加热卷烟及其植物固件和制作方法 技术领域

背景技术
加热卷烟是用电子设备加热烟草原料,发烟后吸入。同样是吸入烟雾,传统卷烟是将烟草原料点燃后吸食,温度很高,烟草原料里的数千种成分发生了极为复杂的物理、化学反应,产生很多有毒有害物质;而加热不燃烧型烟草制品抽吸时烟丝部位温度较低,仅加热烟丝而不燃烧烟丝,能够极大降低甚至避免焦油的产生,烟气成分相对可控,有害物质相对而言就要少得多。消费者抽吸加热不燃烧型烟草制品时几乎不产生进入环境的烟气,这样就能够大大降低环境污染。加热卷烟正因其焦油量极低和环境友好而受到部分烟草消费者的欢迎,正逐步被大多数国家的卷烟消费者所接受。
加热卷烟包括烟丝段以及滤嘴,为了避免所述烟丝段加热后不会燃烧,因此,在加热时,所述烟丝段到达的温度相比于加热燃烧的烟来说更低,相应的,所述加热不燃烧卷烟的烟气就淡。为了保证用户吸入烟气浓度,所述滤嘴要尽量短。但与此同时,将不可避免地致使所述滤嘴因热传导距离缩短而具有较高的温度,这将很容易烫伤用户的嘴部。
因此,现有技术中会在所述烟丝段和所述滤嘴之间设置一降温段。加热卷烟的降温段具有很重要的功能。由于加热不燃烧的烟产生发烟时被加热的烟丝段的温度较高,因此,所述降温段主要是为了降低所述烟丝段燃烧时通过热传导的方式传导至所述滤嘴的温度。
现有技术中,所述降温段通常是采用类似塑料材质的物质制成,其不具有任何过滤效果,其仅依靠遇热软化产生形变来吸收烟气里的热量,使之可以舒适入口。一方面,目前市场上的降温材料只起到降温的作用,功能单一。另外一方面,在所述烟丝段和所述滤嘴之间设置所述降温段之后,所述烟丝加热后产生的烟气扩散至所述滤嘴的距离将会变短,这将不可避免地使得被用户吸入的烟气浓度减低,从而影响用户的口味。此外,塑料材料制作的所述降温段由于会产生形变,将可能会导致引导烟气至所述滤嘴的通道部分变小,从而影响烟气扩散的速率,进而影响用户吸入烟气浓度,进而影响用户的口感。

本发明的一个目的在于提供一种加热卷烟及其植物固件和制作方法,其中所述植物固件被用以连接一加热卷烟的烟丝段和滤嘴,并能够降低所述烟丝段加热时传导至所述滤嘴的温度,从而使用户从所述滤嘴吸入烟气时,不会出现烫嘴的情况。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种加热卷烟及其植物固件和制作方法,其中所述植物固件形成一浓度补偿段,以补偿因在所述烟丝段和所述滤嘴之间设置所述浓度补偿段而导致扩散至所述滤嘴烟气浓度的减损,进而保证用户的吸烟口感。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种加热卷烟及其植物固件和制作方法,由于在所述烟丝段和所述滤嘴之间设置植物固件能够补偿因在所述烟丝段和所述滤嘴之间设置所述浓度补偿段而导致扩散至所述滤嘴烟气浓度的衰减,从而在一定程度上能够通过增长所述植物固件的长度,降低用户嘴部被烫伤的可能性。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种加热卷烟及其植物固件和制作方法,其中所述植物固件形成有用于使被加热后所述烟丝段形成的烟气扩散至所述滤嘴的至少一扩散通道,并且所述扩散通道不会因为所述植物固件受热而缩小。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种加热卷烟及其植物固件和制作方法,其中所述植物固件采用由无毒、环保的植物组成。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种加热卷烟及其植物固件和制作方法,其中所述植物固件制作成本低,便于生产制造。
为实现本发明以上至少一个目的,本发明提供一植物固件,其中所述植物固件具有一第一端和一第二端,并且所述植物固件自所述第一端至所述第二端形成至少一扩散通道,其中所述植物固件由植物固件由:

参考图1至图5,依本发明一较佳实施例的一加热卷烟100将在以下被详细阐述,其中所述加热卷烟100包括一烟丝段200、一浓度补偿段300以及一滤嘴400。所述浓度补偿段300被设置于所述烟丝段200和所述滤嘴400之间,以降低因所述烟丝段200被加热而传导至所述滤嘴400的温度。也就是说,所述浓度补偿段300在一定程度上起到了降温作用,以防止用户在使用所述加热卷烟100时,因所述滤嘴400的温度过高而烫伤嘴部。
所述浓度补偿段300形成至少一扩散通道301,用于使被加热后所述烟丝段200形成的烟气扩散至所述滤嘴400。具体在本发明实施例中,所述浓度补偿段300具有一第一端31和一第二端32,其中所述烟丝段200被固定于所述第一端31,其中所述滤嘴400被安装于所述第二端32。所述扩散通道301自所述浓度补偿段300的所述第一端31延伸至所述第二端32。
在本发明一个示例中,所述浓度补偿段300形成以所述第一端31和所述第二端32为上底面和下底面的一柱状通孔,以形成所述扩散通道301。优选地,所述柱状通孔与所述浓 度补偿段300同轴。可以理解的是,与所述浓度补偿段300同轴设置的所述扩散通道301有利于被加热后的所述烟丝段100形成的烟气与受热后的所述浓度补偿段300形成的烟气均匀地混合,从而能够补偿因在所述烟丝段200和所述滤嘴400之间设置所述浓度补偿段200而导致扩散至所述滤嘴400烟气浓度的衰减。
值得一提的是,在本示例中,单个所述柱状通孔的截面直径为2.0~4.0mm。如果所述柱状通孔的截面直径过大,则会使得加热后的所述烟丝段200形成的烟气与受热后的所述浓度补偿段300形成的烟气混合形成的烟气浓度过高;如果所述柱状通孔的截面直径过小,则会使得加热后的所述烟丝段200形成的烟气与受热后的所述浓度补偿段300形成的烟气混合形成的烟气浓度过低。
在本发明的另一个示例中,所述浓度补偿段300对称地形成贯穿于所述第一端31和所述第二端32之间的四个柱状通孔,以形成四条所述扩散通道301。优选地,所述柱状通孔与所述浓度补偿段300同轴。更优选地,每个所述柱状通孔的截面直径为1.5~2.0mm。同样地,如果单个所述柱状通孔的截面直径过大,则会使得加热后的所述烟丝段200形成的烟气与受热后的所述浓度补偿段300形成的烟气混合形成的烟气浓度过高;如果单个所述柱状通孔的截面直径过小,则会使得加热后的所述烟丝段200形成的烟气与受热后的所述浓度补偿段300形成的烟气混合形成的烟气浓度过低。
值得一提的是,在本发明中,为使所述浓度补偿段300能够较好地与所述烟丝段200和所述滤嘴400进行装配,所述浓度补偿段300的截面直径被设置为6.0~8.0mm。
更值得一提的是,本发明所述浓度补偿段300被实施为按照一定配比的植物组成,以形成一植物固件。
具体地,所述植物固件由
3~5重量份植物原料粉末;
4~6重量份粘结剂;
4~6重量份发烟剂;以及
4~6重量份水形成的膏状混合物模制而成。
所述植物固件能够降低所述烟丝段200加热时传导至所述滤嘴400的温度,从而使用户从所述滤嘴400吸入烟气时,不会出现烫嘴的情况。
值得一提的是,所述植物原料粉末是选自烟叶粉末、草本植物粉末或木本植物粉末中的至少一种。当所述浓度补偿段300受热后,受热的所述烟草原料能够补偿因在所述烟丝段200和所述滤嘴400之间设置所述浓度补偿段300而导致扩散至所述滤嘴400烟气浓度的衰减。
所述草本植物为具有一定香气、一定药用价值或一定生理满足感的草本植物,其包括但不限于烟叶、陈皮、甘草、葛根、罗勒、薄荷、薰衣草、香茅草。所述木本植物为具有一定香气、一定药用价值或一定生理满足感的木本植物,包括但不局限于金银花。
可以理解的是,当所述浓度补偿段300受热后,受热的所述草本植物能够发出一定的香味,以在不影响用户从所述滤嘴吸入烟气的浓度的前提下,增强所述烟气的香味,以提高用户的口感。
进一步地,所述发烟剂被实施为选自食品级的甘油、丙二醇的至少一种。
所述粘结剂为一种热熔性植物粉末。所述粘结剂能够被用以使所述烟草原料粉末、所述发烟剂、所述粘结剂捏合。所述粘结剂被实施为选自食品级的被实施为选自食品级淀粉、微晶纤维素、羟甲基纤维素钠等中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供一植物固件的制作方法,其中所述植物固件的制作方法包括以下步骤:3001:混合3~5重量份植物原料粉末、4~6重量份粘结剂、4~6重量份发烟剂以及4~6重量份水,以制成待挤压的湿料;
3002:模制所述植物固件半成品;以及
3003:烘干所述植物固件半成品,以形成所述植物固件。
值得一提的是,所述步骤3002包括:将得到的所述湿料通过真空螺杆挤出设备,由模具挤出后模制成所述植物固件半成品。
更值得一提的是,所述步骤3003包括:在温度90~100℃烘干所述植物固件半成品。此外,所述步骤3003还包括:烘干所述植物固件半成品至水量以重量计10~15%。
优选地,所述植物固件的制作方法还包括:3004:剪切所述植物固件以形成预定长度的所述植物部件。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,与现有技术相比,本发明专利的有益效果在于:所述植物固件采用烟粉、草本植物、木本植物等天然植物粉末作为材料,本身具有一定的香气,运用在加热不燃烧卷烟中,改善了吸味。四孔结构或单孔结构可以有效的把烟气温度控制在适宜的范围内。挤出型植物固件强度好、硬度高、且具有一定的韧性,方便切割,适合工业化生产。
值得一提的是,所述植物固件的配方中的水作为溶剂,在所述植物固件被加热后,能够起到混匀发烟剂的作用。此外,水的比热容较大,相同质量大小条件下,升高相同的温度,水吸收的热量多,能够起到降温的作用。
如下表一所示,其示出了A、B以及C三处的温度。测温点A为所述滤嘴400与用户嘴唇接触的端部,测温点C为所述植物固件与所述烟丝段200连接处,测温点B为测温点 A和C的中点。从表一可以看出本发明所述植物固件应用在加热卷烟中的降温效果更好。

Claims (13)

  1. 一植物固件,其特征在于,其中所述植物固件具有一第一端和一第二端,并且所述植物固件自所述第一端至所述第二端形成至少一扩散通道,其中所述植物固件由植物固件由:
    3~5重量份植物原料粉末;
    4~6重量份粘结剂;
    4~6重量份发烟剂;以及
    4~6重量份水形成的膏状混合物模制而成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述植物固件,其中所述植物固件在所述第一端和所述第二端之间形成的所述扩散通道为圆柱状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述植物固件,其中所述植物固件形成贯穿于所述第一端和所述第二端之间的至少一柱状通孔,以形成至少一条所述扩散通道。
  4. 根据权利要求4所述植物固件,其中植物固件形成贯穿于所述第一端和所述第二端之间的一个所述柱状通孔,以形成一条所述扩散通道,其中所述扩散通道的截面直径为2.0~4.0mm。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述植物固件,其中植物固件形成贯穿于所述第一端和所述第二端之间的四个所述柱状通孔,以形成四条所述扩散通道,其中四条所述扩散通道与所述植物固件延伸的方向同轴设置,其中每条所述扩散通道的截面直径为1.5~2.0mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一所述植物固件,其中所述烟草原料是选自烟叶粉末、草本植物粉末或木本植物粉末中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一所述植物固件,所述发烟剂为食品级的丙二醇和甘油中的至少一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一所述植物固件,其中所述粘结剂被实施为选自食品级的淀粉、微晶纤维素、羟甲基纤维素钠中的一种或多种。
  9. 一加热卷烟,其特征在于,其中所述加热卷烟包括:
    至少一烟丝段;
    至少一浓度补偿段,其中所述浓度补偿段被实施为由权利要求1至7中任一所述植物固件,其中所述烟丝段被安装于所述植物固件的所述第一端;和
    一滤嘴,其中所述滤嘴被安装于所述植物固件的所述第二段。
  10. 一植物固件的制作方法,其特征在于,其中所述植物固件的制作方法包括以下步骤:
    混合3~5重量份植物原料粉末、4~6重量份粘结剂、4~6重量份发烟剂以及4~6重量份水,以制成待挤压的湿料;
    模制所述植物固件半成品;以及
    烘干所述植物固件半成品,以形成所述植物固件。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述植物固件的制作方法,其中,模制所述植物固件半成品包括:将得到的所述湿料通过液压挤出设备,由模具挤出后模制成所述植物固件半成品。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述植物固件的制作方法,其中,烘干所述植物固件半成品包括:在温度90~100℃烘干所述植物固件半成品,至水量以重量计10~15%。
  13. 根据权利要求9至11中任一所述植物固件的制作方法,其中所述植物固件的制作方法还包括:剪切所述植物固件以形成预定长度的所述植物部件。
