如图1-5所示,本实用新型实施例提供的扬声器单体10,包括振动系统1、磁路系统2、收容振动系统1和磁路系统2的盆架4。磁路系统2与振动系统1配合工作以产生声学信号。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器单体,包括具有收容空间的盆架,以及收容于所述收容空间内的磁路系统以及振动系统;所述振动系统包括第一音膜和驱动第一音膜振动的音圈,所述第一音膜包括主体部和围绕所述主体部并与之相连的固定部,
    其特征在于:所述盆架包括围绕并形成所述收容空间的盆架主体和自所述盆架主体靠近所述第一音膜的一端朝向所述第一音膜延伸的环形密封部;所述环形密封部包覆所述固定部并与之密封相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述固定部包括与所述主体部相连并向远离所述主体部方向延伸的第一固定部和与所述第一固定部相连并朝向所述盆架主体延伸的第二固定部,所述环形密封部包覆所述第二固定部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述扬声器单体还包括支撑所述第一音膜的固定架;所述固定架包括与所述第一固定部固定的第一端、与第一端相对并固定于盆架主体靠近所述第一音膜的一端的第二端、以及连接第一端和第二端并与所述第二固定部固定相连的侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述环形密封部远离所述盆架主体的端部与第一固定部位于同一个水平面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述扬声器单体还包括设于盆架主体和所述磁路系统之间的第一透气隔离件,所述盆架主体内设有朝向所述磁路系统方向延伸并与第一透气隔离件固定相连的支撑面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述第一透气隔离件包括与支撑面相连的第一连接部、与所述磁路系统背离所述第一音膜的一侧相连的第二连接部,以及连接第一连接部和第二连接部并位于盆架主体和所述磁路系统之间并朝向所述第一音膜方向凸起的间隔部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括与所述第一透气隔离件的第二连接部相连的磁轭、固定于所述磁轭朝向第一音膜一侧的中心磁钢和环绕所述中心磁钢并与之形成磁间隙的环形磁钢、位于所述中心磁钢背离所述磁轭一侧的第一导磁板和位于所述环形磁钢背离所述磁轭一侧的第二导磁板。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述扬声器单体还包括与所述盆架主体背离所述第一音膜的另一端相连的盖体,所述盖体、盆架主体、第一透气隔离件以及磁轭围绕形成一腔体,所述腔体内填充吸音材料。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述盖体上设有贯穿其上的通孔,在所述通孔上设有密封件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器单体,其特征在于:所述第一音膜的主体部包括中心部,环绕所述中心部并与中心部和所述固定部相连的折环部,所述振动系统还包括骨架和第二音膜;所述骨架包括与所述中心部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧相连的环形支架和分别与环形支架两侧相连的第一连接臂和第二连接臂,第一连接臂与第二音膜相连,第二连接臂与所述音圈相连;所述第二音膜包括与第一连接臂相连的自由端和固定于所述盆架主体靠近第一音膜的一端的固定端,以及连接自由端和固定端的中心折环部。
