环境污染问题越来越严重,如:空气中的各样污染物包括花粉、风沙、尘埃、PM2.5等;各类病毒等包括感冒病毒、流感病毒、冠状病毒、乙肝病毒等;各样的病菌、传染病的广泛传播等。由于疾病的预防和健康意识的提升,人们对口罩的需求越来越多,对口罩的要求也越来越高。口罩的防护性和舒适性的兼容是本领越研究的技术重点。现有的大部分口罩是呼吸区和边缘区采用一体式的材料制成,通过覆盖面部的一部分防止从口和鼻孔向体内侵入污染物和病菌。
为了提高口罩与面部的贴合性,市面上的口罩往往采用无纺布加可压缩衬垫如海绵、定型用金属丝等方法,大致维持口罩边缘与脸部形状的贴合,佩戴时往往需要用手调节且贴合得不够紧密,不能很好地沿着面部的形状填补口罩边缘与面部之间的间隙防护性能下降。市面上的N95口罩大部分是具有好的防护效果,但如在疫情期间长时间佩戴会在佩戴者面部留下深深的压痕,且面颊覆盖区过大,舒适度有待提升。
申请号为201710301819.5的专利提供的一种口罩,在口罩最外层利用三维立体和气密构造的可压缩衬垫作为外包裹层,用以贴合佩戴者面部轮廓;该专利的可压缩衬垫包括无纺布外层、人造材料制成的保护薄膜,里外包括三层过滤层和一个保护层。这些技术方案虽然提高了口罩与脸部的间隙密封性能和过滤性能,但透气性能受到较大的影响,佩戴者的呼吸舒适感降低,不适宜疫情期间的长时间佩戴。
申请号为201811353312.5的专利提供的一种口罩,采用多孔性的发泡聚氨酯材料制成,通过材料自身的弹性实现与面部的接触,不需要其他部件就能沿着面部的形状填补间隙。但是,该专利口罩的主体部位的材料也是采用的多孔性的发泡聚氨酯,材料的弹性使得口罩在呼吸区即口鼻周围也自觉紧贴面部,佩戴者呼吸和说话的舒适度大受影响。此外,因多孔性的发泡聚氨酯材料在呼吸区对污染物的过滤性能和抗菌性能不佳,导致口罩呼吸区的防护效果降低。
申请号为201510542588.8的专利提供的一种口罩,采用纳米材料制成纳米抗菌层,通过设置纳米发电单元与纳米抗菌层连接,用于产生电荷使得在纳米抗菌层上形成电场,增加细菌与抗菌材料的接触几率且使得细菌发生电穿孔,提升 杀菌效果。该专利的材料本身的抗菌杀菌的防护性能较高,但口罩通体都用这种材料,不能很好地解决口罩周边与脸部的贴合问题,使得污染物或病菌病毒等依然有可能通过口罩与面部之间的间隙进入到口罩里面,且口鼻呼出的热气会使戴眼镜的佩戴者眼镜起雾,视线不清。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能舒适型口罩,使得口罩边缘与面部自然紧密贴合并同时提升过滤和抗菌杀菌的多角度防护效果,提高佩戴时佩戴者面部呼吸区、脸颊部和耳部的舒适度,以满足因疫情或医护工作等对口罩的高防护性与长时间佩戴时的舒适性与便捷性的兼容需求。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下。
一种多功能舒适型口罩,包括呼吸区部件(1)和贴合佩戴区部件(2),贴合佩戴区部件(2)由多孔性的发泡聚氨酯材料制成,紧贴脸部;贴合佩戴区部件(2)包括贴面部(21)和挂耳部(22);贴面部(21)朝向面部的耳朵侧延伸,形成具有开口且能挂在耳朵的挂耳部(22);
其特征在于:所述贴面部(21)为中空型带有中空区域,形成贴面部的内沿;呼吸区部件(1)的外沿形状与所述中空区域的外沿形状相适应,并与贴面部(21)的内沿之间密封连接形成连接部(7);呼吸区部件(1)呈外凸型,佩戴时与口鼻之间留有空间不紧贴;呼吸区部件(1)从外到内包括过滤层(11)和抗菌层(12)。
所述的过滤层(11)采用聚丙烯防水无纺布用于阻隔人体体液和口罩外部液体中颗粒状污染物,或者采用聚丙烯防水熔喷无纺布用于阻隔细菌、人体体液和颗粒状污染物,以达到N95口罩标准,或者采用精密纱布。
所述的抗菌层(12)为纳米抗菌材料制成的纳米抗菌层;所述纳米抗菌材料为二氧化钛纳米材料、氧化锌纳米材料、氧化锡纳米材料、二氧化锆纳米材料、硫化镉纳米材料中的任一种;所述纳米抗菌层为碳布基底上生长的银纳米颗粒/X纳米线复合材料;X纳米线为氧化锌纳米线、氧化锡纳米线、二氧化锆纳米线、硫化镉纳线中的任一种。
所述呼吸区部件(1)从外到内除了过滤层(11)、抗菌层(12),还包括柔肤保健层(13);所述柔肤保健层(13)位于最里侧,佩戴时面向佩戴者呼吸区皮肤,以提高呼吸区皮肤的舒适感;所述柔肤保健层(13)由舒适亲肤透气材料制成。
设计纳米发电单元(3)通过导线与所述纳米抗菌层连接,利用纳米发电单元产生的电荷在纳米抗菌层上形成电场,产生杀菌效果。
所述纳米抗菌层分为第一纳米抗菌层(12-1)和第二纳米抗菌层(12-2),纳米发电单元(3)位于第一纳米抗菌层(12-1)和第二纳米抗菌层(12-2)中间;所述纳米发电单元(3)包括第一电极层(31)、第一发电层(32)、第二发电层(33)、第二电极层(34);所述第一电极层(31)和第一发电层(32)的左端部与所述第一纳米抗菌层(12-1)通过弹性连接部件(4)弹性连接(5),所述第一电极层(31)和第一发电层(32)的右端部与所述第一纳米抗菌层(12-1)固定连接(6);所述第二电极层(34)和第二发电层(33)的左端部与所述第二纳米抗菌层(12-2)固定连接,所述第二电极层(34)和第二发电层(33)的右端部与所述第二纳米抗菌层(12-2)弹性连接。
所述柔肤保健层(13)由桑蚕丝材料制成,使得口罩更亲肤舒适,以避免佩戴者对其他口罩材料的过敏,同时避免因长时间佩戴口罩而容易产生的肌肤问题。
所述柔肤保健层(13)由玉蚕纤材料制成;所述玉蚕纤是从桑叶中提取的植物性蛋白与再生纤维素纤维经过工艺合成的改性蛋白质再生纤维素纤维,是一种有机生态可降解的新型环保纤维,糯滑柔软、吸湿性好,以提升佩戴者的亲肤滑柔舒适感,并减少呼出的水气在口鼻周围停留产生的不适,避免因长期佩戴而产生的皮肤问题。
整个口罩的覆盖设计采用“比基尼”式的设计思想:所述贴面部(21)大小和形状以能保证佩戴时呼吸区部件覆盖整个呼吸区域、贴面部能兜住下巴即可,尽量减少贴面部对两侧脸颊部分的遮盖,提高脸颊部的舒适度,以避免出现脸颊部长期戴口罩造成的皮肤问题,特别是在炎热的夏天佩戴。
所述挂耳部用(22)为带子状,带宽为3-7mm,从而避免挂耳部过细产生勒耳感,以提升佩戴时耳部的舒适度。

本发明具有有益效果。本发明将口罩的呼吸区和佩戴区分开设计,避免了现有口罩一体式设计所带来的缺陷:要么周边密封性不好,要么布料的过滤抗菌性不够,且呼吸区口罩布料过于贴近口鼻,佩戴时不舒服,特别是长时间配戴时。本发明同时兼容了口罩的高防护性、舒适性与便捷性,具体包括以下主要有益效果。
(1)本发明保证了口罩周边与脸部很好的贴合性与舒适性。本发明考虑口罩周边材料需能服帖面部,采用多孔性的发泡聚氨酯材料制成佩戴区部件,利用材料本身的弹性使得佩戴时口罩边缘自动、自然地紧贴脸部的不规则表面,很好地解决了口罩周边与脸部的贴合问题;避免污染物或病菌病毒等依然有可能通过口罩与面部之间的间隙进入到口罩里面;避免口鼻呼出的热气通过间隙使得戴眼镜的佩戴者眼镜起雾而视线不清;佩戴时免去了一般口罩采用金属丝或金属条固定鼻梁上方口罩边缘形状整理所需的手动动作,也避免了使用海绵等材料所产生的厚重不舒服感和低美感。
(2)本发明采用的呼吸区部件材料和结构,提高了口罩的过滤、抗菌和杀菌效果,保证了口罩的防护性能。本发明考虑口罩材料的过滤抗菌防护性能,对口罩的呼吸区部件材料的采用区别与周边材料的服帖特性,重点考虑其过滤性、抗菌杀菌性能,将口罩呼吸区的材料选用从外到内分过滤层、抗菌杀菌层,大大提升口罩的过滤杀菌防护效果。过滤层采用聚丙烯防水无纺布,用于阻隔人体体液和口罩外部液体中颗粒状污染物,适于一般防护;过滤层若采用聚丙烯防水熔喷无纺布,用于阻隔细菌、人体体液和颗粒状污染物,以达到N95口罩标准,适于医用防护。本发明采用纳米抗菌材料制成抗菌层,很好地利用纳米材料的抗菌性,避免使用药物抗菌的时效性差或副作用;进一步通过设计纳米发电单元与所述纳米抗菌层连接;利用纳米发电单元产生电荷在纳米抗菌层上形成电场,产生杀菌效果。
(3)本发明提高了佩戴时佩戴者呼吸的舒适性以及口鼻区皮肤的舒适性。本发明将呼吸区部件设计成外凸型使得佩戴时与口鼻之间留有空间不紧贴、通过设置柔肤保健层位于最里侧提高佩戴者呼吸区皮肤的舒适感。柔肤保健层由桑蚕丝材料制成,使得口罩更亲肤舒适,以避免佩戴者对其他口罩材料的过敏。柔肤保健层由玉蚕纤材料制成,糯滑柔软、吸湿性好,以提升佩戴者的亲肤滑柔舒适感,并减少呼出的水气在口鼻周围停留产生的不适,避免因长期佩戴而产生的口鼻周边皮肤问题。
(4)本发明提高了佩戴时佩戴者脸颊部位的舒适性。本发明整个口罩的覆盖设计思想是“比基尼”式的设计思想:所述贴面部大小以能保证佩戴时呼吸区部件覆盖整个呼吸区域,口罩边缘与面部紧密贴合即可,尽量减少贴面部对两侧脸颊部分的遮盖,以避免出现脸颊部长期戴口罩造成的皮肤问题,特别是在炎热的夏天佩戴时提高了脸颊部的舒适度。
(5)本发明提高了佩戴时佩戴者耳部的舒适性。挂耳部用料宽于市面上流通的普通口罩的挂耳线,挂耳部与贴面部采用多孔性的发泡聚氨酯材料一体成型,避免过细产生勒耳感,提升了佩戴时的耳部舒适度。
综上所述,本发明同时满足了对口罩有效防护性、舒适性与便捷性的兼容需求。本发明将口罩的边缘区和呼吸区的分开设计,使得口罩边缘与面部自然紧密贴合,同时保证过滤和抗菌杀菌的多角度防护效果,提高了长期佩戴的舒适度,从而满足因疫情或医护工作等对口罩的高防护性与长时间佩戴时的有效防护性、全方位舒适性与佩戴便捷性的兼容需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细说明。
一种多功能舒适型的口罩如图1所示,包括呼吸区部件1和贴合佩戴区部件2,贴合佩戴区部件2由多孔性的发泡聚氨酯材料制成,紧贴脸部;贴合佩戴区部件2包括贴面部21和挂耳部22;贴面部21朝向面部的耳朵侧延伸,形成具有开口且能挂在耳朵的挂耳部。贴面部21为中空型带有中空区域,形成贴面部的内沿;呼吸区部件1的外廓形状与所述中空区域的形状相适应,并与贴面部的内沿之间密封连接形成连接部7;呼吸区部件1呈外凸型,佩戴时与口鼻之间留有空间不紧贴。
呼吸区部件1的具体内部结构截面示意图如图2所示。呼吸区部件1从外到内包括过滤层11和抗菌层12,根据需要也可增加柔肤保健层13,具体如图2所示。
实施例1新型冠状病毒疫情期普通人群防护用口罩
过滤层11采用聚丙烯防水无纺布,用于阻隔人体体液和口罩外部液体中颗粒状污染物;抗菌层为纳米抗菌层,为碳布基底上生长的银纳米颗粒/氧化锌纳米线复合材料制成;柔肤保健层13采用桑蚕丝制作而成,用于新型冠状病毒疫情期普通防护。整个口罩的覆盖设计采用“比基尼”式的设计思想如图5所示:挂耳部用料宽度3mm,贴面部大小保证佩戴时呼吸区部件覆盖整个呼吸区域、 贴面部能兜住下巴,减少贴面部对两侧脸颊部分的遮盖,提高了脸颊部的舒适度,避免了出现脸颊部长期戴口罩造成的皮肤问题,特别是在炎热的夏天佩戴。
实施例2医用防护口罩
过滤层11采用聚丙烯防水熔喷无纺布,用于阻隔细菌、人体体液和颗粒状污染物,以达到N95口罩标准。抗菌层为由二氧化钛纳米材料制备而成的纳米抗菌层,设计纳米发电单元与所述纳米抗菌层连接;利用纳米发电单元产生电荷在纳米抗菌层上形成电场,产生杀菌效果。纳米发电单元的结构和位置设计如图4所示。纳米抗菌层分为第一纳米抗菌层12-1和第二纳米抗菌层12-2,纳米发电单元3位于第一纳米抗菌层12-1和第二纳米抗菌层12-2中间;所述发电单元4包括第一电极层31、第一发电层32、第二发电层33、第二电极层34;所述第一电极层31和第一发电层32的左端部与所述第一纳米抗菌层12-1通过弹性连接部件4弹性连接5,所述第一电极层31和第一发电层32的右端部与所述第一纳米抗菌层12-1固定连接6;所述第二电极层34和第二发电层33的左端部与所述第二纳米抗菌层12-2固定连接6,所述第二电极层34和第二发电层33的右端部与所述第二纳米抗菌层12-2弹性连接。挂耳部用料宽度7mm。
实施例3日常防护长时间佩戴用口罩
过滤层采用纯棉精密纱布,抗菌层为由氧化锡纳米材料制备而成的纳米抗菌层。还包括柔肤保健层,位于最里侧,佩戴时面向佩戴者呼吸区皮肤;柔肤保健层由桑蚕丝材料制成,使得口罩更亲肤舒适,避免了佩戴者对其他口罩材料的过敏,同时避免了因长时间佩戴口罩而容易产生的肌肤问题,提高了呼吸区皮肤的舒适感。
整个口罩的覆盖设计是“比基尼”式的设计思想,如图5所示:所述贴面部大小以能保证佩戴时呼吸区部件覆盖整个呼吸区域、贴面部能兜住下巴即可,尽量减少贴面部对两侧脸颊部分的遮盖,提高了脸颊部的舒适度,避免了出现脸颊部长期戴口罩造成的皮肤问题,特别是在炎热的夏天佩戴。
实施例4疫情期医护人员长时间佩戴用口罩
过滤层11采用聚丙烯防水熔喷无纺布,用于阻隔细菌、人体体液和颗粒状污染物,以达到N95口罩标准。抗菌层为由二氧化钛纳米材料制备而成的纳米抗菌层,设计纳米发电单元与所述纳米抗菌层连接如图3所示;利用纳米发电单元产生电荷在纳米抗菌层上形成电场,产生杀菌效果。纳米发电单元的结构和位置设计如图4所示。纳米抗菌层分为第一纳米抗菌层12-1和第二纳米抗菌层12-2,纳米发电单元3位于第一纳米抗菌层12-1和第二纳米抗菌层12-2中间; 所述发电单元4包括第一电极层31、第一发电层32、第二发电层33、第二电极层34;所述第一电极层31和第一发电层32的左端部与所述第一纳米抗菌层12-1通过弹性连接部件4弹性连接5,所述第一电极层31和第一发电层32的右端部与所述第一纳米抗菌层12-1固定连接6;所述第二电极层34和第二发电层33的左端部与所述第二纳米抗菌层12-2固定连接6,所述第二电极层34和第二发电层33的右端部与所述第二纳米抗菌层12-2弹性连接。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种多功能舒适型口罩,包括呼吸区部件(1)和贴合佩戴区部件(2),贴合佩戴区部件(2)由多孔性的发泡聚氨酯材料制成,紧贴脸部;贴合佩戴区部件(2)包括贴面部(21)和挂耳部(22);贴面部(21)朝向面部的耳朵侧延伸,形成具有开口且能挂在耳朵的挂耳部(22);
    其特征在于:所述贴面部(21)为中空型带有中空区域,形成贴面部的内沿;呼吸区部件(1)的外沿形状与所述中空区域的外沿形状相适应,并与贴面部(21)的内沿之间密封连接形成连接部(7);呼吸区部件(1)呈外凸型,佩戴时与口鼻之间留有空间不紧贴;呼吸区部件(1)从外到内包括过滤层(11)和抗菌层(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能舒适型口罩,其特征在于:所述的过滤层(11)采用聚丙烯防水无纺布用于阻隔人体体液和口罩外部液体中颗粒状污染物,或者采用聚丙烯防水熔喷无纺布用于阻隔细菌、人体体液和颗粒状污染物,以达到N95口罩标准,或者采用精密纱布。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能舒适型口罩,其特征在于:所述的抗菌层(12)为纳米抗菌材料制成的纳米抗菌层;所述纳米抗菌材料为二氧化钛纳米材料、氧化锌纳米材料、氧化锡纳米材料、二氧化锆纳米材料、硫化镉纳米材料中的任一种;所述纳米抗菌层为碳布基底上生长的银纳米颗粒/X纳米线复合材料;X纳米线为氧化锌纳米线、氧化锡纳米线、二氧化锆纳米线、硫化镉纳线中的任一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能舒适型口罩,其特征在于:所述呼吸区部件(1)从外到内除了过滤层(11)、抗菌层(12),还包括柔肤保健层(13);所述柔肤保健层(13)位于最里侧,佩戴时面向佩戴者呼吸区皮肤,以提高呼吸区皮肤的舒适感;所述柔肤保健层(13)由舒适亲肤透气材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能舒适型口罩,其特征在于:设计纳米发电单元(3)通过导线与所述纳米抗菌层连接,利用纳米发电单元产生的电荷在纳米抗菌层上形成电场,产生杀菌效果。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能舒适型口罩,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌层分为第一纳米抗菌层(12-1)和第二纳米抗菌层(12-2),纳米发电单元(3)位于第一纳米抗菌层(12-1)和第二纳米抗菌层(12-2)中间;所述纳米发电单元(3)包括第一电极层(31)、第一发电层(32)、第二发电层(33)、第二电极层(34);所述第一电极层(31)和第一发电层(32)的左端部与所述第一纳米抗菌层(12-1)通过弹性连接部件(4)弹性连接(5),所述第一电极层(31)和第一发电层(32)的右端部与所述第一 纳米抗菌层(12-1)固定连接(6);所述第二电极层(34)和第二发电层(33)的左端部与所述第二纳米抗菌层(12-2)固定连接,所述第二电极层(34)和第二发电层(33)的右端部与所述第二纳米抗菌层(12-2)弹性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能舒适型口罩,其特征在于:所述柔肤保健层(13)由桑蚕丝材料制成,使得口罩更亲肤舒适,以避免佩戴者对其他口罩材料的过敏,同时避免因长时间佩戴口罩而容易产生的肌肤问题。
