将凉感部(2)通过焊接与所述立体支撑件(1)进行固定连接,以得到所述立体凉感密封圈。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的立体凉感密封圈的制备方法,其中,所述凉感部(2)的制备方法包括:
    将裁剪过的凉感外层(22)制成袋状;
    将凉感芯层(21)装进凉感外层(22)制成的袋中进行封口;
    将封口后的凉感外层(22)两端相连接制成闭合环状,以得到所述凉感部(2)。
  12. 一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的立体凉感密封圈的用途,包括:
    将带有耳带的口罩(4)的边缘嵌入所述立体凉感密封圈的边缘卡槽(11)内;
    将所述立体凉感密封圈的边缘卡扣(31)嵌入所述边缘卡槽(11)且形成卡扣式固定连接,以得到带有立体凉感密封圈的口罩。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的立体凉感密封圈的用途,其中,所述带有耳带的口罩(4)为3M 1860型口罩。
