本发明涉及扬声器设备,特别涉及一种动圈式扬声器。
背景技术
扬声器作为一种能够将电能转化为声能的器件,现已广泛应用于手机、电脑、 PAD等移动终端中,扬声器性能的优劣直接影响着与其配合的移动终端装置的声放效果。
技术问题
现有技术的扬声器,振膜直接与磁路系统直接相配合,而磁路系统与振膜相连的端部设有缺口,缺口处会导致漏水,从而造成扬声器性能不良的问题。
因此,有必要提供一种振膜密封防水的扬声器。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封防水的扬声器。

更优地,第一副磁钢9包括与密封圈相连的第一端9d、与第一端相对的第二端9b、连接第二端9b和第一端9d的侧面9c,侧面9c与第一端9b之间的夹角为锐角,即,第一副磁钢9的侧面9c形成倾斜面,以为第一音膜3的隆起部形成避让空间。第一端9d设有所述固定面9a,在实施例中,第一端9d形成固定面9a,第一端即为固定面,固定面与密封圈相连。
更优地,扬声器还包括设置于盆架11内的支撑振膜16;支撑振膜16包括与柔性电路板14靠近第二磁轭4的一侧相连的自由端16a、与盆架11固定相连的固定端16b、以及与自由端16a和固定端16b两者相连的中心折环部16c。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括盆架,以及收容于所述盆架内的磁路系统和振动系统;所述振动系统包括振膜组件和驱动所述振膜组件振动的音圈;所述磁路系统包括第一磁性组件,所述第一磁性组件包括第一磁轭、固定于所述第一磁轭上的第一主磁钢和环绕所述第一主磁钢并与所述第一主磁钢形成第一磁间隙的第一副磁钢;所述音圈至少部分悬置于所述第一磁间隙内,其特征在于,
    所述第一副磁钢设有以供音圈引线提供走线的让位空间;
    所述振膜组件包括背离所述第一磁轭的第一连接面和靠近第一磁轭并与第一磁轭相连的第二连接面,所述振膜组件的第一连接面与所述第一副磁钢之间夹设有支撑所述振膜组件的密封圈,所述密封圈的一个端面与所述第一连接面抵接,另一端面覆盖所述让位空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一副磁钢的数量为一对,一对第一副磁钢相对且间隔设置以形成所述让位空间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括骨架;所述骨架围绕所述磁路系统,所述骨架包括与所述振膜组件相连的第二连接部和远离所述振膜组件的第一连接部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述密封圈为圆环状,所述第一副磁钢为半环状。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜组件包括环绕所述第一磁轭且与所述第一磁轭固定的第一音膜,所述第一音膜设有通孔;所述第一音膜包括外缘端、与所述外缘端相对且围绕所述通孔的内缘端以及连接所述外缘端和所述内缘端的第一折环部;
    第一连接面设于所述内缘端背离第一磁轭的一侧,所述第二连接面与第一连接面相对设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一磁轭包括与所述第一主磁钢相连的底壁与所述底壁相连的侧壁,所述侧壁远离所述底壁的端部与所述第二连接面相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一副磁钢包括与密封圈相连的第一端、与第一端相对的第二端、连接第一端与第二端的侧面,所述第一副磁钢的侧面与第一端之间的夹角为钝角。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜组件还包括第二音膜和连接件;所述第二音膜包括中心部、外围部以及连接所述中心部和外围部的第二折环部,所述连接件包括与所述中心部相连的外周端和与外周端相对并与所述第一音膜外缘端相连的内周端;所述扬声器还包括与所述第二音膜外围部固定相连的固定环,所述固定环背离所述第二音膜的一侧与所述盆架固定相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括与所述音圈电性相连的柔性线路板;所述盆架包括与所述固定环固定相连的第一侧端和与所述第一侧端相对的第二侧端;
    所述磁路系统还包括第二磁性组件和位于第一磁性组件和第二磁性组件之间的导磁组件;所述第二磁性组件包括与所述盆架第二侧端固定相连的第二磁轭、固定于所述第二磁轭上的第二主磁钢和环绕所述第二主磁钢并与所述第二主磁钢形成第二磁间隙的第二副磁钢;所述导磁组件包括位于第一主磁钢和第二主磁钢之间的主导磁片和位于第一副磁钢和第二副磁钢之间的副导磁片;
    所述音圈悬置于第一磁间隙和第二磁间隙内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述扬声器还包括设置于所述盆架内的支撑振膜,所述柔性电路板设置于所述骨架背离所述振膜组件的一侧;所述支撑振膜包括与所述柔性电路板靠近所述第二磁轭的一侧相连的自由端、与所述盆架固定相连的固定端、以及与所述自由端和固定端两者相连的中心折环部。
