本申请涉及开关技术领域,公开了按键结构及电子设备,该按键结构(100)包括壳体(10)、安装座(20)、按键部件(30)、卡座(40)、开关器件(50)及柔性电路板(60)。其中,安装座(20)安装在壳体(10)上,卡座(40)和按键部件(30)均安装于安装座(20)上,开关器件(50)安装于卡座(40)上,这样,开关器件(50)与按键部件(30)之间的装配尺寸链仅加入了安装座(20)和卡座(40),从而能够减少开关器件(50)与按键部件(30)之间的零件积累误差,提高按键部件(30)手感的舒适度,同时也降低了电子设备生产过程中管理的难度,降低成本。
Description
本申请要求于2020年7月3日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202021295727.4、申请名称为“按键结构及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请属于开关技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种按键结构及电子设备。
电子设备,例如智能手表、手环或手机,一般都会在表面设有按键结构,通过按键结构来驱动该电子设备。按键结构一般通过开关器件和按键部件组成,开关器件一般安装于电子设备的电路板上,电路板安装于电子设备的壳体上,按键部件一般通过一个巴管座安装于壳体上,然后按键部件与开关器件正对设置以驱动开关器件。由于按键部件与开关器件之间的装配尺寸链包括了按键部件、巴管座、壳体、电路板及开关器件,也即是按键部件与开关器件之间的装配尺寸链很长,装配尺寸链中的多个零件积累公差导致按键部件手感不良,最终导致电子设备生产过程管理困难,且增加成本。
发明内容
本申请的实施例的目的在于提供一种按键结构及电子设备,旨在解决电子设备的按键部件按压手感不良的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种按键结构,包括:安装座,轴向贯穿位于壳体上的安装孔;按键部件,安装于所述安装座上,且所述按键部件的一端从所述安装座穿入所述壳体内部;卡座,与所述安装座连接;开关器件,安装于所述卡座上,且所述开关器件与所述按键部件伸入壳体内的一端正对设置,所述开关器件与主板连接;在所述按键部件受到朝向所述开关器件方向的压力时,所述按键部件能够与所述开关器件抵接而触发所述开关器件。
本申请实施例提供的按键结构,通过将卡座安装于安装座上,然后将开关器件安装于卡座上,并通过柔性电路板将开关器件电连接至主板,此外,按键部件也安装于安装座上,也即是同时将按键部件和卡座均安装于安装座上,然后将开关器件安装于卡座上,这样,开关器件与按键部件之间的装配尺寸链仅加入了安装座和卡座,从而能够减少开关器件与按键部件之间的零件积累误差,提高按键部件手感的舒适度,同时也降低了电子设备生产过程中管理的难度,降低成本。
在可能的实施例中,所述安装座的外周壁与所述安装孔的侧壁相适配,所述卡座能够对所述安装座的轴向进行限位。这样,即能够通过安装孔对安装座的周向进行限位,还能够通过卡座对安装座进行轴向限位,从而能够将安装座完全限位。
在可能的实施例中,所述安装座的外周壁与所述安装孔的侧壁之间抵持有第一密 封件。这样,通过第一密封件的设置,能够防止水从安装座与壳体的间隙中进入壳体内,提高了电子设备的密封性。
在可能的实施例中,所述卡座上设有第一插块,所述安装座的外周壁上开设有第一插槽,所述第一插块插设于所述第一插槽中以对所述安装座的轴向进行限位。
在可能的实施例中,所述卡座上设有相对设置的多个第一插块,所述安装座的外周壁上开设有相对设置的多个第一插槽,所述第一插槽与所述第一插块一一对应,所述第一插块能够沿一方向分别直线插设于所述第一插槽中。这样,通过第一插块与第一插槽的插接配合,能够实现对安装座的轴向限位,防止安装座沿轴向串动,同时也对卡座形成了安装。
在可能的实施例中,所述卡座上还设有抵接板,所述抵接板在所述第一插块插入所述第一插槽中时能够抵接于所述壳体内侧。也即是通过抵接板与壳体内侧的抵接能够对卡座进一步进行限定,从而提高了卡座与安装座之间的连接强度。
在可能的实施例中,所述卡座包括U型结构,所述开关器件位于所述U型结构中,多个所述第一插块分别设于所述U型结构的两侧,多个所述抵接板分别设于所述U型结构的两侧。也即是整个卡座由U型结构、两个第一插块及两个抵接板形成,该卡座结构简单,制作方便。
在可能的实施例中,U型结构、两个第一插块及两个抵接板为一体成型结构,其制作工艺简单。
在可能的实施例中,U型结构包括底板及两个侧板,两个侧板分别设于底板的相对两侧,底板及两个侧板围合形成有U型槽,两个第一插块分别设于两个侧板上并向U型槽内部延伸,两个抵接板分别设于两个侧板上并向第一插块的反方向延伸,且两个第一插块分别与两个抵接板间隔设置。
在可能的实施例中,所述柔性电路板一端粘贴于所述卡座上,所述开关器件贴设于所述柔性电路板上。具体的是,柔性电路板的一端设有补强板,补强板通过双面胶贴设于底板上,然后开关器件贴设于柔性电路板的一端上,结构简单,且装配工艺简单。
在可能的实施例中,所述按键部件包括相互连接的键帽和驱动杆,所述驱动杆轴向贯穿所述安装座,所述键帽套设于所述安装座外露于所述壳体的一端以供按压。
在可能的实施例中,所述壳体的外侧开设有与所述安装孔连通的收纳槽;所述安装座包括轴向贯穿所述安装孔的套体,以及与所述套体连接并止挡收容于所述收纳槽中的止挡部,所述键帽套设于所述止挡部上并至少部分收容于所述收纳槽中;所述驱动杆贯穿所述套体设置。
在可能的实施例中,套体和止挡部为一体连接结构,即安装座可以通过同一材料及同一工艺制作而成,其制作工艺简单。
在可能的实施例中,所述驱动杆与所述套体之间抵持有第二密封件。通过第二密封件的设置,从而使得按键部件和安装座之间的密封性好,再加上第一密封件的设置,使得整个按键结构的密封性能好,实时上,其防水级别能够达到5ATM甚至更高,其中5ATM防水即是要求该按键结构的防水要满足5ATM的大气压防水程度。
在可能的实施例中,所述键帽为非回转体结构,所述键帽的外周壁与所述收纳槽 的内周壁相适配,所述键帽的内周壁与所述止挡部的外周壁相适配。
在可能的实施例中,所述键帽与所述收纳槽的底部抵持有至少一个弹性件,所述止挡部与所述至少一个弹性件相对应的位置设有避让孔。通过弹性件抵持于键帽与收纳槽的底部之间,便于按压键帽,从而带动驱动杆驱动开关器件或放开开关器件。
在可能的实施例中,所述键帽上设有卡钩,所述止挡部上设有台阶,所述卡钩能够在旋转之后钩于所述台阶上以限定所述键帽的复位行程。
在可能的实施例中,所述键帽与所述止挡部均为回转体结构,所述卡座上设有第二插块,所述驱动杆上设有第二插槽,所述第二插块插于所述第二插槽中并能够在所述第二插槽中沿轴向滑动,从而形成对按键部件的周向限位,防止按键部件旋转,且第二插块能够在第二插槽中沿轴向滑动,也即是第二插块在第二插槽中有活动空间,而该活动空间刚好用于限定按键部件的活动空间。
在可能的实施例中,所述U型结构上延伸有连接板,所述连接板向所述U型结构的中间延伸有间隔设置的多个第二插块,所述驱动杆的相对两侧设有多个第二插槽,所述第二插块与所述第二插槽一一对应,所述第二插块分别插设于所述第二插槽中。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,包括开设有安装孔的壳体以及上述按键结构。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备通过上述按键结构的设置,提高了该电子设备的按键部件手感舒适,用户体验好。

本申请实施例涉及按键结构。该按键结构可应用于电子设备中,以实现对电子设备的控制,例如实现开关机、音量大小调节、频道选择等。该电子设备可以为任意具有上述按键结构的产品,例如智能手表、手环、手机、平板电脑、电视、颈戴蓝牙耳机、头戴耳机、真正无线立体声(True Wireless Stereo,TWS)耳机等。
以下对上述实施例涉及到的概念进行说明:
柔性电路板:Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC;是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性,绝佳的可挠性印刷电路。
开关器件:是指一个可以使电路开路、使电流中断或使其流到其他电路的电子元件。
如图1至图5,现对本申请实施例提供的按键结构100进行说明。
按键结构100包括安装座20、按键部件30、卡座40及开关器件50。电子设备包括壳体10,壳体10上开设有安装孔11,安装座20安装于安装孔11并轴向贯穿安装孔11,按键部件30安装于安装座20上,且按键部件30的一端从安装座20轴向穿入壳体10内部;卡座40与安装座20连接,开关器件50安装于卡座40上,且开关器件50与按键部件30伸入壳体10内的一端正对设置,开关器件50通过柔性电路板60与主板连接。在按键部件30受到朝向开关器件50方向的压力时,按键部件30能够与开关器件50抵接而触发开关器件50。
具体的,按键部件30安装于安装座20上,按键部件30的一端伸入壳体10内部以触发开关器件50,按键部件30的另一端位于壳体10外侧以供按压,同时,卡座40也安装于安装座20上,开关器件50安装于卡座40上,也即是开关器件50与按键部件30之间的装配尺寸链为开关器件50、安装座20、卡座40及按键部件30。
其中,本申请实施例的电子设备,是指由柔性电路板、晶体管、电子管等电子元器件组成,应用电子技术发挥作用的设备,包括:手机、MP3、MP4、平板电脑、手环、手表等,优选的,本申请实施例的按键结构可应用在可以安装侧按键(如,电子设备壳体的侧边)的电子设备中,例如,手机或平板电脑等的壳体的侧边可安装音量键的按键结构,开关机键的按键结构等,例如,该按键结构100可以作为手表的按键。
例如,按键部件30可以为按钮。
本申请实施例提供的按键结构100,通过将卡座40安装于安装座20上,然后将开关器件50安装于卡座40上,并通过柔性电路板60将开关器件50电连接至主板,此外,按键部件30也安装于安装座20上,也即是同时将按键部件30和卡座40均安装于安装座20上,然后将开关器件50安装于卡座40上,这样,开关器件50与按键部件30之间的装配尺寸链仅加入了安装座20和卡座40,从而能够减少开关器件50与按键部件30之间的零件积累误差,提高按键部件30手感的舒适度,同时也降低了电子设备生产过程中管理的难度,降低成本。此外,卡座40还为开关器件50提供了可靠的固定结构。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5及图6,安装座20的外周壁与安装孔11的侧壁相适配,卡座40能够对安装座20的轴向进行限位。具体的,安装座20的外周壁是指安装座20沿周向上的外侧壁,当安装座20的外周壁与安装孔11的侧壁相适配时,安装孔11能够对安装座20的周向进行限位,再加上卡座40对安装座20的轴向限位,从而能够将安装座20完全进行限位。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5,安装座20的外周壁与安装孔11的侧壁之间抵持有第一密封件70,这样,通过第一密封件70的设置,能够防止水从安装座20与壳体10的间隙中进入壳体10内,提高了电子设备的密封性。
具体的,第一密封件70为O型密封圈,安装座20的外周壁上开设有环形的第一密封槽221,O型密封圈容置于第一密封槽221中,且至少部分伸出第一密封槽221以抵持于安装孔11的侧壁上,从而形成安装座20与壳体10的密封连接。可以理解地,在本申请的其他实施例中,也可以将第一密封槽221开设于安装孔11的侧壁上,此外,第一密封件70的数量可以是一个,也可以是多个。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5、图7及图8,卡座40上设有第一插块42,安装座20的外周壁上开设有第一插槽222,第一插块42插设于第一插槽222中以对安装座20的轴向进行限位。具体是,卡座40设于壳体10内部,安装座20伸入壳体10内部的一端的外周壁上开设有第一插槽222,这样,通过第一插块42与第一插槽222的插接配合,能够实现对安装座20的轴向限位,防止安装座20沿轴向串动,同时也对卡座40形成了安装,此外也解决了现有技术中卡簧易掉的问题。
请参阅图5及图7,卡座40上设有相对设置的多个第一插块42,安装座20的外周壁上开设有相对设置的多个第一插槽222,第一插块42与第一插槽222一一对应,第一插块42能够沿一方向分别直线插设于第一插槽222中。实际安装时,当将安装座20在安装孔11处安装好之后,直接将卡座40沿一个方向向安装座20方向直线推动,直至第一插块42分别对应插入第一插槽222中,其装配简单,直线插入即可,且结构简单,限位稳定。
举例说明,卡座40上设有的多个第一插块42包括第一插块a和第一插块b,其中,第一插块a和第一插块b相对设置,安装座20的外周壁上开设有相对设置的多个第一插槽222包括:第一插槽a和第一插槽b,第一插槽a和第一插槽b相对设置,其中,第一插槽a能够沿一方向分别直线插设于第一插槽a中,第一插槽b能够沿一方向分别直线插设于第一插槽b中。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5及图7,卡座40上还设有抵接板43,抵接板43在第一插块42插入第一插槽222中时能够抵接于壳体10内侧,也即是通过抵接板43与壳体10内侧的抵接能够对卡座40进一步进行限定,从而提高了卡座40与安装座20之间的连接强度。
具体的,卡座40上设有两个抵接板43,两个抵接板43相对设置,两个抵接板43分别与壳体10内侧的不同位置抵接,从而使得卡座40与壳体10抵接可靠。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5,卡座40包括U型结构41,开关器件50位于U型结构41中,多个第一插块42分别设于U型结构41的两侧,多个抵接板43分别设于U型结构41的两侧,也即是整个卡座40由U型结构41、第一插块42及抵接板43形成,该卡座40结构简单,制作方便。
具体的,U型结构41、两个第一插块42及两个抵接板43为一体成型结构,且在本实施例中,卡座40是由金属片弯折形成上述U型结构41、两个第一插块42及两个抵接板43,其制作工艺简单。
请参阅图5及图7,U型结构41包括底板411及两个侧板412,两个侧板412分别设于底板411的相对两侧,底板411及两个侧板412围合形成有U型槽413,两个第一插块42分别设于两个侧板412上并向U型槽413内部延伸,两个抵接板43分别设于两个侧板412上并向第一插块42的反方向延伸,且两个第一插块42分别与两个抵接板43间隔设置。安装时,先将开关器件50及柔性电路板60的一端均安装于底板411上并收容于U型槽413中,然后将两个第一插块42沿一方向分别插入安装座20的两个第一插槽222中,并使得两个抵接板43分别抵接于壳体10的内侧,从而实现开关器件50及卡座40的安装。
此外,请参阅图1、图2及图6,壳体10为电子设备的中框结构,完整的电子设备还设有前壳90和后壳91,前壳90和后壳91分别安装于壳体10的前侧和后侧,且前壳90和后壳91分别抵接于U型结构41的前后两侧,从而将卡座40完全安装定位。具体的,是前壳90和后壳91分别抵接于侧板412的前后两侧。
在具体的实施例中,柔性电路板60一端粘贴于卡座40上,开关器件50贴设于柔性电路板60的一端上,具体的是,柔性电路板60的一端设有补强板92,补强板92通过双面胶93贴设于底板411上,然后开关器件50贴设于柔性电路板60的一端上,结构简单,且装配工艺简单。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图4,按键部件30包括键帽31和驱动杆32,键帽31和驱动杆32相互连接,具体为一体连接。驱动杆32轴向贯穿安装座20,键帽31设于安装座20外露于壳体10的一端上以供按压。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5,壳体10的外侧开设有收纳槽12,收纳槽12与安装孔11连通,收纳槽12围设于安装孔11外,收纳槽12的尺寸大于安装孔11的尺 寸。安装座20包括套体22及止挡部21,套体22呈圆筒状并轴向贯穿安装孔11,止挡部21与套体22连接,止挡部21止挡于安装孔11的一端并收容于收纳槽12中。键帽31套设于止挡部21上并至少部分收容于收纳槽12中,驱动杆32贯穿套体22设置,这里,由于键帽31活动,且为了使键帽31便于人手按压,键帽31一般会部分伸出收纳槽12外。
具体的,套体22和止挡部21为一体连接结构,即安装座20可以通过同一材料及同一工艺制作而成,其制作工艺简单。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5,驱动杆32与套体22之间抵持有第二密封件80,通过第二密封件80的设置,从而使得按键部件30和安装座20之间的密封性好,再加上第一密封件70的设置,使得整个按键结构100的密封性能好,实时上,其防水级别能够达到5ATM甚至更高,其中5ATM防水即是要求该按键结构100的防水要满足5ATM的大气压防水程度。
具体的,驱动杆32与套体22之间抵持有两个第二密封件80,两个第二密封件80沿套体22的轴向间隔设置,通过两个第二密封件80的设置,使得按键部件30与安装座20之间的密封性更好。可以理解地,在本申请的其他实施例中,第二密封件80的数量也可以是一个、三个或三个以上,此处不做唯一限定。
请参阅图5及图9,第二密封件80也为O型密封圈,套体22的外周壁上开设有第二密封槽321,第二密封件80容置于第二密封槽321中,且至少部分伸出第二密封槽321外以抵持于驱动杆32的内周壁上。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5至图9,键帽31为非回转体结构,且键帽31的外周壁与收纳槽12的内周壁相适配,键帽31的内周壁与止挡部21的外周壁相适配。这里的外周壁及内周壁均是指沿周向上的外侧壁及沿周向上的内侧壁,本申请通过将收纳槽12及止挡部21的限位,从而能够对键帽31的周向进行限位,能够阻止键帽31周向旋转。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图5,键帽31与收纳槽12的底部抵持有至少一个弹性件94,止挡部21与至少一个弹性件94相对应的位置设有避让孔211,通过弹性件94抵持于键帽31与收纳槽12的底部之间,便于按压键帽31,从而带动驱动杆32驱动开关器件50或放开开关器件50。
具体的,键帽31呈跑道型,键帽31与收纳槽12的底部抵持有两个弹性件94,弹性件94为弹簧,两个弹簧分别抵持于键帽31沿长度方向上的两端与收纳槽12的底部之间。止挡部21也呈跑道型,止挡部21对应两个弹簧的位置均开设有避让孔211,两个弹簧分别贯穿两个避让孔211,并分别抵持于键帽31与收纳槽12的底部之间。
在具体的实施例中,请参阅图8及图9,键帽31上设有卡钩311,止挡部21上设有台阶212,卡钩311能够在旋转之后钩于台阶212上以限定键帽31的复位行程。此处需要说明的是,键帽31的复位行程是指键帽31被按压后在弹性件94的推动下反弹的行程,也即是当按压键帽31时,驱动杆32会驱动开关器件50,同时弹性件94也会压缩并积蓄弹性能量,当放开键帽31时,键帽31在弹性件94的弹性压力作用下反弹,此时,通过键帽31上的卡钩311钩于止挡部21的台阶212上,从而防止键帽31在弹性件94的弹性压力作用下反弹过大而掉出壳体10。
具体的,键帽31的长度方向上的两端边缘分别向壳体10方向延伸有卡钩311,止挡部21的外周壁上形成有两个台阶212,安装时,将键帽31与止挡部21沿周向错开一个角度,然后将键帽31相对止挡部21往回旋转,以使得两个卡钩311能够对应旋入两个台阶212的下方,这样,两个卡钩311能够在弹性件94的作用下止挡于两个台阶212的下方,从而对键帽31的反弹行程进行限位。
在本申请的另一个实施例中,请参阅图10至图14,键帽31与止挡部21均为回转体结构,则对应的,收纳槽12也呈圆形。同时为了对整个按键部件30的周向进行限位,则在卡座40上设有第二插块44,并在驱动杆32上设有第二插槽322,第二插块44插与第二插槽322中,从而形成对按键部件30的周向限位,防止按键部件30旋转。当然,在键帽31为非回转体结构的实施例中,也可以通过第二插块与第二插槽的方式对按键部件30进行限位,此处不做唯一限定。
此外,底板411上延伸有连接板45,连接板45向U型结构41中间延伸有间隔设置的多个第二插块44,驱动杆32的相对两侧分别设有多个第二插槽322,第二插块44与第二插槽322一一对应,第二插块44分别设于第二插槽322中,且第二插块44能够在第二插槽322中沿轴向滑动,也即是第二插块44在第二插槽322中有活动空间,而该活动空间刚好用于限定按键部件30的活动空间。
举例说明,连接板45上设有的多个第二插块44包括第二插块a和第二插块b,其中,第二插块a和第二插块b间隔设置,驱动杆32的外周壁上开设有相对设置的多个第二插槽322包括:第二插槽a和第二插槽b,第二插槽a和第二插槽b相对设置,其中,第二插槽a能够沿一方向直线插设于第二插槽a中,第二插槽b能够沿一方向直线插设于第二插槽b中。
同时,由于按键部件30的活动空间已经被限定,则无需在键帽31上设置卡钩311,也无需在安装座20上设置台阶212。
此外,由于键帽31呈回转体状,为了使得键帽31按压平稳,上述弹性件94抵持于键帽31的中心位置和止挡部21的中心位置。具体的,止挡部21的中心开设有中心孔213,驱动杆32穿过中心孔213设置,且止挡部21的中心开设有与中心孔213连通的环形槽214,弹性件94为柱形弹簧,柱形弹簧套设于驱动杆32上,柱形弹簧的一端抵持于键帽31的顶部内侧,柱形弹簧的另一端抵持于环形槽214的底部。
基于同样的构思,本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,包括壳体10和上述按键结构100,且电子设备中除了包括上述按键结构100以外,还包括主板及其他相关结构,主板及其他相关结构均设于壳体10中。
如上所述,将各个实施例中所涉及的按键结构100应用于手机、平板电脑、电视、颈戴蓝牙耳机、头戴耳机、真正无线立体声(True Wireless Stereo,TWS)耳机等电子设备中,从而使得该电子设备的按键部件30手感舒适,用户体验好。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (16)
- 按键结构,其特征在于,包括:安装座,轴向贯穿位于壳体上的安装孔;按键部件,安装于所述安装座上,且所述按键部件的一端从所述安装座穿入所述壳体内部;卡座,与所述安装座连接;开关器件,安装于所述卡座上,且所述开关器件与所述按键部件伸入壳体内的一端正对设置,所述开关器件与主板连接;在所述按键部件受到朝向所述开关器件方向的压力时,所述按键部件能够与所述开关器件抵接而触发所述开关器件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述安装座的外周壁与所述安装孔的侧壁相适配,所述卡座能够对所述安装座的轴向进行限位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述安装座的外周壁与所述安装孔的侧壁之间抵持有第一密封件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述卡座上设有第一插块,所述安装座的外周壁上开设有第一插槽,所述第一插块插设于所述第一插槽中以对所述安装座的轴向进行限位。
- 根据权利要求4所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述卡座上设有相对设置的多个第一插块,所述安装座的外周壁上开设有相对设置的多个第一插槽,所述第一插槽与所述第一插块一一对应,所述第一插块能够沿一方向分别直线插设于所述第一插槽中。
- 根据权利要求4所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述卡座上还设有抵接板,所述抵接板在所述第一插块插入所述第一插槽中时能够抵接于所述壳体内侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述卡座包括U型结构,所述开关器件位于所述U型结构中,多个所述第一插块分别设于所述U型结构的两侧,多个所述抵接板分别设于所述U型结构的两侧。
- 根据权利要求7所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述按键部件包括相互连接的键帽和驱动杆,所述驱动杆轴向贯穿所述安装座,所述键帽套设于所述安装座外露于所述壳体的一端以供按压。
- 根据权利要求8所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述壳体的外侧开设有与所述安装孔连通的收纳槽;所述安装座包括轴向贯穿所述安装孔的套体,以及与所述套体连接并止挡收容于所述收纳槽中的止挡部,所述键帽套设于所述止挡部上并至少部分收容于所述收纳槽中;所述驱动杆贯穿所述套体设置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述驱动杆与所述套体之间抵持有第二密封件。
- 根据权利要求9所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述键帽为非回转体结构,所述键帽的外周壁与所述收纳槽的内周壁相适配,所述键帽的内周壁与所述止挡部的外周壁相适配。
- 根据权利要求11所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述键帽与所述收纳槽的底部抵持有至少一个弹性件,所述止挡部与所述至少一个弹性件相对应的位置设有避让孔。
- 根据权利要求11所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述键帽上设有卡钩,所述止挡部上设有台阶,所述卡钩能够在旋转之后钩于所述台阶上以限定所述键帽的复位行程。
- 根据权利要求9所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述键帽与所述止挡部均为回转体结构,所述卡座上设有第二插块,所述驱动杆上设有第二插槽,所述第二插块插于所述第二插槽中并能够在所述第二插槽中沿轴向滑动。
- 根据权利要求14所述的按键结构,其特征在于,所述U型结构上延伸有连接板,所述连接板向所述U型结构的中间延伸有间隔设置的多个第二插块,所述驱动杆的相对两侧设有多个第二插槽,所述第二插块与所述第二插槽一一对应,所述第二插块分别插设于所述第二插槽中。
- 电子设备,其特征在于,包括开设有安装孔的壳体,以及根据权利要求1至15任一项所述的按键结构。
