本申请涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米复合颗粒及磁控显示装置。
背景技术
智能调光玻璃在多领域拥有广阔的应用前景,例如,作为投影幕布,智能隔断应用于商务应用当中;取代窗帘,发挥隔断和隐私保护的功能,隔音消杂,应用于住宅及医疗机构;更可根据相态的转变,而应用于博物馆,展馆,银行当中,发挥防盗功能。目前,PDLC(polymer dispersed liquid crystal,聚合物分散液晶)被广泛应用于智能调光玻璃领域当中,但以PDLC为调光层的智能调光玻璃无法显示彩色画面,进而限制了智能调光玻璃的发展。
技术问题
磁性纳米棒(请参阅“Single-Stimulus-Induced Modulation of Multiple Optical Properties”,Advanced. Materials,Hai Li)作为一种智能光学材料,具有优良的各向异性光学特性,并能够通过磁场调控其光学性能。在磁场驱动下,磁性纳米棒的排列方向会发生改变,导致其透过率发生改变,进而依靠磁性颗粒相态的转变,使磁性纳米棒展现出与PDLC相同的光电性质。然而,由于磁性纳米棒调控的画面显示颜色依然是有限的,只能为由纳米颗粒组装而反射的结构色。因此,如何提供一种能够变换多重色彩,并采用磁场调控的彩色智能调光玻璃,是目前亟待解决的问题。
技术解决方案
本申请提供一种用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒以及磁控显示装置,以解决采用磁性纳米棒调控的画面显示颜色较为局限的技术问题。
本申请提供一种用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其包括磁性核和依次包覆所述磁性核的第一保护层、发光层和第二保护层,所述纳米复合颗粒在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同;

相较于现有技术中的纳米复合颗粒,本申请提供的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒通过在磁性核外侧依次包覆第一保护层和发光层,其中,纳米复合颗粒在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同,当受到外界光的刺激时,在外界磁场的驱动下,该纳米复合颗粒的排列取向能够随外界磁场方向的改变而发生变化,纳米复合颗粒中的磁性核被激发而发出部分颜色的光,本申请通过在磁性核外侧包覆一层发光层,发光层的发光颜色与磁性核的发光颜色会发生复合,进而能够丰富纳米复合颗粒的发光色彩,从而丰富了纳米复合颗粒应用于磁控发光时的多彩性。

在本申请实施例中,当发光层203的材料为量子点材料时,在外界光的刺激及外界磁场的驱动下,通过调控磁场的方向,纳米复合颗粒20中的磁性核201会发出不同颜色的光,此时量子点材料的发光颜色与磁性核201的发光颜色会发生复合,进而使纳米复合颗粒20能够发出更多颜色的光,由此能够丰富纳米复合颗粒20的发光色彩,从而丰富了纳米复合颗粒20应用于磁控发光时的多彩性。
需要说明的是,量子点材料可以为钙钛矿量子点或硫化镉量子点等,具体材料的选择可以根据实际应用需要进行设定,本申请对量子点材料的种类不作具体限定。此外,根据实际应用需求,还可以选择电致发光或者光致发光的量子点材料,在此不再赘述。
在本申请实施例中,上述用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒20的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
S101:制备包覆有第一保护层202的磁性核201;
首先,利用溶剂热法,氯化铁为铁源,柠檬酸钠为还原剂,制备具有棒状形态,尺寸均匀的三氧化二铁纳米棒。其中,反应溶剂可以为乙二醇等有机溶剂。
接着,利用溶胶-凝胶法,以间苯二酚和甲醛为原料,在弱碱性溶液当中,以三氧化二铁纳米棒为核,构建具有保护功能的酚醛树脂层,以作为第一保护层202。其中,弱碱性溶液可以为氨水,其用于调节溶液的pH值,以使其保持在8左右。另外,弱碱性溶液还可以为其他用于调节pH值的碱性溶液,本申请对弱碱性溶液的溶液种类不作具体限定。
最后,在100 oC的反应条件下,利用氢气对三氧化二铁纳米棒进行还原,从而得到包覆有酚醛树脂层的四氧化三铁磁性纳米棒,即得到包覆有第一保护层202的磁性核201。
S102:在第一保护层202外侧形成发光层203;
具体的,提供发光材料,发光材料具体为上转换材料或量子点材料,上转换材料或量子点材料的制备方法均可以参照现有技术,在此不再赘述。
以发光层203的材料为上转换材料为例进行说明,具体的,当以四氟钇钠为上转换材料中的基质材料、掺杂的稀土元素为镱时,首先将制备好的油酸钇和油酸镱以4:1的比例混合制备出油酸镱钇溶液,以得到发光层203的前驱体;然后,将包覆有酚醛树脂层的四氧化三铁溶于少量的油酸和十八烯混合溶液中,以得到四氧化三铁磁性纳米棒的混合液;接着,在氩气气氛下,将上述混合液以20 oC/min的速率加热至280 oC,并在280 oC下滴加油酸镱钇溶液,通过控制溶液的滴加速率、滴加量及滴加次数来调控发光层203的厚度;最后,将上述生成的产物进行离心沉淀,然后采用有机溶剂将离心得到的固体混合物进行洗涤,除去溶剂,即得到包覆有发光层203的四氧化三铁@酚醛树脂磁性纳米棒。
S103:在发光层203外侧包覆第二保护层204。
首先,将依次包覆有第一保护层202和发光层203的磁性核201超声分散于溶剂中,溶剂可以为乙醇与水的混合溶液(体积比为1:1);然后,加入碱性溶液如氨水,保持溶液具有弱碱性,并使pH维持在9左右;接着,加入正硅酸乙酯,并机械搅拌10h,以得到纳米复合颗粒20粗品。
然后,对纳米复合颗粒20粗品进行提纯。具体的,首先对纳米复合颗粒20粗品进行离心分离;接着,将离心分离得到的固体混合物进行洗涤,洗涤溶剂为乙醇;最后,蒸发溶剂,即得到纯化后的纳米复合颗粒20。
本申请实施例提供的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒20通过在磁性核201外侧依次包覆第一保护层202、发光层203和第二保护层204,进而得到具有良好形貌及稳定性的棒状纳米复合颗粒20,在外界光的刺激及磁场的驱动下,该纳米复合颗粒20的排列取向能够随外界磁场方向的改变而发生变化,纳米复合颗粒20中的磁性核201被激发而发出部分颜色的光,本实施例通过在磁性核201外侧包覆一层发光层203,发光层203的发光颜色与磁性核201的发光颜色会发生复合,进而能够丰富纳米复合颗粒20的发光色彩,从而丰富了纳米复合颗粒20应用于磁控发光时的多彩性。
请参阅图2至图4,其中,图2为本申请第一实施例提供的磁控显示装置在无序排列状态下的结构示意图;图3为本申请第一实施例提供的磁控显示装置在第一排列状态下的结构示意图;图4为本申请第一实施例提供的纳米复合颗粒的剖面结构示意图。
本申请第一实施例提供一种磁控显示装置100,其包括相对设置的第一基板11和第二基板12。磁控显示装置100包括设置于第一基板11和第二基板12之间的调光层10A。调光层10A包括多个纳米复合颗粒10。纳米复合颗粒10包括磁性核101和依次包覆磁性核101的保护层102和发光层103。纳米复合颗粒10在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同。
本申请第一实施例提供的磁控显示装置100通过在调光层10A内设置多个纳米复合颗粒10,该纳米复合颗粒10包括磁性核101和依次包覆磁性核101的保护层102和发光层103,且纳米复合颗粒10在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同,当受到外界光的刺激时,在外界磁场的驱动下,该纳米复合颗粒10的排列取向能够随外界磁场方向的改变而发生变化,纳米复合颗粒10中的磁性核101被激发而发出部分颜色的光,本第一实施例通过在磁性核101外侧包覆一层发光层103,发光层103的发光颜色与磁性核101的发光颜色会发生复合,进而丰富了纳米复合颗粒10的发光色彩,由此丰富了调光层10A的显示色彩,从而拓宽了磁控显示装置100的色域。
在本申请第一实施例中,纳米复合颗粒10还包括另一保护层104,该另一保护层104包覆于发光层103。需要说明的是,为方便描述本申请实施例,将保护层102定义为第一保护层102,另一保护层104定义为第二保护层104。
另外,本第一实施例中纳米复合颗粒10的材料及制备方法均可以参照前述实施例中纳米复合颗粒20的描述,在此不再赘述。
在本申请第一实施例中,磁控显示装置100还包括一反射层13,反射层13设置于第一基板11靠近调光层10A的一面上。该设置可以提高磁控显示装置100的反射效果。
需要说明的是,本申请中的磁控显示装置100可以为智能调光玻璃、显示面板等,本申请第一实施例仅以磁控显示装置100为智能调光玻璃为例进行说明,但并不限于此。
在本申请第一实施例中,第一基板11和第二基板12均为玻璃基板。该玻璃基板的具体材料根据实际应用需求进行选择,本申请对此不作限定。
由于纳米复合颗粒10是一种具有磁响应和光响应双重响应特性的光学材料,因而,通过调控外界磁场的方向,能够控制纳米复合颗粒10的排列取向,使其具有不同的排列状态,进而表现出不同的光学性能。
在本申请第一实施例中,当纳米复合颗粒10处于无序排列状态时,调光层10A具有第一透光率,磁控显示装置100为雾化状态,且不显示画面。当纳米复合颗粒10处于第一排列状态时,调光层10A具有第二透光率,磁控显示装置100为非雾化状态,且具有第一显示画面。
需要说明的是,本申请中的第一排列状态可以为垂直排列状态、水平排列状态或倾斜排列状态,本申请第一实施例仅以第一排列状态为垂直排列状态为例进行说明,但并不限于此。
具体的,当外界磁场关闭时,调光层10A内的纳米复合颗粒10处于无序的不规则排列状态,此时,纳米复合颗粒10对光的透过率较低,使得第一透光率较低,因而智能调光玻璃处于雾化状态,且不显示画面。
其中,第一透光率的具体大小由纳米复合颗粒10的材料以及入射光的波长等因素决定,在此不再赘述。
当外界磁场开启时,调光层10A内的纳米复合颗粒10处于垂直排列状态,此时,纳米复合颗粒10对光的透过率较高,使得第二透光率较高,因而智能调光玻璃处于非雾化状态,且通过改变磁场的方向,能够使纳米复合颗粒10的排列形态发生改变,进而改变调光层10A的透光率大小,从而可以实现对智能调光玻璃亮度的调控。
此外,在入射光的刺激下,通过改变磁场的方向,纳米复合颗粒10处于不同的排列形态时,其发光颜色会相应发生变化,进而使得智能调光玻璃具有不同的显示色彩。相较于单一的磁性核101,由于纳米复合颗粒10中包覆有发光层103,从而能够丰富纳米复合颗粒10的发光颜色,使得调光层10A的显示画面更加丰富,进而拓宽了智能调光玻璃的多彩性。
其中,第二透光率的具体大小由纳米复合颗粒10的材料、排列取向以及入射光的波长等因素决定,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,当外界磁场处于开启状态时,本申请第一实施例中的纳米复合颗粒10还可以具有第二排列状态、第三排列状态或第四排列状态等,其中,第二排列状态、第三排列状态或第四排列状态为与第一排列状态不同的排列状态,且通过改变磁场的方向可以改变纳米复合颗粒10的排列状态,进而使得纳米复合颗粒10对光具有不同的透过率,同时,在不同排列状态下还可以具有不同的显示色彩。
进一步的,在本申请第一实施例中,磁控显示装置100为反射型,入射光为自然光,第二基板12远离调光层10A的一侧为入光侧。
具体的,当外界磁场处于关闭状态时,纳米复合颗粒10处于无序排列状态,调光层10A对自然光的透过率较低,使得智能调光玻璃处于雾化状态,且不显示画面。当磁场处于开启状态时,纳米复合颗粒10具有第一排列状态,通过对磁场方向的调控,在自然光的照射下,纳米复合颗粒10具有不同的发光色彩,因而丰富了智能调光玻璃的显示色彩,实现了对智能调光玻璃的显示画面的调控。
另外,根据纳米复合颗粒10的磁响应特性,还可以通过对部分纳米复合颗粒10排列状态的改变,来实现对智能调光玻璃局部显示色彩的调控,从而可以根据实际应用需要,实现对智能调光玻璃局部显示画面的调控,进而拓宽了智能调光玻璃的应用。
进一步的,由于本第一实施例中的反射型磁控显示装置100不需要使用背光,进而在丰富显示画面多彩性的同时,还可以大大降低显示装置的功耗,从而有利于提升产品的市场竞争力。
本申请第一实施例提供的反射型磁控显示装置100通过在调光层10A内设置多个纳米复合颗粒10,该纳米复合颗粒10包括磁性核101和依次包覆磁性核101的保护层和发光层103,且纳米复合颗粒10在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同,当受到外界光的刺激时,在外界磁场的驱动下,该纳米复合颗粒10的排列取向能够随外界磁场方向的改变而发生变化,纳米复合颗粒10中的磁性核101被激发而发出部分颜色的光,本实施例通过发光层103的设置,发光层103的发光颜色与磁性核101的发光颜色会发生复合,进而丰富了纳米复合颗粒10的发光色彩,由此丰富了调光层10A的显示色彩,拓宽了磁控显示装置100的色域。
请参阅图5和图6,其中,图5为本申请第二实施例提供的磁控显示装置在无序排列状态下的结构示意图;图6为本申请第二实施例提供的磁控显示装置在第一排列状态下的结构示意图。
本申请第二实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于:磁控显示装置100为透射型,第一基板11远离调光层10A的一侧为入光侧。磁控显示装置100还包括一背光单元14,背光单元14设置于入光侧上。背光单元14包括一背光源。
在本申请第二实施例中,当发光层103的材料为上转换材料时,背光源发出的光为红外光和/或可见光的组合。背光源发出光的具体类型可以根据上转换材料的具体种类进行选择,以使纳米复合颗粒10对光能的吸收达到最大化,进而可以有效提高纳米复合颗粒10的发光效率,从而有利于增强磁控显示装置100的画质。
当发光层103的材料为量子点材料时,背光源发出的光为蓝光。由于量子点材料对蓝光具有较高的吸收率,进而通过以蓝光入射光,能够有效提高纳米复合颗粒10的发光效率,从而增强磁控显示装置100的画质。
具体的,当磁场处于关闭状态时,纳米复合颗粒10处于无序排列状态,调光层10A对光的透过率较低,此时智能调光玻璃处于雾化状态,由于没有磁场的驱动,因而智能调光玻璃不显示画面。
当磁场开启时,若纳米复合颗粒10处于垂直排列状态,此时背光源发出的大部分光线都无法透过纳米复合颗粒10,因而在少量背光的激发下,纳米复合颗粒10本身呈现出发光色彩,进而使得磁控显示装置100具有相应的显示画面。若纳米复合颗粒10处于倾斜排列或水平排列状态,此时背光源发出的光可以透过纳米复合颗粒10,则通过背光源发出的光与纳米复合颗粒10本身发出的光的复合,进而使得智能调光玻璃的显示色彩更加丰富,由此拓宽了智能调光玻璃的色域。
进一步的,通过对磁场方向的调控可以调节纳米复合颗粒10的具体排列形态,进而使得纳米复合颗粒10具有不同的发光色彩,从而使得磁控显示装置100能够显示不同的画面。
本申请第二实施例提供的透射式磁控显示装置100通过在调光层10A内设置多个纳米复合颗粒10,该纳米复合颗粒10包括磁性核101和依次包覆磁性核101的保护层和发光层103,且纳米复合颗粒10在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同,当受到外界光的刺激时,在外界磁场的驱动下,该纳米复合颗粒10的排列取向能够随外界磁场方向的改变而发生变化,纳米复合颗粒10中的磁性核101被激发而发出部分颜色的光,本实施例通过在磁性核101外侧包覆一层发光层103,发光层103的发光颜色与磁性核101的发光颜色会发生复合,进而丰富了纳米复合颗粒10的发光色彩,由此丰富了调光层10A的显示色彩,从而拓宽了磁控显示装置100的色域。
另外,相较于自然光,由于纳米复合颗粒10对背光源发出的光的吸收率较高,因而能够大大提升磁控显示装置100的画质,从而可以满足更多场景的磁控显示的应用需求。
相较于现有技术中的纳米复合颗粒,本申请提供的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒通过在磁性核外侧依次包覆第一保护层和发光层,其中,纳米复合颗粒在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同,当受到外界光的刺激时,在外界磁场的驱动下,该纳米复合颗粒的排列取向能够随外界磁场方向的改变而发生变化,纳米复合颗粒中的磁性核被激发而发出部分颜色的光,本实施例通过在磁性核外侧包覆一层发光层,发光层的发光颜色与磁性核的发光颜色会发生复合,进而能够丰富纳米复合颗粒的发光色彩,从而丰富了纳米复合颗粒应用于磁控发光时的多彩性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其包括磁性核和依次包覆所述磁性核的第一保护层、发光层和第二保护层,所述纳米复合颗粒在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同;
    所述发光层的材料为上转换材料或量子点材料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述第二保护层的材料为酚醛树脂或二氧化硅。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述磁性核的材料为选自铁元素、镍元素和钴元素中的至少一者的磁性材料;
    所述第一保护层的材料为酚醛树脂或二氧化硅。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述磁性核的材料为选自铁元素的磁性材料。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述磁性核的材料为四氧化三铁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述纳米复合颗粒的形状为棒状、梭状或椭球状。
  7. 一种用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述纳米复合颗粒包括磁性核和依次包覆所述磁性核的第一保护层和发光层,所述纳米复合颗粒在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述纳米复合颗粒还包括一第二保护层,所述第二保护层包覆于所述发光层。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述第二保护层的材料为酚醛树脂或二氧化硅。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述磁性核的材料为选自铁元素、镍元素和钴元素中的至少一者的磁性材料;
    所述第一保护层的材料为酚醛树脂或二氧化硅。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述发光层的材料为上转换材料或量子点材料。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的用于磁控发光的纳米复合颗粒,其中,所述纳米复合颗粒的形状为棒状、梭状或椭球状。
  13. 一种磁控显示装置,其包括相对设置的第一基板和第二基板,其中,所述磁控显示装置包括设置于所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间的调光层;
    所述调光层包括多个纳米复合颗粒,所述纳米复合颗粒包括磁性核和依次包覆所述磁性核的保护层和发光层,所述纳米复合颗粒在长轴方向上的长度与在短轴方向上的长度不同。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的磁控显示装置,其中,所述发光层的材料为上转换材料或量子点材料。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的磁控显示装置,其中,所述纳米复合颗粒的形状为棒状、梭状或椭球状。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的磁控显示装置,其中,当所述纳米复合颗粒处于无序排列状态时,所述调光层具有第一透光率,所述磁控显示装置为雾化状态,且不显示画面;
    当所述纳米复合颗粒处于第一排列状态时,所述调光层具有第二透光率,所述磁控显示装置为非雾化状态,且具有第一显示画面。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的磁控显示装置,其中,所述第二基板远离所述调光层的一侧为入光侧;
    所述磁控显示装置还包括一反射层,所述反射层设置于所述第一基板靠近所述调光层的一面上。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的磁控显示装置,其中,所述第一基板远离所述调光层的一侧为入光侧;
    所述磁控显示装置还包括一背光单元,所述背光单元设置于所述入光侧上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的磁控显示装置,其中,所述背光单元包括一背光源;
    所述发光层的材料为上转换材料,所述背光源发出的光为红外光和/或可见光的组合,或
    所述发光层的材料为量子点材料,所述背光源发出的光为蓝光。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的磁控显示装置,其中,所述第一基板和所述第二基板均为玻璃基板。
