- Energy harvesting elements also called energy harvesting elements that convert renewable energy (also called environmental energy) such as light, heat, vibration, and wind into electric power are attracting attention.
- Power generation elements are broadly divided into those with DC output and those with AC output. Since the load circuit to which the power generation element should supply power requires a direct current power source, when using an AC output power generation element, it is necessary to convert the output from alternating current to direct current.
- a rectifier circuit is used to convert alternating current to direct current.
- a diode rectifier circuit can be used when the output voltage of the power generation element is sufficiently larger than the forward voltage Vf of the diode, but a synchronous rectifier circuit (synchronous detection circuit) is used when the output voltage of the power generation element is not so large.
- the synchronous rectifier circuit includes a plurality of transistors and converts the AC voltage into a DC voltage by switching the plurality of transistors in synchronization with the AC output of the power generation element.

Description
この技術は、SMFE(Synchronized Magnetic Flux Extraction)と称される。

i=∫v/LOdt …(1)
i=∫v/LOdt …(1)
i=v/rO …(2)
i=v/rO …(2)

dIL/dt=(v-VOUT-VF)/L
dIL/dt=-VOUT/L
dIL/dt=(v-VOUT-VF)/L
dIL/dt=-VOUT/L
τ2=(L/R)・(v/VOUT)=τ1・(v/VOUT)
(v/R)/τ2=VOUT/L
τ2=(L/R)・(v/VOUT)=τ1・(v/VOUT)
τ1=L/R=100μs
τ2=τ1・(v/VOUT)=0.1ms×0.1/1=10μs
となる。
τ1=L/R=100μs
τ2=τ1・(v/VOUT)=0.1ms×0.1/1=10μs
